Prosecutors say few meals were actually served, and the defendants used the money to buy luxury cars, property and jewelry.

Mayor of NYC mulls plan to build tent city for influx of migrants

New York City Mayor Eric Adams has announced he is considering putting up large tents as temporary shelter for the influx of relocated migrants the city is struggling to accommodate, The Associated Press reports.

The proposed tent city is one of many options city officials are considering to house the estimated 13,000 migrants that have arrived from Texas and Arizona. Cruise ships and summer camps are also on the table.

“This is not an everyday homelessness crisis, but a humanitarian crisis that requires a different approach,” Adams said in a statement Thursday.

Despite its extensive system of homeless shelters, New York City is struggling to find accommodations for the newcomers. At the helm of the unexpected influx are a number of GOP governors, who have shuttled thousand of migrants to liberal areas like Martha’s Vineyard, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. in protest of President Biden’s immigration policies.

MINNEAPOLIS — A sprawling homeless encampment that had hundreds of tents at its peak is gone from Powderhorn Park in Minneapolis. Sanitation workers hauled away the last few tents Monday, July 20, and park police arrested about 20 people, residents and activists who refused to leave.

She is flying right over the heads of thousands of people who look just like her and who are sitting up in tents in Minneapolis wondering where is the help for them. And that shit in Minnesota has the audacity to say that they are “Minnesota Nice?” Fuck THAT shit! How do you not see video after video of homeless encampments right outside your back door, but you’ve got to look at the TV or a video to know that there are some people in a foreign country having some issues that you are breaking your fucking neck to get to because, for some strange reason, they are more worthy than the poor souls who have been living like refugees a whole hell of a lot longer than those in Ukraine?

How many of you know that today, Tamir Rice would have been 19 years old? Remember, he was 12 when he was gunned down in a park, while playing with a toy gun, 2 seconds after Klan Kops showed up and murdered him. A child’s life was cut short and the Klan Kop that murdered him was never indicted on ANY charges and was in fact, rehired by another police department. So yeah, somebody really paid the price for murdering an innocent 12 year old Black child, didn’t they? The only people who paid the price for the murder of Tamir Rice was Tamir Rice and his family and friends. No one responsible for why he never lived to see his 19th birthday paid the price because of the system of white supremacy that whites will forever uphold and make sure that we pay the price for their damn, vile ass ancestors having dragged ours over here.

That was the type of warrant issued for the search of Ms. Taylor’s apartment, which allows the police to punch into homes without warning. But that shit comes too little, too late for Breonna Taylor and so she’ll just have to lie in a cold, lonely grave and never live out the rest of her life because “Breonna’s Law” was passed too late to be of any use to Breonna Taylor.

What about Sandra Bland? Remember her? Or is she too, just a footnote in history, simply because she IS history? Now we come to George Floyd, one of the many murder victims whereas we actually saw how his murder took place. Coincidentally, on what would have been Tamir Rice’s 19th birthday, the murderer of George Floyd, Derek Chauvin, is sentenced to 22 1/2 years in prison on 2nd degree murder, 3rd degree murder and manslaughter charges. According to an article I read, the maximum for a 2nd degree murder charge is 40 years. And as heinous as that crime was, Derek Chauvin should be in prison for the rest of his natural life and add two more life sentences to that. Because in addition to that charge, there were two more, which seems to me, a pretty lenient sentence when you look at ALL that he was found guilty of. But I am pretty sure that Benjamin CHUMP, the family’s lawyer on the case will stand somewhere and look elated over Chauvin’s sentence for those crimes he was convicted of. And of course Derek Chauvin is in solitary confinement, or so they say. Who’s to know? Because whites lie every time their lips are moving. For all we know, Derek Chauvin’s been kicking it at some posh country club like ‘prison’. Oh yes, they have those, just not for us.

