“We will be the first American city to use this technology in an attempt to solve and deter violent crime,” Harrison said at a news conference. He said he believes they could prove to be “yet another tool” to fight the violence plaguing the city.
The city of Baltimore will be monitored by surveillance airplanes for up to six months next year under a pilot program announced Friday that is aimed at helping law enforcement investigate violent crime and that will effectively restart a tactic secretively used three years ago.
So, THIS time, they are announcing that they will be using a surveillance plane to spy on people even though they had initially used a surveillance plane years ago while keeping everyone in the dark about it. The article also goes on to state this:
“Footage from the pilot program will not be used in cases of police misconduct.”
That bears repeating.
“FOOTAGE FROM THE PILOT PROGRAM WILL NOT BE USED IN CASES OF POLICE MISCONDUCT!”
Seriously???!!!! Why the hell not? If this footage is going to be used against the Black citizens of Baltimore, then why is it not to be used when the footage is of a KKKop committing a crime? Who in their right mind still thinks that kkkops don’t get special treatment when it comes to them getting away with murder and everything else especially when they are committing crimes against American descendants of slaves? Because make no mistake, this surveillance shit is being aimed at Baltimore for a reason. Even now, the whites have managed to put Baltimore on the national and even international news due to a killing of a young, female business owner in Southeast Baltimore. I am sure that many of you have heard of the hair salon shop owner who was murdered, ostensibly because she had got beat down and had $3,000.00 worth of hair extensions stolen from her. Everyone is raging mad at the Black folks in Baltimore, stating that they are still at it, killing their own. But remember this, Nipsey Hussle was trying to give back in Black communities and he was gunned down for his efforts and yet many of us were suspicious of the shit and knew who was behind it; whitey pasty-doughy ass! Whitey pasty-doughy ass is behind this shit too.
The claim is that 21-year old Destiny Harrison, the owner of “Madame D Beauty Bar” hair salon, was a victim of a break-in and was beaten by one of two suspects who then stole $3,000.00 in hair extensions. She went to the police and reported the crime and filed charges against the suspect that held her down and against the suspect who physically assaulted her. She even told the police that she feared for her life. What did the police do? NOTHING! They arrested NO ONE! Even though Destiny Harrison had given them ALL of the details of who had beaten her and took her hair extensions. Then this salon owner gets shot dead, twelve days later, ostensibly in her shop surrounded by clients and still the kkkops have no suspects? Of course Black folks are taking to Twitter and Youtube and are denouncing the Black residents of Baltimore just like the whites knew they would. You people are ALWAYS on some dumbass CP(colored people) time; always somewhere late to comprehend any damn thing. You’ve got to be a space man/woman to see what the whites are doing. Kaiser Permanente made payments to Catherine Pugh for nonexistent books during the period it successfully sought a $48 million city contract. And so why is no one from Kaiser Permanente heading to prison along with Pugh for writing out a check from that institution since what they did was also a crime? Donald Trump got into it with now deceased former state representative, Elijah Cummings, about Baltimore being “rat and rodent infested,” and that Baltimore’s residents were “living in hell.” He should know since his own son-in-law, Jared Kushner owns many slum properties in and around Baltimore. You dead white filth deliberately ALLOWED Koreans to own and operate illegal liquor stores in damn near every neighborhood in Baltimore in the hopes that the shit would do the same to the people of Baltimore that it did to the Indians; kill them. You’ve got Johns Hopkins Hospital filling hundreds of thousands of Black Baltimoreans with lethal anti-psychotic injections. City Solicitor Andre Davis on Friday said Baltimore’s law department is “entirely comfortable” with the planned test, whose cost Harrison said will be covered by philanthropic funds, not tax dollars. He said he has been in contact with the foundation of Texas billionaires Laura and John Arnold, who funded the 2016 tryout through a donation to the Baltimore Community Foundation, a nonprofit civic organization.
And so now, Baltimore’s mostly Black residents are to be monitored via surveillance planes for most of 2020 thanks to a so-called philanthropic donation from Texas billionaires. Why the fuck would Texas billionaires continue to front money for the continued surveillance of Baltimore if not for the fact that whites want to take over that city for themselves?
