Lebert F. Lester II still remembers his first trip to the beach. It was the late 1970s, and he was 8 or 9 years old, the eighth in a family of 11 children from a poor and mostly African-American neighborhood in Hartford, Connecticut. The shore of Long Island Sound lay less than 40 miles away, but until that weekend Lester had only ever seen the ocean in books and on television.
[At the beach] Lester set to work building a sand castle, and he was soon joined by a young white girl who wanted to help. “I’m talking to her about how we’re going to do it, we’re working together, and I’m not sure how long it was, but I look up and I see a man—I guess it was her daddy—and he snatches her away,” remembers Lester, recently reached by phone at his Hartford barbershop. Reasoning that it was simply time for the girl to go home, he kept on building.
Then the girl came back. “She says I’m nice, why don’t I just go in the water and wash it off? I was so confused—I only figured out later she meant my complexion.”
It was his first experience with racism.
That’s a sad ass shame; a young boy’s first experience with racism happens at a beach, that for years, he and those who looked like him, couldn’t even enjoy. The color of his skin was and still is so hated by the whites that it kept Black people from being able to enjoy the beach. And it just goes to show that RACISM IS TAUGHT; IT IS TREATED LIKE A FAMILY HEIRLOOM OF THE WHITES, HANDED DOWN FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION. But y’all liberal motherfuckers claim to be woke! My Black ass can’t go to Martha’s Vineyard and yet some illegals were sent there by plane, dumped and then sent to a military base on Cape Cod. What the hell is going on? Meanwhile, Black people couldn’t even go to the beach, couldn’t swim in pools because the whites were so against Black people swimming in pools with them, they poured concrete in the pools to seal them up rather than be found swimming next to us. But now it is a big ass thing to drag illegals here and then when some state decides that they’ve had enough and send them to armchair liberals’ sanctuary cities, the armchair liberals get bent-out-of shape.
I’m about to get arrested on vagrancy charges for being homeless and hanging out while illegals are comfortably housed in seven hundred dollar a night Mid-Manhattan New York City hotel suites. Those ILLEGALS CHOSE TO COME HERE, my Black ass did NOT! And yet, the illegals are treated better than those of us who are descendants of those who were dragged here. To the staff at the News and Daily Advance, I have a few questions. Why is it that when people like myself write in about the serious issues in Lynchburg like rampant, out-of-control racism, gentrification, mass evictions, outrageous Black poverty statistics, Black people questioned for just walking down the street by the Klan Keystone Kops, a mayor and city council that turn a blind eye to it all, your paper refuses to print those stories? Why is it that people like myself, who call in a newsworthy story, it never gets covered by your paper. I have to call OUTSIDE of Lynchburg, Virginia in order to get my story heard and quite obviously it was some story because I was another news stations HEADLINE? So, what does that say for that rag you call a newspaper and yet have the audacity to want someone to pay for the online version if they are not receiving the paper version? I wouldn’t take that rag of a paper for free.
And folks, don’t bother trying to view the online version of the News and Daily Advance because they want you to pay to see fluff stories about doily making in Lynchburg. They write stories about the latest flower show at the market on Main Street. They write about the upcoming blue grass festival showcasing Ed and Ned and the Bungle Brothers. But never will those racists print a story that deals with the abject racism that can be found throughout this racist burg. Not a story will you see that pertains to how Lynchburg’s Black citizens are faring because no whites give a shit about how Lynchburg’s Black citizens are faring. Not one time have I ever heard mention that the News and Daily Advance quoted the mayor of Lynchburg as being concerned and about to do something about the state of Lynchburg’s Black poverty stricken citizens. I have yet to hear of a story out of the News and Daily Advance about the fact that Centra Health should not have a monopoly on ‘health care’ in this racist dead ass burg. Where is the incentive for good, quality health care if there is no competition? And the only reason the News and Daily Advance covered the scandal on Jerry Falwell and the subsequent fallout is because it garnered nationwide coverage and so it would have looked funny if that newspaper had remained completely silent.
