Don’t make fun of my religion.
And if you do, I’ll shoot you dead.
Your free speech just pissed me off.
And now you lie in a sea of red.
Are your cartoons still funny?
Will they joke about your death?
My mission is accomplished.
You won’t take another breath.
To those who carry on,
this message is for you.
You can write whatever you want,
but you’ll pay when the bill comes due.

Charlie Hebdo: Gun attack on French magazine kills 12
Charlie Hebdo editor Stephane Charbonnier, 47, had received death threats in the past and was living under police protection.
So much for the ‘police protection’. And if Stephane Charbonnier had received death threats, then Charbonnier obviously did not mind finding himself dead since it was his choice to continue with what was causing him to receive the threats on his life. After the firebombing of his office, he reportedly said, “I’d rather die standing than live on my knees.” Brave words from the new martyr for free speech.
President Francois Hollande said there was no doubt it had been a terrorist attack “of exceptional barbarity”.
Sadly, barbaric attacks are the norm. Israel’s barbaric attacks against the Palestinian people. America’s barbaric attacks against Iraq’s people, Syria’s people, Yemen’s people, Afghanistan’s people, Pakistan’s people, Somalia’s people. Need I continue?
US President Barack Obama has condemned the “horrific shooting”, offering to provide any assistance needed “to help bring these terrorists to justice”.
And of course Obama chimes in. Wow! I wasn’t expecting that. Yes, Obama, provide your assistance “to help bring these terrorists to justice!” You know the ones, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, George W. Bush, Condoleezza Rice, Colin Powell and many, many others and don’t forget, you need to be brought to justice your damn self! So get the fuck in line!
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said: “It was a horrendous, unjustifiable and cold-blooded crime. It was also a direct assault on a cornerstone of democracy, on the media and on freedom of expression.”
Ahhh…Ban Ki-moon, where have you been? You’ve apparently missed out on quite a number of ‘horrendous, unjustifiable and cold-blooded crime(s)’. So many that I haven’t a clue as to where to begin. But a good place for you to start is by looking at the United States’ crimes against the rest of the world and include many of its citizens. Get real! This shit is worldwide! Our outrage is so last century. I mean, really? Aren’t we overdoing the ‘outrage’ thing a bit? It is so damn hypocritical! We ALL hate each other! Isn’t it obvious? How many countries are at peace, not plagued by economic woes, or disease, poverty, austerity? And if you can name two, is that a good thing? And this was a ‘cold-blooded’ crime as opposed to what? A ‘warm-blooded’ crime?
