Lynchburg, Virginia City Council Candidate Says Police Need More Funding Because Lynchburg Has Had A Whopping SIX Homicides This Year!

Poor Baltimore, MD, Chicago, IL, New Orleans, LA, Detroit, MI, Portland, OR, Oakland, CA, Seattle, WA and numerous other cities all across this shithole would be most happy IF their homicide numbers were on par with Lynchburg’s, but pumpkin head, Martin Misjuns thinks that Lynchburg’s homicide numbers are pearl clutch worthy.

1. Citizens aren’t safe in Lynchburg, like they used to be – and Marty remembers years during his public safety career in the City of Lynchburg when our streets were much safer.

The number one responsibility of government is to protect the lives of those within our city limits and safeguard their property. Public safety is the cornerstone to all other priorities of local government. Education and economic development are important, but our citizens must be safe when they are attending schools or participating in the economy. That is no longer the case in our city. Homicides have risen drastically in the last two years (2021 and 2022 year to date) as referenced by VSP Data and LPD Public Information Releases.

When it comes to senseless violence, we are headed in the wrong direction.

What he means is that Lynchburg, Virginia is going through a GENTRIFICATION PROCESS and there should be MORE funding to get the homeless Black people off the streets when the process is complete. How else are those yuppies going to feel safe after taking over what was once Black neighborhoods? This is why I’m facing homelessness because the whites along with the house slaves doing massa’s bidding are pushing Black people out, hence why corporations have been encouraged to come in and pay any amount to private landlords to buy up ALL rental properties and immediately increase the rents thus pushing Black people out onto the streets and straight into jail cells and the Klan Kops here will be most happy to arrest us and beat the hell out of us inside those jails because whites are afraid of us on a one on one basis, but when we are sitting inside their damn jails, they get to gang up on us with the “goon squad” coming and delivering a severe ass whooping to any Black person they so choose. Lawsuits have been filed because of that shit taking place.

So pumpkin head Marjins here, is on some business as usual time because he completely understands the assignment. Make way for the locking up of the poor Black folks who will be pushed out of our few remaining homes, thus bringing in the yuppies which is why this burg has been tearing apart what once used to be Black sections of town and building new apartment buildings and lofts, raising the rents and hollering about a whopping SIX HOMICIDES as problematic when it is NOT!

For what? What is the purpose? Because it is crystal clear that there is no need for a mere SIX(6) homicides in Lynchburg. So, someone, anyone…please tell me why Pumpkin head Marjins intends to push legislation to pour money into the coffers of the Lynchburg Police Department aka Klan Headquarters over 6 homicides. In fact, ALL candidates for city council have that very same mindset/agenda as Pumpkin head Marjins; the Lynchburg Police Department aka Klan Headquarters, is in dire need of public funds over a whopping 6 homicides. We are just a bunch of flaming criminals here in Lynchburg. Crime is out-of-control because we are just killing each other off. Pretty soon, there won’t be a soul around to count the bodies piling up at the morgue, the homicide rate is so high.

People, this is the shit that the whites are about in this racist shithole called, Lynchburg, Virginia. And if you look at the so-called Black candidates, you can see that their heads are so far up the whites’ asses that traces of their shit is still on their faces. 3. Public Safety

Throughout my eight years of service on City Council, I have been a staunch supporter of public safety. I believe having qualified, well-trained, and well-paid police officers, firefighters and emergency communications personnel are all important components of a vibrant and safe community. My record proves that I am willing to do what it takes to ensure that every citizen in the Lynchburg community, regardless of what neighborhood they live in, can feel safe and secure.

Police

  • Supported a $10,000 increase in the starting salary all sworn police officers, approximately $40,000 per year to $50,000 per year.

  • Voted to implement a pay plan that provides a progression system for annual increases in officer salary

  • Voted for new equipment including body worn cameras, an upgrade to Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, new safety equipment for vehicles

  • Funding for a new police headquarters on Odd Fellows Road. This new location rather than the original Kemper Street will result in an $8 million cost savings.

  • Benefits of the new police headquarters include:

    • Consolidating four locations into one location

    • Provides a modern police facility that includes secured parking for department employees, which significantly enhances safety

    • Includes meeting space that allows the department to invite the public in and build stronger relationships with our community

    • Provides room for growth of the department for many years to come

POLICE, POLICE, POLICE is all you’re going to see from this scum that’s not at all concerned about the poorest citizens of this dead ass burg, but are concerned in assuring the rich yuppies that the agenda of GENTRIFICATION will be pushed through no matter what and the Klan Keystone Kops are backed by every OREO as well as racist white candidate at their disposal. That bitch is on the board of directors of the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority and yet I’m about to be homeless and she was once married to my cousin.

Not one candidate has said a word about poverty, skyrocketing rents, inflation, the high cost of food; not a word about that. It’s all about the POLICE! A man was hit by a Metro train at Southern Avenue in D.C., according to D.C. fire.

Fire officials say the man was extricated and was conscious and breathing.

The Green Line was single tracking between Naylor Road and Anacostia. Metro advises riders to expect delays in both directions.

No further information has been released at this time.

 

The above taken from the only article is all that I could ever find on this about my cousin’s accident. I have been trying to take care of him ever since. However, the shit is hitting the fan for us all and I have never seen such in all my days as what we are experiencing now. My cousin and myself are being evicted because we PAID THE RENT IN ITS ENTIRETY EVEN THROUGHOUT THE PLANDEMIC BEFORE IT WAS DUE FOR FIVE YEARS AND FOR THAT WE ARE, APPARENTLY, BEING PUNISHED. I will be living in my vehicle, but my cousin was sent a letter from the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority stating that he was approved for a housing choice voucher and yet, the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority has been dragging its feet in getting a voucher issued to my cousin. They have had him running over to housing bringing in documentation and telling him that his voucher will be available in two weeks and when those two weeks came and went, it has now turned into “soon and very soon.” These people play games with folks lives and the shit’s not funny. I have been homeless many times and it doesn’t get any easier, but if my cousin has been approved for a housing choice voucher, than they need to get on with issuing it to him so that he can find housing and not move into homelessness along with me in his condition.

