A Mississippi man was busted on a felony charge Tuesday after police said he threw a helpless dog off an overpass and onto a busy road.

Multiple [WHITE] witnesses reported seeing the suspect, 20-year-old Merterrious Johnson, holding the animal before throwing it on Interstate 55 in Southaven around 11 a.m., according to police.

The Black man is sitting up in jail now on a $1,000 bond, charged with one count of animal cruelty. Did you read that, the man is sitting in jail on an ANIMAL CRUELTY CHARGE and that is a FELONY and so he has to get bonded out to the tune of $1,000 while WHITE Klan kops that murdered Breonna Taylor are basically in the free and clear with the exception of one who is being indicted for ENDANGERING THE TENANTS IN THE APARTMENT NEXT DOOR TO BREONNA TAYLOR’S. Yeah, that makes ALL the sense in the world. This of course means that a DOG is worth MORE than we are. If you didn’t know, now you know. HELPLESS Breonna Taylor is dead and the consensus of the whites is, “So?” I have said, time and time again that those damn dogs are thought more of than actual people, especially when those PEOPLE are American descendants of slavery!

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A former police detective was indicted Wednesday on felony charges of wanton endangerment after shooting into an apartment next door to Breonna Taylor, 26, an EMT who was killed in her home by police.

Brett Hankison, who was fired in June, faces three felony counts, and bail was set at $15,000. A warrant was issued for his arrest. Two other officers involved in the shooting, Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly and Detective Myles Cosgrove, were justified in their use of force, state Attorney General Daniel Cameron said at a news conference. All three fired their weapons at Taylor’s apartment.

So, the Klan Kop was not charged with ANYTHING as it pertains to the murder of Breonna Taylor, the Klan kop was charged for ENDANGERING PEOPLE IN THE APARTMENT NEXT DOOR TO BREONNA TAYLOR! For the love of !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A white Louisville Metro Police major reportedly disparaged Black Lives Matter and antifa supporters as “punks” who will be “washing our cars” and struggling financially “their entire life.”

But they are in the ‘free and clear’ and what’s more, they always were, hence why no charges were initially filed when Breonna Taylor was murdered by Klan Kops back in March. No first aid was given to [Breonna] Taylor and she “lived for another five to six minutes” after the shooting before dying on the floor of her home. Meanwhile, officers across town had already located Jamarcus Glover, the subject of their drug investigation.

Those goons had no reason to even be at Breonna’s address. The ‘subject of their drug investigation” was already apprehended and in custody and yet, that no good, racist bastard is still saying that what they did was “legal, moral, and ethical.” I am just beyond done. According to this thug, “good is evil and evil is good.” To him, the protesters are evil and he and the rest of his crew who entered Breonna Taylor’s apartment and murdered her are “good.” What kind of sick mind does he have? Where is the psychiatric field when it comes to diagnosing THIS shit? How do you allow someone with THAT mindset to put on a badge, give him a gun and a blue uniform and state that he should be allowed out on the streets as a Kop? You do that shit by design which means that ALL of them have that same mindset and so that is why we are seeing so many American descendants of slavery meeting their fate the same way and the shit will continue.

The criminal injustice system is a setup to send descendants of slavery two places; to prison and to the grave and in all actuality by going to prison, most do eventually end up going to the grave. A Case Of Two Wrongful Death Settlements

 

First, the Breonna Taylor ‘wrongful death settlement’ that has been heralded as the largest settlement of its kind in the history of Louisville, Kentucky; $12 million.

Breonna Taylor’s Family Historic Settlement a Good Start … But We Demand Full Justice!!!

Breonna Taylor’s family and legal team are giving praise to the City of Louisville for reaching a historic settlement in her wrongful death case, but they’re making it crystal clear their mission’s not changed … they want full justice for Breonna, and for the cops who killed her to be arrested and charged.

Attorney Ben Crump says the huge financial settlement has helped assure that Breonna’s death won’t be swept under the rug like so many black women before her, but equally important is the comprehensive police reform to be instituted to prevent future tragedies like Breonna’s.

Crump claims the $12 million settlement is the largest amount ever for a Black woman in a wrongful death case involving police, and may be the largest ever for a Black person in America.

