An Appeal To Black Mothers: Don’t Perpetuate Self-Loathing

 

 

Yesterday, I was talking with a woman who was about the same age as myself, late fifties, and she was telling me about her childhood and as she did so, I could not help but gasp because we could have been sisters growing up in the same household as her experiences mirrored my own.

She was telling me of how the police had to be called to her home damn near every weekend and multiple times during the week over domestic assault issues. She also told me about the fights; the throwing of objects at each other and whatnot that her parents engaged in. She also spoke of the insults that she endured on a regular basis coming from her own mother. She told me how growing up in that environment only made her life turn out exactly like her mother’s. She married an abusive man, put up with untold abuse until she could no longer take it and divorced his ass. She told me that to this day, she has to distance herself from her mother and that her mother gets on her case because she is looking out for her sick father. She told me that even after telling her mother that her father has no one and that she, her mother, is married and has a husband to look after her, why does she have a problem with her helping out her ailing father? Her mother in fact told her that when she dyed her hair a Kool-aid burgundy color, “You look like a nigger!”

Now for those of you who read my blog titled, “A Letter To My Mother On Her 77th Birthday! Happy Birthday Mother,” then you know that what this lady told me is exactly what you have read on that blog. Again, we could have lived in the same household because her life mirrors mine down to a “T.”

Here is an excerpt from that blog:

I am going to attempt to find the words to convey just what emotions you evoke in me mother; hate, disgust, loathing and yes…pity, for you are so despicable, nasty and hateful that no one wants to come around you and I actually pity you. I spent so many years trying to gain affection from you that was never yours to give because you hate yourself. You loathe yourself for why else would you stay with a man who, when you were pregnant with me, your first baby, threw you a quarter when you told him you were hungry and he said, upon throwing you a quarter, “Here, I wouldn’t want to see a dog hungry.” And yet you thought so little of yourself that not only did you continue to lie with that slug, you brought two more children into this world to be condemned to live with two people who hated each other. We learned to hate as well.

As you can see, it is crystal clear that many Black women loathe themselves; have no respect for themselves, feel as though they are worthless since they will settle for an abusive asshole who beats their asses and yet they stay with them year after year and those mothers take that shit out on their children. They subject their children to untold cruelties and then are pissed at their children for the rest of their life for becoming a mirror image of them. That shit’s not on your children, that shit’s on you! Your self-loathing and lack of respect for yourself is something that you never dealt with and you subjected your children to your own lack of self worth. You became a punching bag; an outlet for some no good man to take his frustrations out on. You subjected your children; those you CHOSE to bring into this world to a life of sheer torture, pain, terror, racism and some more shit and they were ill-prepared to deal with that shit! You gave them no means in which to be guided through the system of white supremacy that you know exists because you live under that oppressive system. You gave your children an added burden; the burden of trying to maneuver through a system that was evil to its core and lethal to your children while they also had the extra burden of your baggage to carry around with them. You set them up for failure. You did your best to see to it that your children would suffer, mightily. And we have. You did us no favors. We had an enemy from our own camp to set us up and then tossed us to another enemy on a battlefield on which we never stood a chance. We were not prepared because we were damaged goods already before we even knew what was going to hit us. How do you Black mothers who have done this to your children, live with yourselves? If you could not handle life as a Black woman, then why bring Black children into despair and horror that is the world you exist in that makes you loathe and hate yourself? Your children will not thank you for what you did; hurled them out into a world they were ill-prepared for and told them to sink or swim. And yet you castigated us and treated us with derision when we made decisions that mirrored your own. We took our cue from you. We learned at your knee. We looked to you. That shit’s not on us, it’s on you! You are why you hate us. You ‘gifted’ us with no silver spoons, but with tarnished hearts, battered bodies and broken minds, helpless and barely adrift in a sea of hate everywhere we turned, even when we turned to you..our mothers. What chance did we stand? How could we have turned out any better than we did? And yet you mothers of us blame us for why we are your mirror image. You act as though, we, somehow, should have emerged from a chrysalis to a well-rounded adult free from issues and with the ability to take on a world that hated the very sight of us because of our skin color.

No Black mothers! We have you to thank for refusing to realize that your actions would have consequences and those consequences would come right back to you. You get no thanks from us because you are due none. We cannot thank you for bequeathing us so little and yet expecting so much from us in return. We can only give you what you gave us; nothing more. And yet you expect much from us. Oh yes, we are YOUR children, but we are battered children. We suffer from YOUR abuse. We have “Battered Children’s Syndrome,” and it is very real. And we’re not talking merely about the physical battering of us, but more importantly, the mental battering of us. That was worse. The resulting scars from that are far more lasting and damaging than the physical ones. I can still see some of the physical damage on my body from the whippings and beatings, but by far, the mental damage is much, much worse. Where does a child turn when their own mother is their very first enemy? Where does a child turn when they face an enemy that hates them because they were born and to whom they were born hates them because she hates herself? Where? Can someone tell me? Tell us? Because there are many “me’s” out there! The lady that I spoke with told me that she thought she was the only one. I assured her that she was not. She actually sighed in relief when she heard that because she thought it was just her. Oh, how wrong she was. And oh how right I wish she had been.

And so it is true that this poem taken from that other blog to my mother is to ALL the Black children who are broken and who were broken before they ever experienced hatred from the rest of the world, but knew it coming from their own mother.

Happy Birthday Mother!

Yes, you brought me into this world;
a squalling little Black baby girl.
You belittled everything I ever did
and you beat me for nothing when I was a kid.

You want me to honor, love and respect you
when what I did was from you, take my cue.
I have never known what love is and I never will.
Not one tear for love will my eyes ever spill.

I’ve been called cold, callous and cruel,
but never have I been called, “love’s favorite fool.”
I know that this should be all about your day,
and it is in its own strange and morbid way.

There is just something that needs saying
because in this town where you live, I’m not staying.
I have come running every time you’ve ever called
and listened to each admonishment on my character, you’ve drawled.

That stops here and now because I don’t need you anymore.
I never really did but I’ve just got to settle the score.
When you talked about me to your acquaintances, that hurt.
But knowing what you are mother, I’m an expert.

I’ve watched you down through the years
send people packing with words sharper than shears.
I’ve listened to you drone on about how great you are
when you are too evil and wicked for hell by far.

You’ve got foul names for everyone you ever meet.
The language you use, the derogatory names, you bleat
to anyone who will come within your reach.
You sit on your ass and search for an invective to screech.

Then you have the nerve to wonder why you sit home alone
and that to this very day, there’s nothing for you to atone.
But your day is coming mother. It may not be here yet,
but then again, you may already be paying your debt.