I am only using my cousin’s first name in this blog. My cousin Charles was struck by a train in 2016 and suffered a fractured skull which resulted in traumatic brain injury, a broken back, a broken neck and broken right femur. He was operated on and released from the hospital a week and a half after having been struck by a train. He has been signing up for housing assistance since he was struck by that train. The following emails will detail his most recent attempt to receive much needed housing assistance since the severe accident from which he is still trying to recover and please also note, that he suffered a heart attack in December of 2019 brought on by some prescribed medication he was taking.

Thank you for your correspondence on behalf of your constituent, Mr. Charles
of Lynchburg, VA who contacted your office regarding his status on the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program waiting list with Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority (LRHA). Mr. Charles says he applied for a HCV on March 8, 2021. He had a question about why his position on the waiting list dropped, moving from number 140 in July, 2021 back to number 154 in January 2022. We contacted LRHA’s Executive Director, Ms. Mary Mayrose, regarding Mr. Charles’s concern. It appears that the change in placement on the waiting list was due to an error caused when LRHA received a new allocation of Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV) in 2021 that were mistakenly placed on the HCV wait list. The EHV program is being issued through the Continuum of Care (CoC) and LRHA is currently in the process of moving those EHV families to their own wait list. Mr. Charles’s spot will be corrected accordingly. If Mr. Charles would check back on his placement in about 7 days, the error should be corrected. LRHA advises Mr. Charles to review his application to determine that he has entered all waiting list preferences relevant to his situation that he can support. Also, the LRHA’s Public Housing waiting list is open and typically remains open at all times. If an applicant applies for a Public Housing unit it will not affect their placement on the HCV waiting list. We hope this information is helpful to you as you respond to your constituent. If you require additional information, please feel free to contact our office at 804-822-4949.

Finally, Charles received the application for a housing choice voucher, he completed it, turned it in and it was accepted by the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority. But then he received an email stating that he had failed to complete the application that he had HAND DELIVERED to the housing authority and copies were taken of all accompanying documents.

Here is an email that Charles sent the intake coordinator, Collison Corner at the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority.

Dear Mr. Corner,

I hand delivered my application to housing and the lady at the front desk assured me that everything housing needed was included in the finished application. Why did no one tell me that I had returned an incomplete application? I even called on Monday of this week and inquired about why I had not heard anything from the housing authority. I was told by the lady who took my application that the next thing I would receive from housing was a telephone call letting me know the date that I could come for my housing choice voucher. I do not understand why at this late date, I am being told that I did not turn in necessary documents when the lady made copies of all documents. My entire bank statement was in the envelope and it is not my fault that she neglected to copy the entire statement. She also did not tell me that I needed an updated copy of 60-day Social Security benefit statement. She took a copy of my benefit award letter and she did not let me know that the statement was insufficient.

I do not have a computer and you told me when I called you that I was, in your words, “confirmed,” so I took that to mean that you had everything that you needed. The only reason I am aware of this at this time is because my cousin just happened to check my email and discovered this from housing.

I would appreciate not being held responsible for what is being perceived as a lack of cooperation on my behalf.

What other housing authority could get away with this? It is blatantly obvious that the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority is intentionally withholding Charles’s housing choice voucher that he has been waiting a year and a half to hopefully obtain and yet, after having been told that he was approved for a housing choice voucher, he was told that in two weeks, he would be contacted to come in and get his voucher, when the two weeks passed, he is now being told that his shit is being “sent upstairs for processing.” This Corner dude IS UPSTAIRS and so where the hell is he sending what he claims needs to be further PROCESSED? To the MOON??!! This man is going to be homeless come September 30th and the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority is well aware of that fact, but is still playing games with this man’s life and it’s not funny. This man was hit by a damn train, is suffering as a result because, let me state it again, from A SKULL FRACTURE AND AS A DIRECT RESULT, TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY, A BROKEN BACK, A BROKEN NECK, A BROKEN RIGHT FEMUR AND HIS ARTERY HAD TO BE RE-ROUTED THROUGH THE VEINS IN HIS RIGHT LEG and he is expected to be okay when he goes into homelessness come October 1st because Corner has to send Charles’s voucher UPSTAIRS FOR PROCESSING because the man on the moon needs to view it???!!!! Really??!!! Seriously????!! And people have the nerve to wonder why there are so many fucked up homeless people walking the streets????!!! This would be why!!!! Don’t be wondering about that shit because it is DELIBERATE!!!

The state of New Jersey just issued FOUR THOUSAND HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHERS, ONE THOUSAND WENT TO HOMELESS PEOPLE AND THEY HAVE RECEIVED THEIR VOUCHERS while this little, bitty burg can’t get one man’s voucher to him in a reasonable time span??!!! There ain’t nothing but 70,000 or so people in this little ass burg and 82% of them are rich whites. They are NOT in need of a voucher! And so there is no excuse on this planet why that man’s voucher is being held up! No excuse at all that is on the level.

Here are copies of what we were sent by Greenbrier Management Company that took over Bramblewood Apartments Complex, but we were never issued a new lease and obviously that is not going to happen. It is not as if we have been sitting back waiting on a miracle because for anyone who has been reading this blog over the nine years that I have been posting, it is known that I am not one to sit and twiddle my thumbs, but, AGAIN, I have never experienced what is going down now. It is like there is a concerted effort by ALL entities, governmental, corporate, etc., to see to it that as many people as possible are fucked up. I have exhausted ALL avenues of trying to find a place and frankly, I am at my wit’s end. If it was just me that I had to concern myself with, I wouldn’t have a problem because I am tired of having to ‘prove’ myself to potential ‘landlords’ that I would be a great tenant. That shit should have already been proven since I have rent receipts dating back FIVE YEARS, a perfect FIVE YEAR rental history in one unit and that’s not good enough. So, I’ll be homeless. That’s nothing new, especially for Black people, but if my cousin has been approved for a housing choice voucher, than by God, he should be able to receive it and not have people playing games with his very life!

Below is the first notice that we received from Greenbrier Management, but no lease.

This is the letter that we received in Greenbrier back in February and yet we were not allowed to sign a lease for this notification.
And then in July, we were sent this notification and yet, still no lease.