Also, according to Louisville’s mayor,Greg Fischer, there will be lots of police reform to ensure that what happened to Breonna Taylor will not happen to anyone else and so now, everyone can rest easy in their beds who actually believe that bullshit. Not only that, but calling this settlement, ‘historic for a Black woman’ is the absolute end of enough and a direct slap in the face to every Black woman in Amerikkka. $12 million lousy dollars for a wrongful death settlement when Breonna Taylor will NOT get to spend one damn dime of that money. That money is cold comfort to equally cold and dead Breonna Taylor. That pittance is no more than ‘hush’ money because I don’t care how many ‘reforms’ the mayor claims will be instituted, the racist criminal justice system cannot be reformed. It needs to be totally dismantled because it is the former slave patrol on steroids; it just morphed into more of a monster than it started out to be and that’s saying something.

If Breonna Taylor had been my daughter, I would have told the city of Louisville, Kentucky where to stick their lousy ass twelve million. My daughter’s life, would not have been reduced to a twelve million dollar payout when she was as innocent as a newborn baby because she had done nothing wrong. Breonna Taylor was asleep in her home and kops bust down her door and shot her without even bothering to check that the suspect they were after had already been apprehended and as of today, not one kop has been charged with her murder and now the concentration is on the fact that twelve million dollars has been declared the biggest payout in the history of Louisville Kentucky for a wrongful death lawsuit over a Black woman and so be grateful, sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up because ‘history’ has been made. Never mind that no one on the scene of Breonna’s murder even bothered to render aid to her. Not one of those racist thugs that bust down her door even bothered to glance at her, they just went about the business of searching for drugs and found none. Breonna Taylor’s lifeless body, by then, was a mere afterthought and yet I’m going to stand somewhere and claim a twelve million dollar “shut the hell up about it” settlement is something to write home about? Nothing fucking doing!

I don’t give a shit that Breonna Taylor’s mother and her attorney, Ben Crump are still claiming that they are insisting that the kops that murdered Breonna Taylor be arrested and charged with murdering her. I don’t give a damn about Ben Crump calling for all charges to be dropped against protesters who protested the kops killing Breonna Taylor because as far as the whites are concerned, it’s done. It’s over. Next! And just how much do you seriously think that Breonna Taylor’s ‘estate’ is going to receive after Ben Crump takes his cut because believe me, the attorney ALWAYS walks away with the majority of any settlement monies because if they did not, would there be as many attorneys as there are? And why is it that Ben Crump only takes ‘high profile’ cases? It is because the public does his work for him. The public assures Ben Crump of making millions by effectively doing his work for him while he sits in his office, leans back, puts his heels up and watches the news for the latest protests on Breonna Taylor’s behalf. If Ben Crump was so concerned about those protesters being released from jail, then with his considerable fortune, why did he not represent them, bail them out and stand at a press conference and speak about what a wonderful job they did on helping him to reach a settlement with the city of Louisville, Kentucky?

Crump says, “We want full justice, not just partial justice,” and is also calling for all charges to be dropped against nonviolent protesters who were arrested for demanding justice for Breonna. He attributes the victory to all the people who have been protesting and fighting for justice.

That Uncle Tom piece of shit is just another bloated windbag sellout who is nothing more than a dirty, snake of a lawyer with not a grain of integrity, honor or ethics just like ALL attorneys, bar none! And I should know. I have had enough dealings with them.

And so we come to the next case.

Judge Approves $20M Settlement For Justine Ruszczyk Damond’s Family

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The largest police settlement in Minneapolis history has been approved.

On Tuesday, a City of Minneapolis representative confirmed that state district court Judge Mary Vasaly approved the $20 million settlement with the family of Justine Ruszczyk Damond.

Of that settlement, the distribution is as follows: $5.7 million goes to Justine Ruszczyk Damond’s brother, Jason Ruszczyk, $5 million to her father, John Ruszczyk, and $1 million to her fiancé, Donald Damond. Approximately $6.3 million goes to attorneys’ fees.

Another $2 million goes to the Fund for Safe Communities at the Minneapolis Foundation. The fund is a program to fight gun violence in the city.

