ATLANTA (Reuters) – U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts on Thursday decried as “absolutely appalling” the leak of a draft decision indicating the Supreme Court is poised to overturn the constitutional right to abortion in his first public appearance since its disclosure on Monday.
The leak prompted an internal crisis at the nation’s top judicial body and ignited a political firestorm, with abortion rights supporters staging rallies outside the courthouse and at various locations around the United States.
“A leak of this stature is absolutely appalling,” Roberts told a judicial conference in Atlanta.
“If the person behind it thinks that it will affect our work, that’s just foolish,” Roberts added.

A McDonald’s employee reportedly resigned by posting an angry note in a local drive-thru. The worker apparently hated the job so much, they closed up shop early Saturday night.
The note captures the trend of employees ‘rage-quitting their jobs in a tightening labor market.

Now, fast food chains cannot get workers back in the door. The Subway restaurant that’s inside the Walmart here cannot stay open because it can’t keep employees. And folks just think that some unemployment checks are responsible for why those workers are not returning or if they are, are quitting in droves, but that’s not the case in most of these instances because as low wage as fast food and retail work is, I’m pretty sure that those unemployment checks were not enough to keep a hamster in feed. And now I hear that about half of the states in this FIFTH WORLD shithole are starting to discontinue those supplemental unemployment checks as a way to FORCE those workers back to dead end, low wage jobs. But I don’t think that’s going to work, at least not any time soon.
If the capitalist assholes thought that people were going to just sit around and wait on help from the government which was too little, too late, they have another think coming because they’ve screwed the pooch. Either people found other ways to earn a living or they became homeless and so many of those workers are most definitely NOT returning despite what capitalist assholes try.
A message that read “Staff quit! Y’all be easy” was posted on the door of the Family Dollar store in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as the former manager claimed the company was “very hard to work for.”
The former manager of the Family Dollar store, Heather Berry, was one of the two employees who quit. She told KDKA 2 CBS Pittsburgh that the district manager expected her to work 105 hours a week as the store was understaffed.
When a storm hit Pittsburgh, the store lost power, but Berry was told to “hold tight until the power came back on,” which it didn’t until noon the following day. Berry said the temperature in the store reached about 102 degrees.
The manager was intending to wait out her two weeks’ notice, but decided she couldn’t take it anymore and quit, along with the store’s only other employee. Berry said: “This company is very hard to work for.”

Why such a labor shortage? When NJ Advance Media spoke to restaurant owners last month, some suggested former employees laid off during the March 2020 shutdown were still living off increased unemployment benefits, or simply didn’t want to work.
But recent conversations with several former and current service industry employees reveal a more complex story, of disillusion and fear.
Restaurant and bar staff want to work, they say, just not under the same conditions endured before and during the pandemic. They also say unprecedented time away from the daily grind has allowed them to reconsider whether the difficult hours, manual labor and low pay were ever truly worth it.