And now, it is the end of our lease term, September 30, 2022, and still no lease has been signed. I even spoke with Louie, who was the manager of this complex last month when I paid the rent because like I’ve already stated, I pay the rent the month prior to the month that it is due and have the receipts to prove that. In fact, Louie asked me if I was paying rent for August when I was paying rent for September in August. That is how ridiculous and clueless that mess is over at the office. And now, there is a Black woman sitting in Louie’s chair. So, since Greenbrier Management took over, we have dealt with so many different office people, my head is spinning. First there was Indica and Devon, then Cassie, then Louie and now a new girl. For the love of!!!!! When I spoke to Louie, he told me that we would be going month-to-month. Look at the second notice and see what their month-to-month rate is plus add a hundred dollar month-to-month fee. That is only for people who did not send notification of their intent. I sent notification of our intent back in June and so we should not be on a month-to-month and so, in essence, we are being evicted because they know that we sent in our notification before it was even due and we’re not fucking paying them a month-to-month rate and be sitting in the food bank line that’s about to close down for lack of donations, looking cross-eyed.

Meanwhile, I have been trying since February to find an alternative, but with the housing situation the way it is, I have found nothing available. I actually caught COVID or so they tell me back in June trying to find housing. We signed up but never heard anything and despite numerous emails, nothing. I went to Minnesota in July and signed up for an apartment and was told that I was on the waiting list. I am on waiting lists for apartments from Ohio to Minnesota to New Jersey to Iowa and, AGAIN, nothing.

 

Folks, this shit is NOT funny and it is coming for ALL of us. News story after news story I have read about how rents are skyrocketing, home prices aren’t down much so that people can afford to buy homes and folks are being set out on the streets in every state in this shithole. So, if you think this is funny, keep laughing, a few months from now, the shit will be impacting those who think it won’t.

After a midsummer meeting in June 2021, newly hired police chief RaShall Brackney felt the need to double down on her personal safety, unholstering her gun as she left headquarters. Brackney’s fear however was not prompted by the activity on the streets, or even the ongoing public threats made against the police department over the years. Instead, she found herself afraid of her own subordinates, cops who wanted her gone after making some controversial, yet necessary shake ups throughout the force.

And I’m just down the street from Charlottesville in Lynchburg, VA and so I know ain’t no damn way I would have taken that position because nobody’s that clueless in thinking that shit was going to work out when the shits in this state as in every state, are racist as hell and hate filled to the core against American descendants of slavery. Whites’ deranged and irrational hatred of us is assuring their damn demise because that’s the reason this shithole is in the shape it is in and the downward spiral is going to continue. But unfortunately, no one can reason with the psychotic and deranged who only seek our demise but by doing so are causing theirs and they are too stupid and beyond insane to see what is right before their very eyes. There was evidence of several officers making racist remarks. One text in particular read that they should “take out” the command staff. And while Brackney found this concerning, most others on staff blew the comment off. The report additionally found an officer training a new hire on how to hide misconduct.

Oh, I am SO surprised at “several officers making racist remarks.” That’s another lie. I am NOT surprised. I would have been surprised if they had made none. Those “officers” are often seen at night in some field standing somewhere looking stupid and foolish, draped in white sheets with a dunce cap looking hood on, prancing around with a torch chanting, “Kill the niggers!” We have been dealing with this crazy shit since our ancestors were dragged to this shithole! But whites, seriously….explain to me your irrational hatred for those of us who were dragged over here by YOUR fucking ancestors. Could you explain that to me and why you hate us for what YOUR ancestors did? Not a one of our ancestors threw themselves into boats and rowed up to this shithole just a begging to become slaves. That shit’s not on us. That shit’s on YOUR ancestors and you are just as filthy, vile, depraved, debased, psychopathic, savage, evil and monstrous as those that spawned your funky, pasty asses! The only claim to fame you have is the ability to drip diseases and come up with even more vile and atrocious diseases to let loose on innocent human beings. You’re the ones responsible for small pox, syphilis, AIDS, VAIDS, COVID-1-990, the gaypox, pridepox, rainbow rash, dipqueeria, gaybola, bootypox, dookiepox and the rest of the poxes that are coming as a result of you nasty, filthy animals. And yet AGAIN, I digress!

First, she withdrew officers from a regional drug task force which she saw as targeting low level drug users instead of drug pushers. She then made a move to take resource officers out of schools which often leads to the criminalization of behavioral and disciplinary issues. Brackney was also not a fan of special units, as she believed that these were blind spots in police departments where misconduct and corruption occurs.

This Black woman was trying to dismantle the racism that was systemic inside the Charlottesville police department, but that didn’t go over very well with the ones who are tasked with making sure that the system of white supremacy will forever be upheld in this fucking, racist shithole and so what was done about this Black woman who was doing her job? Why…she was fired and the excuse was since the Klan Kops were quitting, en masse, the thing to do was to fire the first Black female police chief, thereby insuring that the status quo of systemic racism continued, unabated.

Ultimately, the department was left with a third of its positions opened after many officers had been fired or willingly resigned. Boyles fired RaShall Brackney on September 1st of last year, and the former police chief is now suing for both gender and race based discrimination.

The bad apples were fired and the rest quit before they could be fired for the blatant racism they displayed on the job of being a Klan Kop in Charlottesville, VA. And of course, the slave patrols just morphed into “police departments.” What the fuck changed? Not a damn thing. The same shit that was going on with the slave patrols as far as locking Black people up, torturing them and making them work for nothing is still the law of the land to this day. And what’s more, whites are not even trying to hide the fact that that is the very reason for police departments since who the hell else is being locked up by the millions? Certainly not whites. Certainly not Asians. Certainly not those Hindu shits from India, or that filthy shit from Pakistan. Certainly not the illegals from south of the border since their asses are being housed in $700 a night hotel suites in Mid-Manhattan New York. We ALL know who is cooling their heels by the millions in the new slave pens, now officially known as the Prison Industrial Complex.

So much for that Black woman trying to do the right thing. So much for the pomp and circumstance around hiring her as the first Black woman police chief in one of the most racist cities in this shithole and the one my ass is in is next on the list; Lynchburg, Virginia. But good on her for suing their asses and I can only hope that once she gets the money, she gets her ass outta here. Find a rock in the middle of the ocean and hang on is what I’d do if I were her. It would be better than trying to exist; in trying to survive in this cesspool of ignorance, hatred and demonic, pasty-pink psychopaths, who when out in the sun too long, turn into blistered, boiled lobsters just a spreading disease and death to all who have the misfortune to even glance at one of those things!