Ruszczyk Damond was shot and killed by then-officer Mohamed Noor in 2017. A jury found Noor guilty of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.

Convicted former police officer, Mohamed Noor, is serving a twelve year, six month sentence for killing Justine Damond. But of course, look at who did the dying and who did the murdering.

 

Mohamed Noor shot Justine Damond because he ‘claimed’ to have heard a noise and fired his gun, thus killing Justine Damond as she stood by his patrol car after she had called the police on a suspected sexual assault occurring outside in the alleyway behind her home. Noor and another officer responded. Neither exited the patrol car and Damond walked up to it and was shot by Noor.

The whites in Damond’s upper class south Minneapolis neighborhood went the fuck off, demanding justice for Damond and calling for the heads of several city employees including the chief of police and the mayor, which they received since the mayor, Betsy Hodges is mayor no more and the police chief was forced out as well. No one had to protest or lift a finger really because justice was going to be served FOR Miss Australian Justine ‘goldilocks’ Damond. The ‘wall of blue’ that usually surrounds kops that go on murdering sprees was nowhere to be found in this case since Noor is behind bars even though he claimed the usual that gets ALL white kops off, “I feared for my partner’s life and so I fired my gun.” The partner, who was white, was quite in shock and said so because it was his contention that he did not ‘fear for his life’ and so did not know why former officer Noor fired his gun. But be that as it may, why does Justine Damond’s wrongful death settlement garner a $20 million dollar payout while Breonna Taylor’s garners a $12 million dollar payout? Notice any glaring difference? I’ll give you a hint.

 

Now, take into consideration that Justine Damond CHOSE to come to this shithole. Former Somali cop Mohamed Noor CHOSE to come to this shithole. Who did not? Breonna Taylor and so why did IMMIGRANT Justine Damond’s family received $20 million dollars when her ass would still be alive if she had not IMMIGRATED to this shithole from Australia? Not only that, but IMMIGRANT Mohamed Noor would not be sitting up in prison for killing Damond if his ass had remained in Somalia. Both had passports and yet, both were involved in a similar case as Breonna Taylor’s and yet, Breonna Taylor’s murderers have NOT been brought to justice. No charges have been filed and Breonna’s estate is to receive $12 million, minus attorney’s fees, of course. And as you can see in the above quotes, the attorney on the Justine Damond case received more in attorney’s fees than any of Justine Damond’s loved ones. But the same is going to happen in the case of Breonna Taylor’s settlement. Ben Crump will make out like the bandit he is, while Breonna Taylor’s estate will receive the crumbs he doles out.

Not to mention, what police reforms were put in place in Minnesota to stop the senseless murder of unarmed innocent citizens because even though Philando Castile had a gun when he was pulled over, he had a permit to carry that gun and yet, what did he receive for his actions of complying with the kop that murdered him? Dead. That’s what he got and the wrongful death settlement reached on behalf of his estate? A three million dollar settlement. That’s justice, right?

Again I ask, where were the police reforms after Philando Castile was murdered in 2016? Where were the police reforms after Justine Damond was murdered in 2017? And so why are we then to suppose that there will be police reforms after the murder of Breonna Taylor in 2020 especially seeing as how there were mass protests, worldwide with the murder of George Floyd in May of this year? Where are the police reforms? Who needs or wants to hear more lies from mayors and police chiefs and police unions about reform of the criminal justice system which needs to be dismantled, nationwide? How many more people need to lose their lives at the hands of the state before the people take action and put paid to those murdering animals for good because make no mistake, kops are going to go on killing mostly American descendants of slavery and no amount of protesting is going to make that shit stop. No amount of payoffs is going to stop that because taxpayers are footing the bill for those settlements.

The citizens of this country need to take a leadership stance and demand that the entire racist criminal justice system be completely dismantled because it is mostly made up of members of hate groups and what’s more, that shit is well known by police departments all across this shithole. Mohamed Noor was made to pay for the killing of Justine Damond because he was not really one of the ‘boys in blue’ which are code words for ‘white supremacy’ groups. Later, while complaining about a black judge whom Moore called a “fucking nigger magistrate,” Moore added.

