This video is yet another example of why it should be understood that people are being deliberately rendered, homeless. Since February, I have been trying to find housing, have even traveled across this country to find housing and all to no avail. I have been in the apartment that I am currently being pushed out of for FIVE years. Even through the plandemic, I paid my rent in FULL and before it was due and for that, I get evicted. So, this just shows that you can do everything right and still get shitted on. So, what’s the use? I am tired of kowtowing to scumlords while having no rights at all since I have done nothing but pay my rent, be a good tenant by causing no other tenants any issues and this is the thanks I get for doing everything right. I even saved up money for a down payment to buy a house, found a house that I could afford, called the bank for a loan and was turned down because….wait for it….I DIDN’T ASK FOR ENOUGH OF A LOAN FOR THEM TO EVEN BOTHER. I NEED TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY! Now, I know what I can afford, but the banks want us to overextend ourselves and thus they get to take the home back. A win/win for them and another big ass loss for us. Black folks can’t even break even, much less win. We pay our rent to these corporate scumlords and Black folks like me who have a solid rental history, no criminal record of any sort, not even a misdemeanor or a parking ticket and yet, I’m being forced into homelessness and why? I want someone to tell me the answer to that. Oh, I already know, but see, when I say that the answer is RACISM, I’m the bad guy here. I’m just pulling the racism card, they say. To hell with that. It IS what it IS; RACISM. So, play the video and hear me sound reasonable, speak the king’s English, explain the situation and yet the dude in the office that I am speaking with is clueless, has no authority and is basically just a glorified pencil pusher with no say over anything that goes on in that office. And in fact, since I spoke with him on the 29th of August, dude is no longer at the office. Some Black woman is now sitting in the chair that was still warm from his ass. But the Mexicans are welcome because the Mexicans who were in the office ahead of me, and dude can be heard in the video, his application was already stamped “APPROVED” while my FIVE year perfect record rental history means nothing. I get the heave ho to make way for the Mexicans. “All aboard Mexicans at the border, the bus is pulling out heading to ALL points, even Lynchburg, Virginia! All aboard!” Yeah! That’s what’s also taking place!! I told you dumb ass Black people about voting for the democrats or for any of those roaches, for that matter.
I am posting this blog on September 11th and I have heard not one word from Greenbrier Management/Bramblewood Apartments and I will not be hearing anything from them. But one thing about me, my life has been a living hell for all my years on this earth and so it is just business as usual. I have been homeless multiple times and so this is nothing new to me. And that is why I travel light. I have only two pairs of pants, seven shirts, two pairs of shoes, no jewelry except a watch, underwear and a few shorts because I don’t buy shit! I have never been an overzealous shopping fool because I hate everything that capitalism stands for hence my Avatar. For those of you who are comfortably seated in your homes, may you stay that way. But, unfortunately, eventually, where I go, you too shall go. It is just a matter of time especially seeing as the homelessness population is exploding moreso than the housed. Rents are skyrocketing, home prices are ridiculously high despite articles stating that they are on a downward trajectory. Banks want us to spend more on homes than we can afford, I’m not about to do that and so, I’m about to be on the road again!

A man was hit by a Metro train at Southern Avenue in D.C., according to D.C. fire.
Fire officials say the man was extricated and was conscious and breathing.
The Green Line was single tracking between Naylor Road and Anacostia. Metro advises riders to expect delays in both directions.
No further information has been released at this time.
The above taken from the only article is all that I could ever find on this about my cousin’s accident. I have been trying to take care of him ever since. However, the shit is hitting the fan for us all and I have never seen such in all my days as what we are experiencing now. My cousin and myself are being evicted because we PAID THE RENT IN ITS ENTIRETY EVEN THROUGHOUT THE PLANDEMIC BEFORE IT WAS DUE FOR FIVE YEARS AND FOR THAT WE ARE, APPARENTLY, BEING PUNISHED. I will be living in my vehicle, but my cousin was sent a letter from the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority stating that he was approved for a housing choice voucher and yet, the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority has been dragging its feet in getting a voucher issued to my cousin. They have had him running over to housing bringing in documentation and telling him that his voucher will be available in two weeks and when those two weeks came and went, it has now turned into “soon and very soon.” These people play games with folks lives and the shit’s not funny. I have been homeless many times and it doesn’t get any easier, but if my cousin has been approved for a housing choice voucher, than they need to get on with issuing it to him so that he can find housing and not move into homelessness along with me in his condition.
I am only using my cousin’s first name in this blog. My cousin Charles was struck by a train in 2016 and suffered a fractured skull which resulted in traumatic brain injury, a broken back, a broken neck and broken right femur. He was operated on and released from the hospital a week and a half after having been struck by a train. He has been signing up for housing assistance since he was struck by that train. The following emails will detail his most recent attempt to receive much needed housing assistance since the severe accident from which he is still trying to recover and please also note, that he suffered a heart attack in December of 2019 brought on by some prescribed medication he was taking.