Lynchburg magistrates hit with lawsuit alleging coverup for Virginia sheriff

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — Two Lynchburg magistrates are the subject of a lawsuit alleging they refused to acknowledge a criminal complaint made by a Black Lives Matter protestor towards a Virginia sheriff.

The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday, January 4, against Chief Magistrate Andrew John Michael and an unnamed magistrate under him, referred to as Jane Doe.

According to the lawsuit, Samuel Joseph Orlando presented a criminal complaint against Augusta County Sheriff Donald Smith to the Lynchburg Magistrate’s Office at the advisement of Don McCown, a regional manager of the Virginia Magistrate system.

Orlando claims his personal information was illegally shared, as he was a juvenile at the time when he was charged for violating a noise ordinance while participating in a Black Lives Matter protest.

The lawsuit claims Jane Doe, who refused to identify herself, initially denied Orlando’s criminal complaint under the basis of “we don’t do that here.”

After being advised that magistrates were the appropriate official to submit criminal complaints and that Orlando had been directed to the Lynchburg office by a regional manager, Jane Doe physically accepted the complaints, the lawsuit states.

According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe called Chief Magistrate Michael and conducted an informal “hearing” with Orlando and his father through a waist-level slot in a doorway.

The lawsuit states Jane Doe said during the informal hearing, “No way I’m issuing a warrant against a sheriff. I’m not doing it.”

According to the lawsuit, neither Orlando nor his father was sworn under oath to secure testimony and both Chief Magistrate Michael and Jane Doe refused to accept responsibility for conducting the hearing or denying the warrant.

Orlando claims in the lawsuit that he was denied his right to a hearing regarding his criminal complaint towards Smith and that Chief Magistrate Michael and Jane Doe refused to acknowledge holding a hearing or accepting responsibility for denying a warrant.

The lawsuit claims Michael and Jane Doe elected to cover for a Virginia sheriff instead of performing their Constitutional duties.

Orlando is seeking a jury trial to declare judgment that he is entitled to a hearing on his criminal complaint, that his constitutional rights were violated when Michael and Jane Doe refused to conduct a hearing, and that Orlando’s attorney fees along with any other relief the court deems appropriate to be covered by the defendants.

So, as everyone can see from my series on the shenanigans going on in this burg called, “Lynchburg,” I was not lying when I stated that this burg is a cesspool and the whites run it as though it is their own personal fiefdom and will do as they please while ignoring the law since they act as though “the law” only pertains to Black people when it is being enforced, but they can flaunt, violate and outright ignore the laws because “laws just don’t apply to them.”

As some of you may already know, I was born in this hillbilly hellhole and I never liked living here for multiple reasons, hence why I left and stayed gone for the majority of my life. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of coming back, but it looks like I will be leaving again, shortly. But until then, I am going to continue with the series on Lynchburg, Virginia because it’s getting to some folks….and how!

Three households threatened with eviction every day in Lynchburg

An average of three families are threatened with eviction every day in Lynchburg, making it among the worst in the country for a city of its size, according to a new analysis of eviction records in the region.

Nearly nine out of every 100 renting households in the city faced a court-ordered eviction in 2016, giving it the ninth highest eviction rate among Virginian cities larger than 20,000 residents. Lynchburg renters faced eviction more than three-and-a-half times higher than the national average.

Throughout the course of 2016, 1,207 households were ordered to vacate their homes, according to the analysis by the Virginia Legal Aid Society. A year later, another 1,167 faced eviction.

But..but..but..the The Falwells and their ‘Moral Majority’ bullshit is sitting all up in Lynchburg, doing their ‘christian’ duty of making sure that their fellow man/woman/child who is living in poverty is getting some damn help. Right? Wrong!

Lynchburg is a city made up of two types of people; those who say, “Do as I say, not as I do,” and those who better do what they say..and they do. And then, there’s me. But I digress.

The reason why what is going down in Lynchburg is going down is because the whites here figure that not a one of these Black folks ever made it off the plantation. In fact, most Black folks in Lynchburg act like they never made it off the plantation. They are absolutely terrified of these whites here and with good reason. Since I have been back, I have been fighting like hell against these white sociopaths here who are wealthy beyond anyone’s wildest dreams thanks to slavery. Whites here own all the choice land, although truth be known, if you’re in this Hillybilly Cornhoe, you tell yourself everyday that there is no choice anything about this racist shithole. However, since whites own most of the property with the exception of a few Black folks who have licked some whites’ asses clean so many times, they’ve thrown them a bone or two, there are mostly ‘Old Money’ whites and poor Black folk, plus  the poor whites that hang with the poor Black folks who the ‘Old Money’ whites consider to be ‘poor white trash’.

You see, Lynchburg was an experiment. It was the perfect place for one; nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains almost cut off from the rest of the world. In fact, right across the bridge from Lynchburg in Madison Heights, houses what was known as the Central Virginia Training Center and in that building, were housed those who were developmentally disabled and who were sent there by their parents or other family members who could not or did not want to take care of them. But that facility has since closed and the residents have all been placed in group homes. But let’s get back to why there are so many, mostly Black people, getting evicted.

The growing disparity between rich and poor and stagnating wages may also play a part in evictions. Between 1990 and 2016, median rents in Lynchburg rose 14% while wages decreased 5%, according to a report released earlier this year by the Lynchburg Regional Housing Collaborative

Tenants aren’t the only ones eager to avoid the courts. Property owners also dread appearing before a judge, according to Antonio Rose, a Lynchburg landlord who owns about two dozen rentals across the city.

Eviction paperwork is time consuming for landlords and the court process could take several weeks to resolve, he said. In the meantime, tenants may still be living in a rental unit without paying rent, cutting off a landlord’s source of income.

In some cases, Rose has opted to pay delinquent tenants to vacate his rentals — an informal workaround known among landlords as a “cash for key eviction.” He said he once offered a tenant $400 to move out.

“It saves time,” he said.

