Fundraiser created for Minneapolis man exonerated in 2004 murder

Community members are rallying around a Minneapolis man who was recently exonerated in connection with a 2004 murder.

Earlier this month, a judge determined that Marvin Haynes, 36, had been wrongfully convicted of murder in the 2004 killing of Randy Sherer at Jerry’s Flower Shop in north Minneapolis.

Haynes had been sentenced to life in prison for the murder as a teenager.

According to the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, there was no forensic evidence or surveillance footage tying Haynes to the murder. Instead, his conviction rested almost entirely on eyewitness identification, which the attorney’s office noted is often unreliable.

Haynes maintained his innocence throughout the police investigation and his subsequent imprisonment.

Just as I stated in the other blog showcasing this travesty and tragedy, Black people can maintain their innocence until the cows go out, come back home and head out AGAIN, and we will not be believed by those who have always held the top prize for lying; the whites!! Don’t nobody lie like you bitches and yet, you will lock us up, don’t believe shit we say simply because you racist, vicious, white dogs are the very definition of lying filth!

Jimmy Soto, exonerated after 42 years in prison, is back home for Christmas Eve

CHICAGO (CBS) — In what amounted to nothing short of a Christmas miracle for one Chicago family, a loved one is finally home.

Jimmy Soto spent more than 40 Christmas Eves in prison, after a wrongful conviction for a murder he didn’t commit. He was exonerated just 11 days before Christmas.

What the hell is going on here???!!!! Mexican dude can’t even properly hold a fork in order to help him eat a steak because he had to use plastic ‘sporks’ in prison for so damn many decades, he has to learn how to use utensils all over again!!

Glynn Simmons declared innocent after serving 48 years in prison – believed to be the longest of any exoneree

 

 

An Oklahoma judge on Tuesday declared innocent a man who spent 48 years in prison for a murder he did not commit – believed to be the longest amount of time served by anyone wrongfully convicted in the United States.

“We can say justice was done today, finally,” he said. “And I’m happy.”

Simmons served 48 years, one month and 18 days following his conviction, earning him a grim distinction: He served the longest wrongful incarceration of any exoneree in the US, according to the National Registry of Exonerations. 

The prosecution’s case at trial depended on the testimony of an 18-year-old woman who was shot in the head during the robbery, the Registry said.

Interviewed by police days later, the woman said she couldn’t remember much. But by the time of the trial, the woman said she had identified Simmons and his co-defendant in a lineup, the Registry said. She testified she had identified no other suspects when, in fact, she had identified four other individuals during eight separate lineups, per the Registry.

None of them were Simmons or his co-defendant, Norwood said.

At trial, Simmons testified he wasn’t even in Oklahoma at the time of the robbery: He was in Harvey, Louisiana, he said, playing pool. Several witnesses also testified that they saw him in Harvey that day and the day after, the Registry said.

Ultimately, Simmons and his co-defendant were convicted, the district attorney’s office news release said, and, at first, sentenced to death. Their sentences were later modified to life in prison ultimately as the result of a Supreme Court ruling that found the death penalty was unconstitutional due to arbitrary and uneven application, the Registry said.

Simmons’ co-defendant was released on parole in 2008, the district attorney’s office said.

Biden issues federal pardons for ‘simple possession’ of marijuana

 

President Joe Biden has pardoned all Americans who have been convicted at the national level of possessing small amounts of marijuana.

Officials estimate about 6,500 people with federal convictions for simple possession of marijuana will benefit.

No-one is currently in federal prison solely for possession of marijuana. Most convictions occur at state level.

But the federal pardons will make it easier for people to get employment, housing, and education, Mr Biden said.

As a presidential candidate, Mr Biden promised to decriminalise cannabis use, as well as expunging convictions.

“Sending people to prison for possessing marijuana has upended too many lives and incarcerated people for conduct that many states no longer prohibit,” Mr Biden said on Thursday.

He added that non-white people were statistically far more likely to be jailed for cannabis.

Well, Biden should know that non-white people are “statistically far more likely to be jailed for cannabis” than flaming, vicious whites since he railed for hours on the senate floor about the need to lock up Black super predators for being inclined to steal pearls from around his damn mother’s neck which led to the 1994 Crime Bill that locked up so many young Black people that in and of itself was a damn crime!

After a midsummer meeting in June 2021, newly hired police chief RaShall Brackney felt the need to double down on her personal safety, unholstering her gun as she left headquarters. Brackney’s fear however was not prompted by the activity on the streets, or even the ongoing public threats made against the police department over the years. Instead, she found herself afraid of her own subordinates, cops who wanted her gone after making some controversial, yet necessary shake ups throughout the force.

I don’t even know why that Black woman bothered to accept that position because a blind, deaf mute that’s been planted could still see where that was going. We’re talking CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA. And I’m just down the street from Charlottesville in Lynchburg, VA and so I know ain’t no damn way I would have taken that position because nobody’s that clueless in thinking that shit was going to work out when the shits in this state as in every state, are racist as hell and hate filled to the core against American descendants of slavery. Whites’ deranged and irrational hatred of us is assuring their damn demise because that’s the reason this shithole is in the shape it is in and the downward spiral is going to continue. But unfortunately, no one can reason with the psychotic and deranged who only seek our demise but by doing so are causing theirs and they are too stupid and beyond insane to see what is right before their very eyes. There was evidence of several officers making racist remarks. One text in particular read that they should “take out” the command staff. And while Brackney found this concerning, most others on staff blew the comment off. The report additionally found an officer training a new hire on how to hide misconduct.