Your favorite one of us died from drugs years ago
and the man you couldn’t leave hated your ass from the get-go.
Even his friends said he died to get away from you
and this I can believe because I’d do the same thing too.

So sit in your big falling down house and think,
think of all the reasons why you should take to drink.
Believe that you are good and that all others are at fault
And you’ll still deny your evilness when they lower you in that vault.

And lower you they will mother, for we must all go that route.
But don’t you think for one second that your ‘goodness’, I will tout.
You are evil personified and though I may drop dead first,
at least I’ll have the pleasure of knowing that your ass is accursed.

You will lie beside a man who hated you to the end.
Your youngest died years ago and she was a dope fiend.
And yet you blame us for problems we never placed at your door
even though you share the blame because we are what you bore!

Fact Or Fiction: Another Story Time Out Of Lynchburg, Virginia – Chapter 3

 

 

A music teacher, who was a lover of huge, older houses decided to buy one. She went on the hunt for the perfect big, old house and she finally set her sights on what she thought would be her dream home. However, this particular house had a horrifying history; each of the previous owners of the house had died by violent means. The music teacher was told the history of this house and she simply scoffed at what she thought was just an ‘old wive’s tale’ because after all, she would be living in the house all alone and so who could kill her if she lived alone? So she purchased the house and moved in and at first, there were no strange occurrences. But then she started hearing what sounded like a piano playing. She would run into the room where her piano stood, only to find that the keys were not moving. Nothing was touched. Still, she heard the noise.

When she would get ready to go to bed at night, she would hear the sound of what seemed to be someone moving around in the house. She searched high and low for an intruder, but she could find nothing and no one. She told her students in music class that she was really letting her imagination go into overdrive since apparently, her subconscious mind was still fixated on the house possibly being haunted by the ghosts of owners past.

As time went on, she learned to live with the what she considered, the little eccentricities of the house. She figured it was harmless at worst and an over active imagination at best. She continued to tell her students of each incident that would occur in the house and they all had a good laugh. But that laugh would soon come to an abrupt end.

One day, the music teacher failed to turn up at work and everyone just assumed that she had decided to take the day off and did not bother to call in. But when another day passed and there was no word from her, people began to worry and the school called her home, but there was no answer. The police were called to check on her as three days had gone by with no word from the teacher. The police arrived at the music teacher’s home and went inside. They found the music teacher stabbed to death. It was stated that the crime scene was one of the most gruesome the police had ever seen and the crime was blamed on her niece who was insane. Now, throughout all this time, the music teacher had never made mention of a niece. She had never said that a niece had been to her house or that she had a crazy or insane niece. Now, why was the “niece” arrested for the crime? Because she was found wandering around Lynchburg, looking lost and confused. Was she blood stained or carrying a knife? No one knows because it was all hushed up.

But to this day, everyone wonders, was there something about that house that claimed another victim? Was there something to the story that all owners of that house died, violently? Was this “niece” just a scapegoat for a crime that seems impossible to explain? Was there a coverup by the authorities as to what condition the “niece” was found in? Was there really a “niece” at all since the music teacher lived all alone and never spoke of any relatives? So many questions that at this point, will never be answered.

And so I ask you, is this “fact or fiction? You decide.

The biggest issue for me is the demand and treatment that functions to make black people functional in an anti-black society. Particularly, the return to society as “normal” hardly means preparing black people to cognitively withstand the perils of blackness; rather, this means that normalizing or medicating blacks will resume their roles as societal subjugates or assimilationists.

The system of white supremacy is a means to our end by any means necessary. The medical field and the field of psychiatry play a huge role in sending us to the grave; posthaste and I have seen plenty examples of that. But what I would like to know is how can the most deranged, psychopathic, murdering, thieving, lying, dispassionate, racist lunatics EVER find the gonads to call someone else crazy when their debased asses are the very definition of INSANITY??!!!

It doesn’t get any more insane than hating people who are only in this piece of shit shithole thanks to their ancestors dragging ours the fuck over here. That shit’s not on us and yet, we’re the crazy fuckers? I beg to fucking differ.

My cousin has been filled with every damn psych drug they could get him to swallow, or inject in him to the point whereas the man’s brain is barely functional and on top of that, he is dealing with TBI(Traumatic Brain Injury). The man had an anti-psychotic medication induced heart attack and the racists in this shithole burg wanted to perform an angioplasty on him even though they could find no blockage. Of course they couldn’t find a blockage because just as his obesity, high triglycerides, high cholesterol and diabetes was medication induced, caused by anti-psychotic drugs, so was the heart attack caused by Invega Sustenna. I am just sorry that I did not investigate that drug more thoroughly before he started taking it.

The racist quacks in Minnesota even diagnosed me as having ‘histrionic personality disorder’ because I was injured in a car accident and the injury became inflamed and my entire shoulder was on fire. I went to the ER and at first they were putting nitroglycerin under my tongue as though I was having a heart attack even as I was telling them that it was not a heart attack, it was an injury to my shoulder that was acting up. And of course this goes back to the fact that WHITE DOCTORS DO NOT LISTEN TO BLACK PATIENTS. I was screeching this for an entire day until FINALLY,  the next day, they decided to send me to radiology for an MRI of my shoulder and while I was sitting in the wheelchair waiting on the attendant to finish receiving his orders from the nurse, I opened up the chart that the attendant had handed to me to hold while he pushed the wheelchair and I saw what shocked and amazed me. The chart had nothing about my shoulder. Everything inside the folder was mentioning that I had HISTRIONIC PERSONALITY DISORDER characterized by ‘wanting to be praised’……..for a goddamn shoulder on fire????!!!! And it turns out that the MRI showed a rotator cuff tear and bursitis in the shoulder. And yet I was already diagnosed BEFORE the MRI as being mentally ill when it turns out, I had two serious issues in the shoulder that sent me to the hospital in pain. Whites are insane in their hatred of us.  And yet, this shit is what they had me diagnosed as having:

A mnemonic that can be used to remember the characteristics of histrionic personality disorder is shortened as “PRAISE ME”:^[8][9]

• Provocative (or seductive) behavior
• Relationships are considered more intimate than they actually are
• Attention-seeking
• Influenced easily by others or circumstances
• Speech (style) wants to impress; lacks detail
• Emotional lability; shallowness
• Make-up; physical appearance is used to draw attention to self
• Exaggerated emotions; theatrical

Causes

Little research has been done to find evidence of what causes histrionic personality disorder and from where it stems. Although direct causes are inconclusive, there are a few theories and studies conducted that suggests there are multiple possible causes. There are neurochemical, genetic, psychoanalytical, and environmental causes contributing to histrionic personality disorder. Traits such as extravagance, vanity, and seductiveness of hysteria have similar qualities to women diagnosed with HPD.^[10] HPD symptoms do not fully develop until the age of 15 with treatment only beginning at approximately 40 years of age.^[11][12]

“There are a few theories??!!” What.The.Fuck. This is yet another MADE UP diagnosis by the whites to label Black people as being mentally ill in order to discredit us. Everything whites do to us is to either discredit us, criminalize us and kill us. That is their purpose in life; to fuck us up in every conceivable way possible and they do! And I’m supposed to trust them???!!! Not fucking EVER!!!