That bastard is one of Lynchburg’s worse slumlords. Antonio Rose owns rooming houses and few fucked up looking apartments and he treats his tenants like shit, but then so do damn near ALL landlord/slumlords in this damn burg. Now, Antonio Rose is Black and the stories I have heard about him would curl the devil’s toes as to how he also treats his tenants. But then who is surprised at what goes on especially if you have read any of my previous blogs about this damn shithole named Lynchburg.

Eviction orders also have trended down in recent years. Between 2013 — when judges awarded 1,412 evictions — and 2017, the number of court-ordered evictions orders dropped about 17%. But Lynchburg’s 8.62% eviction rate still exceeds national and state averages. According to Princeton’s Eviction Lab, the national eviction rate is 2.34% and the Virginia rate is 5.12%.

Now THAT is extremely telling. Now, read this while I weep!

Since 2009, no landlord has filed more lawsuits than Lynchburg’s Public Housing Authority

Later this week a flurry of notices will appear in the mailboxes of residents living in Lynchburg’s four public housing complexes.

The notices carry a blunt message: If the rent is not paid within the next two weeks, your lease will be terminated.

Time after time, the housing authority has made good on that threat.

Over the past decade, no landlord in the city has moved to evict more residents than the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority, according to an analysis of more than 20,000 court records by The News & Advance.

Last year, the authority — which houses nearly 1,000 low-income residents across 328 apartments — filed eviction lawsuits against almost a third of all households, court records show.

Dawn Fagan, the executive director of the LRHA, said the money the authority collects from rent is a crucial piece of what keeps the authority functioning. According to the authority’s 2018 financial plan, rent payments make up about a fifth of all revenue allocated for public housing. The federal government provides about $1.6 million in subsidies every year, while rent brings in another $500,000.
So let me get this straight, the $500,000 in rent payments is what is keeping the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority, afloat? Here is an idea, storm the offices of HUD and find out why there is insufficient funds being dished out to housing authorities all across this shithole because if the Biden Administration can pull billions out of thin air to send to Ukraine, then they goddamn well can find some more billions to see that HUMANS are housed who are having difficulties what with losing their jobs, low wage jobs, excessive child care expenses, high food prices, insane electricity charges from one of the power companies with the highest rates for electricity, American Electric Power Company, high ass gas and diesel prices and the list is endless, but I highly doubt that what this “Dawn Fagan” has said about what keeps the LRHA afloat is the truth. Gotta blame the poor folk who need to make use of public housing because it is poor folks fault for being poor.

How in the world is a housing authority, governed by HUD, you know HUD, the agency responsible for funding housing for even HOMELESS PEOPLE, evicting so damn many people without a red flag popping up and someone saying, “Whoa, hold on a minute! What the fuck’s going on? You are supposed to be in the business of ‘housing’ people, not making them homeless. And why no working out what the problem is and finding solutions to keep people housed as opposed to throwing them into homelessness?”

And what has Lynchburg’s mayor said about any of this? Crickets are chirping because you see, as far as Lynchburg’s mayor is concerned, it’s just business as usual. Not one political figure has publicly stated one word about the serious issues of evictions, abject poverty, homelessness caused by evictions and so forth and so on. In fact, my cousin was heading to Baltimore and he caught a train and while he was waiting to catch the bus at 5:15am to the train station, a homeless woman approached him, pushing a shopping cart and since he was carrying sandwiches to eat on the train, he asked her if she wanted one. She thanked him politely and said that she had a few snacks and she went on her way, pushing the shopping cart in the street since there are hardly any sidewalks in this dead ass burg. But it brings me to another story that I read, a homeless man sat on a bus stop bench, right in front of my quack’s office and died. He just sat there and died and no one knew the man was dead until someone came along to sit at the bus stop waiting for a bus and discovered his dead body.

People, all of this is Lynchburg, Virginia. Tell your loved ones and even those whom you hate to STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHITHOLE!!!!! And I cannot stress this enough! There is nothing here but racism, ignorance, hate, Jim Crow, homelessness, poverty, hypocrisy and a feudal system unlike anything you have ever heard of. In order to sue any whites in this burg, you have to go OUTSIDE of this dead ass, racist burg to find a lawyer willing to take these vile, vicious shits, head on and that is no lie!

Our mail is being fucked with as far as delivery is concerned. There is a target on this household because we are the ONLY two Black people in this dead ass, racist burg that have been going toe to toe with these damn vicious, lying, filthy racist, bottom feeding, scum sucking slugs. And until we get the fuck up out of here, it is war. I am using this blog to showcase just some of the fuckery that we have experienced since we have been here. But one thing about me is that they can dish it out to me, but goddamn it, I’m going to make you regret fucking with me. I was born here and so I know these worthless racist shits. I put nothing past them. And the latest blogs showcase just what I’ve been up against and why I got the hell out years ago. I am just sorry I came back. I am not giving these racists all the details about what I’m up to and so I will end this blog at that. But I cannot stress, do NOT even visit this hellhole which brings me to mention this, a man was on a train I was on heading for Baltimore. He was an elderly Black man and he was in much distress since he was telling the train ticket agent that he had just been released from the hospital and needed the train officials to alert a hospital in Baltimore to please have an ambulance waiting for him when the train arrived in Baltimore. The man had so many ‘alert’ bracelets on his arm, I was alarmed. But he sat on that train until it reached Baltimore and as I turned back upon exiting the train, a gurney was pulling up and he was being placed on it. That man had to get the fuck up out of Lynchburg to get the help he needed and I am sure that he will never grace Lynchburg with his presence ever again. And I am sure, as far as he is concerned, it is a case of, “Good riddance to racist garbage!”

For those of you who have read the previous blogs that I posted about Lynchburg, Virginia, you should not be shocked at the fact that Lynchburg, Virginia has the dubious distinction of making the list as one of “THE MOST RACIST CITIES IN VIRGINIA.” Of course I am sure that one would be hard-pressed to find a city in Virginia that is not “most racist,” and does not have a klan chapter operating out of it, but this just proves what I have been saying all along. The hypocritical buybull toting racists in this burg are the epitome of fake assed pretenders. They smile in your face, knowing all the while that with all the land they own, at night, they’re standing in some other racist’s field carrying a torch and sporting a white sheet and a hood. The next day, they are your doctors, lawyers, landlords, bank tellers, social workers, teachers, restaurant owners, news reporters and so forth and so on. And if you make waves, you will be dealt with, sort of like what these racists have in store for me, not that they haven’t already been trying to “deal with me.” In fact, my cousin was in Kroger at the customer service counter just the other day and lo and behold, my most sainted mother(according to her) was standing right in front of him. They looked at each other and turned the other way. Now, remember, that’s the cousin that lives with me. My dear, sainted mother knew better than to part her lips to even whisper my name. But as usual, I digress.