STOP BANKING AT BANK OF AMERICA!!!!
If you have to, go to a credit union or any other financial entity, but close ALL accounts and any other financial ties that you have with Bank of America. And here’s why.
In my town, there were only 3 Bank of America branches. Last year, one of them closed, two months ago, they ‘temporarily’PERMANENTLY closed a second branch. No reason or explanation was given. This month when I went to the last remaining Bank of America branch, there was a sign on the door, “TEMPORARILY CLOSED” ALL THREE ATMs at that location were inoperable. The ATM at the other ‘temporarily closed’ Bank of America branch was also, inoperable. The already, “permanently closed” branch’s ATM was inoperable. There was no way for ANY Bank of America customer to withdraw funds from their account.
When my cousin tried to use his Bank of America card at another bank’s ATM, he could not get any funds. He spoke with an employee at that bank and even the employee had no idea why my cousin’s ATM card would not work, especially when he was able to obtain a receipt from the ATM stating what the balance in his account was. He called the bank to inquire as to why he was unable to withdraw funds from another bank’s ATM since ALL Bank of America branches were closed and their ATMs were down, he was told that there was “suspicious activity involving his account.” The Bank of America customer service representative had my cousin on the phone trying to explain who his third cousin five times removed was, how many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and other siblings he had, where had he worked in the past and the list was endless. My cousin was becoming more and more flustered and I simply took the phone from him and hung up.
I called Bank of America and apprised a customer service representative of the problem and was told that all I had to do to solve the problem of branch closures was to “make use of ONLINE BANKING or use their MOBILE APP.” I went THEE fuck off! I said, “How in the hell can I fucking withdraw money via online banking or via your goddamn mobile app?” I further added that Bank of America was NOT going to force me to do everything via online or via a mobile app and that since hacking is occurring ALL over the goddamn place, why on earth would I sit somewhere and do ALL banking transactions online so that someone can hack my shit and I’m left sitting somewhere looking stupid? I told that bitch that one day, she’d wake up, log in to her account and find it wiped clean by a hacker and then she’d wish that there had been plenty more like me screeching and wailing before being dragged into a cashless society. Almost right after those words had cleared my mouth, I read about the hacking of the PIPELINE that resulted in gas shortages all up and down the East Coast and Southern portion of the country and the shit was being held for ransom.

If they are connected to an organization’s internal network and it gets hit with a cyber-attack, then the pipeline itself is vulnerable to malicious attacks”.

So if a hacker is able to get into the central system, he can essentially control all the sensors on all of the pipelines. They might have gained access when a gullible employee opened a malicious email while at work. Hackers don’t attack systems directly as they’re usually well protected. All hackers need is a weak link in the chain.
The group responsible for this attack has been identified by the FBI as DarkSide. The group is a new ransomware gang that is also thought to be based in Russia.

I had to call my congressman and explain the situation to him. The next day, we were on our way to open accounts at another institution and had to drive by the Bank of America branch that had had a “temporarily closed” sign on the door the day before. We pulled into the Bank of America parking lot, which was full, by the way, went in and I was told by a bank employee that due to “staffing issues, they were shorthanded and had to close the branch ‘temporarily’.” While I’m listening to that lie, I hear another Bank of America employee telling another customer that the “bank was closed due to a storm that had knocked the power out and thus rendered the bank unable to open.” Which lie should we have believed? Not only that, but when I inquired as to how long the bank that is supposedly “temporarily closed” would reopen, I was told that renovations were taking place and that it would reopen some time near the end of the year. I later found out, that’s a lie!
I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and was told that the company had a set period in which to respond to the complaint. I received a call from Bank of America last week, however, I was not available to take the call. I called back when I was available and left a message. I then received no return call from Bank of America. I then proceeded to contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau again and made them aware of what had transpired. The same day, I received a call from Bank of America and I laid into that bitch and then hung the phone up. Bank of America does not have to worry about me EVER!