And what about Freddie Gray, who while in police custody, was murdered, but somehow it wasn’t murder, but the man’s dead nevertheless? How the hell does that happen? A man is arrested, dies in police custody of injuries he received at the hands of the police and no one is found guilty? No one is found liable for his murder and so bury Freddie Gray, get on with your day and that’s it, that’s all folks. Do you folks see where I am going with ALL of this? We are sitting somewhere acting a fool on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram and some more shit while those who look like us have been consigned to the trash bin of history; whitewashed out of sight and out of mind. When you celebrated Juneteenth, did it put any money into your pocket? Did it give you health insurance? Did it cure your diabetes since you have diabetes because of poor diet because you work minimum wage jobs and cannot afford the proper foods with nutrients needed for a healthy body? Did it move you out of a crime infested neighborhood that is wracked with gang violence? Did it close down the liquor store in your neighborhood owned by a foreigner brought over here for the express purpose of further reducing your time spent on this planet above ground? Did celebrating Juneteenth get the bank to approve a home loan for you? Did celebrating Juneteenth get you approved for an apartment in a nice section of town? Did celebrating Juneteenth get you into college? What was the purpose of you celebrating Juneteenth? There was none and the whites know this. The purpose of you celebrating Juneteenth was all for the whites. It had absolutely nothing to do with you since the whites know that whatever bone they toss you, you will run with it, be thankful for it and don’t question why the whites are hyping up some piece of shit ‘day of emancipation’ that never took place, because make no mistake, we are still slaves. We are still slaves in every way.

Look around you. What group in this country is in the worst possible condition? The group that was hellbent on celebrating Juneteenth, that’s who. What the fuck do you have to celebrate? American descendants of slavery are the poster children for homelessness, income inequality, mass incarceration, abject hunger, childhood poverty, high school drop-out rates out of the ballpark, inadequate or no health care, high mortality rates for Black women, babies and children and for both Black men and women, high mortality rates from being murdered by cops. And statistically speaking, we are at the bottom, economically and so disadvantaged, it has been stated that Black household wealth stands at $7.00. We have no real and true wealth; no tangible and intangible assets.

But that was not always the case. Whites destroyed everything we ever built for ourselves, from our homes to our institutions to our movements and so why do you think that they have no problem with us ‘celebrating’ Juneteenth, Black History Month and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Day? It is because that is ALL we are to have. And for most of you, that seems to be enough!

And yet, when the protests were raging, all we heard from the whites and from the Black misleaders was, “Look! They are burning down their own neighborhoods!” What fucking neighborhoods do we own? Black people don’t own shit! The lone Black barbershop on the corner is nothing to screech about because, HELL! In Baltimore, MD, Black people have taken to doing curbside barbering. Those goddamn foreigners that the whites have over here on expired visas own that shit that was burned to the ground. If you look at the news out of Minneapolis, there was some Somali man standing there talking about how he owned this and that and was going to help the burned out community. SERIOUSLY??!! How did his tree climbing ass, crawl down from a tree in Somalia, fly the fuck over here and own some damn businesses when Black people, who were born here and are descendants of slaves, have to operate a ‘curbside’ barbershop and yet the whites and the Black misleaders want to exclaim that we are burning down our own damn businesses? What businesses? Yeah! Go do your research and get back to me on that. American descendants of slavery are doing so poorly because it is by design. Whites know why! WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden signed legislation Thursday establishing a new federal holiday commemorating the end of slavery, saying he believes it will go down as one of the greatest honors he has as president.

Juneteenth is just another federal holiday for the whites. It’s just like Memorial Day! “Go out and buy some shit because a sale is on! Juvenile Sexually Assaulted At Powederhorn Park Homeless Encampment

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) – A juvenile has been sexually assaulted at a Minneapolis homeless encampment. Tents started appearing in the park earlier this month. Some people started migrating to the park after they were evicted from a makeshift shelter inside a Minneapolis hotel several blocks away. At least 200 tents were recently pitched there.