of Lynchburg, VA who contacted your office regarding his status on the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program waiting list with Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority (LRHA). Mr. Charles says he applied for a HCV on March 8, 2021. He had a question about why his position on the waiting list dropped, moving from number 140 in July, 2021 back to number 154 in January 2022. We contacted LRHA’s Executive Director, Ms. Mary Mayrose, regarding Mr. Charles’s concern. It appears that the change in placement on the waiting list was due to an error caused when LRHA received a new allocation of Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV) in 2021 that were mistakenly placed on the HCV wait list. The EHV program is being issued through the Continuum of Care (CoC) and LRHA is currently in the process of moving those EHV families to their own wait list. Mr. Charles’s spot will be corrected accordingly. If Mr. Charles would check back on his placement in about 7 days, the error should be corrected. LRHA advises Mr. Charles to review his application to determine that he has entered all waiting list preferences relevant to his situation that he can support. Also, the LRHA’s Public Housing waiting list is open and typically remains open at all times. If an applicant applies for a Public Housing unit it will not affect their placement on the HCV waiting list. We hope this information is helpful to you as you respond to your constituent. If you require additional information, please feel free to contact our office at 804-822-4949.
Finally, Charles received the application for a housing choice voucher, he completed it, turned it in and it was accepted by the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority. But then he received an email stating that he had failed to complete the application that he had HAND DELIVERED to the housing authority and copies were taken of all accompanying documents.

Here is an email that Charles sent the intake coordinator, Collison Corner at the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority.

I hand delivered my application to housing and the lady at the front desk assured me that everything housing needed was included in the finished application. Why did no one tell me that I had returned an incomplete application? I even called on Monday of this week and inquired about why I had not heard anything from the housing authority. I was told by the lady who took my application that the next thing I would receive from housing was a telephone call letting me know the date that I could come for my housing choice voucher. I do not understand why at this late date, I am being told that I did not turn in necessary documents when the lady made copies of all documents. My entire bank statement was in the envelope and it is not my fault that she neglected to copy the entire statement. She also did not tell me that I needed an updated copy of 60-day Social Security benefit statement. She took a copy of my benefit award letter and she did not let me know that the statement was insufficient.
I do not have a computer and you told me when I called you that I was, in your words, “confirmed,” so I took that to mean that you had everything that you needed. The only reason I am aware of this at this time is because my cousin just happened to check my email and discovered this from housing.
I would appreciate not being held responsible for what is being perceived as a lack of cooperation on my behalf.

What other housing authority could get away with this? It is blatantly obvious that the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority is intentionally withholding Charles’s housing choice voucher that he has been waiting a year and a half to hopefully obtain and yet, after having been told that he was approved for a housing choice voucher, he was told that in two weeks, he would be contacted to come in and get his voucher, when the two weeks passed, he is now being told that his shit is being “sent upstairs for processing.” This Corner dude IS UPSTAIRS and so where the hell is he sending what he claims needs to be further PROCESSED? To the MOON??!! This man is going to be homeless come September 30th and the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority is well aware of that fact, but is still playing games with this man’s life and it’s not funny. The state of New Jersey just issued FOUR THOUSAND HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHERS, ONE THOUSAND WENT TO HOMELESS PEOPLE AND THEY HAVE RECEIVED THEIR VOUCHERS while this little, bitty burg can’t get one man’s voucher to him in a reasonable time span??!!! There ain’t nothing but 70,000 or so people in this little ass burg and 82% of them are rich whites. They are NOT in need of a voucher! And so there is no excuse on this planet why that man’s voucher is being held up! No excuse at all that is on the level.
Here are copies of what we were sent by Greenbrier Management Company that took over Bramblewood Apartments Complex, but we were never issued a new lease and obviously that is not going to happen. It is not as if we have been sitting back waiting on a miracle because for anyone who has been reading this blog over the nine years that I have been posting, it is known that I am not one to sit and twiddle my thumbs, but, AGAIN, I have never experienced what is going down now. It is like there is a concerted effort by ALL entities, governmental, corporate, etc., to see to it that as many people as possible are fucked up. I have exhausted ALL avenues of trying to find a place and frankly, I am at my wit’s end. If it was just me that I had to concern myself with, I wouldn’t have a problem because I am tired of having to ‘prove’ myself to potential ‘landlords’ that I would be a great tenant. That shit should have already been proven since I have rent receipts dating back FIVE YEARS, a perfect FIVE YEAR rental history in one unit and that’s not good enough. So, I’ll be homeless. That’s nothing new, especially for Black people, but if my cousin has been approved for a housing choice voucher, than by God, he should be able to receive it and not have people playing games with his very life!
Below is the first notice that we received from Greenbrier Management, but no lease.
This is the letter that we received in Greenbrier back in February and yet we were not allowed to sign a lease for this notification.
And then in July, we were sent this notification and yet, still no lease.
And now, it is the end of our lease term, September 30, 2022, and still no lease has been signed. I even spoke with Louie, who was the manager of this complex last month when I paid the rent because like I’ve already stated, I pay the rent the month prior to the month that it is due and have the receipts to prove that. In fact, Louie asked me if I was paying rent for August when I was paying rent for September in August. That is how ridiculous and clueless that mess is over at the office. And now, there is a Black woman sitting in Louie’s chair. So, since Greenbrier Management took over, we have dealt with so many different office people, my head is spinning. First there was Indica and Devon, then Cassie, then Louie and now a new girl. For the love of!!!!! When I spoke to Louie, he told me that we would be going month-to-month. Look at the second notice and see what their month-to-month rate is plus add a hundred dollar month-to-month fee. That is only for people who did not send notification of their intent. I sent notification of our intent back in June and so we should not be on a month-to-month and so, in essence, we are being evicted because they know that we sent in our notification before it was even due and we’re not fucking paying them a month-to-month rate and be sitting in the food bank line that’s about to close down for lack of donations, looking cross-eyed.