But this is the clincher!

Seriously???!!!! The whites are not saying that I am achieving shit that I WANT, they are claiming that I am mentally ill because I have the ability to get WHAT THE FUCK I NEED!!! That is some straight up bullshit right there! And of course, they don’t know much about histrionic personality disorder and do you know why? Because it is another one of their piece of shit diagnoses that they got from out their ass in order to put some more shit on Black people in this shithole they stole from the Indians and then used my ancestors to build up and yet, I’m the crazy fucker? All Black people in this shithole are the crazy ones??!! For real! Whites better stay the fuck out of my face because I have about had it with their shit!

Once again, for the motherfuckers that are dumb as all hell, ain’t no motherfucker on this planet, crazier than the whites and yet, they get to sit on their depraved, lunatic asses and make bank off trying to get every single Black person on their goddamn killer drugs while others that look like them are sitting somewhere blowing themselves up with meth labs or are overdosing on heroin. You diagnosis THAT shit. I’m supposed to be crazy because I get what I need and yet white motherfuckers hoard money, property, land and everything that’s valuable while denying others the right to live in one goddamn home and yet, I’m the crazy one? My cousin is the crazy one? Fuck ALL y’all pasty-assed, crazy, racist motherfuckers!

Black folks, if you can’t take anything from this blog, take this, if whites manage to try and get you on a psych ward, they will try and get you to sign a paper stating that you want to be discharged, DO NOT SIGN IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. That is how they get Black people hemmed up on civil commitment court shit and then they are forced to get those killer injections. Let them keep your ass on that psych ward for as long as they want to, but under no circumstances sign ANY paper stating that you want to leave because then they got ya. Whites count on Black folks not knowing the law or not knowing what rights they may have. They have to let you go at some point, but if you sign papers to the extent that you want out of the psych ward, they will start civil commitment court proceedings and then they can pretty much control your life from that point forward. It’s akin to having gone to prison and then get out on probation, only civil commitment can be never ending. And if you don’t believe me, check out the court appeals docket in Minnesota. Much of it consists of cases whereas people who are under civil commitment are petitioning the appeals court to have that shit ended.

I know this because my cousin was under a civil commitment. And in every state that he has been in, they have tried that shit on him, but now he knows what to say if he’s ever placed on a psych ward. Know your rights! Know that the system of white supremacy is trying to catch you up in some shit at every turn. These whites ain’t fucking playing! If you didn’t know, now you know!

‘Fake’ Religion VS. ‘Real’ Coronavirus

Fake ass christians are flouting city and state COVID-19 directives banning crowds of more than 10 that were put in place in an attempt to rein in the coronavirus pandemic, but as usual, the foolish, brainwashed sheeple take no heed because the fake ass religious bullshit that they have been fed for too damn long has taken root and sent logical thought, fleeing.

Nearly three weeks later, 45 have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or ill with the symptoms, at least three have been hospitalized, and two are dead.

So tell me, who is singing now? And I suppose the fake ass christians are going to say, “It was their time. They are with the lord.” And to that I would respond, “How the fuck do YOU know?” Oh that’s right. Just how you know that there is some magical being beyond the stars that’s sitting somewhere handing down cases after cases of coronavirus just to test us and send some of us to meet this so-called ‘maker’ of ours; this magical being, is that about right?

Let me just clue you dumbasses in on something. If ‘god’ made you, then he also gave you a damn brain which should enable you to have the ability to think for yourselves and if a pandemic has been declared and those who are supposedly ALL in the know as to what to do to protect yourselves tell you to ‘distance yourself from others’ and who also issue ‘shelter in place’ orders, then that is what the hell you need to do. But do you? No! You believe that some magical being is going to protect your ass from your own stupidity in flouting the protocols that have been established to protect not only YOUR stupid ass from contracting coronavirus but also to protect those of us from your stupid coronavirus filled asses.

You don’t give a damn about your fellow so-called ‘humans’ because it is ALL about you and your magical being sitting up in some heavenly paradise awaiting YOUR stupid ass to join him. Go ahead! But you don’t get to take the rest of us out and along with you on YOUR ‘magical’ journey to the ‘rapture’. You don’t get to decide that the rest of us had better believe the bullshit lies spouted from pulpits ALL across this shithole from snake oil salesmen selling you fake ass snake oil in the form of a guaranteed spot in some mansions in the fucking sky with some magical being. If you want to believe in that shit, that’s on your dumb ass, but you don’t get to claim that you’re better than all others and so you get to flout the law and do as you please when we are supposed to be on lockdown.

I knew you damn phony ass, hypocrite nutcases would claim that your ‘religious freedoms’ were being denied you as an excuse to venture out because your damn asses are getting antsy from being cooped up with those little hellions you call kids. To hell with that. Your hellions trying your last nerve is NOT my problem, nor should it be the cause of me contracting coronavirus. You deal with that shit, in your fucking home!

Louisiana church defies COVID-19 order, holds Sunday services

CENTRAL, La. — Pentecostal preacher Tony Spell didn’t just stand before his congregation on Sunday in defiance of the governor’s order to stay home: He leaped into the pews, paraded, hugged and laid hands on worshipers’ foreheads in prayer.

Across Louisiana, the coronavirus has infected more than 3,500 people and led to 151 deaths as of Sunday, with one of the highest per-capita death rates in the country down the interstate in New Orleans. To limit its spread, Gov. John Bel Edwards banned gatherings of more than 50 people earlier this month and on March 22 issued a stay-at-home order.

And according to snake oil salesman, Tony Spell, “Churches are the last stable community institutions.” Seriously??!!! Oh, I guess, like Trump, he is a “stable genius.” I just cannot make this shit up. Churches are filled with the UNSTABLE! That is a proven fact! How the hell can you believe in and worship that which you have not seen and claim that you have faith in what you cannot see while at the same time, hating your neighbor, who you don’t even want to see???!!!

