And now, another Black family, the family of George Floyd, is about set to bury him because he went into a store and was accused of trying to purchase items with a counterfeit bill, and I have heard that even that was a lie. This woman, Bunnie, actually filmed that racist bitch, Amber Guyger right after she killed Botham Shem Jean and the video shows that Guyger did not attempt to render aid to a man whom she had just shot and the woman who taped the video stated that Amber Guyger did not immediately call the cops. She was on a personal call.
The woman who videotaped Amber Guyger’s actions on the night in question, was fired from her job, had her credentials stripped from her and has been blacklisted. She had an online shop where she sold clothing and Facebook took the site down and the reason given was that, “all of a sudden, her clothing site was against the rules.” A clothing site? She has been visited by white men who just showed up at her door in black suits (Men In Black) claiming to be the Feds but provided no credentials and so she refused to speak with them. She said that this went on for a month; men just showing up at her door claiming to be the Feds while extending no credentials to prove their claim. She said the media took her words and twisted them to try and make her sound sympathetic to racist Amber Guyger and so she told them not to post the interview that she had had with the media, twisted as it was. People are wondering why this woman was not called to testify. Of course she was not called to testify because she would have been able to refute every lie that racist Amber Guyger had told.

BALTIMORE — Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby has begun asking the courts to throw out nearly 800 criminal cases handled by 22 city police officers, saying she found reason to distrust 14 cops in addition to those convicted in the Gun Trace Task Force scandal.
“When you have sworn police officers involved in egregious and long-standing criminal activity such as planting guns and drugs, stealing drugs and money, selling drugs, making illegal arrests, and bringing false charges, our legal and ethical obligation in the pursuit of justice leaves us no other recourse but to ‘right the wrongs’ of unjust convictions associated with corrupt police officers,” Mosby wrote in an email. – Baltimore’s States Attorney, Marilyn Mosby
Prosecutors began asking the courts this week to undo nearly 800 convictions that hinged on investigations by or testimony from these 22 officers.
Eight of the 22 are former members of the gun squad, those who were convicted of racketeering crimes and sentenced to federal prison for terms ranging from seven to 25 years. Six of those task force members accepted plea deals; two were convicted at trial. During the trial, the officers testified about their crimes and implicated other cops who have not been charged. They admitted to stealing money from citizens, lying on paperwork and bilking the city for unearned overtime pay — some even claimed overtime for hours they spent on vacation.
Mosby’s office launched an exhaustive effort to review thousands of arrests made by the rogue squad and those implicated at trial. Prosecutors began filing papers this week asking the courts to throw out the tainted cases. She says her office found 790 cases to be compromised. Lawyers plan to file papers in 200 cases a week.
Meanwhile, City Solicitor Andre Davis has expressed concern that the city will face an onslaught of lawsuits from defendants in the cases. More than a dozen people have already sued and dozens more have given notice of their intent to sue. City officials are bracing for payouts that could cost tens of millions of dollars.
Attorneys for Baltimore are arguing in state and federal court that taxpayers shouldn’t be responsible for paying for the officers’ crimes.

The new texts introduced after the verdict showed her(Amber Guyger) mocking black officers working for the Dallas Police Department with her partner, Officer Martin Rivera.
In the texts, Guyger jokes about Martin Luther King Jr.’s death, mocks her black colleagues and discusses a dog that her friend warns “may be racist.”
“It’s okay.. I’m the same,” Guyger wrote back about the dog, just days before she fatally shot 26-year-old Botham Jean in his Dallas apartment on Sept. 6, 2018. One minute later, she texted again: “I hate everything and everyone but y’all.”
“Damn I was at this area with 5 different black officers !!!” Rivera texted Guyger on March 9, 2018. “Not racist but damn.”
Guyger echoed Rivera and added: “Not racist but just have a different way of working and it shows.”
During a 2018 parade on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Guyger texted another officer about their lengthy shift as attendees celebrated the black civil rights activist’s legacy.
“When does this end lol,” read a text sent to Guyger. She replied: “When MLK is dead … oh wait …”
Prosecutors also showed images of Pinterest posts about guns and violence that Guyger had saved and commented on. One post showed a photo of a “Minion” character from the “Despicable Me” movies with the caption: “People are so ungrateful. No one ever thanks me for having the patience not to kill them.” Guyger commented about owning a gun on another meme that read, “I wear all black to remind you not to mess with me because I’m already dressed for your funeral.”