Meanwhile, I have been trying since February to find an alternative, but with the housing situation the way it is, I have found nothing available. I actually caught COVID or so they tell me back in June trying to find housing. We signed up but never heard anything and despite numerous emails, nothing. I went to Minnesota in July and signed up for an apartment and was told that I was on the waiting list. I am on waiting lists for apartments from Ohio to Minnesota to New Jersey to Iowa and, AGAIN, nothing.
Folks, this shit is NOT funny and it is coming for ALL of us. News story after news story I have read about how rents are skyrocketing, home prices aren’t down much so that people can afford to buy homes and folks are being set out on the streets in every state in this shithole. So, if you think this is funny, keep laughing, a few months from now, the shit will be impacting those who think it won’t.
Calls for rent strikes so that you won’t end up walking around like this poor woman in the next picture, is that it? What’s ‘good’ for her is ‘good’ for you!
Remember when the word, “GENTRIFICATION!” reared its gentryfying head, and we ALL know who gentrification impacted; American descendants of slavery, but now since millions of Americans are on lockdown thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, there are calls from people from damn near every income group to cease and desist with paying rent. There are calls to stand in solidarity thanks to coronavirus putting millions of Americans out-of-work and thus rendering them unable to come up with the rent. Heaven forbid, anyone other than American descendants of slavery be forced into homelessness.
And so, once again, what we have here is a “When they came for the Black folks, I did not speak up because I’m not Black, but now that they’ve come for my ass, SOLIDARITY RENT STRIKES EVERYONE!,” scenario? Really??!! Y’all want to go there?! Now that you can’t pay YOUR rent, we are all to sit together for our kumbaya moment and not pay rent? You see, you can do the shit when it impacts you on a personal level, but when it’s just impacting THOSE people over there, well..now..what’s the problem? The problem, as you can clearly see, is that what comes around, goes around and now that the shit is hitting the fan in a big ass way for those who are not just American descendants of slavery, but for millions of OTHER Americans, it is now time to band together against unfair landlords who still expect their rent during a time of extreme crisis. Never mind the fact that Black people have been experiencing a crisis long before coronavirus reared its viral head and no one called for “SOLIDARITY AGAINST GENTRIFICATION!” No one said how UNFAIR it was for white landlords to displace millions of American descendants of slavery so that upper crust whites could come in and take over where poor Black folks used to live. That shit was allowed to ramp up and in spades, hence why mass homelessness of American descendants of slavery escalated into an epidemic.
Millions of American descendants of slavery are already homeless and I don’t even know where many of them have gone because since entire states are on lockdown, what the hell does that mean for the homeless? Homeless shelters have been putting people out due to the fact that multiple people residing in close quarters is a breeding ground for coronavirus. In Las Vegas, the homeless are being moved to a parking lot since yet another homeless shelter closed.
Images of homeless people sleeping in a converted parking lot in Las Vegas have sparked criticism, even as the city officials describe an “emergency situation” and say the solution was the best option after another shelter was forced to close amid the coronavirus crisis.
But now that coronavirus is causing tens of millions of Americans of all stripes to file for unemployment, including the self-employed; business owners, we must all act as one. We must strike back at the landlords who are being totally unreasonable in expecting people to pay their rent during a pandemic when millions are on lockdown. How is that your fault, right? How was it the fault of those Black people who were put out of their homes thanks to rising rents that they could not afford? Where was the solidarity with them in their hour of need? But now that the shit ain’t looking so good for millions and seeing as how there is no end in sight, it is now time for a movement to gather steam against really, really bad, unreasonable landlords who also have mortgages and bills to pay. They must find another way to pay those bills while you don’t pay the landlord. The rallying cry is, “Well, the non-essential courts are closed and so they cannot take you to court anyway.” Okay, but when the shit is back up and running, you know that out on the street you go, right, and you don’t want to have to sit next to THOSE people whom you simply ignored when they were and still are going through THEIR crisis. It ain’t so fun to deal with that kind of shit now, is it? You never thought that you’d be facing eviction because you’re not one of THOSE people. Well, you’re facing it now and you’re scared senseless. You’re banding together because you’re terrified to face this alone. You need all the support that you can get because there’s no way in hell that you’ve got the gonads to go it alone and attempt to fight a landlord to let you stay in your home without paying rent. Safety in numbers, right? Well ain’t you just the scared shitless shit?!! Never mind the fact that you can still remember THOSE people holding up cardboard signs asking for spare change as you tried hard to ignore them as you made your way inside Starbucks to get your caffeine fix and then to your job you went; that job that no longer exists because the doors are closed and may never open again. So now, it’s RENT STRIKE TIME!