Outrage After Two White Texas Cops Are Pictured On Horseback Leading A Handcuffed Black Homeless Man Through The Streets By A ROPE!

Police in Texas have sparked outrage after pictures emerged showing two white officers on horseback leading a black man through the street by a rope on Saturday.

Galveston Police issued an apology on Monday after the shocking picture surfaced on social media, prompting a fierce backlash over its apparent connotations of slavery and civil rights issues.

The photograph shows Donald Neely, 43, being transported by Officer Patrick Brosch and Officer A. Smith from 306 22nd St to the Mounted Patrol Unit on 21st and Market.

The man is mentally ill and was only arrested for trespassing and so why was there a need for them to drag this man through the streets as though he was an escaped slave being dragged back to his Massa on the plantation??!! This is a clear example of the fact that American descendants of slaves are just as enslaved as our ancestors. How the hell does that look like we are free??!!! This is the year 2019 and yet, looking at the picture, how is it any different from the 1600s when the original slaves were treated in this manner? It isn’t! This shit has probably been done more times than I can shake a stick at, but it just so happened to have been recorded, THIS time! Does it look like we are off the goddamn plantation??!! Hell fucking no! And yet, some motherfuckers want to take me to task for having no feelings, thoughts or prayers for others who CHOOSE to come to this racist hellhole and get fucked up??!!! Amber Guyger’s Defense For Murdering Botham Shem Jean Is That She Requested, And Received, So Much Overtime That Fatigue Caused Her To Forget Where She Lived! Seriously??!!

The latest nonsense to be put forth in an attempt to win an acquittal in the death of Botham Shem Jean by Amber Guyger is to be her time sheets to point out that she requested, and received, overtime that resulted in her being too tired to figure out where the hell she lived. And if anybody is buying that load of bullshit, then buy this great ocean front property that I have and it is sitting smack dab in the middle of a desert. Come and buy it!

I have worked two jobs, that only gave me time to pick the kid up from after school daycare, drop him off at home for his father to deal with and go to my second night job and from there, drag my ass to bed for numerous years and fatigued as I was, I never forgot where the hell I lived and neither did this racist bitch!

Murder Trial Date Set for Former Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger in the Shooting Death of Botham Jean

Guyger claims that on the day in question, she returned to the apartment complex where she and the victim lived after working a nearly 14-hour shift. She claims to have mistakenly parked on the wrong level of the parking structure, thereby entering the building on the wrong floor and mistaking Jean’s apartment for hers, which was one floor below.

Guyger then claimed that when she was somehow able to open Jean’s apartment door, she believed him to be an intruder in her own apartment, and she shot him after he “failed to comply” with “verbal commands” that she issued.

NBC 5 obtained documents from Dallas police that show the amount of overtime Guyger worked in the months and weeks leading up to the shooting, including the day of the shooting. The station posits that this information may become crucial during the trial.

On the day of the shooting, Guyger requested and worked nearly six hours of overtime. The shooting happened soon after she returned home from that shift. In the days leading up to the shooting, she worked between 1 and four hours of overtime on any given day.

And so the stage is being set to conclude that racism had nothing to do with this bitch killing that Black man. She murdered him due to the fact that she was just too fucking tired to see straight? Well if that is the case, then why was she not too tired to find her way to her own vehicle? Why was she not too tired to find her way to the building she lived in? Why did she not shoot someone whom she thought was attempting to break into her car since she was too tired to even be able to know her own damn name, much less what kind of car she drove? I don’t give a goddamn that her attorneys must come up with a plausible explanation to defend their guilty as hell client, but let’s be realistic here, you cannot have it both ways. Either the bitch was too tired to even know her own car. She was too tired to know how to even get to her apartment building or she wasn’t. But to say that she wasn’t too tired to find her car and she wasn’t too tired to find her apartment building, but then fatigue sat in once she had made it to the building to the point where she, all of a sudden, started NOT recognizing shit, is just too damn much to ask anyone to believe!

