ATLANTA (Reuters) – U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts on Thursday decried as “absolutely appalling” the leak of a draft decision indicating the Supreme Court is poised to overturn the constitutional right to abortion in his first public appearance since its disclosure on Monday.

The leak prompted an internal crisis at the nation’s top judicial body and ignited a political firestorm, with abortion rights supporters staging rallies outside the courthouse and at various locations around the United States.

“A leak of this stature is absolutely appalling,” Roberts told a judicial conference in Atlanta.

“If the person behind it thinks that it will affect our work, that’s just foolish,” Roberts added.

No one was all up in arms when the Supreme Court got rid of key provisions of the Voting Rights Act and we ALL know why that was because of who it impacted.

In Georgia, jurors must unanimously decide on the death penalty for it to take effect, which happened after Tharpe’s 1991 murder conviction. Seven years after the conviction, attorneys trying to appeal Tharpe’s case interviewed Gattie and found him to be a racist whose virulent hate would go unmatched until a man with skin the color and consistency of Goldfish crackers took up residence in the White House.

When they interviewed Gattie, according to Time magazine, he proudly proclaimed, among other things:

• There is a difference between “good black folks” like the victims Tharpe murdered and “niggers.”
• He owned a store and routinely kicked “niggers” out of it.
• He voted for the death penalty because he thinks Tharpe is a “nigger.”
• If Nicole Brown Simpson hadn’t married a “nigger” (O.J. Simpson), she would still be alive.
• He often “wondered if black people even have souls.”
• Some of the jurors wanted Tharpe to serve as “an example for other blacks who kill blacks.”

Still, after this information was provided in Tharpe’s appeal, the 11th Circuit Court said that Gattie’s racial animus wasn’t enough to prove that he was biased in his vote to convict. But on the day of his scheduled execution, in a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court sent the case back to the 11th Circuit.

Now looking at the above in-quote remarks, still, the 11th Circuit Court concluded that “racial animus wasn’t enough to prove that [Gattie] was biased in his vote to convict?” Seriously?!! That just goes to show that whatever shit slithered into a black robe and sits on the 11th Circuit Court is just as racist as Gattie, for how could IT not be. Those shits, as I have stated numerous times are NOT human! There is no way they could be. Only things that have no soul, no heart, no moral compass, no empathy and no compassion could sit somewhere and allow an execution to take place knowing that racism played THE deciding factor in the implementation of the death penalty.

Also, it should be known that the accused, Keith Tharpe has a reported IQ of 74, making him unable to understand the charges, according to many experts. But that does not matter, according to the Supreme Court. Tharpe waited too long.

I do know something. I know why I have never been called for jury duty. I am TOO Black for jury duty! They would never call me for jury duty and I’ve lived in multiple states, have never committed a crime, been a registered voter and held a valid driver’s license and yet, my Black ass has never been called for jury duty? What’s up with that shit??!!

Let a white motherfucker sit in the defendant’s chair. I know right out-of-the gate that that parasite is guilty as hell! In fact, they’d have to drag me out of the courtroom because I would stand up, point an accusatory finger at his ass and scream, “Lock his parasitic ass up for life, he’s guilty as hell!” And as far as I am concerned, he could be accused of only stealing a candy bar from the corner 7-Eleven store.

I cannot even hazard a guess as to how many innocent Black men and Black women have been put to death thanks to racism, but who were indeed, innocent. Even today, when one is supposed to face a jury of ones peers, there are still more whites on the juries where there are Black defendants than there are Black jurors when there are white defendants. Whites are not our peers. They are our mortal enemies; each and every single one of them. You will never see a mostly Black jury presiding over the court case of a white male parasite or even a white female parasite because whites know what they have done to us and are still doing to us and they know that if we ever get the chance to return the favor, we’d take it. I know I would! So yeah, call me for jury duty to preside over a parasite! I fucking wish they would! I’d seek fucking justice done, alright!