You shameless shits are something else. Even your signs to display your solidarity in rent strikes are white. Yep, if you’re in with this rent strike movement, hang a white sheet outside to show your solidarity in us all being in this rent strike thing together, eh? Where were the white sheets when the Black folks were being pushed into homelessness? Where were the letters to landlords telling them that the shit they were about to do was wrong? Where were the cries to cease and desist with gentrification? There were none, hence why there is such an epidemic of Black homelessness in this hellhole. But now the cries for landlords to cease and desist with evictions is deafening. Even restaurant owners are having to close up shop and file for unemployment. I saw a white man on the local news talking about how hard it’s been for him to try to speak to anyone to receive unemployment benefits because he cannot simply fill out an online form because of his special circumstances of being self employed and not having had a salary. Oh the moaning and wailing, I can just imagine that’s going on now. Not to mention the cops are stating that the majority of calls they get are for domestic violence. Can’t pay the rent, can’t entertain the kiddies, can’t go out, the shit is getting real and now that you’re finally woke because you’ve got no goddamn choice, it is time to ACT. So a rent strike, it is. Yeah! Good luck with that because the same hard hearted assholes that saw nothing wrong in putting American descendants of slavery out of their homes are what you are up against. Do you seriously think that they are going to treat your broke asses any better than they treated those who look like me? Yeah! Get back to me on that, why doncha! And by all means, continue to look to your lord and savior, racist-in-chief Donald Trump for some help and your asses will indeed, find yourselves making use of that sheet to lie on at a parking lot in Las Vegas or wherever the hell else the homeless are being allowed to make use of during this crisis. You will never understand that “What comes around, goes around.” Karma is a bitch, ain’t she!
As I raise my flute in drunken glee, I look upon what was once a live tree. So concerned with this planet and global warming, my resolution to do better can wait til morning.
For tonight, I celebrate with friends and acquaintances, spreading well wishes and exchanging whispered confidences. The wrongs of this world, for just one night can wait a little longer for us to do what’s right.
A sick child with no health care will have to hold on until I open my bleary eyes to greet the new dawn. The Black man being dragged by the Ku Klux Klan should have seen them coming, he should have ran.
Of course I care about the people who have addictions just like I care about my neighbor who can’t afford her prescriptions. I know about the homeless who have formed a tent city. But for just this night, champagne will take away my pity. And as the seconds tick away towards the New Year, even champagne cannot stop me from shedding another tear.
I wrote this one because as we celebrate the ringing out of the old and in with the new, I cannot help but believe that more misery, cruelty, suffering, chaos, war and all things of horror, will follow us into this new year and beyond, for what will have changed?
As we head to our parties tonight, break out our party favors and drink our champagne toasts at midnight, wish each other a “Happy New Year,” are we really going to think that this year will be any happier than 2019 or 2018 or 2017? What is going to change to get us to actually mean it when we say, “Happy New Year?” It will be just another year of the same because we won’t change. We will continue in our old ways of ignoring those who are less fortunate. We will pretend as though there are not wars being fought just because. We will never for a minute think that we have aided and abetted in the destruction of this planet through our selfish acts as we scream, “Happy New Year To One And All!” If we really meant that, we’d know it because it would show, but when you look around, does it show? Does it look as though we give a damn about the children who go to bed, hungry? Does it look like we give a damn about the homeless? Does it look like we care about those who are in unimaginable pain because they have no health insurance? Does it look like we are going to start doing something to hold our elected representatives accountable for the way they continuously make the working poor pay for the idleness of the rich? Does it look like the ‘new year’ will bring about a change in the human psyche which seems hell bent on self-destruction? If any of you ponder these questions, I already know what the outcome will be. Exactlyhow you were in 2017, 2018, 2019 is how you will be in 2020 and on and on it will go until they plant you. Because we are always going to wait til tomorrow to ‘do’ better. Just like each and every year, we are bombarded with ads to lose weight and get in shape and some people actually make a resolution to do just that and then after a month, what happens? Back to square one. We’re pathetic!
And so, I will not say, “Happy New Year!” I will merely say, “Welcome to the rest of your lives!” War, misery, homelessness, joblessness, starvation, income inequality, racism, ignorance, selfishness, arrogance, greed, lust, apathy and complacency and your solutions to getting through all of this; heroin, crack, alcohol, weed, mass murder and suicide.
Recently, I posted a blog about a public housing high rise building in Minneapolis that caught fire the day before ‘Indian Extermination Day’. That building housed only folks from Somalia. Not one American descendant of slaves was seen exiting the building and that is because our tax dollars are being used to house those the whites WANT here in Amerikkka. Those the whites DON’T want in Amerikkka just got burned out of a homeless shelter in downtown Minneapolis on Christmas Day.
More than 200 low-income[mostly American descendants of slaves] residents were evacuated after the Francis Drake hotel in Minneapolis, which serves as temporary permanent housing for homeless people, was engulfed by fire Wednesday morning. The blaze, which sprang up in the wee hours of Christmas morning, grew into four alarms at full speed, Minneapolis fire officials said.
The fire started at around 4:00 a.m. EST Wednesday and grew enormous leaving the fire officials battle it until mid-afternoon.
Three people with minor injuries were transported to a hospital. One person among them suffered smoke inhalation and the other two sustained minor injuries while evacuating.
The building in Hennepin County was dedicated to the have-nots as a shelter. Minnesota Red Cross is currently trying to arrange temporary shelter for those evacuated.
And the governor of Minnesota had this to say.
This crisis of access to affordable housing is touching all corners of the state and a situation like this shows how precarious it is,” said Gov. Tim Walz.
“We just have to come to grips with, we are 50,000 units short in this state,” he added. “And we have to figure out a way.”