Oh, I am SO surprised at “several officers making racist remarks.” That’s another lie. I am NOT surprised. I would have been surprised if they had made none. Those “officers” are often seen at night in some field standing somewhere looking stupid and foolish, draped in white sheets with a dunce cap looking hood on, prancing around with a torch chanting, “Kill the niggers!” We have been dealing with this crazy shit since our ancestors were dragged to this shithole! But whites, seriously….explain to me your irrational hatred for those of us who were dragged over here by YOUR fucking ancestors. First, she withdrew officers from a regional drug task force which she saw as targeting low level drug users instead of drug pushers. She then made a move to take resource officers out of schools which often leads to the criminalization of behavioral and disciplinary issues. Brackney was also not a fan of special units, as she believed that these were blind spots in police departments where misconduct and corruption occurs.

This Black woman was trying to dismantle the racism that was systemic inside the Charlottesville police department, but that didn’t go over very well with the ones who are tasked with making sure that the system of white supremacy will forever be upheld in this fucking, racist shithole and so what was done about this Black woman who was doing her job? Why…she was fired and the excuse was since the Klan Kops were quitting, en masse, the thing to do was to fire the first Black female police chief, thereby insuring that the status quo of systemic racism continued, unabated.

Ultimately, the department was left with a third of its positions opened after many officers had been fired or willingly resigned. Boyles fired RaShall Brackney on September 1st of last year, and the former police chief is now suing for both gender and race based discrimination.

The bad apples were fired and the rest quit before they could be fired for the blatant racism they displayed on the job of being a Klan Kop in Charlottesville, VA. And of course, the slave patrols just morphed into “police departments.” What the fuck changed? Not a damn thing. The same shit that was going on with the slave patrols as far as locking Black people up, torturing them and making them work for nothing is still the law of the land to this day. And what’s more, whites are not even trying to hide the fact that that is the very reason for police departments since who the hell else is being locked up by the millions? Certainly not whites. Certainly not Asians. Certainly not those Hindu shits from India, or that filthy shit from Pakistan. Certainly not the illegals from south of the border since their asses are being housed in $700 a night hotel suites in Mid-Manhattan New York. Black Corrections Officers Are Filing Racial Discrimination Charges Against ‘The System of White Supremacy’ In Minnesota! I’m So Surprised! 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Eight Ramsey County corrections officers of color say they were barred from guarding Derek Chauvin

Chauvin was booked at the county jail the same day he was charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter in the death of George Floyd.

As Chauvin arrived, all officers of color were ordered to a separate floor, and a supervisor told one of them that, because of their race, they would be a potential “liability” around Chauvin, according a copy of racial discrimination charges obtained by the Star Tribune.

“I understood that the decision to segregate us had been made because we could not be trusted to carry out our work responsibilities professionally around the high-profile inmate — solely because of the color of our skin,” wrote one acting sergeant, who is black. “I am not aware of a similar situation where white officers were segregated from an inmate.”

So let me get this straight, the whites thought that those Black punk ass bitches would do some harm to Derek Chauvin? I just know they could not have thought that because that would not even register with those coons that do the bidding of massa against their own kind. Those Black thugs that act as corrections officers are just as brutal and lacking in any integrity as those white corrections officers. And for anyone to believe otherwise, is foolish.

“Out of care and concern, and without the comfort of time, I made a decision to limit exposure to employees of color to a murder suspect who could potentially aggravate those feelings,” Steve Lydon reportedly said in a statement given during an internal investigation and provided by the Sheriff’s Office. He has since been demoted.

Oh yes, whites are so caring and concerned about the feelings of American descendants of slavery that they are just trying to look out for our feelings when we meet up with another member of the Klan. The Klan makes up the criminal INjustice system and so those Black guards know exactly what they are dealing with and yet, they sign up for those jobs anyway. Lydon knew that he was not sparing anyone’s feelings because those Black guards don’t have any feelings to begin with for if they did, they could not do what they do. There is no way that I could work as a corrections officer and see the shit that the whites visit on Black inmates, day in and day out and not go out of my mind. Those Black corrections officers are no better than their white counterparts.

The whites are going to do what they want to do and to hell with what anyone says. To hell with their own damn laws, which quite obviously, don’t apply to them. They just apply to everyone else, especially seeing as how Lydon was not fired. He was merely demoted. But I am sure that his pay grade is still the same. He is just doing less work. He’s now got his feet up on a different desk.

But let that have been some Black man telling whites that they could not oversee a Black prisoner because they might want to lynch his ass and that Black man would have been fired so damn fast, my head would be spinning.

So, as you can see, things are really changing. The protests and the riots accomplished SO much. Tearing down statues are exactly what was needed since that is the equivalent of putting a bandaid on a bullet wound and expecting the patient to be okay. Really? Whites, we don’t need the ‘least’ that you can do. What you need to do, you won’t do and so just sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up already because there may be some Black folks that are buying your lame ass attempts to get us to understand that you are now taking notice of the shit that you’ve been visiting on our Black asses since forever, but for every one of those who is buying it, there are two of us who are not.

Sheriff’s deputy is touched by a note left by two black women after an anonymous act of kindness

A Tennessee sheriff’s deputy got a heartfelt surprise after two black women anonymously paid for his meal at Cracker Barrel.

Deputy Jody McDowell thanked the women for their generosity in a Facebook post on Tuesday.