And don’t even think about posting a comment about how two wrongs don’t make a right. You are hundreds of years too goddamn late with THAT shit! And the same applies with murder for murder. The state can sanction murder without penalty and yet if I murder someone, I can pay the ultimate penalty; my life! The same also applies to the US military. Soldiers can kill with impunity while suited up, but go to prison if they come back to the states and cannot distinguish the ‘good’ guys from the ‘bad’ guys because they are fucked up in the head and cannot turn the ‘kill switch’ off. Whites have long heralded the Black man as a sexual predator while Black women are encouraged to engage in sexual relations with white male deviants and the narrative remains the same. While their shit gets swept out the door, a Black man’s sex life gets lit the fuck up in an attempt to get everyone to believe the narrative put out by the white man that only Black men are sex addicts and Black women are sex objects. These are outrageous, bald-faced lies!

Halle Berry was married to Eric Benet and she claimed he wanted sex all the time and of course, Eric Benet stated that he was a sex addict and got treatment for it. Meanwhile, Berry went on to a Canadian, who impregnated her and who has tried to take her for everything she is worth and she ended up leaving his ass. Then she decides to try out one of those French motherfuckers, who also impregnated her and who she is now divorced from. So it would seem that Eric Benet was the least problem for her ass.

Likewise, Janet Jackson, who fears for her child’s safety when the child is visiting with the father, Wissam Saleh Al Mana, a Qatari business magnate, she, apparently, is not happy with what she went all the way to Qatar to find. That slut had to go all the way to Qatar to meet her baby daddy who she then turned around and had to call the police for a welfare check on her son while he was in the custody of her baby daddy. Next time, stick with your own kind! And Halle Berry needs to take note of this as well.

What all of us who make up the Black collective fail to understand or to realize is that we have a common enemy and that enemy is the white parasitic leech in ALL forms, female, male, transgender and whatever else its claiming to be changed into on any given day. I guess, a goat next.

Black folks, there comes a time when we need to take a step back and look at the big picture and the big picture is that there has always been a war being waged against us by our mortal foe; the white parasitic leeches. They are ramping up that war and we as a much put upon group need to step up our game and ‘circle the wagons’. This is US versus them and those ‘thems’ ain’t fucking human and so have not one iota of compassion, empathy or humanity. They don’t even have a soul. They are monsters! “Racial division has always been the transcendent theme of American society. But with the proliferation of recording devices on every phone, there has been an explosion of videos showing police committing various acts of violence against minorities. Now the US is being forced to face the reality of police beatings, shootings, and police officers taunting people of colour whom they have stopped on the street with little justification. Yet the US Supreme Court has refused to weigh in on these obvious racial discrepancies in the criminal justice system. Instead, it emphasises constitutional colourblindness, which allows it to avoid confronting the judiciary’s role in perpetuating racial discrimination in the US.”

First of all, let me answer the question as to “Why won’t the US Supreme Court do anything about racism?”

Who appoints the Supreme Court justices? And don’t even bother stating that half-breed Kenyan born asswipe, Barack Obama, appointed Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court and so there! Those taco crunchers hate descendants of slaves just as much as whitey-pasty asses do and so that was not a ‘win’ for descendants of slaves. The US Supreme Court will do absolutely nothing about racism and especially nothing about a racist criminal justice system because the Supreme Court is doing exactly what it was designed to do; everything that benefits whitey-pasty ass. Don’t think for a minute that those judges are unlike what’s slithering and crawling into black robes and presiding over courtrooms all across this shithole. Young Black Man Jailed Since April For Alleged $5 Theft Found Dead In Jail Cell

A young black man arrested by police in Portsmouth, Virginia, on the same day that one of the city’s officers fatally shot an unarmed black 18-year-old, has been found dead in jail after spending almost four months behind bars without bail for stealing groceries worth $5. Jamycheal Mitchell, who had mental health problems, was discovered lying on the floor of his cell by guards early last Wednesday, according to authorities. While his body is still awaiting an autopsy, senior prison officials said his death was not being treated as suspicious.

What a goddamn shame! The article also states that Jamycheal Mitchell was accused of stealing a bottle of Mountain Dew, a Snickers bar and a Zebra Cake worth a total of $5 from a 7-Eleven and was arrested for this, sat in jail for four months and then died from ‘natural causes’ AT 24 YEARS OF AGE, after having lost 65 pounds and was emaciated at time of death.