Seriously???!!! The Minneapolis Fire Department says five people are dead and another three are hospitalized after fire broke out at a 24-story high rise overnight in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood.
Fire crews extinguished the three-alarm fire, which happened on the 600 block of Cedar Avenue South, in approximately 30 minutes. It was reported at about 4 a.m. inside a public housing building owned by the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority. The fire broke out on the 14th floor of the 191-unit structure.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office released the names of four of the five victims early Wednesday evening, all cited as dying from smoke inhalation:

People working low wage jobs cannot afford those rents and many, many people in Minneapolis have to have roommates just to make ends meet. I have heard horror stories of roommates stealing everything not nailed down and leaving in the middle of the night. There are so many people who have had horrible experiences just trying to be housed, it is beyond ridiculous!
If this is the season of charity and some more shit, then charity begins at home. You cannot state that there is a homeless epidemic of monstrous proportions among natural born citizens of this shithole and then cross an ocean to drag others here and ‘house’ them while stepping over those who were born here and who are working, but who cannot afford the cost of skyrocketing rents. How does that make any goddamn sense at all?
While I was in Minnesota, I saw an Indian man try and board a city bus and the poor man was pushing a dilapidated walker up onto the bus and the walker was too short for him and at the same time, he was trying to keep his pants up, but the poor man’s pants fell down and his leg was almost completely covered in blood. He must have fallen, hurt himself and was trying to get to a hospital via a bus. Some guy was trying to help him get on the bus when from the back of the bus, a Latino yelled, “What’s the holdup?” Seriously? What’s the holdup? I yelled back at him, “The police station is right across the street, I’m going to call them and ask them to check your immigration papers, how’s that for a holdup?” He shut the fuck up!
A Black man tried to help the Indian man up on the bus and the bus driver told the Indian man to pull his pants up and asked him where he was going. The Indian man stated that he was trying to get to the hospital. The bus driver told him that he was going in the wrong direction. And so the Indian man started to get off the bus and I just wanted to cry.
The Black man who had helped him stated that “he was just a bum.” I said, “Seriously? That man is a human being. He is someone’s father, son, brother, uncle and you sit there and say that when you know what we go through. Are you serious?” He then hemmed and hawed and shut the fuck up. But even still, when he got up to exit the bus, I thanked him for helping the Indian man off the bus and the bus driver did as well.
What the hell is wrong with us when we see nothing wrong with whites dragging others asses over here and put them above those whose land they stole in the first place, and will also put them over those whose ancestors were dragged over here, kicking and screaming?
If anyone should be housed by the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority, it should be the Indians and American descendants of slaves. If there are any available affordable housing units left, then the whites can drag whomever they want to drag over to this shithole, but you take care of your own first. You don’t grab someone from a foreign land, put them on a plane and then put them in public housing while passing by homeless Indians and American descendants of slaves. That is all I saw in the homeless shelter I stayed in for one night.

Pamela Rivera, an Indian; an Indigenous woman died in a homeless encampment because no one could find housing for her and yet as you can see, whites dragged willing Somalis over here and put them in affordable housing high rises while Pamela Rivera, an INDIAN, was somewhere struggling to get through homelessness and she didn’t make it. What fucking sense does this make???? But you are sitting somewhere on your ass eating a dead bird and talking about how we should ALL be thankful???!!!! This blog is going to be short because it will basically be a ‘picture’ story.
I had phoned the Lynchburg city housing code enforcement officials over a year ago about the state of the balcony above my apartment. An official came out, took a picture, told me to stay out of first floor apartments and went on his merry way.
Fast forward to a month ago and at the apartment door, we were receiving notifications that maintenance was coming into the apartment to check for a “running toilet.” This continued for weeks and I got tired of it and contacted a lawyer because there was no “running toilet.” Then, there came a notice stating that contractors had been hired to do some pipe work. The ‘contractors’ were digging holes for one day and then they never came back. Well, now I know why. The ‘contractors’ saw the condition of the balconies and refused to take a hit with their insurance in case one of their workers was seriously injured if a balcony fell down on them and so they refused to continue working until the balconies were fixed. This is what I had originally called a Lynchburg city inspector about, but who cares if I’m lying underneath thousands of pounds of concrete? Certainly NOT these racists shits in Lynchburg, VA.
Like I stated in a previous blog, landlords get away with so much shit, it should be beyond the realm of comprehension because usually, people are always going on and on about what tenants are doing wrong. This is the AC/heating unit that was damaged when the balcony came crashing down. Someone is without heat. But I bet the rent had better be paid.
Anyone want to live here? Deal Properties has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for rent. Just pick which size bedroom dump you need. And expect Robert Deal, the owner, to go up on your rent in the middle of your lease because, just look at the above ‘amenities’, who wouldn’t want to pay more for that?

Whites ain’t no fucking joke and they should ALL have been banned from this godforsaken planet! Look at that shit! That is indicative of what this entire shithole is eventually going to look like! I cannot tell you how many sorry ass slumlords that I have had the misfortune to rent from. The list is long enough to wrap around this planet at least twice. And people wonder why I move so goddamn much. But the problem is, unless you’ve got hundreds of thousands of dollars to throw into so-called ‘buying’ a house, what’s a person to do? Even pitching a tent gets you locked up. Hell! Breathing gets you locked up, if you happen to be an American descendant of slaves.