This next chart is a complete and utter lie and it will probably be self-explanatory, but I’ll explain what I mean anyway. And you should know that this particular chart only pertains to Lynchburg, Virginia.

 

How the hell is THAT believable when every single Asian in this burg either owns an Asian restaurant, nail salon or beauty supply store? You would not be able to find an Asian going anywhere near a soup kitchen even if you camped out with binoculars for months on end trying to spy out one!

It does NOT matter about population count. What matters is the fact that if a district, burg, hamlet, town or city is not enabling an Asian to make bank, they simply move to a more profitable district, burg, hamlet, town or city. In fact, I have another chart that will make an even BIGGER lie out of the above chart. Shall we? Yes, we shall.

 

 

Now, THAT chart is NO lie. Look at where ALL the Asians stand with regards to liquid assets and total assets, does that look like they are struggling and living in abject poverty to you?

Let me explain what is taking place in Lynchburg today. With the full blessings of the mayor, Lynchburg is most rigorously going through the process of GENTRIFICATION. You see, there are seven hills otherwise known as districts and the most poverty stricken districts are where the majority of Lynchburg’s Black citizens live. Most of the housing projects are located in those districts. But what is happening is that even in the so-called Black districts, the whites are coming in and are taking old buildings and turning them into something they hope Lynchburg’s younger, up and coming residents will take to. And with the current state of bigger cities, what with carjackings, smash and grabs, burgs like Lynchburg are looking better and better to whites which is why bigger, multi-family housing management companies are buying up mom and pop owned apartment complexes and are essentially paying them the asking price because they are going to increase the rents on all multi-family developments which will thus make them too expensive for many Black people to afford which is what is happening with the complex I live in. It was privately owned and now it has been bought out by a bigger management company that is trying to run those of us out who cannot afford to pay 400% rent increases.

What is also taking place is that with this economy, many whites in this burg are struggling. I have been perusing Craigslist to get some idea of just how much whites are beginning to feel the pinch of inflation, high gas and diesel prices, high grocery prices and what I’ve found was what I expected. Whites are avid hoarders and some of you may have heard of a television show called, “Hoarders.” I used to watch that show because it was quite telling just what extent whites will go to to not release even an old newspaper, but take a look at what they are letting go on Craigslist because they need the money.

Anybody badly in need of this wreck? It can be yours if the price is right!

So, I am not saying that everyone’s coffers have run dry, but the fact of the matter is prices are rising, gas and diesel is more expensive, food prices are outrageous, companies offering high paying jobs are laying off and the only sectors that are hiring are those that already pay a wage that no one can afford to live on, hence why even whites are taking to looking in their fields for shit that’s been rotting away for decades, pulling it out and putting it on sale on Craigslist. But what are Black people doing? What we’ve ALWAYS done; figure it out and get through it. We don’t have shit hoarded in our yards and in our homes just waiting for a downturn so that we can possibly put it up for sale. We have been living the nightmare of poverty, hopelessness, hunger, income inequality, food insecurity, homelessness and the lot since our ancestors were dragged over here, not to mention a heaping helping of white supremacy, racism, Jim Crow; the whole nine yards. And whites are still trying to figure out why we are still hanging on. It’s because that’s what we have been doing for hundreds of years in this hellhole that you made a hellhole for us and you know this. Greenbrier Management Is Trying To Make My Life A Living Hell! See The Pictures And Call Greenbrier Management About How They Treat Their Tenants!

Back in February of this year, February 10th to be exact, I was featured on WDBJ7 news out of Roanoke, Virginia because I received a 60-day notice to vacate my apartment at the end of my lease with the former owners who sold the property to Greenbrier Management Company. Deal Properties ended its dealings with this apartment complex in December and Greenbrier Management took over and immediately increased our rent by $400.00 beginning at the end of our current lease with Deal Properties. But I was the only one handed a notice to vacate. Of course, because I am the only one in Lynchburg, Virginia who is exposing what is going on here.

Two days ago, there was a suspicious waterfall leak that supposedly came from a third floor apartment with a busted water heater. According to the tenant in that unit, she has no damage. According to the tenant in the apartment underneath her, he only has a small water spot on his floor. Now take a look at the pictures of my apartment and explain to me how I received this much damage while the other supposedly affected apartments suffered no or minor water spot damage. And if anyone is wondering why I have not called the Lynchburg City Inspectors, it is because I have called them out here numerous times and it has been absolutely useless! I am the brunt of retaliation, doncha know! I don’t care! I am still going to continue to get the racism that is as much a part of Lynchburg as stink on shit, spread far and wide. I knew they were going to throw mess at me and believe me, I have been dealing with this shit ALL my life. It has prepared me for the continuation of it. But I wanted to share with you just what those of us who are brave enough and bold enough to expose the evil, racist rot that permeates this shithole go through!

Should anyone paying their rent on time have to deal with this, day after day?

This is the thirteenth leak in this apartment, but this if by far, the worst one.
The blowing machines that were set up to dry that fucked up carpet that was saturated and needs to be hauled the fuck out! And yeah, OUR electricity bill is going to reflect this shit!
I have to make use of a walker and as you can see, there is NO way that I can get through this mess with my walker!
That shit’s not drying ANYTHING! It is only using up our electricity.

Look at the ceiling!!! Why have we not be offered another unit? We paid our rent on time throughout the entire pandemic. When I was interviewed on February 10th by news channel WDBJ7 out of Roanoke, VA, I gave the reporter copies of ALL rent receipts showing ALL rent payments for the last FOUR PLUS YEARS. It will have been FIVE years in this hellhole come the end of September! I have since found out that the reporter who interviewed me has been FIRED!!!!! Go figure! I feel SO sorry for her!!!!
As you can see, there is no way that I can get through there with a walker!!!!