“I want to thank the two sweet black ladies who paid for my breakfast this morning,” he said. “While waiting for a transport to be completed, I decided to have breakfast at a Cracker Barrel near the Nashville airport.”

Accompanying his post was a photo of the note the women left with their act of kindness: “BLM, but so does yours! Thank you for your service. Breakfast paid.”

 

The day I pay for some goddamn racist piece of shit’s meal is the day elephants take over Yellow Stone Park. What is wrong with us? Our lives will NEVER matter to the whites and yet we are going to tell a piece of shit, sheriff’s deputy that his life matters when that piece of shit more than likely headed right out of the door and bust some poor Black child in the head for being Black. In Minnesota, where protests began this week after the death of Mr. Floyd in Minneapolis police custody Monday, Gov. Tim Walz pleaded with residents to obey an 8 p.m. curfew. Mr. Walz said he was fully mobilizing the state’s National Guard after a night of rioting and violence, leaving open the possibility of requesting federal troops; forces from other states had also been readied to deploy to Minnesota.

Akai Gurley was shot by thugs in blue uniforms in a dark hallway in November of 2014 and as of today, no one knows why or has been arrested for his murder. Kajieme Powell was shot and killed by thugs in blue uniforms for allegedly stealing an energy drink, the kkkops lied on him and said that he threatened them when witnesses said the man’s hands were by his side. As of today, no one is in prison for murdering him.

Ezell Ford was lying down when he was shot dead by thugs in blue uniforms and as of today, no one is sitting inside a prison cell for murdering him. Dante Parker was tasered to death by thugs in blue uniforms and as of today, no one is in custody for murdering him. Thugs in blue uniforms claimed that Tyree Woodson smuggled a gun inside a police station and used it to commit suicide. Yeah, that makes perfect sense. Those thugs in blue uniforms claim that Victor White killed himself while handcuffed inside a police car. Yeah, that also makes perfect sense. Yvette Smith was shot by police as she opened the door to them following a domestic disturbance call. The thugs in blue lied on her and said she had a gun. She did not and as of yet, no one is in custody for murdering her. McKenzie Cochran was also choked to death by thugs in uniform and as of yet, no one is in custody for murdering him. Jordan Baker was unarmed when he was shot dead by thugs in blue and as of yet, no one is in custody for murdering him. I could keep this going all damn day long, but the point should be well made; those thugs in blue uniforms are killing Black people because ALL other whites are behind them doing so. Those thugs in kop uniforms have relatives and some of those relatives are standing on the street right now pretending sympathy and empathy for what is going down when they are just as guilty as those they protect by their deafening silence over their racism!

American descendants of slavery, do NOT be fooled by the whites who are now pretending that they give a good goddamn over the murder of George Floyd by racist kops! This shit has been going down since forever and when did ANY whites give a damn enough to call for that shit to cease? Make no mistake, the only reason whites are out there trying to be seen on the streets is because they are out of a job. They are using our protests to fuck shit up because that’s what whites do! They cower behind someone else to do their dirt and then their dirt gets blamed on someone else; namely us.

*June 25th 2013, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned a key provision of the Voting Rights Act, removing a critical tool to combat racial discrimination in voting.

Where shall we begin? Let us celebrate the 11% unemployment rate for Black men even though the national unemployment aka jobless rate stands at 3.7% and if your head’s not stuck up your ass, then you know that even that is a damn lie! Break out the champagne Black folks for those of you who can afford a bottle of say, Andre Cold Duck! Clink those plastic cups together and then piss in the wind because it’s all blowing back your way anyway; the shit that keeps hitting the fan, that is.

Next on our celebration list is the shit that is going down in our public education system better known as the ‘school-to-prison pipeline’ if you’re a student of color in these here United States of America where we celebrate Black History Month each and every February. This month is dedicated to showcasing the achievements of Black people in America. We are celebrating each and every single achievement that has not yet occurred but will eventually occur and we are real sure of this happening any day now.

To continue the celebrations, let us look at the child poverty statistics that are sure to impress us during these celebrations of future achievements that we are hell bent on celebrating this month. We are celebrating the fact that ‘child poverty in America is at its highest point in 20 years, putting millions of children at increased risk of injuries, infant mortality, and premature death’. And if that isn’t bad enough, ‘7 million kids still don’t have health insurance’. This is just so worth celebrating, what an achievement! What a dream as opposed to a nightmare. I wonder what that famous man who had a dream, would think of this. I seriously wonder.

But wait! There is more to celebrate this Black History Month! The good news just keeps on coming. ‘Incarceration rate for African-Americans now six times the national average’ is still making headlines among Black prisoners and their mostly white guards and the white slave patrol that arrested them for say, selling loose, un-taxed cigarettes, selling marijuana or crack while completely ignoring the white man that was buying said crack and marijuana from the guilty by birth African-American other wise known as Colored otherwise known as Black otherwise known as felon or prisoner no.1,000,034. White folks, why don’t you just lock up every single Black person at birth? It’ll save you the trouble of doing so later on since many of us will know what it feels like to be shackled just as those we are descended from knew what it felt like. And the beat goes on and we celebrate it.