The claim is that people of ALL stripes and hues ‘worship’ at this snake oil salesman’s church, and yet, they ALL leave and return to segregated communities and so what ‘good’ does going to church do ANY of those hypocrites; those heathens? The Blacks go back to their parish. The whites go back to theirs and the snake oil salesman and his minions go back to theirs, only to come together to practice fake ass shit at the proper time on appointed days. And if ANY of you were getting any benefit from what this snake oil salesman was selling, it would show, but when you look around, is it? Hatred and animosity towards one another abounds in this shithole while these so-called religious snake oil salesmen drone on and on about, what, I don’t know because it is quite apparent that there is no ‘love’ going around because if it were, it would surely be in evidence. I don’t see hide nor hair of that shit and neither do you brain dead hypocrites that’s sitting up in church listening to lies and speaking gibberish and calling it “speaking in tongues.” You sound stupid and you look dumb and ignorant because you are. But at the same time, you are killing people by spreading a virus that is highly contagious. The law needs to shut your asses down because it is quite obvious that you are too starstruck by some make believe, fake ass shit to have any sense about you stupid shits whatsoever. Liberty University’s Jerry Falwell Jr. Gets Holy Hell As Students Fall Sick

 

Falwell partially reopened the school, and now nearly a dozen students reportedly have symptoms.

Jerry Falwell Jr. last week partially reopened his Liberty University ― an evangelical Christian school in Lynchburg, Virginia ― despite the spread of the coronavirus. Now, The New York Times reports that nearly a dozen students have symptoms that could suggest infection ― and Falwell is facing the wrath of both parents and critics.Falwell has been a coronavirus conspiracy theorist, claiming an “overreaction” to the threat is really an attempt to make President Donald Trump look bad.“Impeachment didn’t work, and the Mueller report didn’t work, and Article 25 didn’t work,” he said earlier this month on Fox News, which has consistently given voice to conspiracy theories. “And so maybe now this is their next attempt to get Trump.”

This little shithole burg is as ill equipped to handle a pandemic as a fly is ill equipped to fell a charging bull. But this dumbass, clueless, racist, greedy as all hell snake oil salesman Jerry Falwell Jr., has unleashed a damn pandemic on what amounts to Hootersville. There will be so many deaths from this virus in this burg, the numbers will astound even the most hard hearted. Those of you who know nothing of Lynchburg should know  this, the dumb shits that graduate from nursing school here should never be allowed inside a clinic that’s set up for the express purpose of healing sick gnats, much less do they have  the medical knowledge and tools to aid sick people in healing. The vast majority of Lynchburg residents go outside of Lynchburg to get their medical care because WE know that WE are fucking DOOMED if we get any health care in this shithole burg!

But this fake ass christian conservative Trump asshole eater, Jerry Falwell Jr., has unleashed hell on the residents of Lynchburg, many of which are poor and are destined to succumb to coronavirus. And what’s more, Falwell will be glad because he has ALWAYS been against poor people in Lynchburg. He even raised the rent on a grocery store that was in a high density poverty area that Lynchburg’s poor used to frequent to do their grocery shopping. The grocery store had to close down. He knowingly did this so that Lynchburg’s poor would be in a food desert. And now he wants to screech and shout about how Liberty’s students hand out bags of food and some rags to Lynchburg’s poor. What the hell is that going to do when people are  trying to breathe and can’t because they have been ravaged by the coronavirus? Falwell knew what would happen when he re-opened Liberty University because he is very much aware of the state of ‘health care’ in this shithole burg and who was already dying due to a lack of properly trained medical staff at ALL Lynchburg area medical facilities and that includes both hospitals; Lynchburg General and Virginia Baptist.

If you could see what the vast majority of people look like down here, someone would call for that bastard’s head on a platter because as bad as these people look now, the shit is about to go the fuck off in a horrific way down here. Outrage After Two White Texas Cops Are Pictured On Horseback Leading A Handcuffed Black Homeless Man Through The Streets By A ROPE!

I don’t even know why I am surprised at seeing this, what with every damn thing else that’s going down. This shithole is done for. I read just yesterday that the super rich are starting to hoard money and run for the hills. Not only that, but the republicans are resigning left and RIGHT! A bigot took to Twitter to announce that the Republican party is racist as hell and he was promptly told to leave the Republican party . There have been three mass shootings in a matter of days making the last one, the 200th of this year and we are only just now into August. Two countries have issued travel warnings against coming to the U.S. because of gun violence, namely in Baltimore, Detroit and Albuquerque.

And now we come to this!

Police in Texas have sparked outrage after pictures emerged showing two white officers on horseback leading a black man through the street by a rope on Saturday.

Galveston Police issued an apology on Monday after the shocking picture surfaced on social media, prompting a fierce backlash over its apparent connotations of slavery and civil rights issues.

The photograph shows Donald Neely, 43, being transported by Officer Patrick Brosch and Officer A. Smith from 306 22nd St to the Mounted Patrol Unit on 21st and Market.

The man is mentally ill and was only arrested for trespassing and so why was there a need for them to drag this man through the streets as though he was an escaped slave being dragged back to his Massa on the plantation??!! This is a clear example of the fact that American descendants of slaves are just as enslaved as our ancestors. How the hell does that look like we are free??!!! This is the year 2019 and yet, looking at the picture, how is it any different from the 1600s when the original slaves were treated in this manner? It isn’t! This shit has probably been done more times than I can shake a stick at, but it just so happened to have been recorded, THIS time! Does it look like we are off the goddamn plantation??!! Hell fucking no! And yet, some motherfuckers want to take me to task for having no feelings, thoughts or prayers for others who CHOOSE to come to this racist hellhole and get fucked up??!!! AGAIN, others CHOSE to come here. Our Black asses did not and to think that I have got room in my heart for others when our plight is still the equivalent of our forefathers plight is too damn much to digest. That picture is the exact equivalent of two Klan motherfuckers rounding up a runaway slave and returning him to Massa so that Massa can cut one of his ears off or even a foot to make sure that his slave doesn’t escape again! The Latino population is so huge in Baltimore, that when I lived there two years ago, the Comcast technician told me that Latinos receive a Comcast discount just for being Latino. Jail staff attempted to contact an on-call doctor rather than take the woman to a hospital, the letter said. The doctor advised that he would check on the inmate when he arrived at the jail.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., was touring a southern border facility, screeching and complaining about women there having to drink toilet water while enduring other harsh conditions, an Amerikkkan descendant of slaves was in a Florida jail on drug charges. She was also pregnant and had requested assistance because she was having contractions and was bleeding. The jail personnel merely “attempted to contact an on-call doctor rather than take the woman to a hospital.” The mentally ill, drug addicted Amerikkkan descendant of slaves eventually gave birth, alone in a jail cell. Who knows how long she had sat holding her newborn baby before a guard noticed that she was inside her cell holding a baby. Then and only then, was she taken, along with her baby, to the hospital.