A man was in jail for FOUR goddamn months, on a $5.00 theft charge???!!!! For the love of !!!!!!!!! He was accused, goddamn it! Whatever happened to his right to a speedy trial? Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Amber Guyger’s pasty ass murdered Botham Shem Jean in his own apartment in Texas claiming that he was intruding in his own apartment and that skank was able to post bail in an hour, was walking the goddamn streets, free as a motherfucking bird after having been charged with murder and yet this Black man, who was mentally ill, and most likely from hunger, ‘allegedly’ stole $5 worth of shit was denied bail, languished in jail for four months and according to those Nazis that make up the criminal justice system, died from “natural causes” at the grand ‘old’ age of 24! How does this even make sense by any stretch of the imagination? It fucking doesn’t! Jamycheal ‘allegedly’ stole $5 worth of merchandise from a 7-Eleven store owned by one of those vile and detestable Hindu motherfuckers who come over here with the blessings of the U.S. government to open convenience stores in Black communities, set up for the express purpose of robbing us blind and ain’t a goddamn thing wrong with that because that’s the plan, fuck up Black people to no end! “Jamycheal Mitchell, a descendant of slaves only died in jail after waiting four goddamn months for a trial for that shit,” is how the criminal justice system looks at what happened to him. Expect the US Supreme Court to do the right thing? That’s like expecting a parasite to stop doing what parasites do and what do parasites do? And so it would seem that Brett Kavanaugh is ALL set to be confirmed as the next Supreme Court ‘justice’. But for some strange ass reason, Amerikkka’s version of ‘pussy riot’ has been putting on quite the display of support for Judge Kavanaugh’s accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, who testified before congress that Kavanaugh was a drunkard who groped her, sexually, sometime during their high school days while his friend, Mark Judge was a witness, who claimed he wasn’t a witness because he was too drunk himself to witness any damn thing that his drunken buddy, Brett Kavanaugh was doing to Christine Blasey Ford who remembers every detail except for date and time because, well, that is just something you want to forget. Don’t even tell your mother, who probably could not care less anyway, and certainly don’t tell your father because he’d more than likely sexually assaulted some woman in his salad days. Don’t dare tell the school counselor or a therapist about it. And don’t dare write about the episode in a journal because even though her parents couldn’t be bothered except to send her to a posh school, why would they be interested enough in the affairs of their daughter to go snooping through her diaries or journals? They would not because you see ‘white’ parents think that ALL is well so long as Christine and Brett are attending the poshest schools and have the most luxurious vehicles to drive and have everything that money could possibly buy at their disposal. However, I digress. Maine Senator, Susan Collins, who is supposedly, female, stated that she would vote to confirm Kavanaugh and she did. The lone republican who refused to vote for Kavanaugh’s confirmation was Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska.

“In a 45-minute speech, Collins said she found Ford’s testimony last month describing Kavanaugh’s alleged 1982 drunken assault as “sincere, painful and compelling: but added: The facts presented do not mean that Professor Ford was not sexually assaulted that night or at some other time, but they do lead me to conclude that the allegations failed to meet the more likely than not standard.”

So, in other words, Collins was saying, “I believe Christine Blasey Ford was assaulted, but I don’t believe that Brett Kavanaugh actually assaulted her because I was not in the room when it happened and so therefore, the allegations failed to meet the more likely than not standard. Three cheers for White Women’s Rights. Now get the fuck out my face!”

Now let me get this straight, white women remember what happened when Anita Hill accused Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment and which one of you white bitches believed her? None! Because there sits Uncle Tom assed Clarence Thomas in the highest court of the land and the deaf and mute motherfucker has not had one word to say for himself since he took his seat. But “you are WHITE, you say and so that should make a difference. Well did it? Donald Trump is certainly a motivator for white liberals. That group was quiescent when other presidents committed human rights abuses and war crimes, but they spring into action when Trump does something they don’t like.

But where is this level of outrage when black people are victimized by this system? Anti-black racism is the most prevalent and the most accepted of all prejudices and bigotries extant in the United States. The subjugation of black people through incarceration, police brutality, job discrimination and various forms of racial profiling are committed thousands of times every day around the country. Keeping black people literally in their physical place and preventing them from forming any political cohesion or movement building is the driving force behind law making and public policy.

All of the tactics that are part of the family separation protests can be used against the police, prosecutors, and judges who devastate black communities. Where is the online list of prosecutors whose misdeeds send innocent people to prison under draconian sentences or even to death row? Why not barricade courthouses and police precincts? The 1,000 police who kill every year in this country certainly deserve a list of shame in cyber space.

