The name of the fugitive is WALTER NELSON MILLS. I saw this on Youtube and started calling the Benton County Sheriff’s Office in Benton County Minnesota to let them know that a fugitive that is wanted on a FELONY NIGHTCAP WARRANT is living in Memphis,TN and has a MONETIZED Youtube channel and is laughing about “choking women until they can no longer breathe and that is how he can ignore them,” and so initiate an extradition treaty with the Memphis Fugitive Investigative Task Force, and they told me that they can only pick him up in Minnesota or surrounding states. I even called the Minnesota Governor’s office and apprised them of the situation and yet, the man still sits up on Youtube, still MONETIZED, living his life while he has been charged with serious felonies. He is wanted in TWO states; Minnesota AND Wisconsin. Benton County Sheriff’s Office told me that they can’t just knock down peoples’ doors and apprehend them. Uh…did they forget that that very thing happened to Breonna Taylor, but this thug, who laughs about strangling women gets the soft glove treatment? Not to mention, he goes ‘live’ in restaurants, does collabs with other Youtubers in restaurants and so no one has to knock down the door of a McDonald’s or a Captain D’s. Black women, are you taking note of this? Our lives are valueless to law enforcement. They know exactly where this wanted fugitive is and yet they refuse to pick him up.
I even alerted the FBI as to his whereabouts and got nothing for my troubles. I am asking those who view this to please flood the phone lines at the Benton County Sheriff’s Office in Benton County, Minnesota and the FBI tip line. Flood the Minnesota Governor’s phone line. GABBY PETITO UPDATES: Remains discovered ‘consistent with the description of Gabby,’ FBI says
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Authorities believe they have recovered the body of missing Long Island native Gabby Petito, who was reported missing earlier this month while on a cross-country van trip with her fiancé, Brian Laundrie.
Everyone is well aware that no expense was spared in finding Gabby Petito and that when she was found, she was found dead, strangled by her fiance. No expense was spared in finding who murdered her. What is the glaring difference in these two cases? One was WHITE and the other is Black. Black female victims of domestic violence do NOT elicit the same relentless pursuit of their attacker as white women receive. I am not going to stop until I know that Walter Nelson Mill’s victim gets her day in court. I have no idea if she is even capable of speech. I don’t know if she is in a vegetative state. I don’t know any of that. All I know is that her attacker is free as a bird, still laughing about strangling women and that law enforcement in both Minnesota, Memphis, TN and the FBI know his whereabouts and have done nothing while this man sits up laughing at strangling women until they cannot breath and that way he can ignore them. Listen to the video and hear this man’s evil laughter and you tell me why law enforcement refuses to pick him up!!!!

His channel name is “Chillin wit Walt” and like I’ve stated, it is monetized. There are commercials running on the video whereas he is laughing about choking women until they can no longer breathe. Youtube supports criminals and that is quite obvious!

This is the video that I told the FBI about And yet, his channel is still monetized by Google which owns Youtube and this fugitive walks free.

I wish I could say, “Unbelievable!” but I can’t because this shit happens ALL the time to Black women and Black women were actually giving money to this thug in the form of SuperChats and cashapps AFTER he laughed about strangling women. But just because some Black women are stupid and ‘man’ hungry is no excuse for law enforcement to know this fugitive’s exact address and still has not apprehended him and they’ve known his address for THREE WHOLE MONTHS. It don’t take that long to put together some paperwork and get this criminal behind bars. They are not trying to apprehend him and they all but told me that. This thug was living in Wisconsin for months, is wanted in Wisconsin and since Benton County told me that they could pick him up in ANY state surrounding Minnesota, why did they not pick him up when he was driving down a Milwaukee WI street in a used Malibu since Wisconsin IS a surrounding state?
All I’ve received are excuses as to why they cannot apprehend this fugitive. Leslie if the world ended today, I would not be at all upset.

It is a shame mysparkingthoughts and I even have the recorded conversations of my calls to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office as well as to the Memphis, TN Fugitive Investigative Task Force and to the FBI because, otherwise, no one would believe that all three entities KNOW where this fugitive is and have refused to pick him up.
If he had strangled a white woman, they would have thrown away the key and this strangling, felonious fugitive wouldn’t see the light of day for decades, but because, in THEIR eyes, his victim was only Black, “there’s nothing to see here folks! Move it along!” Well, I am going to keep at it because I am like a pit bull when it gets its teeth into something and refuses to let go. I’m not letting this go. I started a channel on Youtube called “Walt’s Short Bus 2.0 to call attention to this thug and the fact that he is a fugitive and his felonious wife knows about him being a fugitive, which is also a crime; to knowingly harbor a fugitive. This thug is also on the DL and I am pointing THAT out as well.
As long as his VICTIMS do not get the justice they deserve, I’m NOT letting up on his ass and he can take that to the bank. And as many places as I can put this information, I am going to because I had put this channel on ‘private’, but to hell with that. I’ll start getting views again because folks couldn’t keep away from this channel, but I’ve not posted in months, so it’s going to take awhile. But meanwhile, I’m going to be on Youtube posting video after video about this strangling, felonious fugitive. I’ve had enough of this shit!!!
Black women hate each other and love all up and down on this type of creature and are actually aiding and abetting him by sending him money which helps him. Who does that? Black women. Well, not this one. I’m not dick crazy.