It is up to me to contact the bank and tell them that there is suspicious activity on my shit, not for the bank to tell me what’s suspicious. If I have not notified the bank that there is suspicious activity, then no action should be taken. It’s like saying that if I never had Netflix show up on my bank card and then Netflix shows up on my bank card, that’s fucking suspicious? Because I finally decided to get a Netflix subscription? Seriously??!!!
But the thing is, there was never ANY suspicious activity on my cousin’s account. All he did was try to use another bank’s ATM to get some cash because Bank of America’s ATMs were down and ALL three branch locations of Bank of America were closed. Bank of America made my cousin sound all types of crazy trying to get them to unfreeze his account simply because they are up to some foul ass shit! My cousin did not have access to his funds and even when the branch reopened, the customer service representative had trouble getting my cousin’s account unfrozen. The customer service rep stated that he had been handling that same issue all day long; the fact that Bank of America’s customer accounts had been frozen simply because their customers had tried to get money from other banks ATMs because they could not withdraw any money from Bank of America’s ATMs, nor could they access any Bank of America branch.
If Warren Buffet is stockpiling cash and if Bank of America is denying people access to cash by closing ALL branch locations in multiple cities across this country, and you can look up that fact, then shit is hitting the fan. The powers that be want you to lose your shit because if we are forced into a cashless society, we are going to regret it and I for one, am NOT going willingly. This bill contains $85.5 million dollars for assistance to Cambodia, $134 million dollars to Burma, $1.3 billion dollars for Egypt and Egyptian military, which will go out and buy almost exclusively Russian military equipment. $2.5 million dollars for democracy and gender programs in Pakistan, $505 million dollars to Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama. $40 million dollars for the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, which is not even open for business, $1 billion dollars for the Smithsonian and an additional $154 million dollars for the National Gallery of Art, likewise, these facilities are essentially not open. $7 million dollars for REEF FISH MANAGEMENT. $25 MILLION DOLLARS TO COMBAT ASIAN CARP, $2.5 MILLION DOLLARS TO COUNT THE NUMBER OF AMBER JACK FISH IN THE GULF OF MEXICO, A PROVISION TO PROMOTE THE BREEDING OF FISH IN FEDERAL HATCHERIES, $3 MILLION DOLLARS IN POULTRY PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY, $2 MILLION DOLLARS TO RESEARCH THE IMPACT OF DOWNED TREES, $566 MILLION DOLLARS FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AT THE FBI. Oh that’s right, I read about some retroactive shit that was put into this bill that allowed for the illegals to get what they didn’t get in the CARES Act. I don’t give a shit for what some damn illegals didn’t get in the CARES Act, those shits are illegal and so need to get their asses over here the way everyone else does these days. I’m not going to even go into why my Black ass is over here, but be that as it may, I am damn tired of everyone bending over backwards for these damn illegals! Illegals are slated to get $1,800 while Americans get a lousy ass $600?
But what I would like to know is, what the fuck was in that bill that was about COVID relief for American citizens????!!!! The Egyptian shit? The Fish breeding? The Asian carp? Gender programs in Pakistan? And what does giving money to Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama have to do with COVID relief in America???!!!
Those who claim to represent us are representing folks ALL across the globe; everywhere and anywhere, but they ain’t thinking about those who are paying their goddamn salaries and also paying for their designer health care that we could only dream of.
We already know that COVID ain’t even thinking about going no damn where. Hell! It’s been found on Antarctica and those people were already social distancing to the nth degree and so how does social distancing help keep us safe from contracting COVID when you can be no more socially distanced than setting your ass down at a remote research station on Antarctica? And who is going to get the vaccine to those people? And which vaccine would they get if someone could get the vaccine to them and what about if they have an adverse event after receiving the vaccine? Then what? For the love of !!! Even some health care workers are saying upon being asked to take those vaccines, “Fuck no! You first!” I wish the fuck someone would come at me with one of those bullshit vaccines, it’s on!!!!!
So you folks, settle down and wait your turn for big pharma’s vaccine and meanwhile, your representatives in congress will care more about what’s going down in Central and South America, they will care more about illegals, they will care more about improvements being made to the FBI building, they will care more about gender programs in Pakistan, they will care more about Egyptian military and so forth and so on while you starve, become homeless and die.