Which case has garnered national and international attention? The southern border facility story, of course because what happens to Amerikkkan descendants of slaves is just ‘business as usual’ and so who gives a damn, right? Right! Certainly not the so-called ‘Black’ democratic contenders for president and certainly not the CBC(Congressional Black Caucus) because they are too far up whitey’s ass begging for donations for their campaigns and protecting the so-called front runners, Joe “I’m Stupid” Biden and Kamala “Yes I Am Black Enough” Harris.

One thing I can say for Ocasio-Cortez is that she will attempt to bring attention to the plight of those who speak one of the same languages she speaks, Spanish. Ocasio-Cortez’s father was born in the Bronx to a Puerto Rican family and her mother was born in Puerto Rico, hence why she could go to a southern border facility and find out from the illegal immigrant families being held there, and in their own words, just how they were being treated.  She also “accused half of all border agents of being wrapped up in a violent culture and questioned their treatment of illegal immigrant families. She also said the abhorrent abuse she witnessed was them on their best behavior.”

So tell me, what’s new? Whites have been abusing their victims for centuries. Who is surprised at what is going down inside those southern border facilities? Certainly not one Amerikkkan descendant of slaves because the majority of us have found ourselves inside a jail or prison hell and so we know firsthand just what those illegal immigrant families are enduring. But the difference is, even though this shithole has made it extremely difficult for those people to remain in their own countries thanks to sanctions, coups initiated by this shithole and the fucked up list is endless, those people still CHOSE to come here. The woman who gave birth to her baby in a jail cell did not choose to come here. Her ancestors were dragged here, kicking and screaming. Her ancestors were whipped, shackled, raped, beaten, molested, stripped and poked and prodded and bought and sold. Her ancestors were slaves and yet last month, Ocasio-Cortez “compared southern border detention facilities to Nazi concentration camps and received backlash from Holocaust survivors, and several high profile Democrats for going too far.”

What are prison hells? What the hell are jails? Nazi concentration camps! And please, a “Holocaust survivor,” bring your ass on up in here and screech and wail and complain about this all you want, but that shit don’t cut no ice with me! What was perpetrated against my ancestors does not pale in comparison to what these Nazis did to you. According to you, no one has suffered more on this planet than holocaust survivors. Well, I am pretty sure that if any one of my slave ancestors were alive today, they’d fucking duke it out with you over that claim. But at least you received reparations for your claim. Us, not at all. The only thing we are still receiving is enslavement, whippings, shackles, chains and brutality since there are almost three million Black bodies slaving away in FOR PROFIT PRISONS today! Amerikkkan descendants of slaves rank number one when it comes to horrifying statistics of disparities in health care, maternal mortality, infant mortality, employment, incarceration, addiction, homelessness, food insecurity and the fucked up list is endless. And now whitey pasty-ass has extended that plight to those south of the border who are coming here because of untenable living conditions in their home countries brought to them by, yep, you guessed it, whitey pasty-ass. That poor mentally ill Black woman who just gave birth in a Florida jail hell did not belong there and she would not have been sitting up in there if she had been Becky or Scott or Ian and was from some rich suburb in Georgia. She would have been sent to rehab for her addiction and given all the treatment she needed to overcome a heroin addiction. That is so indicative of what this fucked up country stands for, it ain’t even funny. And millions do not have access to free healthcare and for those who do have access to healthcare, that healthcare is substandard. Only the rich can get great healthcare. The rest of us are dealing with healthcare that is comparable to what passed for healthcare in 1810 since what the fuck has changed as it relates to healthcare since? More women, especially Black women are dying in childbirth in what is supposed to be a ‘developed’ country than ever before, but in all actuality is more like a third world country. How in the world are people dying from childbirth in America? That makes no sense whatsoever, not unless it is ALL done by design and then it makes perfect sense.

And what about the shit that’s always on the news, the fact that yet another American has gone on a rampage and murdered multiple people and after the fact, law enforcement then finds a stash of assault weapons, multiple rounds of ammunition and enough guns and ammo to kill thousands. Meanwhile, the shooter’s mental health is questioned.

But now it is time to celebrate why hundreds of thousands of Americans have died in so many wars, I’ve lost count. It is time to celebrate the fact that this country loves war. America is in love with war and don’t say that it is not because if America was not in love with war, why then in the year 2019, is this country STILL at war and STILL trying to find some country to be at war with? War is ALL this country has ever known. The first ‘illegal’ colonizers warred with the Indians for this land and that set the standard; if you want something, go to war. If you want someone else’s land, go to war. If you want to build the country on the backs of another continent’s people, battle those people for their people, subdue them and then take the people from that continent. If you want some country’s oil, go to war and kill them and take over their oil. If you want an American company to be able to strip another country of its natural resources, go to war against that country. For whatever contrived reason, this country MUST be at war.

However, I refuse to celebrate war because that is exactly what we are doing when we celebrate Memorial Day. We are honoring, not a need for people to have died in wars, we are honoring the fact that people fought in elective wars. And what does ‘elective’ mean? It means we ‘chose’ to go to war. We did not have to, but because this nation is a nation of warmongers and war hawks, this is why we celebrate war. Don’t hand me that bullshit about how we are honoring our ‘war dead’ since they did not have to die. They did not have to suit up and be sent to foreign shores to die over an elective war; a war of choice. It has been stated that this country has been at war for over 220 of its 242 year history. This is what we are celebrating and believe me, that is nothing to celebrate. You people are sick and twisted who go around celebrating this shit with parades and cookouts and some more shit!