And ‘here’s the Data That Shows Cops Kill Black People at a Higher Rate Than White People’, now ain’t that a bitch?! Unfortunately, Michael Brown is not here to celebrate this Black History Month with us because he was shot and killed by a cop. Twelve year old Tamir Rice is also not here this year to help us celebrate because he was shot and killed by a cop while playing with a toy gun in a park. John Crawford, likewise, is not here to celebrate because he was shot and killed by a cop in Wal-Mart while holding a toy gun.  Eric Garner, unfortunately, for him, was selling loose, untaxed cigarettes and that cost him his life and so he will not be joining in the celebrations. Terrance Franklin was shot and killed by cops following a traffic stop and he will not be celebrating ether. Seven year-old Aiyana Stanley-Jones was shot  and killed by a cop while she slept and the charge of manslaughter against the cop that shot and killed her was dropped and so, she is not just ‘under-the-weather’, she is underground and therefore, is not able to celebrate this historic month. Let us celebrate on her behalf. Sandra Bland is not here to celebrate with us because she was hanged in a Texas jail cell. So many are not here to witness all of the achievements that we celebrate today that have not as yet occurred. But we are sure that any minute now, we shall achieve….something. Yeah! Wait on it.

Fortunately, I have found yet another statistic that gives us even more of a reason to celebrate Black history month. Black families are seven times more likely to be homeless. We have come so far this February in the year of our Lord 2020, have we not? Blacks make up half of the U.S. homeless population. Doesn’t that just give you a warm and comfortable, cozy feeling that those homeless people lack? These are achievements that we have here folks! Time to celebrate and to keep the momentum going. Our ancestors would be so proud of where we are today. Don’t you think? Does this not make you aware that BLACK LIVES DO NOT MATTER?!

Now, on the other hand, Tyler Perry will dress up in drag and put some Black folks to work on another Madea movie and Beyoncé will croon about a Halo for Jay-Z and Jay-Z will rap about niggas while DMX will head back to prison for drug possession, get out on probation again and then go right back in for drug possession. Viola Davis will have no problem getting cast as yet another maid after her role in ‘The Help’ and Forest Whitaker is probably all set to play yet another version of someone’s Butler since every one is well aware that us Black folks are so good at bowing and scraping and being subservient to our ‘betters’.

Finally, I’ve given you many reasons to celebrate this month. The reasons are endless and our achievements that we will watch for some time in the future are making life much better for so many of us and that is why we must enjoy this Black History Month. We have no need to march and protest like those Black people in the 1960s did. We are so past that in this here post-racial America. I mean, what we have here is a post-racial America, is it not? But nevertheless, Dr. King would be so proud as would his stalwart, fellow marchers-in-arms at the progress that we have made since his infamous, I Have A Dream speech. We shall overcome! Uh…what I meant to say is that, “We did overcome!” Now like the good little sheep you are, start celebrating all of this shit!! And look ahead to when the REAL achievements will come because surely they must come!

And apparently, the racist white motherfucker who tried to deposit this comment on my blog got all bent out-of-shape over this post which is the truth and nothing but the truth. You see, whites, when confronted with the truth, become hysterical and even more stupid because this fool is calling me a racist when Black as I am, I cannot be a racist since I can deny those worthless racist, white-assed motherfuckers, a goddamn thing.

And in case the wording is too small for my viewers, the comment is by a racist who goes by the name Jeffrey P. Nunnari at jp59691@yahoo.com. IP address is 134.228.178.97 and the comment reads:

“You’re just a racist with black skin. You are part of the problem, not the solution. Shut the f**k up.”

So, all of you who are members of the ‘true racist fan club’ which happens to include ALL  of the pasty-assed variety, you have a like-minded individual who you can contact and hang out with and enjoy telling lies that Black people are racists because that is a lie since my Black ass can deny you worthless, dumb ass crackas not a goddamn thing. What cracka has to come to a Black person seeking a loan, employment, housing, education, medical care, food, clothing and every goddamn thing else? Not a goddamn one of you worthless, no account racist parasites. And yet, you sit somewhere on your stupid, clueless, crazy ass and call Black people racists. I have been silent as cat piss on here because I have been all over this fucking country looking for a new home and finding jack shit because whites have fucked up everywhere. I am so fucking NOT kidding! I am going to pitch a goddamn tent and be done with it. I am going to have typhus and hookworm dripping out of my ass because I want to be left the fuck alone. So, I will be jailed and then released and put my tent back up and get jailed and released and put my tent back up, but I am refusing to continue to play these tired ass fucking games of the whites. You never own your goddamn home because you’ve always got to pay taxes on it. In a few weeks, I will be offline for good. I will not buy a smartphone and chronicle my journey of getting hookworm and what it takes to relieve the symptoms. I will not chronicle my journey of being made to move my tent from one place to another or face jail time. What’s the point? It’s ALL been done before. Go look this shit up on Youtube! They don’t want  us off the grid and living like the Indians were originally living over here because the fat bloated, rich, white parasites have got to keep capitalism going. Paying no rent and paying no mortgage and paying no electric or water bill doesn’t keep capitalism up and running. They’d rather jail us than have that shit catch on. Well then fucking pay for my cot and three fucked up meals in jail because I am grinding my contributions to capitalism to a fucking halt. I am fucking tired of this shit!

I had to go through TSA and even though I didn’t get a pat down or x-rayed, the TSA bitch swiped my hands with something and I asked what was she doing. Her answer,  “I’m checking for bomb making material.” Fucking seriously?? I think that shit is what broke me the fuck out on my arm because I started itching in the area closest to my hand and it spread.

Transportation is SO goddamn bad here that when we left Hillbilly Hollow, we boarded a train because we can’t catch a plane here. Not unless you want to get on a crop duster and head south. We boarded the train, got off at BWI airport, bought our plane tickets, spent a night in Baltimore because our flight didn’t leave until the next morning and that is how we have to leave Hillbilly Hollow to head to Minneapolis, MN.

