Army Officer’s Mother Is Deported For The FOURTH Time And He Says, “That Is Completely Inhumane!”

This coming from a man who signed up to kill people he did not know; this coming from a man whose military job it is to gather military intelligence on people who have done nothing to this shithole so that Trump can send a drone to murder them as was the case with the recently drone struck Iranian general, Qasem Soleimani. Although truth be told, I don’t give a damn about the people of Iran. We mean nothing to them and they mean nothing to me. If only what Trump did would start the war to end all wars, that would be fine with me.

But as usual, I digress.

Army Officer Says His Mother’s Deportation Is ‘Completely Inhumane’

Second Lt. Gibram Cruz, 30, who has been in the Army for five years, is pissed off over the fact that his mother, Rocio Rebollar Gomez, has been deported three times already and now she has been deported, AGAIN! Why he is pissed is a complete and utter mystery to me because we ALL know that Rocio Rebollar Gomez is going to return to Amerika. They ALL do. It is just a matter of time.

On Thursday, after 31 years in the United States, a country where she had built a life and raised three children, including a son now in the United States Army, Ms. Gomez was deported to Tijuana, Mexico, where she had little family left.

“Ms. Gomez was removed from the country in 1995, 2005 and 2009,” said the family’s lawyer, Tessa Cabrera, said on Friday.

So, what has changed? Ms. Gomez will be back and her son is completely aware of this fact. So, wailing about how he is a U.S. service member who is protecting this country from the bad, bad men is disingenuous since he is also one of the bad, bad men since he acknowledges that his mother re-entered the U.S. illegally, several times which is a felony and so why he is not sitting in the brig, I don’t know since he knowingly engaged with his mother in committing a felony since he did not tell the proper authorities that his mother had re-entered the U.S., illegally.

Illegally Returning to the U.S. After Removal Is a Felony

Under federal law (8 U.S.C. § 1325), anyone who enters the Unites States illegally is committing a misdemeanor and can be sentenced to a fine or to six months in prison.

The law accompanying § 1325 is 8 U.S.C. § 1326, which makes the offense of reentering, or attempting to reenter the United States after being removed or deported, a felony offense in many instances. You will likely be permanently barred from the United States if you illegally reenter after a prior removal.

Am I missing something here? What part of this woman committed multiple felonies does this military fool not understand? I don’t give a damn for his “service to this fucked up country.” I have never, nor will I ever “thank” anyone for killing people who have done them no wrong, but nevertheless, this military motherfucker needs to follow his felonious mother across the border since he can witness a felony and look the other way. “But it’s his mother,” you say? So? I am not going to risk prison time if my mother committed a felony and I was a party to it. But then many of you know that I would throw my mother in prison just because she has the audacity to be my mother. However, regardless, right is right and wrong is wrong and you don’t consider yourself to be a fine, upstanding citizen just because you’ve got a military uniform on while engaging in criminal acts yourself. So I want to know why this military motherfucker is still in uniform as opposed to being in prison attire and facing deportation his goddamn self?

And people have the nerve to say that those Hispanics have it bad here in Amerika. How so when they can engage with others in committing felonies and receive no prison time while American descendants of slaves who are drug addicts are sitting in prison for being drug addicts while this Hispanic motherfucker continues to sport a U.S. military uniform and gathers intelligence on innocent people around the world so that Trump can give the order to send them to hell. This makes sense, how?

One thing I do know without a doubt and that is, this shithole is in for it! If there is nothing else I do know, I do know this, this shithole ain’t seen nothing yet, but what’s due it is going to be merciless! And THAT, is a fact!

  1. In this county, people who are loosely expected to follow the letter of the law (civilians) are held to account when they break the law; and they are prosecuted with every tool of the judicial system. On the other hand, people who should be expected to always follow the letter of the law (military, law enforcement, elected officials, etc.) and oftentimes, they are let off, given breaks, or given the benefit of doubt in the eyes of this judicial system. However, many Black people that falls into those categories will beg the differ when they face the american judicial system.

    1. Yes, we most certainly will “beg to differ” because we ALL know that if we even breathe, we can be locked up for that shit in a New York nanosecond. Nothing makes any damn sense anymore, NOTHING. I am at a loss in trying to understand or make sense out of anything and everything that’s going down now. People are somewhere screeching that we are in the “end times,” that may be so, I don’t know, but I do know that some crazy shit is happening and I do believe that this is only the beginning. Is it the beginning of the end? Who can say? But it don’t look good.

      Thanks Kreb!

    1. You are right, Ospreyshire! And his ass should be in the brig at the very least, deported at best! But the thing is, he’d be just like his felony mother;continue to crawl back across the border and wonder why they’re being detained and re-deported. There are so many of them that have done this, times too numerous to count, but this dude just felt like since he is serving in the military, that right there should exempt his mother from having to obey the laws over here. He’d best be glad that he doesn’t have to answer to me because his ass would be in prison for aiding and abetting a known felony to continue to engage in felonious acts.

Ospreyshire, thank you for your comment.

      1. Thanks, Shelby! It’s just crazy about being deported, re-deported, etc. I certainly have never seen that happen to a black immigrant since once they’re deported, they never come back whether they did anything or not. Much like you, there are several people who should be thankful not to answer to me because I’d make sure they’d be punished severely if I had my way if someone did anything wrong.