A Texas jury rejected former Dallas police officer Amber Guyger’s self-defense claims and convicted her of murder on Tuesday in the fatal 2018 shooting of an innocent man eating ice cream in his own home after mistaking his apartment for her own.
The 12-member jury reached its verdict after deliberating for less than two days. Guyger stood as Dallas County District Court Judge Tammy Kemp read the decision.
“We the jury unanimously find the defendant Amber Guyger guilty of murder as charged in the indictment,” Kemp read.

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department has released video of the moments leading up to and after the fatal police shooting of Danquirs Franklin.
The 27-year-old was shot by veteran CMPD officer Wende Kerl, who has been a part of the department since 1995, around 9 a.m. on March 25 in the parking lot of the Burger King on Beatties Ford Road.

Guyger claims that on the day in question, she returned to the apartment complex where she and the victim lived after working a nearly 14-hour shift. She claims to have mistakenly parked on the wrong level of the parking structure, thereby entering the building on the wrong floor and mistaking Jean’s apartment for hers, which was one floor below.
Guyger then claimed that when she was somehow able to open Jean’s apartment door, she believed him to be an intruder in her own apartment, and she shot him after he “failed to comply” with “verbal commands” that she issued.
NBC 5 obtained documents from Dallas police that show the amount of overtime Guyger worked in the months and weeks leading up to the shooting, including the day of the shooting. The station posits that this information may become crucial during the trial.
On the day of the shooting, Guyger requested and worked nearly six hours of overtime. The shooting happened soon after she returned home from that shift. In the days leading up to the shooting, she worked between 1 and four hours of overtime on any given day.
And so the stage is being set to conclude that racism had nothing to do with this bitch killing that Black man. She murdered him due to the fact that she was just too fucking tired to see straight? Well if that is the case, then why was she not too tired to find her way to her own vehicle? Why was she not too tired to find her way to the building she lived in? Why did she not shoot someone whom she thought was attempting to break into her car since she was too tired to even be able to know her own damn name, much less what kind of car she drove? I don’t give a goddamn that her attorneys must come up with a plausible explanation to defend their guilty as hell client, but let’s be realistic here, you cannot have it both ways. Either the bitch was too tired to even know her own car. She was too tired to know how to even get to her apartment building or she wasn’t. But to say that she wasn’t too tired to find her car and she wasn’t too tired to find her apartment building, but then fatigue sat in once she had made it to the building to the point where she, all of a sudden, started NOT recognizing shit, is just too damn much to ask anyone to believe!
And what does this mean? “Guyger then claimed that when she was somehow able to open Jean’s apartment door?” How could she, somehow, open an apartment door when the apartment wasn’t hers? I can’t ‘somehow’ open my neighbor’s apartment door because the key is not going to fit. You see, she cannot continue with the lie that Botham Shem Jean’s apartment door was ajar because it has been proven that the doors automatically close and shut, solidly. So, now, “she was SOMEHOW able to open Jean’s apartment door.” The lies are just too ridiculous for words and yet they keep coming!
What the defense is counting on for this worthless racist bitch is that she will get an ‘all-white’ jury that will take ‘her’ fucked up tall tale and disregard the outrageous lies that are so glaringly obvious in her story because she is whitey pasty assed. And because dead men tell no tales. Neighbors of Botham Shem Jean have given statements that they heard loud knocking and a raised voice demanding entrance. That does not sound like someone who is so exhausted they have forgotten where they live. Not to mention the fact that Botham Shem Jean had a red mat at his door and so we are to believe that this racist bitch had the exact same mat at her door as well?
If what this bitch claimed happened, actually happened, this would be “accidental neighbor murder case no. 18 million” because folks would be mistaking other peoples apartments for their own every single goddamn day and would commence to shooting their neighbors because of it. You don’t hear of people mistaking the apartments of others for theirs. And most people have a distinguishing item at their apartment door and even those who don’t have not shot and killed their neighbor claiming that they had worked too many overtime hours, that they had requested, and so could not distinguish their apartment from their neighbors. I don’t have to be an attorney to figure out that this defense makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and that the defense is ‘shooting’ for a ‘get-out-of-jail’ free card based on the fact that they plan to stack the jury with those who look like racist ass Amber Guyger. Not to mention, this bitch has been free to walk around and get fatigued and shoot up other people this entire time since those who protested her murdering Botham Shem Jean received more time behind bars for protesting this latest racially motivated killing than this racist bitch received. Her ass got bailed out in minutes each time she was arrested. AND..her attorneys are free of charge for her since taxpayers are picking up the fucking tab on this racist murdering bitch who is going to get off on killing that Black man based on a pack of vicious lies that wouldn’t even be believed by a blind deaf mute that’s been planted.