Liberal white Americans will latch onto almost any injustice that isn’t directed towards black people as a group. Non-black immigrants, LGBTQ individuals, or anyone else can have their grievances acted upon quickly. Gender-neutral restrooms appeared like magic overnight for the small transgender community while the numerous ways in which millions of black people are attacked go unaddressed.

The Gates Of Hell Just Opened To Admit Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia! YAAAAAY!!!!

Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead at a resort in West Texas. The cause of death is still under investigation but is thought to be death by natural causes; otherwise known as rattlesnake bites. It is the case of ‘A Snake Bit A Snake’.

Rattlesnakes were sent as a gift to Scalia from George W. Bush from his ranch in Crawford, TX. The former president was not a guest at the resort at the time of Scalia’s death, but there was a note found on the nightstand beside the grotesque dead body of Antonin Scalia that read: “I know of your fondness for fresh rattlesnake meat and so please accept this gift with my compliments, bon appétit!” signed, your special friend, George W. Bush. It is unclear why Justice Scalia failed to alert the chef at the resort that he preferred his rattlesnake meat to have been cooked. As to how the rattlesnakes escaped from their cage, that is yet to be determined.

Justice Scalia, as we all know, was appointed to the Supreme Court by Ronald ‘forever may he rot in hell’ Reagan. Staunchly conservative, he was also extremely racist. Scalia’s comments regarding the ability or lack thereof of Blacks to achieve excellent grades in highly competitive colleges came under fire by civil rights activists and Black lawmakers.

“There are those who contend that it does not benefit African Americans to get them into the University of Texas where they do not do well, as opposed to having them go to a less-advanced school, a slower-track school where they do well,” Scalia said.

Scalia went on to say that African-Americans would surely excel at schools such as Carvard Cooking School, Brinceton School for Butler Education and Texas Maid Service University but as far as academic achievement in the math and sciences curriculum, well, fuggitaboutit!

And as for the death penalty, and we all know Texas just loves putting folks to death, Scalia had this to say,

“Mere factual innocence is no reason not to carry out a death sentence properly reached.”

So as you can see, Antonin Scalia was all heart. Why let the mere fact of innocence get in the way with seeing that justice is served if ‘a death sentence has been properly reached’ especially when the defendant is Black even if the facts speak of innocence? “Kill the poor motherfucker anyway because ‘justice prevailed and a death sentence was properly reached’. “Well, ain’t that just some shit? To hell with innocence, it has no relevance in the halls of ‘justice’. Fry him! Poison him! Innocent though he be, kill him anyway because ‘a death sentence has been properly reached’.

And since this racist garbage was appointed by Reagan, anything that Reagan appointed was without a doubt, racist just as he was. Reagan was also a liar and a corrupt, evil, twisted bastard! And yet, conservatives laud him to this day as though even his shit didn’t stink.

But the sad fact is that whatever gets to appoint the next Supreme Court Justice will likely appoint some filth that is just as depraved and racist as ole Scaly was.

To say that I will not be mourning that gelatinous mountain of racist insensitive putrid mass would be the understatement of the year. Not only am I celebrating, but I have a special reserve bottle of champagne sitting in an ice bucket at this very moment. Let the celebrations begin! I propose a toast to the demise of this piece of garbage that had the nerve to die later rather than sooner. It is a shame that we had to be subjected to this racists vile and rancid comments for this long. My wish would have been that he croaked decades ago!

What’s to stop this? Not a goddamn thing! Because if your perversion has been ruled, a protected right, then so must the perversion of a Catholic Priest. Why deny the Catholic Priests, their young boys to sodomize? It’s only a sex act and therefore, protected by the Supreme Court’s ruling. Next, the Catholic Priests should be requesting that they be allowed to marry the young boys that they sodomize. Ain’t a goddamn thing wrong with that because it’s ALL about sexual orientation and if a motherfucker is oriented in that way, then what’s the goddamn problem? There is none because perversion has been defined as a right. So, everybody is happy. Dude wants to marry his favorite sheep? Great! Let him! That is his sexual orientation and it is a protected right. Prepare the church for this dude and his new bride, the sheep’s, wedding. A woman wants to marry her dog? Fine! Prepare the church for her wedding with Fido! Let’s ALL have our sexual perversions, I mean…orientation declared, legal, enter into a contract, walk down the aisle and live happily ever after.