The majority of the ADOS population in Minneapolis, MN is homeless on any given night because the affordable housing units have almost ALL gone to housing IMMIGRANTS, especially those from Somalia. Why aren’t those Black motherfuckers strutting through the streets protesting the foulness of THAT shit? Why are they not strutting through the streets with a show of arms because they are mad as hell that thousands of people who look like them are living in third world conditions with typhus and hookworm dripping out their ass? A Case Of Two Wrongful Death Settlements

First, the Breonna Taylor ‘wrongful death settlement’ that has been heralded as the largest settlement of its kind in the history of Louisville, Kentucky; $12 million.

Breonna Taylor’s Family Historic Settlement a Good Start … But We Demand Full Justice!!!

Breonna Taylor’s family and legal team are giving praise to the City of Louisville for reaching a historic settlement in her wrongful death case, but they’re making it crystal clear their mission’s not changed … they want full justice for Breonna, and for the cops who killed her to be arrested and charged.

Attorney Ben Crump says the huge financial settlement has helped assure that Breonna’s death won’t be swept under the rug like so many black women before her, but equally important is the comprehensive police reform to be instituted to prevent future tragedies like Breonna’s.

Crump claims the $12 million settlement is the largest amount ever for a Black woman in a wrongful death case involving police, and may be the largest ever for a Black person in America.

Also, according to Louisville’s mayor,Greg Fischer, there will be lots of police reform to ensure that what happened to Breonna Taylor will not happen to anyone else and so now, everyone can rest easy in their beds who actually believe that bullshit. Not only that, but calling this settlement, ‘historic for a Black woman’ is the absolute end of enough and a direct slap in the face to every Black woman in Amerikkka. $12 million lousy dollars for a wrongful death settlement when Breonna Taylor will NOT get to spend one damn dime of that money. That money is cold comfort to equally cold and dead Breonna Taylor. That pittance is no more than ‘hush’ money because I don’t care how many ‘reforms’ the mayor claims will be instituted, the racist criminal justice system cannot be reformed. It needs to be totally dismantled because it is the former slave patrol on steroids; it just morphed into more of a monster than it started out to be and that’s saying something.

If Breonna Taylor had been my daughter, I would have told the city of Louisville, Kentucky where to stick their lousy ass twelve million. My daughter’s life, would not have been reduced to a twelve million dollar payout when she was as innocent as a newborn baby because she had done nothing wrong. Breonna Taylor was asleep in her home and kops bust down her door and shot her without even bothering to check that the suspect they were after had already been apprehended and as of today, not one kop has been charged with her murder and now the concentration is on the fact that twelve million dollars has been declared the biggest payout in the history of Louisville Kentucky for a wrongful death lawsuit over a Black woman and so be grateful, sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up because ‘history’ has been made. Never mind that no one on the scene of Breonna’s murder even bothered to render aid to her. Not one of those racist thugs that bust down her door even bothered to glance at her, they just went about the business of searching for drugs and found none. Breonna Taylor’s lifeless body, by then, was a mere afterthought and yet I’m going to stand somewhere and claim a twelve million dollar “shut the hell up about it” settlement is something to write home about? Nothing fucking doing!

I don’t give a shit that Breonna Taylor’s mother and her attorney, Ben Crump are still claiming that they are insisting that the kops that murdered Breonna Taylor be arrested and charged with murdering her. I don’t give a damn about Ben Crump calling for all charges to be dropped against protesters who protested the kops killing Breonna Taylor because as far as the whites are concerned, it’s done. It’s over. Next! And just how much do you seriously think that Breonna Taylor’s ‘estate’ is going to receive after Ben Crump takes his cut because believe me, the attorney ALWAYS walks away with the majority of any settlement monies because if they did not, would there be as many attorneys as there are? And why is it that Ben Crump only takes ‘high profile’ cases? It is because the public does his work for him. The public assures Ben Crump of making millions by effectively doing his work for him while he sits in his office, leans back, puts his heels up and watches the news for the latest protests on Breonna Taylor’s behalf. If Ben Crump was so concerned about those protesters being released from jail, then with his considerable fortune, why did he not represent them, bail them out and stand at a press conference and speak about what a wonderful job they did on helping him to reach a settlement with the city of Louisville, Kentucky?