The water even got inside the area where the water heater is. I had to make the maintenance man open that up because and you can see the water mark. The water even leaked inside the breaker panel. The maintenance man told the office manager that “all was good over here.” WHAT????!!!!!!
What could we possibly do to damage this shit anymore than what is going on now and yet when we leave, I am sure they will find some excuse to keep some if not ALL of our damage deposit even though it can be clearly seen that none of this damage was caused by us. We were awakened at 5AM to the sound of a waterfall. And VOILA!!!
I had to post this one again because as you can see, we have no smoke detector and the maintenance man had told the office that “All was good over here.” WHAT???!!!! His ass just left here with a flea in his damn ear!!!!!!
This is what the outside looked like when a concrete balcony fell and Deal Properties was the owner at that time. And now you see what it looks like on the inside now that Deal Properties no longer has this property in its portfolio. This is now on Greenbrier Management Company.

And ask them why they have filled Craigslist with robo-listings of brand spanking new $1,000+ apartments out here while we are living in a dump thanks to some sort of twisted shenanigans because no other apartment is looking like this. Other tenants are not experiencing this. So why me? Because I am outspoken and I am on a mission. As I stated, the reporter who interviewed me on the rent hikes back in February of this year, has been fired from her job and I am sure I know why because she recorded Greenbrier Management’s Vice President, Eddie Duke, telling her that our rent would only go up $50.00 at the end of our current lease as opposed to a $400 increase. I could post the paperwork detailing that, but it has another tenant’s information on there and I’m not going to expose them to anymore shit especially since ALL of this is directed at me. The other tenant is just caught up in this mess by association.

According to Greenbrier, the issues have been abated. Look at this!

To The Racists In Lynchburg, Virginia, I’m Putting Your Asses On Notice And To My Mother Who Claims I Constantly Embarrass Her, Get Over It!

 

 

Lynchburg, Virginia boasts of nothing but confederate this and confederate that. There is a confederate trail at a cemetery on Fort Avenue. The sign encourages anyone driving on Fort Avenue to walk the confederate trail. There are streets named, “Plantation Road,” and “Confederate Avenue.” Homage is paid to the so-called ‘heroes’ of the confederacy. A tree that used to be a lynching tree was mourned by the racists in Lynchburg, Virginia when lightning struck the tree and killed it. Not too long ago, there was a scandal whereas Jerry Falwell stated that he would wear a mask only if it depicted whites in black face or wearing Ku Klux Klan (KKK) outfits. We had a governor who was dressed in either or both, but was trying to backtrack from that fact. Remember Governor Northam. We also had a restaurant on Fifth Street called, Fifth And Federal Station whereas the owner ordered ‘black face’ and KKK masks for his workers. Fifth and Federal Station has since closed down and another restaurant is slated to open in its former space. I will not be heading in there because whatever is going to take the place of that racist piece of shit, Fifth and Federal Station, is more than likely going to be more of the same.

I am pointing all of this out to say that this entire burg, all 49.6 square miles is 49.6 square miles of pure, unadulterated racism. This burg’s whites are so racist that dating back as far as I can remember in my childhood, I only remember seeing two white faces until I started going to school and one white face belonged to a doctor, Dr. Morris. He was the only pediatrician who would see Black children. If not for Dr. Morris, I don’t know what we would have done. I remember him as a kindly man, who when I had chicken pox, popped one of them and I was like, “Ewwww, that’s nasty!” He told me to stay home in bed and take it easy. I also remember when I had tonsillitis, he referred me to Dr. Rischer and Dr. Rischer was another fine doctor who also saw Black patients back then. He was an ear, nose and throat doctor who also operated to take bad tonsils out. I remember my mother told me that Doctor Rischer said that I was the prettiest patient that he had operated on that day and he had also operated on a little white child and my mother noted that the mother of the white child turned green upon hearing Dr. Rischer say that. And so as far as I am concerned,  there were probably about two or three whites who were not extremely racist in this burg because even when I started school and we were integrated with the whites, the white kids took to me like ducks take to water and when I would refuse to have anything to do with them, I would get called to the principal’s office and asked why was I not speaking to Teresa or Donna or whomever. I’m like, “WTH!” “I talk to whomever I please, or not!” 

But as usual, I digress. I want ALL the racists in Lynchburg, Virginia, and you know who you are, to understand this fact, I am not going to let up on you racist pieces of shit until something is done about reining your vile, vicious, evil, racist shit in. You are going to be MADE to answer for the racist, evil shit that you are doing to those who look like me. It is way past time that something was done to stop that shit and I am going to make every breath that I take, a breath that is used to speak out on what the hell you fucktards are doing to Black people in this hellish burg that you treat as your own personal fiefdom and as though you don’t have to abide by laws, regulations, rules or anything that’s not put on the books by you vile and filthy pieces of putrid racist filth! I was born in this cesspool and so there is very little that I don’t know about it and what I did not know, I quickly found out. So, you can attempt to do your worst to me, but that is only going to embolden me to go after your damn racist asses with everything I can muster to make sure that the evil shit you do is uncovered and that you are made to answer for it.

As for my mother, who is one who shucks and jives to you racists and gets her voice set all nice and sweet when talking to a damn racist but yet cusses her children out as if we’ve done something wrong by merely existing, I’ve got a few words for you. You don’t even want to sit inside a restaurant with me. You won’t even go inside a store with me, talking about how loud I am and what an embarrassment I am to you. You have told me over and over what an embarrassment I am to you. What the fuck do you mean? I am YOUR flesh and blood and so if I am an embarrassment to you, you are an embarrassment to me because I did not give birth to you, you gave birth to me. I remember you coming home exclaiming over what those rich white little shits used to do when you were cleaning their homes and how you mistreated us because we weren’t the rich white little shits that you had just left. How the fuck was that on us? That shit was on you! I didn’t ask to be born in a cesspool of racism called “Lynchburg, Virginia.” That shit was on you and that sperm donor daddy who was useless and who told us that we were an embarrassment to him as well. Really???!! How the hell could we have been an embarrassment to a piece of filth that beat your ass, tried to beat my baby sister’s ass, wanted to beat my ass, but I wasn’t having it and also was never home because he was too busy out whoring around? The two of you were the worst parents any children could ever have and we were an embarrassment to you assholes???!?!!! Get the fuck outta here!!!