People don’t have free healthcare because our money is being spent on killing people and claiming what’s not ours to claim. We glorify guns and screech about the 2nd Amendment as if that is the only Amendment that’s worth a damn! All other Amendments pale in comparison to the 2nd Amendment especially seeing as how the 13th Amendment did not abolish slavery for if it did, there would not be over 2.3 million Black slaves sitting all up in prisons on bullshit drug charges, slaving away making shit for free to be sold by corporations and quite frankly, the 1st Amendment don’t mean shit either since what the hell is free speech these days when people can be jailed for publishing the fact that this shithole committed untold war crimes and crimes against humanity and free speech is being curtailed even as I type this? If some platform that I use to get my message out has a problem with my message, then my message gets shut down. And we all know that only whites own the platforms that people use to be heard. The news coverage is brought to us by white faces. Those who own the networks are all white. Those who own the newspapers and magazines are all white. Every media platform is owned by whites and whites have long been known for re-writing history to gloss over the vile ass shit they do and they are at it to this very day. And of course, whites are behind the celebrating of war with this Memorial Day celebration bullshit whereas we celebrate people who have died fighting in elective wars by hosting parades, throwing cookouts and watching baseball games. So go to a parade, munch down on a hotdog and then attend a baseball game, but don’t forget to take advantage of all those Memorial Day savings at the few remaining brick and mortar stores or better yet, order some plastic shit on Amazon and demand that it get to you the same fucking day because you’re celebrating war!

We don’t have ANY freedom! Try not going through security to board an airplane and your ass will land in jail so fast, you won’t even have time to collect your wallet. Try protesting longer than your ‘permit’ allows and you’ll find your ass in jail so fast, your head will be spinning. Try lounging around on a sidewalk while homeless and see how free your ass is. You’ll be locked up before you can count to two. Try selling some un-taxed cigarettes on a New York street and if you’re a descendant of slaves, you’ll be choked to death and your killer will walk free. Try being a child descendant of slaves playing in a park with a TOY gun and you’re dead, two seconds after the official slave patrols pull up on you! Try driving down the goddamn street and you’ll end up dead, hanged in a Texas jail because you’re a Black woman. Try going to the hospital because you feel ill and you’re Black-assed, you’ll end up in the morgue. Yeah, wars are fought to protect NO freedoms that we go on and on about since we love the illusion of freedom which is why we love Disneyland and Disney World. We love our illusions! War is for other people to fight! But you’re fine because you’ve got a ticket to Disneyland!

What Indians?” TrumpDump! And who makes the war machine possible? Why, our sons and soon…our daughters because the military generals have said that it is high time women saw some combat action. And guess why women are now necessary for the military. Can’t guess? You’re celebrating WHY! The ‘troops’ are dead, dying and committing suicide from being fucked up in the head after having been deployed too many goddamn times! You don’t get that? No, of course you don’t because all you know is that today gave you an excuse to sit back and indulge in too much alcohol, hot dogs and sun! Burn motherfuckers! Burn! Because one of these days, your turn is coming. So, eat, drink and be merry since you don’t really give a damn for the war dead because if you did, the last thing you would be doing in honor of their memory, is eating, drinking and sitting at a goddamn parade!

And when the troops do make it back to America from having whored themselves out to the warmongers and war hawks and they need some anti-suicide help, where is your ass after you finish sitting at the parade grounds, stuffing your face on hotdogs? You are nowhere to be found to man the suicide hotlines for those fucked up in the head soldiers that make it back.

“VA Suicide Hotline! Hold, Please!”

The VA, has been swamped with calls since opening in 2007. The volume increased from fewer than 10,000 in 2007 to more than 500,000 last year, according to a recent Government Accountability Office report.

A 2010 calculation by the VA estimates that 22 veterans kill themselves each day. The VA, which has not updated that estimate, says the hotline “rescues” 30 veterans from suicide each day.

Some workers handle only one to five calls each day and leave before their shifts end even though phone lines have gotten busier, the emails say. As a result, 35% to 50% of the calls roll over to back-up centers where workers have less training to deal with the emotional problems of former service members.

So, the people who are trained to deal with potential suicides handle only one to five calls a day? For real? And after having listened to one suicidal former service member, they are out the door and oh what a great day it is, eh? Then, those who are on backup are sitting somewhere looking cross-eyed for lack of training or know-how in dealing with the ’emotional problems’ that they are hearing from the former servicemen. Go figure!

You sit somewhere on your stupid ass and think that “thank you for your service” gets the job done when you know damn well that a fucked up in the head veteran needs more than your worthless ass ‘thank yous’. What the hell are they supposed to do with a “thank you?” Cure their mental illness with it? House themselves with it? Stop drinking because of it? Take it and use it as a prosthetic? You brain dead, dumb as all hell Americans make me sick with your reasoning that you should always be able to take the easy way out. As long as you don’t have to suit up and kill someone you’ve never met, what’s the big deal? Well the big deal is that this is yet another reason why you are going to pay for this shit. This is why your shit is continuously getting flooded and hit with tornadoes and some more shit because you don’t give a damn about anybody besides your own worthless hide. I am SO very glad that millions of you are sitting somewhere moaning and wailing over the fact that life as you know it has ended. “There is no way that Black people, who are mentally ill, can go to whites and expect and receive help because the main reason why many Black people are mentally ill is due to the horrendous racism that we are exposed to, constantly. How then are we supposed to get relief from the very ones who are why we are mentally ill?

When I was in Minnesota, my cousin was seeing white mental health ‘care’ professionals and they filled him so full of poisons, I went to that mental health ‘care’ facility and threw fits. I pointed out the obvious in that the place was filled to bursting with descendants of slaves who had been sent to that facility by the courts which are set up to set up descendants of slaves. I pointed out the fact that there were no Black doctors or therapists on staff and I even filed a complaint with the board. I’ll have you know that the next time I visited that establishment with my cousin, he was asked if he wanted to see a BLACK psychiatrist and a BLACK therapist. There had been none before that time! I refuse to sit somewhere and allow us to get mistreated. If we don’t speak up for ourselves, we will continue to be mistreated and I am having none of it!

He now has to see a Black psychiatrist via Skype since no Black psychiatrist in their right mind would come down here to Hillbilly Hollow, but he requested to see a Black psychiatrist and even though it is via Skype, that is who he is seeing. He requested a Black case manager and that is who he has. His primary care doctor is Black and everyone he sees for his care is Black. We insist upon it and we ALWAYS will. If one refuses to come to us, we come to them or via Skype, but we would have it no other way! And it shouldn’t be any other way! And Black psychiatrists are very much aware of why Black people request them! They know the deal! Just as those depicted in this article knew the deal. It may be a ‘forgotten tale’, but this shit cannot be ‘forgotten’ by us since we still suffer from untold atrocities from being caught up in a system we wanted no part of because we did not immigrate here, our ancestors were dragged here. This shit’s not on us!”