Crump says, “We want full justice, not just partial justice,” and is also calling for all charges to be dropped against nonviolent protesters who were arrested for demanding justice for Breonna. He attributes the victory to all the people who have been protesting and fighting for justice.

That Uncle Tom piece of shit is just another bloated windbag sellout who is nothing more than a dirty, snake of a lawyer with not a grain of integrity, honor or ethics just like ALL attorneys, bar none! And I should know. I have had enough dealings with them.

And so we come to the next case.

Judge Approves $20M Settlement For Justine Ruszczyk Damond’s Family

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The largest police settlement in Minneapolis history has been approved.

On Tuesday, a City of Minneapolis representative confirmed that state district court Judge Mary Vasaly approved the $20 million settlement with the family of Justine Ruszczyk Damond.

Of that settlement, the distribution is as follows: $5.7 million goes to Justine Ruszczyk Damond’s brother, Jason Ruszczyk, $5 million to her father, John Ruszczyk, and $1 million to her fiancé, Donald Damond. Approximately $6.3 million goes to attorneys’ fees.

Another $2 million goes to the Fund for Safe Communities at the Minneapolis Foundation. The fund is a program to fight gun violence in the city.

Ruszczyk Damond was shot and killed by then-officer Mohamed Noor in 2017. A jury found Noor guilty of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.

Convicted former police officer, Mohamed Noor, is serving a twelve year, six month sentence for killing Justine Damond. But of course, look at who did the dying and who did the murdering.

Mohamed Noor shot Justine Damond because he ‘claimed’ to have heard a noise and fired his gun, thus killing Justine Damond as she stood by his patrol car after she had called the police on a suspected sexual assault occurring outside in the alleyway behind her home. Noor and another officer responded. Neither exited the patrol car and Damond walked up to it and was shot by Noor.

The whites in Damond’s upper class south Minneapolis neighborhood went the fuck off, demanding justice for Damond and calling for the heads of several city employees including the chief of police and the mayor, which they received since the mayor, Betsy Hodges is mayor no more and the police chief was forced out as well. No one had to protest or lift a finger really because justice was going to be served FOR Miss Australian Justine ‘goldilocks’ Damond. The ‘wall of blue’ that usually surrounds kops that go on murdering sprees was nowhere to be found in this case since Noor is behind bars even though he claimed the usual that gets ALL white kops off, “I feared for my partner’s life and so I fired my gun.” The partner, who was white, was quite in shock and said so because it was his contention that he did not ‘fear for his life’ and so did not know why former officer Noor fired his gun. But be that as it may, why does Justine Damond’s wrongful death settlement garner a $20 million dollar payout while Breonna Taylor’s garners a $12 million dollar payout? Notice any glaring difference? I’ll give you a hint.

Now, take into consideration that Justine Damond CHOSE to come to this shithole. Former Somali cop Mohamed Noor CHOSE to come to this shithole. Who did not? Breonna Taylor and so why did IMMIGRANT Justine Damond’s family received $20 million dollars when her ass would still be alive if she had not IMMIGRATED to this shithole from Australia? Not only that, but IMMIGRANT Mohamed Noor would not be sitting up in prison for killing Damond if his ass had remained in Somalia. Both had passports and yet, both were involved in a similar case as Breonna Taylor’s and yet, Breonna Taylor’s murderers have NOT been brought to justice. No charges have been filed and Breonna’s estate is to receive $12 million, minus attorney’s fees, of course. And as you can see in the above quotes, the attorney on the Justine Damond case received more in attorney’s fees than any of Justine Damond’s loved ones. But the same is going to happen in the case of Breonna Taylor’s settlement. Ben Crump will make out like the bandit he is, while Breonna Taylor’s estate will receive the crumbs he doles out.

