Those who were impacted by Hurricane Michael in Florida’s Panhandle are sitting somewhere in tents or are in motels wondering when is life going to “return to normal.” It’s not, but others will soon find out just how frustrating it is to live without the ‘creature comforts’ they had been taking for granted. And in case you have forgotten, Hurricane Michael made landfall in North Carolina on October 20, 2018 and whipped the states of South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Florida on the way into land.

Many residents are living in damaged homes or trailers unfit for human habitation. Some live in tents.
FEMA has been paying for 283 families to live in temporary housing for six months, a period that expires Tuesday . The county and state applied for a 90-day extension; this week, FEMA granted 60 days, and only 17 families qualify.
“What this means is, come Tuesday, about 800 individuals will lose their housing with nowhere to go,” said Griffitts.

Nearly 40 million at risk of severe weather over weekend
A new storm is beginning to organize along the Texas-New Mexico border, and it’s expected to deliver a first round of severe weather today from Texas to Mississippi.
Gusts of almost 60 mph and golf ball-sized hail already have been reported in west Texas this morning.
The system will head east across the southern Plains from San Antonio toward Dallas.

Now, they are over there asking and begging for relief from their white gods, Mike Pence and Donald Trump. Here’s an idea! Take your ass to another Trump rally and beg him for some help! But the problem is see, he can’t help you and even if he could, he’s busy trying to keep those south of the border from coming to this fucked up shithole to sit somewhere alongside you and watch you bemoan the loss of your shit in this shithole.

Trump is screeching and hollering that he is not going to give more disaster relief funding to Puerto Rico because they’ve received millions(which is not true, but Trump cares not that he is lying)and so that’s enough in his fucked up eyes. Meanwhile, both the House and the Senate have put together bills that would be approved but for the fact that Trump is digging his heels in over funding for Puerto Rico that both the Senate and House agree should go forward. So, Trump is in essence, holding his own base hostage over funding for Puerto Rico disaster relief when much of that AMERICAN territory is still in deep shit from past hurricanes. Trump throwing paper towels at Puerto Rico solved not a goddamn thing, but his supporters on the mainland here can just suck it up and deal because they don’t like SOCIALISM and what is FREE MONEY but SOCIALISM? Trump’s supporters don’t believe in giving people ‘freebies’ and so why should they be sitting somewhere howling and whining about their weather-related fucked up shit since they should just be able to pull themselves up by their bootstraps and hop to fixing shit, all right and proper like without funding from the rest of us taxpayers. They don’t believe that there should be a safety net and so let’s see how they get along without one.
And those people who were sitting up in motel rooms provided for them through FEMA are now homeless and likewise those in the Midwest are going to find themselves unless they have family that’ll take them in. Oh yes indeed, austerity + whites = pissing and whining, moaning and howling, screeching and wailing. I never heard such a commotion in all my born days, I tell you. Yes, I heard about those so-called ‘Black’ churches getting fired up and I have no problem with them catching fire because religion is for the weak-minded who don’t mind some snake oil salesman pilfering their money every Wednesday night, Friday night and Sunday morning. Those goddamn churches are nothing more than indoctrination centers and so they should be closed the fuck down.