When I lived in Minnesota, I lived in a small town in the middle of no goddamn where that didn’t even have bus service. When I looked at my first electric bill, I noticed that the bill contained a ‘transit tax’. Now, I’m thinking, “What the hell am I paying a ‘transit tax’ for when there is no ‘transit’ out in the middle of this godforsaken nowhere? I picked up the phone and called Metro Transit and asked about that shit. Guess the fuck what! Those worthless white-assed motherfuckers had decided to bring mass transit to the area and after multiple plans and charts and drafts had been drawn up, decided that it just wasn’t feasible to bring bus service to that area. And yet, they continued to charge everyone who lived in that small town, a ‘transit tax’ even though those white fuckers had scrapped bringing transit to the town. Now, this town had mostly white asses in it and yet they were too stupid to look at their electric bill, see that they were paying a ‘transit tax’ and yet there was not a bus or light rail or subway stop any goddamn where! You see, this is how stupid whites really are and yet, they try and portray us as the damn dummies! I screeched and hollered and threatened to go door to door and tell every damn body in that town that they had been paying a transit tax for FOUR, that’s 4 goddamn years for nothing! I told MNDOT(Minnesota Department of Transportation and Metro Transit that I was filing charges of fraud against them for defrauding people out of their money since that is exactly what they did. Guess the fuck what! Transit was introduced to that goddamn city and I was called by the City Administrator and was told that “thanks to you, bus service is being started up and that there was going to be a ribbon cutting ceremony and that I would be requested to speak.” When the bitch found out that I was Black, all that shit changed. The white bitch that they had paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to for her land on which to build the Park and Ride, was featured in the newspaper. The Park and Ride was named for her ass and I was never even an afterthought. But even so, when Metro Transit came in, they took away that goddamn sign with her fucking name on it and put up “Metro Transit Park And Ride.” So the city authorized and paid for, with our tax dollars, a big ass brick sign with her name and ‘Park and Ride’ chiseled on it, all for nothing. Whites are lethal and ferocious in their fucking racism!

Now do you see how fucking racist whites are?!!! Were you ever in ANY doubt because if so, I’ve erased any and all of it! Those racist bastards never publicly acknowledged that I was the reason bus service was brought to that area and they never will, but I got the satisfaction of pissing off multiple whites while at the same time, helping the few Black people who lived in that area have reliable transportation to and from Minneapolis, MN. This is what we can do Black folks when we put our mind to it! And even though we don’t get recognized for our accomplishments and achievements, don’t let that deter you from trying. It has never deterred me and it won’t. Those white bastards want us to give up when we never receive recognition for the great and good things we do, but it ain’t about their awards and shit, it’s about the fact that we don’t give up and we help one another out! So keep on keeping on, but you ain’t going to get it done by sitting all up on Facebook and Twitter. That shit is meaningless. Do something meaningful for a change and you can make a difference! Insight: Supreme Court Decides Not to Hear Case Where a Racist Juror Sentenced Man to Death — Kreb Talk

In Georgia, jurors must unanimously decide on the death penalty for it to take effect, which happened after Tharpe’s 1991 murder conviction. Seven years after the conviction, attorneys trying to appeal Tharpe’s case interviewed Gattie and found him to be a racist whose virulent hate would go unmatched until a man with skin the color and consistency of Goldfish crackers took up residence in the White House.

When they interviewed Gattie, according to Time magazine, he proudly proclaimed, among other things:

• There is a difference between “good black folks” like the victims Tharpe murdered and “niggers.”
• He owned a store and routinely kicked “niggers” out of it.
• He voted for the death penalty because he thinks Tharpe is a “nigger.”
• If Nicole Brown Simpson hadn’t married a “nigger” (O.J. Simpson), she would still be alive.
• He often “wondered if black people even have souls.”
• Some of the jurors wanted Tharpe to serve as “an example for other blacks who kill blacks.”

Still, after this information was provided in Tharpe’s appeal, the 11th Circuit Court said that Gattie’s racial animus wasn’t enough to prove that he was biased in his vote to convict. But on the day of his scheduled execution, in a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court sent the case back to the 11th Circuit.

Now looking at the above in-quote remarks, still, the 11th Circuit Court concluded that “racial animus wasn’t enough to prove that [Gattie] was biased in his vote to convict?” Seriously?!! That just goes to show that whatever shit slithered into a black robe and sits on the 11th Circuit Court is just as racist as Gattie, for how could IT not be. Those shits, as I have stated numerous times are NOT human! There is no way they could be. Only things that have no soul, no heart, no moral compass, no empathy and no compassion could sit somewhere and allow an execution to take place knowing that racism played THE deciding factor in the implementation of the death penalty.

Also, it should be known that the accused, Keith Tharpe has a reported IQ of 74, making him unable to understand the charges, according to many experts. But that does not matter, according to the Supreme Court. Tharpe waited too long.

I do know something. I know why I have never been called for jury duty. I am TOO Black for jury duty! They would never call me for jury duty and I’ve lived in multiple states, have never committed a crime, been a registered voter and held a valid driver’s license and yet, my Black ass has never been called for jury duty? What’s up with that shit??!!

Let a white motherfucker sit in the defendant’s chair. I know right out-of-the gate that that parasite is guilty as hell! In fact, they’d have to drag me out of the courtroom because I would stand up, point an accusatory finger at his ass and scream, “Lock his parasitic ass up for life, he’s guilty as hell!” And as far as I am concerned, he could be accused of only stealing a candy bar from the corner 7-Eleven store.

I cannot even hazard a guess as to how many innocent Black men and Black women have been put to death thanks to racism, but who were indeed, innocent. Even today, when one is supposed to face a jury of ones peers, there are still more whites on the juries where there are Black defendants than there are Black jurors when there are white defendants. Whites are not our peers. They are our mortal enemies; each and every single one of them. You will never see a mostly Black jury presiding over the court case of a white male parasite or even a white female parasite because whites know what they have done to us and are still doing to us and they know that if we ever get the chance to return the favor, we’d take it. I know I would! So yeah, call me for jury duty to preside over a parasite! I fucking wish they would! I’d seek fucking justice done, alright!

And don’t even think about posting a comment about how two wrongs don’t make a right. You are hundreds of years too goddamn late with THAT shit! And the same applies with murder for murder. The state can sanction murder without penalty and yet if I murder someone, I can pay the ultimate penalty; my life! The same also applies to the US military. Soldiers can kill with impunity while suited up, but go to prison if they come back to the states and cannot distinguish the ‘good’ guys from the ‘bad’ guys because they are fucked up in the head and cannot turn the ‘kill switch’ off. Who is that shit on? Those who turned him/her into a killing machine or the one who allowed himself/herself to be turned into a killing machine? Once again, whitey parasite ass gets to pick and choose, in the most fucked up manner possible, just what is legal and sanctioned by the state and what is not. …And The Proof Just Keeps On Coming That Mental Illness Is NOT Taken Seriously In America!