But as usual, I digress. Our lease expires on the last day of September and when we first moved in, we were told by Kelly Mays, who at the time was the leasing agent for Deal Properties that if we received no notice of a rent increase 30 days prior to our lease renewal date, then that meant that our lease automatically renewed at the same amount as what we were paying. Well, September 30, 2018 came and went and we continued to pay the same rent that we had been paying and the rent was accepted by the leasing office. Then we received this letter.
I was like WTF? As many scum/slumlords that I have rented from, not one has ever had the audacity to change the terms of a lease in the middle of a lease. And just what the hell did “this fast paced world we live in” have to do with a lease? Where was the lease going? And how do you run a business and yet not know when a lease date starts so that you can send out the proper notices when they are due to go out. The reason there is a lease start date and end date is so that everyone knows where they stand during that time period. The tenant knows how much he/she is paying for a specified period of time. Any changes to a lease are to occur prior to the lease start date, not after the lease is in effect and then say that the change will take effect in the middle of the lease while also stating that the lease effective date will remain the same meaning that when the actual lease date is up, another rent increase could occur. That is madness! That is also how arrogant these racists are in Lynchburg, Virginia. I have never seen such in all my days.
I called a lawyer and the lawyer stated that what the landlord was trying to do was against state statutes. The lawyer contacted the landlord and the landlord, Robert Deal, stated that he was “In the right and wasn’t budging.” The lawyer told us to go ahead and pay the higher amount, which we did, while he prepared documents for court. He even gave the landlord one more opportunity to correct this mess and he refused.
The lawyer contacted me and told me that he was filing papers with the court and that the landlord would be receiving papers from the court shortly.
Sure enough, the lawyer calls me within a few days telling me that the landlord was still vehemently stating that he was “in the right,” but that it would cost him more to hire an attorney to handle this in court and that he would go ahead and reimburse us the increased rent that we had paid him. Below is a copy of the letter we received from the landlord accompanied by a check for the monies that we had paid him over and above what we should lawfully have been paying him.
Because I had the audacity to refuse to take a slumlord’s bullshit, we are now receiving notices in our door, weekly over some bullshit maintenance. This is the fourth notice that we have received in as many weeks.
I have recorded the maintenance visits by the maintenance personnel and each time, they have stated that there is no running toilet. They have brought parts with them each time and only took the top of the toilet lid off the back, looked in and said, “There is nothing wrong with this. I don’t need to change anything.”
That has happened FOUR times and I am done with this shit! This is nothing more than retaliatory harassment and I am calling my lawyer and I am going to give him the the notices and the tapes of maintenance stating that there is no problem and yet, the landlord is constantly sending maintenance to our door on a bogus maintenance problem. This is how filthy and racist and fucked up whites are when you know your rights. We were supposed to just pay an illegal rent increase and shut up about it. The rest of these “shuck and jive” Black folks would have sat still for that shit, but not me!
Robert Deal, owns this property and by the way, if you look at the very first picture, under “Deal Properties” is the name of an apartment complex, “Craigmont Manor.” We don’t even live at “Craigmont Manor.” They are so stupid, that they could not even get the name of the complex we live at, correct while sending us a letter about going up on the rent in the middle of a lease. Seriously??!!!
Robert Deal just sold another apartment complex for over four million dollars and yet, he is still pissed off that he was made to abide by the laws and statutes and return monies that belonged to us, which was chump change to him. You see, whites believe that they are above the laws that Black people have to abide by and in this particular hellhole called Lynchburg, it is even worse than you can imagine. Whites here act like this is some sort of fiefdom and that they are our ‘lords’ and can get away with anything and believe me, they usually do, hence why my cousin was lied on by these racists and was thrown out of CENTRA HEALTH, which is the only so-called ‘health care system’ in this stomp down, flaming racist burg. That entity owns every health care facility in this racist burg that we cannot wait to get the hell out of!
The shit I have on these racists down here would curl your toes and yet Black people are always perceived as the problem. Why are there no landlord screening companies? Why are there only tenant screening companies? It is just accepted that landlords, many of whom are slumlords, are just wonderful when nothing could be further from the truth and yet there is no database to help tenants find decent, law abiding landlords while landlords get to ‘screen’ us to hell and back and get to use any excuse to deny people a place to live. Yeah! That’s something else we have ‘whites’ to thank for. They always find a way to keep a certain segment of the population homeless and some more shit because who is most likely to have blemishes on their credit report, poor rental history and criminal records since Black people are always the first fired and the last hired, not to mention, our pay is never what whites are paid and we get jailed or even shot for just breathing?
And look at what happens when we try and buy a house. Banks like Wells Fargo steer us to subprime mortgages even as we qualified for prime mortgages and we lose the house anyway while they sit back and laugh after having called loans to us, “Ghetto loans” and called us, “mud people.” And then some have the nerve to wonder why so many American descendants of slaves are homeless, sick and fucked up? Re-read this shit and then tell me that you have no fucking idea why.