Don’t nobody want to read your fluff stories about rainbows, pansies, petunias and azaleas when there are serious issues going on all across this racist burg and the staff at the News and Daily Advance are completely aware of that fact but conveniently turn a blind eye. Let me tell you motherfuckers something. In all actuality, this blog of mine probably gets more views than that garbage you put out. They know the deal. That rag is a mouthpiece for racists and I know there are not a lot of Black people paying for that garbage rag. But keep trying to hide the truth of this burg and I will continue to print the truth backed up with plenty of evidence.
For those of you who have read the previous blogs that I posted about Lynchburg, Virginia, you should not be shocked at the fact that Lynchburg, Virginia has the dubious distinction of making the list as one of “THE MOST RACIST CITIES IN VIRGINIA.” Of course I am sure that one would be hard-pressed to find a city in Virginia that is not “most racist,” and does not have a klan chapter operating out of it, but this just proves what I have been saying all along. The hypocritical buybull toting racists in this burg are the epitome of fake assed pretenders. They smile in your face, knowing all the while that with all the land they own, at night, they’re standing in some other racist’s field carrying a torch and sporting a white sheet and a hood. The next day, they are your doctors, lawyers, landlords, bank tellers, social workers, teachers, restaurant owners, news reporters and so forth and so on. And if you make waves, you will be dealt with, sort of like what these racists have in store for me, not that they haven’t already been trying to “deal with me.” In fact, my cousin was in Kroger at the customer service counter just the other day and lo and behold, my most sainted mother(according to her) was standing right in front of him. They looked at each other and turned the other way. Now, remember, that’s the cousin that lives with me. My dear, sainted mother knew better than to part her lips to even whisper my name. But as usual, I digress.
This next chart is a complete and utter lie and it will probably be self-explanatory, but I’ll explain what I mean anyway. And you should know that this particular chart only pertains to Lynchburg, Virginia.
How the hell is THAT believable when every single Asian in this burg either owns an Asian restaurant, nail salon or beauty supply store? You would not be able to find an Asian going anywhere near a soup kitchen even if you camped out with binoculars for months on end trying to spy out one!
It does NOT matter about population count. What matters is the fact that if a district, burg, hamlet, town or city is not enabling an Asian to make bank, they simply move to a more profitable district, burg, hamlet, town or city. In fact, I have another chart that will make an even BIGGER lie out of the above chart. Shall we? Yes, we shall.
Now, THAT chart is NO lie. Look at where ALL the Asians stand with regards to liquid assets and total assets, does that look like they are struggling and living in abject poverty to you?
Let me explain what is taking place in Lynchburg today. With the full blessings of the mayor, Lynchburg is most rigorously going through the process of GENTRIFICATION. You see, there are seven hills otherwise known as districts and the most poverty stricken districts are where the majority of Lynchburg’s Black citizens live. Most of the housing projects are located in those districts. But what is happening is that even in the so-called Black districts, the whites are coming in and are taking old buildings and turning them into something they hope Lynchburg’s younger, up and coming residents will take to. And with the current state of bigger cities, what with carjackings, smash and grabs, burgs like Lynchburg are looking better and better to whites which is why bigger, multi-family housing management companies are buying up mom and pop owned apartment complexes and are essentially paying them the asking price because they are going to increase the rents on all multi-family developments which will thus make them too expensive for many Black people to afford which is what is happening with the complex I live in. It was privately owned and now it has been bought out by a bigger management company that is trying to run those of us out who cannot afford to pay 400% rent increases.
What is also taking place is that with this economy, many whites in this burg are struggling. I have been perusing Craigslist to get some idea of just how much whites are beginning to feel the pinch of inflation, high gas and diesel prices, high grocery prices and what I’ve found was what I expected. Whites are avid hoarders and some of you may have heard of a television show called, “Hoarders.” I used to watch that show because it was quite telling just what extent whites will go to to not release even an old newspaper, but take a look at what they are letting go on Craigslist because they need the money.
Anybody badly in need of this wreck? It can be yours if the price is right!