Here we go again!

Michigan authorities say a mom fatally shot her three children Monday before turning the gun on herself.

On Wednesday, Kent County officials identified Aubrianne Moore, 28, and her daughters Alaina Rau, 2, Cassidy Rodery, 6, and Kyrie Rodery, 8, as the four people found dead at a Grand Rapids home.

Aubrianne Moore used a bolt-action hunting-style rifle to fatally shoot her kids in a wooded area near their home. She then loaded their bodies into her car and returned home, where she killed herself outside the vehicle.

The sheriff’s spokesperson tells PEOPLE that authorities had been called to the home in the past. The calls were “mental health related issues.” Court documents reveal that Moore had a history of mental illness and suffered from hallucinations and schizophrenia. In September, Moore was declared a danger to herself and hospitalized for more than a week.

I just blogged about a young man in California who killed his mother, father and their housekeeper and now this. And now there is a message at the bottom of the article stating that if you or someone you know is considering suicide, please contact the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK.

No one wanted to help me when I called the crisis line in an attempt to get help for my suicidal cousin. In fact, I was placed on hold while he was coming at me with knives and then I was told to call them back at 9:00a.m. Apparently, no one should attempt to commit suicide and call for crisis help at 4:00a.m. They must wait for the suicide/mental crisis regular office hours.

Three young children are dead, who had their whole lives ahead of them because, once again, mental illness is NOT taken seriously in America! I cannot stress this enough! How many innocent people must die before mental illness is taken seriously? Where was the follow-up care, otherwise known as ‘after care’ for this mother of three since only five months after having been sitting all up in the psych ward for being a danger to herself, this woman not only kills herself, but takes out her three small children? This is just unbelievably horrific! The children were aged 2, 6 and 8. And no one is going to be held accountable for their deaths because I am not blaming their mother because I know for a fact that she could have sought help until hell froze over and she still would have ended up doing what she did because there is no help. There is nowhere to turn because a short stint in the psych ward is not enough when a person has a lifelong mental illness. This woman was suffering from hallucinations and schizophrenia and that is nothing to play with. Whomever her doctor was, he/she has the blood of those innocent children on his/her hands because a mentally ill person is a vulnerable person and should be treated as such. A person who is a danger to themselves is also a danger to others. And I stated on another blog that the first people to get hurt and/or killed by a mentally ill person will be those who are family members or caregivers because they are in the danger zone and here we have three children, aged 2, 6 and 8….DEAD!

So now there is hand wringing and gnashing of teeth going on and pleas for suicidal people to call the Suicide Hotline. Aren’t they supposed to wait for Mental Health Awareness Month? Aren’t they supposed to wait for Suicide Prevention Week? Who is recognizing mental illness and suicide prevention on the off weeks and months? During the month or week set aside to address the issues of mental health and suicide, stories will abound, but afterwards, nothing is said until mentally ill people start going the fuck off and killing themselves and their children or killing their parents and the help. Now they want to throw in about calling the Suicide Hotline. Oh yes, now this is all “SO tragic” and “we need to do better, blah, blah, blah!” What the hell use are psychiatrists, psychologists and psych wards when it is quite apparent they they are doing fuck all about mental illness? What is their purpose? Why are they getting the big bucks? What the hell is their problem??!!! People are dying because those quacks sit back and utter gibberish at someone for 10 minutes and then it is on to the next ‘patient’. And if you don’t have insurance….well now…just cure yourself! This is just unbefuckingbelievable!

I just posted about my cousin’s suicide attempt on January 22nd and then I posted about a man who murdered his mother, father and their housekeeper earlier today and now this. This is just never going to stop! Look at those children in the above photo. They are dead. Their mother is dead; took a shotgun to them and to herself because in her mind of hallucinations and schizophrenia, she just could not make sense out of her life. There were those who were supposed to help her put it all back together and be there for her when it all unraveled because make no mistake, medications always need adjusting, medications stop working and some people stop taking them because of all the bad side effects and so mentally ill people need constant monitoring. That is obvious. Her children had quite obviously been in danger since the police stated that they had been to her house several times due to mental illness problems and for domestic civil disputes. And since she had been in the hospital a mere five months ago for being a danger to herself, then that automatically qualified her to be a danger to her children since they were to be in her immediate vicinity when she was let out of the psych ward. Believe you me, they don’t keep you very long in a psych ward. There are too many waiting on a slot and so there is no incentive to keep people in for as long as they need to be in. I know because my cousin should have been placed in a facility because if he had, he would not be in the condition he is in today; sitting somewhere with multiple scars from a fractured skull, broken neck, broken back, fractured right leg with chunks missing out of it, bullets poking out of his buttocks, bullet fragments in his bladder, scars from surgery all up and down his stomach, a head that is lopsided because his skull had to be taken off and put back on again minus some of it and I could go on and on. The man’s body looks like he has been in a hundred wars and all because mental illness is NOT taken seriously in America!

Because I have whooped and hollered and threw sixteen fits, my cousin is now receiving injections again, has a case manager that he is going to see tomorrow and another investigation is about to commence against his doctors and the medical board called me today to inform me that I would indeed, be receiving a copy of what the investigation uncovers and any disciplinary action taken against his doctors….AND I am going to address City Council on the 27th of this month and most likely get hauled off and arrested because I am going to go the fuck off! I finally received a call today that I am scheduled to address City Council and believe me, there will be many who will lose their hearing at that meeting; this I can promise you! I am not trying to become a statistic; murdered by my mentally ill loved one and if no one else will look out for me, then I will!

And so for those of you who are in a similar predicament, what you should know is that you must continue to try and have your voice heard. Call the medical board! Call City Council. Call the newspapers. Call everyone out! Just don’t sit and suffer in silence because you may very well end up silenced, permanently like those poor children were silenced. I know it is tough, but you have got to be your own advocate because no one else is going to do it. I am located in Virginia. This is why I told my story and why I am posting about how prevalent murder/suicide is where mental illness is concerned. Thoughts and prayers don’t get it done for if they did, I am quite sure the loved ones of this woman who just killed her children and herself would have moved heaven and earth with prayers for this not to have happened. Likewise, the loved ones of the man who just killed his mother, father and their housekeeper would have done the same. Don’t think that you can go it alone because you can’t. Reach out! There are people out there like me who care! And I intend to start a support group for people who care for their mentally ill loved ones. There are more people in your neck of the woods who are in the same boat as you. We need to support each other!