Mayor Mary Jane Dolan, mayor of Lynchburg, Virginia, I am asking you yet again to go to the blog titled:

Fact Or Fiction: Did This Really Happen In Lynchburg, Virginia? You Decide

and answer the question. Is the story fact or is the story, fiction? You know  that it is only going to be a matter of time before some intrepid reporter digs deep and then sticks a microphone in your face asking that same question. You may as well come clean and get it over with.

Now in the previous blog, I did not go into much detail, but tell your constituents about your former employees, Mitzi and Gretchen. Tell your constituents what they did and what you did about what they did. Tell your constituents about your stance on law and order and what should happen to criminals when they commit crimes.

I’m about to help you go down memory lane because I know that you are quite nostalgic about your younger years seeing as how you look like shit now. Old age ain’t wearing well on you, it really isn’t. I remember that house you all lived in that you had to drive down a really steep hill to get to and my mother used to  complain about the ice and her spinning out of control trying to reach that particular home of yours. She hated going over there because she found snake skin in the basement all the time and you must know that my mother is terrified of snakes. I remember that beautiful dog you had named, “Buffy.” She was a beautiful golden retriever. I remember one day, your daughter invited me to go swimming in your pool, but I declined. I did not have my own bathing suit and I was averse to wearing someone else’s even though my mother did the laundry quite well, didn’t she? Of course she did since you begged her to come back to work for you when you moved yet again further away from Lynchburg and expected her to drive a great distance for the same pay. She sure showed you, didn’t she? But I digress as usual.

My mother used to have us come to your house to help and I do remember having to clean your dear departed husband’s study and I was quite aghast at the stacks of Penthouse and Playboy magazines I found in there. But of course he was the CEO and president of a major company here until another company bought that one out and threw his ass to the curb. I wonder why he was never able to find another CEO or president position or any other job for that matter. George Stewart carried your husband, didn’t he and when Stewart died, there went your husband’s clout; out the door along with his racist ass. But now, dead dude has been heralded as the second coming of Christ simply because he croaked, but before he did, he donated some money to some charities like that makes everything one does in life, okay. NOT! So, please understand that when a person helps out the housekeeper, they are privy to much shit that goes on in other peoples’ homes. When you won’t clean your own home or business and you hire someone to do that then you know what comes with the territory, right? Riiiiiight.

Now remember, my mother did not just clean your house, but she also cleaned your business and she saw who worked there and even if she didn’t, she told me things that a little bird whispered in her ear, little things that I had the good sense to record. And who would that little bird be, Mary Jane Dolan, mayor of Lynchburg, Virginia? Would you happen to know who that little birdy was? Let me ask you a question. Are you still using your ‘traction’ pulley for when your back is out? And I was the one who got your laundry out of the basement when my mother was too scared to go down there due to the snake skin all over the place. So, I even know what your underwear looks like. And your dear departed husband’s drawls was the size of a barn. I was also the one who helped clean many of the rooms. I know so much about you guys because we had the run of the house, cleaning it and all. So, do you really think that I don’t know what you did mayor? And how is your dead husband’s son doing these days? You know, the one who got the basement as his room. Poor fellow, roomed with the snakes. He was the only one I felt bad for, at that time but not anymore. And thank you for telling my mother on me back then for asking you about coming to the hayride. I got so used to everyone telling my mother about me swinging from chandeliers in hotel bars, sipping champagne out of my stiletto heel while clinging to the chandelier and staggering to my car, drunk. Who cares? I was over 21. But I never did anything, dishonest. How bout you? But believe me, that tattletale shit won’t work now. Ask her.

Fact Or Fiction: Another Story Time Out Of Lynchburg, Virginia – Chapter 3

 

 

A music teacher, who was a lover of huge, older houses decided to buy one. She went on the hunt for the perfect big, old house and she finally set her sights on what she thought would be her dream home. However, this particular house had a horrifying history; each of the previous owners of the house had died by violent means. The music teacher was told the history of this house and she simply scoffed at what she thought was just an ‘old wive’s tale’ because after all, she would be living in the house all alone and so who could kill her if she lived alone? So she purchased the house and moved in and at first, there were no strange occurrences. But then she started hearing what sounded like a piano playing. She would run into the room where her piano stood, only to find that the keys were not moving. Nothing was touched. Still, she heard the noise.

When she would get ready to go to bed at night, she would hear the sound of what seemed to be someone moving around in the house. She searched high and low for an intruder, but she could find nothing and no one. She told her students in music class that she was really letting her imagination go into overdrive since apparently, her subconscious mind was still fixated on the house possibly being haunted by the ghosts of owners past.

As time went on, she learned to live with the what she considered, the little eccentricities of the house. She figured it was harmless at worst and an over active imagination at best. She continued to tell her students of each incident that would occur in the house and they all had a good laugh. But that laugh would soon come to an abrupt end.

One day, the music teacher failed to turn up at work and everyone just assumed that she had decided to take the day off and did not bother to call in. But when another day passed and there was no word from her, people began to worry and the school called her home, but there was no answer. The police were called to check on her as three days had gone by with no word from the teacher. The police arrived at the music teacher’s home and went inside. They found the music teacher stabbed to death. It was stated that the crime scene was one of the most gruesome the police had ever seen and the crime was blamed on her niece who was insane. Now, throughout all this time, the music teacher had never made mention of a niece. She had never said that a niece had been to her house or that she had a crazy or insane niece. Now, why was the “niece” arrested for the crime? Because she was found wandering around Lynchburg, looking lost and confused. Was she blood stained or carrying a knife? No one knows because it was all hushed up.

But to this day, everyone wonders, was there something about that house that claimed another victim? Was there something to the story that all owners of that house died, violently? Was this “niece” just a scapegoat for a crime that seems impossible to explain? Was there a coverup by the authorities as to what condition the “niece” was found in? Was there really a “niece” at all since the music teacher lived all alone and never spoke of any relatives? So many questions that at this point, will never be answered.

And so I ask you, is this “fact or fiction? You decide.