The two Sacramento police officers who fatally shot Stephon Clark will not face charges, authorities announced Saturday. Clark, 22, was shot last year while holding a cellphone that police mistook for a gun.

No one was held responsible for the murder of Sandra Bland in a Texas jail cell and no one was held accountable when the cops shot and killed a sleeping Aiyana Stanley-Jones, in Detroit in May 2010 who was only seven years old. What crime had she committed? The child was asleep and was murdered by a white cop who is walking the streets, free as a bird because in the eyes of white parasites, he only killed a “nigger!”

But with the proliferation of recording devices on every phone, there has been an explosion of videos showing police committing various acts of violence against minorities. Now the US is being forced to face the reality of police beatings, shootings, and police officers taunting people of colour whom they have stopped on the street with little justification. Yet the US Supreme Court has refused to weigh in on these obvious racial discrepancies in the criminal justice system. Instead, it emphasises constitutional colourblindness, which allows it to avoid confronting the judiciary’s role in perpetuating racial discrimination in the US.”
First of all, let me answer the question as to “Why won’t the US Supreme Court do anything about racism?”
Who appoints the Supreme Court justices? And don’t even bother stating that half-breed Kenyan born asswipe, Barack Obama, appointed Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court and so there! Those taco crunchers hate descendants of slaves just as much as whitey-pasty asses do and so that was not a ‘win’ for descendants of slaves. The US Supreme Court will do absolutely nothing about racism and especially nothing about a racist criminal justice system because the Supreme Court is doing exactly what it was designed to do; everything that benefits whitey-pasty ass. Don’t think for a minute that those judges are unlike what’s slithering and crawling into black robes and presiding over courtrooms all across this shithole. The same racist judge that sends a descendant of slaves to jail where he languishes and dies is no different from the piece of filth that’s sitting in the highest court of the land.
A young black man arrested by police in Portsmouth, Virginia, on the same day that one of the city’s officers fatally shot an unarmed black 18-year-old, has been found dead in jail after spending almost four months behind bars without bail for stealing groceries worth $5. Jamycheal Mitchell, who had mental health problems, was discovered lying on the floor of his cell by guards early last Wednesday, according to authorities. While his body is still awaiting an autopsy, senior prison officials said his death was not being treated as suspicious.
What a goddamn shame! The article also states that Jamycheal Mitchell was accused of stealing a bottle of Mountain Dew, a Snickers bar and a Zebra Cake worth a total of $5 from a 7-Eleven and was arrested for this, sat in jail for four months and then died from ‘natural causes’ AT 24 YEARS OF AGE, after having lost 65 pounds and was emaciated at time of death.
A man was in jail for FOUR goddamn months, on a $5.00 theft charge???!!!! For the love of !!!!!!!!! He was accused, goddamn it! Whatever happened to his right to a speedy trial? Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Amber Guyger’s pasty ass murdered Botham Shem Jean in his own apartment in Texas claiming that he was intruding in his own apartment and that skank was able to post bail in an hour, was walking the goddamn streets, free as a motherfucking bird after having been charged with murder and yet this Black man, who was mentally ill, and most likely from hunger, ‘allegedly’ stole $5 worth of shit was denied bail, languished in jail for four months and according to those Nazis that make up the criminal justice system, died from “natural causes” at the grand ‘old’ age of 24! But we want to know why the US Supreme Court does nothing about ANY of this outrageous shit! And so is there any wonder why the US Supreme Court refuses to take up the issue of racism in corrupt courtrooms, jails and prisons all across this shithole? The Black man, woman and child in Amerikkka can never expect any justice. Justice is not for us. Expect the US Supreme Court to do the right thing? That’s like expecting a parasite to stop doing what parasites do and what do parasites do? Habitually relies on or exploits others and gives nothing in return. In this case, the parasite, (whitey pasty-ass) lives because the parasite makes use of a Black HUMAN and benefits by deriving exploited free labor and parts at the expense of the Black HUMAN until he/she is dead and can no longer be exploited. The US Supreme Court upholds this shit and each and every president has seen to it that this is to be the status quo until this shithole finally collapses.
And so no, I’m not wondering why the Supreme Court upholds racism. That is what it was designed to do. I expect nothing less because just look at what makes up the Supreme Court. And that one Black-assed Uncle Tom sell-out is not an exception. He knows what’s best for him.