When we fucking pulled into Chicago on the way back to Hillbilly Hollow, the first thing we saw was a tent city. You folks don’t get it do you, we are ALL going to end up that way, so you may as well get to tasting what it’s going to be like.

This is where I’ll be pitching my tent and getting arrested.

I am pitching my tent right here in downtown Menacesnowta! I’m calling it “Going OFF grid!”

I just read an article about a Black woman who had lived in the same apartment for 40 years and she thought that she would live out her life there. Guess the fuck what! Her ‘WHITE’ landlord sold the building and the new owners are turning the building into an upscale condo building and so she has to go! Just like that! So, who really has permanent housing? None of us. And that shit went down in Washington, DC. Even she stated that Washington, DC is no longer “Chocolate City.” This is only the beginning and though we are being impacted in a horrific way, as each and every single hurricane comes down the pike, their white asses will be as well. Soon all of us will be camping out!

She’d lived on this historically black D.C. block for 40 years. Now she was being pushed out.

She was moving slowly, but she needed to speed up. Her blue sandals clicked on the hardwood floor, echoing off the empty green walls of the two-bedroom rent-controlled apartment in Northwest Washington where she had spent the past 40 years of her life.

Outside, her block was a booming microcosm of gentrification. Construction workers hammered and drilled, transforming an apartment building two doors down into condos that will sell for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Tourists with rolling bags swept in and out of the huge brownstone mansion next door that has become a bustling bed-and-breakfast. Millennials sped up and down the sidewalk on scooters. The corner store across the street at 13th and T had begun selling organic milk to cater to the newcomers. Rowhouses around the corner where black people once lived were being gutted, renovated and flipped. Now her own building was being emptied of its last tenants to be remade into something far fancier, something she knew she would never be able to afford. Price had to pack, move and turn in her keys before Labor Day.She’d planned to stay here until she became an old lady, in a building that sits just off U Street, a corridor known as Black Broadway.

 

This Black woman lived in that building for 40 years and has been pushed out to make way for whites. For the love of !!!!!!

And now this is the shit that has taken over Washington, D.C.

This is the shit that’s coming for the rest of us, but I’m considered to be racist and the problem??!!! My fucking rage knows no bounds!

 

Now go take a look at the pictures in the original article and see the whites strolling their white parasite kids down streets  that used to be trod by Black folks who have been pushed out of the way because racist whites got rich off the backs of our ancestors. And one white racist bitch even stated that she can live there thanks to “inherited wealth.” What “inherited wealth” do American descendants of slaves have since we are from people who were owned and who could not amass a fortune and hand that fortune down to us? But whites surely can. That is why they can move where the hell they want and shove us out the goddamn way. And if anyone thinks that living down South is better for Black folks, get the fuck outta here with that bullshit!

Health care down here is for shit! I’m sick now and the quack I’m seeing should have retired aeons ago, is also dumb as all hell and so yeah, I’ll take my chances getting my hookworm cured some goddamn where else when I catch it. But I damn sure as hell won’t stand a chance in hell of getting toe nail fungus cured down here, much less hookworm.

I was at the goddamn Emergency Room ten goddamn days ago because my quack couldn’t figure out if I had a contact dermatitis or an infected arm and so sent me to the ER. There was a ‘WHITE’ man in there who couldn’t sit down for long or stand up for long who had been operated on the day before and was at the ER the next day because he could not piss. They had fucked that man up the previous day and wouldn’t even give him an ER bed the very next day. His wife was going the fuck off because she saw other people being seen before her “couldn’t piss husband” who had been operated on the day before. They fucking called my name and as much as I hate, detest despise and loathe whites, I told the ER attendant to give him my room. She said, “You’re being ‘fast-tracked’ and so he has to wait.” What fast-track meant was that I would be getting a chair in the hallway with a curtain drawn on either side. I got to screeching and wailing about HIPAA regulations and privacy and then that set the rest of the ‘fast-tracked’ patients off and so they found a room for me; the psych room. I get the psych room because HIPAA regulations call for privacy with regards to patient information. How the hell can I have privacy when the person in the chair next to me can hear what my issues are and also what my Social Security number, DOB, address, telephone number and health insurance information is? That shit’s against HIPAA regulations right there, but I’m the one needing all up and down on the psych room? Those goddamn dumb as all hell whites at Lynchburg General Hospital, owned and operated by Centra Health, need the damn psych room!

Meanwhile, they found rooms for the other Black lady and man who was also going the fuck off. It was probably another psych room, I don’t know. I just know that that’s the room I was led to. When I got inside, I looked up and saw the camera in the ceiling, I then pointed at my obvious inflamed arm and said, “So, I come in here with an obvious inflamed arm and I get the psych room?” The nurse responded, “The camera is not turned on and this was the only available room.”

I am fucking stunned, STUNNED, I say! Because I’m thinking of dude out in the Emergency Room lobby being told that there was no available room for him when the psych room was empty and available and I am sure that he would not have been upset to have been placed in the psych room; just anywhere instead of being told to wait it out in the lobby while not being able to piss. SERIOUSLY????!!!!! This is ‘health care’ in this hillbilly hellhole! And you wonder why I would rather choose to be homeless in some other state that at least has several different medical systems for me to choose from when I need medical attention? There is only one medical system here and it is called, CENTRA HEALTH! That entity owns everything down here and if you get put out of any of its facilities, you’d better buy a ticket outta here because you can see NO other doctor anywhere! And that is why we already have to board a train whenever my cousin needs to see a doctor! But I’m the fucking racist????!!!! Again I say, “SERIOUSLY???!!!!