When the protesters were in Minneapolis going the fuck off, those who are descendants of the racist shits that enslaved our ancestors were busy spying on the mostly Black protesters via drones, spy planes and spy helicopters in order to arrest people who were supposedly, liberated. But we know that we are not liberated because the protesters were protesting because a Black man was detained and murdered for no reason. So, what were you celebrating on Juneteenth? That you enjoy enslavement? That you enjoy being spied on by the same government that dragged your ancestors here to become slaves for them? Did you celebrate Juneteenth because the whites are championing that day as though there is some meaning to it for us because if you are, then you are so stupid that you could actually be made to believe that shit don’t stink.
As long as the whites are telling you to ‘celebrate’ some bullshit, why…there you go. When the whites tell you to celebrate Black History Month…well, there you go. When the whites tell you to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Day…why there you go. Those days have no meaning for us. Those days are the whites’ way of saying, “Look, I’ve given you much to celebrate. Now go out and buy shit and shut the hell up because that is all that we owe you. Fuck reparations. You’ll get a few days in which to celebrate what you think are freedoms.” And you know what, most of us do just that. You accept so little and will rejoice over a turd handed to you, especially if you are being told that that turd has special significance to you.
Whites are flaming liars, thieves, criminals and murderers; that’s what they’ve always been and that’s what they always will be. You cannot expect whites to do shit that would make a gnat’s ass worth of real difference in your life. When you celebrated Juneteenth, did it put any money into your pocket? Did it give you health insurance? Did it cure your diabetes since you have diabetes because of poor diet because you work minimum wage jobs and cannot afford the proper foods with nutrients needed for a healthy body? Did it move you out of a crime infested neighborhood that is wracked with gang violence? Did it close down the liquor store in your neighborhood owned by a foreigner brought over here for the express purpose of further reducing your time spent on this planet above ground? Did celebrating Juneteenth get the bank to approve a home loan for you? Did celebrating Juneteenth get you approved for an apartment in a nice section of town? Did celebrating Juneteenth get you into college? What was the purpose of you celebrating Juneteenth? There was none and the whites know this. The purpose of you celebrating Juneteenth was all for the whites. It had absolutely nothing to do with you since the whites know that whatever bone they toss you, you will run with it, be thankful for it and don’t question why the whites are hyping up some piece of shit ‘day of emancipation’ that never took place, because make no mistake, we are still slaves. We are still slaves in every way.
Look around you. What group in this country is in the worst possible condition? The group that was hellbent on celebrating Juneteenth, that’s who. What the fuck do you have to celebrate? American descendants of slavery are the poster children for homelessness, income inequality, mass incarceration, abject hunger, childhood poverty, high school drop-out rates out of the ballpark, inadequate or no health care, high mortality rates for Black women, babies and children and for both Black men and women, high mortality rates from being murdered by cops. And statistically speaking, we are at the bottom, economically and so disadvantaged, it has been stated that Black household wealth stands at $7.00. We have no real and true wealth; no tangible and intangible assets.
But that was not always the case. Whites destroyed everything we ever built for ourselves, from our homes to our institutions to our movements and so why do you think that they have no problem with us ‘celebrating’ Juneteenth, Black History Month and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Day? It is because that is ALL we are to have. And for most of you, that seems to be enough!
And yet, when the protests were raging, all we heard from the whites and from the Black misleaders was, “Look! They are burning down their own neighborhoods!” What fucking neighborhoods do we own? Black people don’t own shit! The lone Black barbershop on the corner is nothing to screech about because, HELL! In Baltimore, MD, Black people have taken to doing curbside barbering. Those goddamn foreigners that the whites have over here on expired visas own that shit that was burned to the ground. If you look at the news out of Minneapolis, there was some Somali man standing there talking about how he owned this and that and was going to help the burned out community. SERIOUSLY??!! How did his tree climbing ass, crawl down from a tree in Somalia, fly the fuck over here and own some damn businesses when Black people, who were born here and are descendants of slaves, have to operate a ‘curbside’ barbershop and yet the whites and the Black misleaders want to exclaim that we are burning down our own damn businesses? I published the above blog post last year this time and now this year, the whites have decided to make Juneteenth, a federal holiday. What the hell for? What difference will it make in the lives of those of us who are descendants of slavery? Will it improve our unemployment statistics? Our low wage job statistics? Our incarceration statistics? WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden signed legislation Thursday establishing a new federal holiday commemorating the end of slavery, saying he believes it will go down as one of the greatest honors he has as president.
