“We Thank You For Your Service And Now Here Are Your Deportation Papers! Git!”

I have been saying over and over again to these foreigners who come here, that they are never more than one foot out the door, if and when this government says so. And it matters not if they so-called “served this worthless ass shithole.

Marine combat veteran who served in Iraq deported to El Salvador

“They basically snuck him out in the middle of the night,” one of the lawyers assisting with the case said.

A Marine combat veteran whose supporters were seeking a pardon from the governor of California was suddenly deported to El Salvador this week, according to advocates and immigration authorities.

Jose Segovia Benitez, 38, who served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1999-2004 and was deployed to Iraq, was deported to El Salvador on Wednesday, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Jose Segovia Benitez had a criminal record and according to him, he only became a criminal AFTER having signed up to kill people over in Iraq who’d done not a goddamn thing to him, personally. You see, his claim is that he suffered from PTSD(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) due to having ‘served in the military’ and was stationed in Iraq and that after his stint in the military, he took to alcohol to cope and soon found himself committing felonies, left and right. What he must have failed to realize is that a condition of him remaining a citizen of this fucked up shithole was that he should be a ‘law abiding’ citizen and not a felon. He became a felon and so his citizenship was revoked, pronto, despite his “service to this country” in killing people in foreign lands even though those particular ‘felonies’ were condoned and co-signed by the U.S. government. If he was engaging in felonies that were considered sanctioned by this fucked up ass, hypocritical U.S. government, Benitez would still be sitting over here in this fucking shithole. But that’s not what he was doing. Some of his convictions include corporal injury to a spouse, for which he received an eight-year sentence, assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, narcotics possession, conspiracy to commit a crime and driving under the influence. Benitez’s lawyers claim that he is very remorseful over having committed these crimes but that he was “not in his right mind” when he was committing the crimes which caused him to cease to be a law abiding citizen and turned him into a felon who then became eligible for deportation which is what happened; he was deported. His claim is that he would not have become a criminal if it had not been for the fact that he signed on the dotted line to kill people over in Iraq for the United States government and so that right there should be grounds for the dismissal of his deportation papers. All’s well that ends well. Uh…no..not according to the U.S. government. It is on their terms and their terms only and then your ass is grass.

Also, Mr. Benitez was so patriotic, that he had tattooed on his rib cage a huge depiction of the Statue of Liberty and across one arm, there was a tattoo; “USMC,” which he says will make him a target for gangs in El Salvador. What Mr Benitez failed to understand is that this shithole that granted him citizenship couldn’t give a rat’s ass for what happened to his ass after he left the military and certainly no one is moaning and wailing and gnashing their teeth at the Pentagon over the potential plight of Mr. Benitez in El Salvador. As far as they are concerned, any dealings they had with Mr. Benitez ended when he received his military discharge papers.

Those south of the border, who come here, promptly think that they are just as white and with just as many rights as the whites have given themselves in this shithole, but when they step out-of-line, they find out, quick, fast and in a goddamn hurry that their ass ain’t so fucking white because back to El Salvador, Columbia, Honduras, Mexico and Guatemala, your ass will go! You don’t have any fucking rights either, Latinos, Hispanics or whatever the hell you call yourselves. And American descendants of slaves are sitting somewhere wondering why you debased shits shut the fuck up and pretend that you are deaf mutes when you come over here and don’t take up for our Black asses. It is because you know that you are here on sufferance. If the whites look in your direction, you damn near jump out of your skin in fear that they will deport your asses back from whence you came. You would no more speak out against the shit that’s being visited on American descendants of slaves than you would cut off your right arm.

The whites have every damn body over here on lock down and don’t we all fucking know this. Just you ask Jose Segovia Benitez. Oh, that’s right. You can’t. He was deported back to El Salvador, was imprisoned there for a short time and then released. What he is doing now, who the fuck knows and who really gives a shit? As far as the U.S. government via the military is concerned, Mr Benitez is no disabled veteran who is qualified to seek the dubious services of the Veterans Administration. Mr. Benitez is just another worthless, deported felon who was here, illegally and who got what he deserved because he should have been able to deal with the consequences of a military deployment to a war zone. And so now, along with having been deployed, Mr. Benitez has been deported. Deployed? Deported? Shit happens. But that shit has consequences depending on whether it was a military deployment or deportation. I wonder, in hindsight, would Mr. Benitez still have gone and gotten himself deployed to a war zone since his claim is that that deployment is what caused him to lose his mind and subsequently ‘forced’ him to engage in criminal conduct which led to his deportation? We may never know and I don’t even care because it is my belief that Mr. Benitez got what he deserved. Nothing good ever comes from war. And I am quite sure that Mr. Benitez does not think that getting himself deported back to El Salvador with a huge depiction of the Statue of Liberty on his torso and ‘USMC’ tattooed on one arm was a good thing, especially when he encounters gang members who absolutely hate and detest everything that this shithole stands for and with good reason.
