I am almost in tears thanks to the absurdity of having someone who should be sitting in the corner of a classroom with a dunce cap on his head, facing the wall but who instead is president of the United States of America. When faced with questions about the climate change report released by his own Administration, Donald Trump responded by saying, “I don’t believe it!” When questioned further on the report, Trump stated that “America is clean, but every other place on earth is dirty. That’s not good.” And apparently, this is why, in his mind, America will never have to act on climate change.
Trump’s own Administration released a dire and massive report on how climate change is going to affect each and every single American and yet, Trump has stated that he does not even believe in the report his Administration just released. How is that even possible? Does the man even know what planet he is on? If you can stand watching this short video, I would advise you to watch it because only by seeing it, will you believe it.
The man has clearly gone beyond ‘idiot’ status and is in “The Outer Limits!” And so let me recall to mind some examples of the havoc that climate change has wreaked so far. The next video is the devastation that Hurricane Michael brought to areas of Florida.
As I am sure many of you can recall, Mexico Beach, Florida and Panama City, Florida were all but wiped out and those areas still have not recovered and ‘recovery’ in some cases is years down the road thanks to a horrific hurricane, Hurricane Michael.
Here is Ellicott City, MD this year. This area had just reopened after having gone through a ‘thousand year’s flood in 2016 and another thousand year’s flood occurred this year. Someone, send this to Trump!
And not to be left out, we come to the Midwest.
Even the folks who study charts and graphs as they relate to flooding at the University of Wisconsin-Madison were flooded out along with their charts and graphs and stats. Both were sent floating down the street.
Let us not forget Houston, TX. It was called, an historic flood and judging from the video, it was.
So, as you can see, despite that Trump thinks America is just “too clean” to ever be affected by climate change, that is just simply not the case. When we are all floating down the goddamn street along with Trump’s stupid ass, I guess we will finally realize that despite that great “American exceptionalism” we’ve been told that we possess, climate change will affect us in a big ass way and no amount of paper towels is going to clean up the mess as that is what Donald Trump threw at the people of Puerto Rico.
Donald Trump has already insulted Haiti and African countries by calling them, “shitholes” and now he has insulted every country on the planet by stating that “they are all dirty” and, apparently, ripe for climate change. How anyone can take this fool seriously is a complete and utter mystery to me. And let us not forget the recent wildfires that have plagued many cities in California that sent thousands fleeing for their very lives. Never before seen anomalies have occurred and Trump just thinks that Californians need to take “rakes and rake the fires on outta there.” Listen to this nitwit and you’re a dead person.
Many people died while trying to escape these fires. Many were elderly and infirm and some had no cars and even those who had cars, died sitting in traffic.
Even inmate firefighters lost their lives fighting these fires. Some celebrities like Kim Kardashian hired their own ‘personal’ firefighters to save their homes. But how many of us can do that?
If climate change is not taken seriously, there is going to be massive loss of life. And I don’t care how much hate you have in your so-called ‘heart’ for those not of your complexion, fires don’t discriminate. Ask the people of Paradise, CA.
And so, I’ll finish this with pictures of the flooding that has occurred all across America that proves America is not so clean that America can’t be fucked up by climate change. Another fact, hurricanes don’t discriminate either. I would think on that if I were you.

Great post Shelby with great images. I’m glad to hear you admit you’re nearly in tears when you read/hear some of the stuff Trump puts out. Sometimes I feel guilty about looking forward to his daily pronouncements. Have you seen this?

Dr. Bramhall, that has got to be satire! I looked long and hard for the ‘satire’ tag and figured that 1earthunite forgot to include it because there is no way in hell that Canadians are desperately trying to get into Amerikkka. They are more than likely hoping that no Amerikkkans can cross the border into Canada. Who in their right mind would want to come here and be included in this circus freak show as this Titanic sinks? Only lunatics or seriously desperate people fleeing from a nightmare worse than what’s here would come to Amerikkka.
And seeing as how Amerikkka is responsible for the carnage taking place in South and Central America, it is extremely clear why they are fleeing for their very lives to come here only to be met with tear gas. And yet, Amerikkka’s politicians including Donald Trump pretend to get bent-out-of-shape over Assad allegedly using gas on people in Syria when Amerikkka certainly has no problem gassing innocent women and children who are attempting to flee violence caused by the CIA saturating Latin countries with every sort of drug thereby initiating horrific drug warfare among the many gangs.
I do admit that I am close to tears every time I see that buffoon on my screen and believe me, they are not tears of laughter or joy. Au contraire!