The word “missile” appears 19 times in the COVID Relief Bill. “Aircraft” appears 208 times. “Munition” 46 times. “weapon” 46 times. “Healthcare” = 24. “doctor”/”nurse” = 5. “masks” = 0. Who and what exactly is this bill really for?
COVID cannot be drone struck, dead. It cannot be killed via a missile. It can be spread via Aircraft, but not killed via Aircraft and it cannot be shot dead regardless of what Pfizer and Moderna and who knows how many other big pharma companies promise as the ‘silver bullet’ to rid the world of COVID-19. If you didn’t know where you stand, I believe you do now. Underneath a pile of shit.
What need has the United Kingdom to go into lockdown mode since surely the new Moderna and Pfizer vaccines are up to the task of shutting down a mutated coronavirus? Folks are falling out all over the place and having adverse reactions to the vaccines and yet, the coronavirus is mutating and is even making the DOW jittery.
Oh yes, the rollout of the vaccines to combat coronavirus were supposed to ease everyone’s mind and help CAPITALISM move smoothly along and yet, what is happening? The coronavirus is mutating, which means that it cannot be stopped in its tracks. Not to mention that the vaccine rollout has been an unmitigated failure here in the states whereas a multitude of states are stating that they have not received their allotted shipment.
Why isn’t everything hunky dory? I mean, we have VACCINES now and so why is the stock market tumbling? Why are more lockdowns proposed and why does it look as though the sky is continuing to fall even though we now have VACCINES?
A head nurse at a hospital in Chattanooga, Tenn., caused a brief scare on Thursday when she fainted shortly after receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine, according to reports.
Officials were quick to assert that the cause of the nurse’s fainting spell was not due to Pfizer’s vaccine, but was due to a condition that must be, “Painful Prick Fainting Syndrome” otherwise known as (PPFS) which only shows up when a vaccine is being administered. WHAT.THE.HELL. Now, they are really starting to look stupid. I have never heard of such in all my born days; a nurse can’t take a shot without fainting and since she is a nurse, she damn well should be used to getting vaccines by now. Couldn’t they have come up with a better excuse for why that nurse fainted since it is quite obvious, they are trying to make us believe that Pfizer’s vaccine had nothing to do with the nurse fainting directly after having received Pfizer’s vaccine? We already know that multiple people have had multiple or different adverse reactions from taking that vaccine and so they can just cut the bullshit! So what happens when someone has to stick an IV in this nurse’s arm? The bitch would be dead by now if she faints when stuck with a damn vaccine needle. And A HEAD NURSE, at that! Oh, the lies! The damn lies!
Not to mention, over here in the states, congress has told Americans to “Drop Dead, Already!” since the only bone congress tossed to the American people is a stimulus check for $600 and what the fuck is THAT supposed to do when people have been filing for unemployment, left and right? The government is fudging the unemployment numbers. And according to the Secretary of the Treasury, Steven Mnuchin, that big ole, huge, gigantic stimulus check of $600 is to go out next week, just in time for people to make a grab for those wonderful AFTER Christmas bargains. Who the fuck ain’t already in a tent, is about to be looking for one. That is about all those $600 stimulus checks are going to pay for because at this late date, who in the world has the money to go on a $600 shopping spree when people need to pay their rent and I don’t know whose rent is only $600?
After 8 months of obstruction Senator Perdue and Senate Republicans insisted on cutting direct relief checks for Georgia families in half.
$600 won’t cover the rent or the bills that have piled up over their months of inaction.

He also repeated his previous attack line accusing Perdue of looking to profiteer off the pandemic through his stock activity, which the Republican has denied.

Representative James Clyburn, who helped secure President-elect Joe Biden‘s path to the White House, expressed disappointment over the incoming administration’s lack of Black appointees.
While the most senior Black lawmaker in Congress welcomed the selection of Linda Thomas-Greenfield, a Black diplomat who served in the Obama administration, to serve as ambassador to the United Nations, Clyburn also said that Biden is falling short when it comes to naming Black people to cabinet seats and other top slots.
Biden’s camp hit back with this.
An official with the Biden-Harris transition defended the team’s picks to The Hill, noting that 46 percent of all staff are people of color and that women make up more than half of the team.

Denver’s mayor apologized for traveling to Mississippi for Thanksgiving despite asking people to avoid travel to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Mayor Michael Hancock flew on the same day that he encouraged “virtual gatherings instead of in-person dinners” and said to “avoid travel, if you can.”
He later said: “I apologize to the residents of Denver who see my decision as conflicting with the guidance to stay at home for all but essential travel.”
It was essential that he ‘enjoy’ Thanksgiving with his family, but you? Not so fast! But since he ‘apologized’, that should about cover it because that’s all it takes for people to simmer down these days; a worthless ass apology. What does that do when dude has already enjoyed Thanksgiving with his family while telling you to stay away from yours?