Whites Burned Down The ALL Black City, Rosewood. Whites Also Burned Down The Black Wall Street. So Why Is Koreatown In Los Angeles Still Standing?

Answer the question racist whites. Why is Koreatown still standing? You didn’t have a problem burning down everything Black people built for themselves, so why stop there? Is Korean barbecue and black bean noodle that goddamn good?

Homeless people in Los Angeles: LA builds pricey Koreatown apartments

In Los Angeles, the tents are spread out on sidewalks across the city, the homeless emboldened by a court ruling that allows them to live outside if no shelter space is available. Making matters worse, many live in filthy, third-world conditions without basic necessities like toilets and sinks. It makes them and those who venture near susceptible to disease.

A few homeless and low-income senior citizens will be luckier than most next year.

They will receive keys to one of 72 new apartments,complete with a fitness center, in the heart of trendy Koreatown, built at a projected cost of $690,692 for each unit, according to the city controller’s office. Two additional projects in the pre-approval phase are expected to top $700,000 per unit in total costs.

Awwww…isn’t that nice? A few homeless people and seniors are going to find themselves the lucky winners of pricey housing right smack dab in Koreatown, which isn’t over in North or South Korea, but is smack dab in the middle of Los Angeles because the whites just love them some Korean barbecue. It must be that the whites got tired of eating the food cooked by Africa’s stolen people; you know, the slaves. So now that the slaves’ offspring are behind bars, invite the Koreans to come over here and open their barbecue joints where they must sell a heck of an extreme amount of butchered pigs because by golly they got the pricey digs coming up to show for those restaurants they’ve managed to open all across this shithole.

Meanwhile, the rest of the homeless on Skidrow get to sit back in their tents and figure out how to cure their typhus and hookworm because the whites have that Korean barbecue to look forward to in Koreatown.

And yet when Black people were trying to be self-sufficient; self-reliable, for their efforts, racists put a stop to that.

The Rosewood Massacre

he Rosewood Massacre was an attack on the predominantly African-American town of Rosewood, Florida, in 1923 by large groups of whites. The town was entirely destroyed by the end of the violence, and the residents were driven out permanently.

By the 1920s, Rosewood’s population of about 200 was entirely made up of black citizens, except for one white family that ran the general store there.

It was in 1982 when Gary Moore, a journalist for the St. Petersburg Times, resurrected the history of Rosewood through a series of articles that gained national attention.

The living survivors of the massacre, at that point all in their 80s and 90s, came forward, led by Rosewood descendant Arnett Doctor, and demanded restitution from Florida.

The action lead to the passing of a bill awarding them $2 million and created an educational fund for descendants. The bill also called for an investigation into the matter to clarify the events, which Moore took part in.

The Black people who were left alive after the Rosewood Massacre, received $2 million dollars for the horror they were made to suffer at the hands of rabid, racist whites, who many were members of the Ku Klux Klan. Four apartments that are going to be built in Koreatown costs more than the two million those innocent Black people received. How fucking fair and just is that shit? But yet Koreans can come over here and open up businesses, amass a fortune and get to live in pricey digs in their own goddamn town, Koreatown, when American descendants of slaves were trying to do the very same goddamn thing and many were killed for their efforts and the others had to flee their own town thanks to racist ass whites!

And not to be outdone, these racist ass whites even went further and burned down The Black Wall Street.

Black Wall Street and the Destruction of an Institution

Black Wall Street was in Greenwood, Oklahoma, a suburb of Tulsa, was the type of community that African Americans are still, today, attempting to reclaim and rebuild. Black Wall Street was modern, majestic, sophisticated and unapologetically Black. Tragically, it was also the site of one of the bloodiest and most horrendous race riots (and acts of terrorism) that the United States has ever experienced.

Today marks ninety-two years since as many as 300 African Americans lost their lives and more than 9,000 were left homeless when the small town was attacked, looted and literally burned to the ground beginning in 1921. It’s impossible, however, to realize what was lost in Greenwood, which was affectionately known as “Black Wall Street.”

Three hundred American descendants of slaves were viciously murdered and more than nine thousand were left homeless thanks to the rabid racism of whites who are hell bent on the annihilation of American descendants of slaves. Every group whether they are Korean, Chinese or from India or Pakistan or Timbukfuckingtu can come over here and climb over us and that is fine. They can have their communities, their businesses and their towns, but a people who are descended from those who were stolen and dragged over here? Not so goddamn fast! The whites are going to burn our shit to the ground and us with it. They want to make sure that we never thrive. The whites want us homeless, sick, hungry, incarcerated or dead! And that is exactly what is happening. This is why the fuck whites ain’t somewhere burning down Koreatown or Pakistanville or Hinduvillage, Hmongburg, China City or Russia Hamlet. Because make no mistake, though the Democrats scream and rail against the Russians, Russians are all over this hole like flies on shit. Take your ass to Minnesota, the Russian mafia is there, and in spades. The Democrats don’t hate Russians. Go see how the Russians over here live and then come tell me about how the Democrats hate the Russians. You don’t see no Russians in homeless encampments. Police release body-cam video of fatal officer-involved shooting at Charlotte Burger King

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department has released video of the moments leading up to and after the fatal police shooting of Danquirs Franklin.