Also these wealthy, racist whites here in Lynchburg, VA, for the most part have ‘inherited wealth’. They obtained ‘their’ wealth by the sweat of my ancestors brow and yet, still hate us for what their debased, depraved homicidal, parasitic ancestors put into play. What’s really sad is that these racist ass whites have got these Black folks down here scared out of their damn minds. You should see this shit! I had to go through TSA and even though I didn’t get a pat down or x-rayed, the TSA bitch swiped my hands with something and I asked what was she doing. Transportation is SO goddamn bad here that when we left Hillbilly Hollow, we boarded a train because we can’t catch a plane here. Not unless you want to get on a crop duster and head south. We boarded the train, got off at BWI airport, bought our plane tickets, spent a night in Baltimore because our flight didn’t leave until the next morning and that is how we have to leave Hillbilly Hollow to head to Minneapolis, MN.
When we fucking pulled into Chicago on the way back to Hillbilly Hollow, the first thing we saw was a tent city. You folks don’t get it do you, we are ALL going to end up that way, so you may as well get to tasting what it’s going to be like.

I just read an article about a Black woman who had lived in the same apartment for 40 years and she thought that she would live out her life there. Guess the fuck what! Her ‘WHITE’ landlord sold the building and the new owners are turning the building into an upscale condo building and so she has to go! Just like that! So, who really has permanent housing? None of us. And that shit went down in Washington, DC. Even she stated that Washington, DC is no longer “Chocolate City.” This is only the beginning and though we are being impacted in a horrific way, as each and every single hurricane comes down the pike, their white asses will be as well. Soon all of us will be camping out!
She was moving slowly, but she needed to speed up. Her blue sandals clicked on the hardwood floor, echoing off the empty green walls of the two-bedroom rent-controlled apartment in Northwest Washington where she had spent the past 40 years of her life.
Outside, her block was a booming microcosm of gentrification. Construction workers hammered and drilled, transforming an apartment building two doors down into condos that will sell for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Tourists with rolling bags swept in and out of the huge brownstone mansion next door that has become a bustling bed-and-breakfast. Millennials sped up and down the sidewalk on scooters. The corner store across the street at 13th and T had begun selling organic milk to cater to the newcomers. Rowhouses around the corner where black people once lived were being gutted, renovated and flipped. Now her own building was being emptied of its last tenants to be remade into something far fancier, something she knew she would never be able to afford. Price had to pack, move and turn in her keys before Labor Day.She’d planned to stay here until she became an old lady, in a building that sits just off U Street, a corridor known as Black Broadway.
This Black woman lived in that building for 40 years and has been pushed out to make way for whites. For the love of !!!!!!

I was at the goddamn Emergency Room ten goddamn days ago because my quack couldn’t figure out if I had a contact dermatitis or an infected arm and so sent me to the ER. There was a ‘WHITE’ man in there who couldn’t sit down for long or stand up for long who had been operated on the day before and was at the ER the next day because he could not piss. They had fucked that man up the previous day and wouldn’t even give him an ER bed the very next day. His wife was going the fuck off because she saw other people being seen before her “couldn’t piss husband” who had been operated on the day before. They fucking called my name and as much as I hate, detest despise and loathe whites, I told the ER attendant to give him my room. She said, “You’re being ‘fast-tracked’ and so he has to wait.” What fast-track meant was that I would be getting a chair in the hallway with a curtain drawn on either side. I got to screeching and wailing about HIPAA regulations and privacy and then that set the rest of the ‘fast-tracked’ patients off and so they found a room for me; the psych room. I get the psych room because HIPAA regulations call for privacy with regards to patient information. How the hell can I have privacy when the person in the chair next to me can hear what my issues are and also what my Social Security number, DOB, address, telephone number and health insurance information is? That shit’s against HIPAA regulations right there, but I’m the one needing all up and down on the psych room? Those goddamn dumb as all hell whites at Lynchburg General Hospital, owned and operated by Centra Health, need the damn psych room!
Meanwhile, they found rooms for the other Black lady and man who was also going the fuck off. It was probably another psych room, I don’t know. I just know that that’s the room I was led to. When I got inside, I looked up and saw the camera in the ceiling, I then pointed at my obvious inflamed arm and said, “So, I come in here with an obvious inflamed arm and I get the psych room?” The nurse responded, “The camera is not turned on and this was the only available room.”
I am fucking stunned, STUNNED, I say! Because I’m thinking of dude out in the Emergency Room lobby being told that there was no available room for him when the psych room was empty and available and I am sure that he would not have been upset to have been placed in the psych room; just anywhere instead of being told to wait it out in the lobby while not being able to piss. SERIOUSLY????!!!!! This is ‘health care’ in this hillbilly hellhole! And you wonder why I would rather choose to be homeless in some other state that at least has several different medical systems for me to choose from when I need medical attention? There is only one medical system here and it is called, CENTRA HEALTH! That entity owns everything down here and if you get put out of any of its facilities, you’d better buy a ticket outta here because you can see NO other doctor anywhere! And that is why we already have to board a train whenever my cousin needs to see a doctor! But I’m the fucking racist????!!!! Again I say, “SERIOUSLY???!!!!