Not to mention, what police reforms were put in place in Minnesota to stop the senseless murder of unarmed innocent citizens because even though Philando Castile had a gun when he was pulled over, he had a permit to carry that gun and yet, what did he receive for his actions of complying with the kop that murdered him? Dead. That’s what he got and the wrongful death settlement reached on behalf of his estate? A three million dollar settlement. That’s justice, right?

Again I ask, where were the police reforms after Philando Castile was murdered in 2016? Where were the police reforms after Justine Damond was murdered in 2017? And so why are we then to suppose that there will be police reforms after the murder of Breonna Taylor in 2020 especially seeing as how there were mass protests, worldwide with the murder of George Floyd in May of this year? Where are the police reforms? Who needs or wants to hear more lies from mayors and police chiefs and police unions about reform of the criminal justice system which needs to be dismantled, nationwide? How many more people need to lose their lives at the hands of the state before the people take action and put paid to those murdering animals for good because make no mistake, kops are going to go on killing mostly American descendants of slavery and no amount of protesting is going to make that shit stop. No amount of payoffs is going to stop that because taxpayers are footing the bill for those settlements.

The citizens of this country need to take a leadership stance and demand that the entire racist criminal justice system be completely dismantled because it is mostly made up of members of hate groups and what’s more, that shit is well known by police departments all across this shithole. Mohamed Noor was made to pay for the killing of Justine Damond because he was not really one of the ‘boys in blue’ which are code words for ‘white supremacy’ groups. And make no mistake, the only reason Derek Chauvin is sitting behind bars is because who the fuck couldn’t see that he deliberately and with malice aforethought and with intent to kill, did indeed, kill George Floyd and now want to blame George Floyd’s death on Fentanyl. We ALL know that fentanyl did not kill George Floyd, Derek Chauvin and the rest of the ‘boyz in blue’ killed him and so, I ask, yet AGAIN, where are the promised POLICE REFORMS? Because they are certainly non-existent in Minneapolis and they will be just as non-existent in Louisville, Kentucky. But now that Breonna Taylor’s mother, Tamika Palmer, can take her $3 million dollar cut from the whopping $12 million dollar insult to Breonna, all’s well that ends well until another high profile case makes the headlines and all over it like flies on shit, Ben Crump will be and he will have the protesters to thank for doing his job for him, but they will receive from him, nothing but useless thanks because he damn sure as hell will not use his substantial dirty money to represent them or bail them out of jail.

The lives of Black women don’t count for shit to these racists in Amerikkka and what’s more our lives never will. Downtown Minneapolis’ Residential Boom Reversing As Crime Rises, Businesses Shutter

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The once-burgeoning downtown Minneapolis can be hard to recognize these days: empty storefronts, empty sidewalks. And on several nights, unrest has filled the streets.

“Now because of what’s going on with the pandemic, and now the civil unrest, in my condo building downtown we have a record 21 lock boxes. We’ve never had this many people leaving the building. It’s shocking,” LaBelle said. “They’re selling their units because they don’t want to live in an unsafe environment.”

You wealthy white motherfuckers wanted GENTRIFICATION? You got it and so now, you leave????!!!! You’re selling up and getting the hell out???!!! That’s whites for you! I remember when I lived in Minneapolis and they were in the process of building those luxury high rise condos downtown. I remember seeing the two Minneapolis’s converge; on the one hand, you had the people who were obviously well off, sitting outside of upscale dining establishments, eating and drinking with not a care in the world, while on the other hand, across the street, a homeless man would be sitting on the sidewalk with a cardboard sign or there would be a man standing near Target, playing a guitar while only a handful of people threw some coins into the little box he hoped to fill. There was even a homeless veteran sitting further down and I took some pictures just to showcase the life of the haves and the have nots. The photos are small because I was using an old flip phone I had, but this is what I managed to dig up.

