Greenbrier Management Company Is A Corrupt Corporation! No New Renters Are Moving In, So Cheat The Current Tenants Out Of Their Money!

Take a look at this! Explain how a company can get away with changing what their original documentation says just because a leak caused me to have to contact some folks to get the work done as a result of a severe leak that was not caused by us. And so now, Greenbrier Management Company has decided that they have found a way to make us pay for the work that needs to be done. This first document I received after I was featured on a local news station. Greenbrier Management Company’s Vice President, Eddie Duke was very anxious to speak with me when he found out that I was going to be featured on the news and he reached out to me. I have that telephone conversation recorded and in it he even states that “If I was ever around, I’d even help you up the hill pushing your walker.” Why he didn’t choke while spewing THAT shit, I’ll never know.

Check out the next garbage from Greenbrier Management. The rent hike has gone from $50 with a water fee of $5 to a rent hike of $100 and a water fee of $40. What the hell! This is what goes on in Lynchburg, Virginia ALL the time. Like I have said many, many times before, the shit these racists come up with would curl your toes. And I am going to keep exposing the racist, foul ass vile shit they do!

This is the notice that I received from Greenbrier in January. And as you can see, this is the first version since it even states that the “Website: COMING SOON!”

 

Look at the notice below! Take a real good look at that shit! This is what we received today. Do you see anything different about this notice? The rent hike has increased, the water fee has increased and for the units that have washers and dryers, there is now a fee for that. Want to know why? Because no one is renting out these so-called ‘renovated units’. No one is beating down the door trying to crawl all up in this shithole. The weed odor out here has me running trying to escape from it, so how is throwing a few new appliances in a small ass unit going to make someone want to spend the amount of money Greenbrier is demanding to live with potheads and not to mention, the police are out here frequently and last week, when I walked outside, the apartment beside this one had a trail of blood leading from the front door on down the sidewalk. I don’t know if someone is dead in there or not. But this is what is going on out here at Bramblewood Apartments. The tenants already here are having their rents jacked up because no one new is trying to move in here. There are no moving trucks pulling up unloading nobody’s ass and their furniture all up in here despite the big “LEASING” signs out front. And as I type this, the smell of weed is saturating this room. I had to get up and shut the door because that is all these people do, is drugs. Next door to our apartment, a woman lives with her 4-year old son and I hate to imagine the upper respiratory illnesses he is going to experience as he gets older because he is constantly breathing in cigarette smoke and weed because his mother’s boyfriend is a drug dealer. So, I guess the drug dealer boyfriend may have messed with someone’s drugs and got sliced. Maybe that is why there was so much blood in front of their apartment. So, anybody want to move here??!!! They got available ‘renovated’ units. Just don’t have breathing problems like asthma, emphysema, COPD or any other upper respiratory problem and if you don’t have them, you soon shall from breathing in the toxic fumes from other tenants while you pay out the ass to do so.

Did I not state in previous blogs that this filthy racist shithole is like a fiefdom? Now, you are getting a clue as to what I mean. These racist shits just change the rules as they see fit and it matters not that there is a whole TV news station that has Greenbrier Management’s Vice President, Eddie Duke, telling the reporter that our rent would go up $50 and yet, we just received this today, stating that the rent would go up $100. Where else could get away with that? This is why I have stated to those who come to this blog, NEVER, EVER, EVER COME TO LYNCHBURG, VIRGINIA BECAUSE BELIEVE ME, YOU WILL REGRET IT. YOU WILL REGRET EVEN KNOWING THAT SUCH A RACIST PIECE OF SHIT BURG EVEN EXISTS. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO ATTEND THESE RACIST COLLEGES HERE, ESPECIALLY PARENTS OF BLACK CHILDREN, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!

I stated on another blog that contains the pictures of what this fucked up unit looks like thanks to severe water damage from a massive leak, that Greenbrier Management was robo-posting about their renovated apartments on Craigslist. Who needs to do that if folks are beating down the damn door trying to rent this shit? That’s the problem they are having. No one is beating down the damn door to rent this bitch because they see how Greenbrier Management treats the tenants they already have and so who in their right mind would move in this shit? You will be charged for farting too loud and I am so NOT kidding! But you couldn’t smell farts for the weed. As soon as you turn into this complex, the odor of weed hits you like a ton of bricks. And don’t get me started on the fights. Just the other week a woman was in the middle of the parking lot looking for a baseball bat to use on her boyfriend’s car. Does that sound like a place that someone wants to spend over a thousand dollars to rent? They can’t give these apartments away because if you go on Craigslist, Greenbrier Management has instructed the manager of Bramblewood to, apparently, talk about ‘free rent’ to new move-ins. As pressed for money out of us as they are and they are talking about ‘free rent’ incentives to get people to move into this fucked up complex? It reeks of desperation because, AGAIN, Greenbrier’s Vice President, Eddie Duke, was quoted by a reporter stating that the rent would go up $50. But now it’s $100???!! And a water fee of $40??! WTF!!! Folks, I can’t make this shit up! And truth really is stranger than fiction. Stay tuned because there’ll be more of this shit to come, I am sure of it!!!

Oh and before I forget, call Greenbrier Management and Bramblewood and tell them you want to live like this!

Call Greenbrier Management and tell them that you would dearly love to pay out the ass to have your ceiling come crashing down on you!

As you can see, there is no way that I can get through there with a walker!!!!

And if you do, call the office at these numbers and tell them, you want to move on out here and smell pot every single day, see a puddle of blood on the sidewalk belonging to someone from inside your neighbor’s apartment, see fights out in the parking lot, see the police in and out of here, hear booming bass drumming in your ear and you want to pay over a thousand dollars a month for that shit! And you also don’t mind if they do rent hikes every other day.