The 27-year-old was shot by veteran CMPD officer Wende Kerl, who has been a part of the department since 1995, around 9 a.m. on March 25 in the parking lot of the Burger King on Beatties Ford Road.

That Black man did not aim a gun at the KKKops, but he was shot dead anyway. And a white female parasite shot him! And didn’t yet another white female parasite shoot and kill Botham Shem Jean in his own damn apartment and claim that he was the intruder in his OWN DAMN APARTMENT, and therefore, deserved to get shot dead by her since he refused to obey her commands for him to leave HIS OWN DAMN APARTMENT??!!!

And Black men, you fucking lie down with that filth when it can kill you just as easily as its counterpart can and it does! Those debased creatures are NOT human and so how you can lie down with what’s underneath shit is a complete mystery to me! Flies wouldn’t even land on that foul ass shit and yet you will! This Is How Racist AmeriKKKa Is – The Series, Part I

I currently reside in a small town in Virginia. It is the place of my birth and even now, I am in the process of getting the hell up out of here, but just to give my readers a clue as to how racist AmeriKKKa is and always will be, I am about to take you on my journey of racism hell that myself and those I love have been on since day one in this racist shithole called AmeriKKKa.

Some of you have most likely read about the fact that I am taking care of a severely mentally ill family member and his care since he has been in this town has been fueled by racism to the point whereas he has been lied on by these racists here and was actually thrown out of the only medical facility that is in this racist town. In fact, his new case manager attempted to find a solution to the fact that he is without a doctor thanks to racism and she got nowhere for her efforts. My cousin’s case manager called him and told him that the CEO of the facility where he was receiving racist care told him to go to another city to seek care for his medical conditions. We have just come back from having traveled over four hundred miles, round trip to get health care for my cousin and this we will have to do every single time he has to go to the doctor, hence yet another reason for me to leave this particular racist hell! Below is the letter he received from the facility that is also racist as hell! And another sad ass fact is that this racist ass facility has the nerve to be on so-called “Martin Luther King Jr., Boulevard!” Now how sick and twisted is that shit? Denying a Black man care because they want to fuck him up, but since he’s not having it, then he can just get the fuck on up out of THEIR racist ass facility on MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. BOULEVARD! Seriously???!!! This is how fucking racist AmeriKKKa is! So cut that bullshit out about some post-racial shit!

For these racists to state that my cousin “exhibited unsafe behavior toward staff” is a bald-faced lie! And to state that he refused to cooperate with their ‘care’ strategy is another bald-faced lie! He just refused to help them to further destroy his health. He never received a warning about any “exhibited unsafe behavior toward staff” nor was he ever told about how he “exhibited unsafe behavior toward staff.” And since I was sitting right beside him, I would have been privy to any “exhibited unsafe behavior toward staff,” but since I am also Black, then I don’t count as well. Newsfuckingflash! I recorded every single session he had with those vile, vicious, flaming racists and so I cannot wait to play those tapes at the hearing for this next lawsuit. This is why when you are in a one-party consent state, which means that you are the only party that needs to give consent in order to tape motherfuckers, then use it to your advantage!

The only reason those stomp down, vile, vicious, flaming racists put him out of that facility is because I filed not one, but two complaints with the medical board and received not one, but two cases since both had merit and those stomp down, vile, vicious, flaming racists did not want to continue to have their shit investigated. They want to fuck Black folks health up and do it on the down low. Expose the dirty ass shit they’re doing and they cannot have that because then they can no longer smile in our face while pretending to help us when they are doing everything they possibly can to make sure that we leave up outta this hellhole in the most agonizing manner possible because when we do, they’ve even got some fucked up hospice care waiting on us for when we are just about to kick the bucket over the shit they have done to our bodies. Below is one of the reasons why my cousin was kicked out of their facility. It had nothing whatsoever to do with any “exhibited unsafe behavior toward staff.”

The above investigation is being conducted on his former psychiatrist, Michael E. Judd. The first investigation is being conducted on his former physical health care provider. This is why, Black folks, that I have begged you to record these racists in what they are trying to do to you. There are devices out there that would put some ‘James Bond’ shit to shame. They can be looking right at a recording device and never know that they are looking into one. And if they keep playing with me, we are ALL going to be a Youtube sensation. Someone will copy what I upload before Youtube takes it down. I’ll take their fucking racist shit viral if I have to because they ain’t playing and neither am I. The shit I’ve got on these racists would curl your toes! Tape their ass! I cannot stress that enough, even if you only have your phone. Tape their ass, then it won’t be their word against yours. Oh, they can still tell their lies, but they won’t be able to get away with it in the end because you’ll have their lying racist asses on tape!

This is exactly why I have stated that we do indeed need to know who is underneath that Black shoe polish. We need to know who is underneath that Klan hood because those racist motherfuckers are our doctors, lawyers and those who sit in judgment against us on the fucking bench. This is why so many Black people are sitting behind bars, locked up for crimes they did not commit while whitey racist ass gets a free pass on the vile ass, vicious shit he/she does. And as you can see, it don’t mean a goddamn thing when these vicious ass racists post some shit about Dr. King because they are sitting all up on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Boulevard practicing stomp down racism every single day of the fucking week. And then will turn right around and quote Dr. King to your face while fucking you up at the same time. As you can see, Black folks, there ain’t no rest for us while we are alive in this racist shithole because the racists are on our ass from sunup to sundown every goddamn day all the while exclaiming that their racist shit don’t stink!