And what does this mean? “Guyger then claimed that when she was somehow able to open Jean’s apartment door?” How could she, somehow, open an apartment door when the apartment wasn’t hers? I can’t ‘somehow’ open my neighbor’s apartment door because the key is not going to fit. You see, she cannot continue with the lie that Botham Shem Jean’s apartment door was ajar because it has been proven that the doors automatically close and shut, solidly. In Georgia, jurors must unanimously decide on the death penalty for it to take effect, which happened after Tharpe’s 1991 murder conviction. Seven years after the conviction, attorneys trying to appeal Tharpe’s case interviewed Gattie and found him to be a racist whose virulent hate would go unmatched until a man with skin the color and consistency of Goldfish crackers took up residence in the White House.

When they interviewed Gattie, according to Time magazine, he proudly proclaimed, among other things:

• There is a difference between “good black folks” like the victims Tharpe murdered and “niggers.”
• He owned a store and routinely kicked “niggers” out of it.
• He voted for the death penalty because he thinks Tharpe is a “nigger.”
• If Nicole Brown Simpson hadn’t married a “nigger” (O.J. Simpson), she would still be alive.
• He often “wondered if black people even have souls.”
• Some of the jurors wanted Tharpe to serve as “an example for other blacks who kill blacks.”

Still, after this information was provided in Tharpe’s appeal, the 11th Circuit Court said that Gattie’s racial animus wasn’t enough to prove that he was biased in his vote to convict. But on the day of his scheduled execution, in a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court sent the case back to the 11th Circuit.

Now looking at the above in-quote remarks, still, the 11th Circuit Court concluded that “racial animus wasn’t enough to prove that [Gattie] was biased in his vote to convict?” Seriously?!! That just goes to show that whatever shit slithered into a black robe and sits on the 11th Circuit Court is just as racist as Gattie, for how could IT not be. Those shits, as I have stated numerous times are NOT human! There is no way they could be. Only things that have no soul, no heart, no moral compass, no empathy and no compassion could sit somewhere and allow an execution to take place knowing that racism played THE deciding factor in the implementation of the death penalty.

Also, it should be known that the accused, Keith Tharpe has a reported IQ of 74, making him unable to understand the charges, according to many experts. But that does not matter, according to the Supreme Court. Tharpe waited too long.

I do know something. I know why I have never been called for jury duty. I am TOO Black for jury duty! They would never call me for jury duty and I’ve lived in multiple states, have never committed a crime, been a registered voter and held a valid driver’s license and yet, my Black ass has never been called for jury duty? A young black man arrested by police in Portsmouth, Virginia, on the same day that one of the city’s officers fatally shot an unarmed black 18-year-old, has been found dead in jail after spending almost four months behind bars without bail for stealing groceries worth $5. Jamycheal Mitchell, who had mental health problems, was discovered lying on the floor of his cell by guards early last Wednesday, according to authorities. While his body is still awaiting an autopsy, senior prison officials said his death was not being treated as suspicious.

The article also states that Jamycheal Mitchell was accused of stealing a bottle of Mountain Dew, a Snickers bar and a Zebra Cake worth a total of $5 from a 7-Eleven and was arrested for this, sat in jail for four months and then died from ‘natural causes’ AT 24 YEARS OF AGE, after having lost 65 pounds and was emaciated at time of death.

A man was in jail for FOUR goddamn months, on a $5.00 theft charge???!!!! For the love of !!!!!!!!! He was accused, goddamn it! Whatever happened to his right to a speedy trial? Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Amber Guyger’s pasty ass murdered Botham Shem Jean in his own apartment in Texas claiming that he was intruding in his own apartment and that skank was able to post bail in an hour, was walking the goddamn streets, free as a motherfucking bird after having been charged with murder and yet this Black man, who was mentally ill, and most likely from hunger, ‘allegedly’ stole $5 worth of shit was denied bail, languished in jail for four months and according to those Nazis that make up the criminal justice system, died from “natural causes” at the grand ‘old’ age of 24! How does this even make sense by any stretch of the imagination? It fucking doesn’t! Expect the US Supreme Court to do the right thing? That’s like expecting a parasite to stop doing what parasites do and what do parasites do? Habitually relies on or exploits others and gives nothing in return.