Juneteenth is just another federal holiday for the whites. It’s just like Memorial Day! “Go out and buy some shit because a sale is on! Reparations, yes the Jews received; the Japanese as well.
Yet, descendants of the slaves are told to “go to hell!”
The Holocaust was shocking; that is widely understood.
How can we break the chains of slavery? There’s no way we ever could.

You are saying to yourself, “Self, they are ALL I do see, that is, when I even deign to ‘see’ them, the unsightly, eyesores they are.” How did that happen and why? It happened because whites made it happen. Why? Ask yourself that question, whites! Ask yourself what you have against American descendants of slavery and why. Go ahead! Did you celebrate Juneteenth because the whites are championing that day as though there is some meaning to it for us because if you are, then you are so stupid that you could actually be made to believe that shit don’t stink.

The purpose of you celebrating Juneteenth was all for the whites. But that was not always the case. Whites destroyed everything we ever built for ourselves, from our homes to our institutions to our movements and so why do you think that they have no problem with us ‘celebrating’ Juneteenth, Black History Month and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Day? The cell, on the seventh floor of what is now the Jefferson County Courthouse in Birmingham, is the only one that was not removed when the building underwent renovations in 1996.
“In order for Jefferson County to truly move forward, we must first recognize our past mistakes, take corrective action, and move forward with a sincere desire to embrace people from all walks of life,” said Jefferson County Commission President Pro Tem Lashunda Scales in a press release.

Protesters in St. Louis gathered to shut down a convenience store and block the exits after a video emerged of the store’s owner and another employee attacking a woman, prompting people who viewed the assault on social media to actually do something about it.
Around 10 a.m. this morning, Shemika Russell recorded an employee of Gas Mart confronting a woman outside the store. As the woman and the man from the store argued, another man, alleged to be the owner of the gas station, came outside and kicked the woman to the ground.
After the first kicker goes back into the store, the other man, apparently jealous of his boss’ racist kung-fu, decides to join in on the treat-a-black-woman-worse-than-Putin-treats-Trump festivities and kicked the woman again.
“One of the workers, an Arab gentleman, kicked her in the stomach like she was a dog,” said Jermaine, one of the protesters and residents of the community. “So we’re here to shut it down. No more business for these people. They’re going to understand that we feed them. That they live off our community.”

Even during slavery, white women made female slaves cover their hair and skin as much as possible. It was common for white women to lacerate the faces of their female slaves. Of course, this was all to make the female slave less attractive to her white men. Too bad for her, because nothing she did to make the Black female slave unpleasant to her white men worked. White men could not keep their hands and bodies off Black slave women and girls. Similarly, white men often took the brawniest male slave, that they referred to as “bulls”, from his newly purchased batch of slaves, stripped him naked, pull out his penis, and deflowered the male slave anally in front of the male slave’s wife and children in order to socially demasculinize him. If you think about it, this same construct is still going on today behind the lens of mainstream media (marginalizing Black beauty) and the criminal justice system (demasculinizing Black men).

There is just about nothing worse than a so-called white liberal/progressive because they believe that they have transcended to some higher plane and so cannot get called out on their ‘white privilege’ shit! They can and I will call them out on it because their shit does indeed, stink! They are no better than the unapologetic racists who have no problem prancing down the goddamn streets in hoods and sheets sporting Confederate flags and showing off their guns. They are one and the same. We have never had any friends among the whites because they are all hellbent on continuing to make sure that their white privilege exists and the only way they can do that is to continue to make sure that our lives are deemed, meaningless and downplay the vile, vicious shit they do while constantly portraying us as worse than monsters when there cannot be a more monstrous creature slithering among us than the whites.
And we as descendants of slaves need to get up off the “sit back and believe we have friends” bullshit couch and act like we fucking know. Our list of enemies is long and it will never be shortened and at the very top of that list is the white male and female parasite and anything they hatch. Their ‘white privilege’ depends upon us stuck in slavery and that means that every statistic that tells the story of how descendants of the original slaves are doing in this shithole is fucked up! It is ALL done by design and they are not going to ‘give up’ their coveted ‘white privilege.