Never once did I see ANY of those poor homeless people commit a crime. What was their ‘crime’? They were poor. But now that Minneapolis cannot get a handle on its soaring crime problem thanks in part to the whites who simply chose to ignore a festering problem until that problem finally came home to roost, the whites have no choice but to sit up and take notice of what they had long been ignoring. Now there are calls for social justice. Now there are calls for affordable housing in downtown Minneapolis. Why? Couple assaulted in downtown Minneapolis, police investigate

MINNEAPOLIS — A couple in Minneapolis are sharing their story after they say they were randomly attacked by a group of eight to 10 people downtown Friday night.

The couple, who did not want to identify themselves out of safety concerns, say it happened at the intersection of North 5th Street and 2nd Avenue in the North Loop just after 10 p.m.

Yes indeed, that would have been unheard of just a few short years ago. But now, the scene in downtown Minneapolis on any given day is one of a ‘ghost town’ and I highly doubt that is about to change because when Minneapolis gave us a look into what Minneapolis is ALL about when Derek Chauvin knelt on George Floyd’s neck for damn near ten minutes until he killed him, that put paid to that shit about the whites having Minneapolis on lockdown. Dozens Of Businesses Consider Moving Out Of Downtown Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Downtown Minneapolis is at risk of losing dozens of businesses.

Cruising through downtown Minneapolis is not what it once was. On some stretches the largest city in the state looks more like a ghost town.

A new survey by the Downtown Council shows 45 business owners say they are considering leaving downtown – citing the lack of people working or socializing downtown – and the idea that the police department could be dismantled.

Though they won’t say which businesses are considering pulling out of downtown, the council says one of the businesses employs 600 people.

That could mean a lot of empty spaces.

I was so damn glad to read this, it ain’t even funny! That’s just what this damn city deserves and I knew it was coming. Because when you treat a certain segment of the population a certain way, that shit IS going to come back and bite you on the ass. And when my cousin had to live in a derelict building that was not even licensed for occupancy and when the lawyer, Michael F. Cockson, claimed to want to take the case to get compensation for his clients, who he then turned around and sued for their class action settlement monies which saw my cousin receive a lousy $724.15, I knew that Minneapolis was going to get hit and get hit hard. I only had to sit back and wait.

A copy of the settlement check from an $18.5 million lawsuit and this is the amount that my cousin received. Seriously? When Michael F. Cockson’s greedy ass is not even satisfied with $6 million from a lawsuit that was supposed to compensate people for living in slums that were not even licensed by the City of Minneapolis, MN and how could this check get issued when Michael F. Cockson’s appeal for more in Attorney’s Fees had not even been heard? More shenanigans by crooks and liars.

And though the law firm that Michael F. Cockson is a partner at is more than likely not leaving downtown Minneapolis, one thing that I am certain about, since COVID-19 came into play law firms have been impacted. I read that many lawyers have lost their job and not only that, the client list is drying up because who can pay for an attorney when millions have lost their jobs and could not even go anywhere for months thanks to COVID-19? So whatever you bought with that six million dollar plus payout, Cockson, I hope it was worth it because I do believe that right now, your ass ain’t sitting so high on the hog. You haven’t hit rock bottom yet, but it is my belief that you will because “as you sow so shall you reap.” And Minneapolis’s whites have got a lot of reaping to do based on the shit they’ve sown for too damn long.

So you tell me, how is it that the majority of looters are Black when Black people cannot even afford housing in Minneapolis, much less do they have money to purchase chainsaws? And so I ask again, “Who is doing the majority of the looting?”

Bao Huang, owner of Hop Wong near the corner of Lake and Chicago, slept in the Chinese takeout restaurant with a gun through the four nights of riots, but he couldn’t prevent a fire next door from damaging it. “Where’s the police?