And down here in Hillbilly Hollow, these assholes are running around all over the place talking about how godly they are, how saintly they are, how christian they are and yet are the most good for nothing racists that’s ever slithered and crawled all across this shithole! This is ‘Conservative Christian Headquarters’! Yeah, right! A more vile pack of vicious hypocrites, you’ll never find anywhere!

Two black men were arrested waiting at a Starbucks. Now the company, police are on the defensive.

Two Black men trying to meet a business acquaintance at a Starbucks in 2018 were arrested. What has changed despite all the marches and protests? Not a damn thing!

“Starbucks, which once asked baristas to start a conversation about race with customers, faces fierce criticism after two black men were arrested at a Philadelphia store, sparking accusations of racial profiling over what the company’s chief executive now calls a “reprehensible” incident.”

What is reprehensible about this is the fact that nothing has changed sixty years after Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., was arrested and jailed for merely attempting to eat at a lunch counter. And some people have the nerve to claim that there was a “Civil Rights MOVEMENT.” Really? How so? Because from where I sit, it looks to me as though as descendants of slaves in AmeriKKKa, we are moving backwards in time. There has been no ‘movement’ forward out of racism, prejudice, bigotry, Jim Crow and hate.

I really don’t need to even say much in this post because the picture speaks for itself. However, there are calls to boycott Starbucks for what goes down every single day against descendants of slaves in this fucking shithole that was stolen from the Indians and built up on the backs of those who look like these men depicted in that picture. I don’t have to boycott Starbucks because I have never patronized Starbucks. Coffee ain’t that goddamn important! Fuck Starbucks!

This entire racist ass country needs to be boycotted. There is not one single ‘white’ owned establishment that is any different from this here Starbucks and we had damn well better be all about understanding this. Our skin color gets us followed around in every single store we go into. So, hell! Maybe, Amazon coming along and putting paid to brick and mortar stores might just be a ‘win-win’ for descendants of slaves seeing as how there’s no white sales clerk to follow us around online as we shop for a new pair of shoes. Maybe, I have been too hard on Amazon and online shopping unless they decide to stop delivery to so-called ‘Black neighborhoods’, then we got another problem. Damn! Maybe I should not have given them any ideas. Never mind, they would have eventually thought of it anyway. But since gentrification is now the law of the land, descendants of slaves are being pushed out into the suburbs and so, “ship my order Amazon!” “Ship my fucking order Target!”

And here the CEO of Starbucks, Kevin Johnson, has offered his ‘deepest apologies’ for the incident that was initiated by the ‘white’ Starbucks manager and so who do you think promptly shows up to arrest two Black men after a call from whitey? Why…SIX cops, of course and the white ones considered it to be their pleasure to place handcuffs on those two ‘thug’ Black men who were in Starbucks doing what? Sitting down and waiting for the other party to show up. Word is that they had requested to use the restroom and this was denied them since they had failed to purchase something. Now, if they had gone out back and pissed in the alley, the police would have been called about that and they would have been jailed for ‘public urination’. As usual, a ‘lose-lose’ situation for descendants of slaves.

Starbucks CEO, Kevin Johnson also had this to say:

“Our store manager never intended for these men to be arrested and this should never have escalated as it did.”

Is this clown for real?

“The manager then called 911 for assistance, the company said.”

What happens when you call 911? THE POLICE COME! But according to this clueless CEO of Starbucks, a nun and a priest, apparently, should show up when you call 911, not the KKKops! For the love of!!!! And this man is actually a CEO? Unbelievable! So, the manager calls 911 and reports that two Black men are in Starbucks, they asked to use the restroom, were told they could not. They then sit down to wait for the other party to arrive and this is deemed suspicious and so a call to 911 was initiated and yet the CEO states that the “manager never intended for these men to be arrested,” the manager just intended that the police should come and escort the men to a port-a-pot out back? Yeah! I’m buying that and if anybody else does, then I have some real nice beachfront property and it is smack dab in the middle of a desert. It’s beautiful! And should sell quick!

Descendants of slaves, for the love of gawd, put down those useless, lame ass, dusty ass protest signs and quit marching because your marching is in vain. You don’t know this by now? Plan on getting the hell out of here. If you have enough business sense to meet with someone in Starbucks or anywhere else for investment purposes, invest in your own ass to get the hell out of here! You will never be able to change a damn thing here. Your children will not thank you for ruining their lives by handing them to the ‘For Profit Prison Industrial Complex’. Nor will they thank you when they are shot at for simply asking for directions as was the case with this 14-year old child.

Brennan Walker, 14, said he was walking alone to school Thursday after he missed the bus. As he trekked the 4 miles to Rochester High School in Rochester Hills, he got lost and knocked on the doors of several houses, he said.

The teen said he went up to one home and knocked on the door a few times.

A woman came to the door, yelling at him, he told WDIV.

“I was trying to explain to that I wanted to get directions to go to my school,” he said. The man eventually came out with a shotgun and fired one shot at the teen who was running away.

The child was only asking directions and because ‘whites’ are so racist, they would shoot a child just because of the color of his skin? Indeed that white bastard in the above photo did shoot at that child! This child was only asking for directions and it was later revealed that the white bitch who answered the door told her husband, “Why would THOSE people be coming here?” Bitch! Ask your ancestors why the fuck we would be coming here. You have them to thank for why our dark-skinned asses are over here, you filthy, diseased, putrid, white whore!

Such as this is exactly why I hardly ever blog anymore because for the life of me, I cannot understand why I have not burst into flames every single time I turn on my computer and read such as this shit!