On Lake Street in Minneapolis, the only reason the Kmart is still open is because it is almost exclusively patronized by the Mexicans and most of them are illegal and the Star Tribune owners got pissed off over the fact that cops were finding illegals all over that Kmart and was calling ICE on their asses. The cops who were trying to do their job of getting rid of illegals were told to “stand down” by the City of Minneapolis. In fact, one of those re-fried beans eating, Guacamole selling Mexican asswipes came up to me in the Kmart trying to hand me a voucher that he had received to get him a new pair of pointed toed boots. I had to cuss his damn ass out because my name was not Fernando Rodriguez and I wasn’t looking to buy a voucher off of some goddamn Mexican piece of filthy shit! And the whites are hiring those illegals up there, left and right and they know they’re illegals. And so if Trump was serious about deporting those illegal motherfuckers, he would have had ICE descend on Minnesota. They’re all up in Chipotle. There is even a section of Minneapolis known as “Little Mexico” because there are nothing but Mexican shops set up, complete with hair salons, Mexican restaurants and check cashing stores that cater to those Mexicans sending cash back to Mexico.
In Minnesota, if your ass crawled over here from Vietnam or Russia or Bangladesh or Timbuktu, you will be provided with free interpreters. You will be given free health care, free housing, free food, free cars, free clothing, free furniture and hell, every damn thing is free for your immigrant ass! Those of us who have paid taxes in this fucking shithole??!!! Not so goddamn fast! You see, we got nothing coming to us because we have got to pay for ALL the free shit that you’re ENTITLED to. So to everyone who is all up in some poor schmuck’s grill about Social Security and Medicare being ‘entitlement programs’, shut the fuck up! Those of us who were fucking born in this country have been and are paying our dues and you’re goddamn right, we should get Social Security and Medicare because we’ve fucking paid into those programs. Start screeching and yelling about ENTITLEMENT PROGRAMS that are for the express purpose of aiding those who have dragged their asses over here and are getting ENTITLEMENTS without ever having paid a dime in taxes, that’s what you fucking concentrate on!
When I moved to Minnesota and went to The Department of Public Safety to get a Minnesota Driver’s License, I had to produce a valid driver’s license from another state, my birth certificate, my social security card and to prove why my name did not match the name on my birth certificate, I included a copy of my divorce decree. And while I was standing there waiting for the customer service rep to look over my credentials, I could not help but overhear what was going on beside me. There were two women standing at the next station and one was saying to customer service that she was acting as interpreter for the woman who was from Vietnam and who did not speak English. The customer service rep stated that her papers appeared in order and so take her to the exam area where she will then be allowed to take the written test to drive in Vietnamese. Then, my attention is drawn back to the service rep that is helping me and I’m hearing, “We cannot accept a copy of your divorce decree. We need a certified copy of your marriage certificate to prove your name change.” I am stunned, STUNNED, I say. I then explain that my divorce decree has my married name on it which also has the same name as my driver’s license from another state and my Social Security card also has the same name on it. “That is insufficient, “ the rep told me. “We need a certified copy of your marriage certificate. Then you can come back and present that document along with what you have here and then you may take the written exam.”
Seriously???!!! This foreigner walks in and immediately gets to take the written driving exam in Vietnamese while I’ve got to contact the state I got married in and that issued my marriage certificate, pay to have it certified and mailed to me and then and only then, can I go back in an attempt to get my driver’s license in another state of the country that I was born in??!! For the love of !!!! I already had a valid driver’s license and yet someone can come over here from Vietnam, Russia, Belarus, Sweden, Germany, Greece, Poland, Turkey and even Albania and take a test to drive on our roads in their language while those of us who were born here and speak the King’s English, albeit with a southern accent, are sent through hoops, left and right. How many goddamn road signs do you see that are in Russian, Vietnamese, Laotian, Korean, Arabic, Armenian, Cambodian, Chinese, Czech, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Polish and the goddamn list is endless. But there I stood, speaking perfect English with a certified birth certificate, a Social Security card, a valid driver’s license from another state and a divorce decree and I had to leave without taking the exam in ENGLISH!
When I went back after having received the certified copy of my marriage certificate, I was standing next to a man from Somalia and he was asking the agent if he could take the written exam again. The agent responded, “You have taken the test 5 times and failed it. You cannot retake it again today. Study more and come back tomorrow.” Again, I was stunned because he was handing him a book with some crazy looking language on it and of course it turned out to be Somali because you see Minnesota gives the written portion of the driving test in English, Hmong, Russian, Somali, Spanish and Vietnamese. Yeah! Our tax dollars at work while the true citizens of this country always get the shaft especially if you happen to be a descendant of slaves.
Oh, and it gets worse, not only do I take the 32 question exam, I get every question right and the Somali dude is still standing there arguing with the agent while I have to stand and wait until he finishes cussing him out in English and in Somali.
So don’t anyone tell me that foreigners have it hard here because I will call you, “A fucking liar!” They have it better than American descendants of slaves and that is for damn sure. And while you’re at it, take a look at the list of states and what languages they give the written driving exam in, you’ll fucking be shocked or maybe, you won’t. Here’s a sneak preview.

He has not sent any of those foreigners back from where they came and the whites are screeching and hollering in St. Cloud, Minnesota because the Somalis are overtaking that city. They are fucking refugees in their own goddamn country. Where is the help for them? Where are the programs to get them off Skid Row and into some free housing; complete with health care, food, clothing and some more shit??!!! Where??!!! All up in Somaliland over here in Minnesota. All up in Little Mexico over here in Baltimore and in Minnesota and all over California and every damn city in every damn state in America, that’s fucking where! We would have money for the needs of TRUE American citizens if not for the fact that we take care of freeloading foreigners first and then there’s nothing left for those who at one point in time, did indeed, pay taxes in this fucking shithole!
