Recently, I posted a blog about a public housing high rise building in Minneapolis that caught fire the day before ‘Indian Extermination Day’. That building housed only folks from Somalia. Not one American descendant of slaves was seen exiting the building and that is because our tax dollars are being used to house those the whites WANT here in Amerikkka. Those the whites DON’T want in Amerikkka just got burned out of a homeless shelter in downtown Minneapolis on Christmas Day.

Francis Drake Hotel Fire: 3 Hospitalized, Over 200 Evacuated Following Minneapolis’ Residential Hotel Blaze

More than 200 low-income[mostly American descendants of slaves] residents were evacuated after the Francis Drake hotel in Minneapolis, which serves as ~~temporary~~ permanent housing for homeless people, was engulfed by fire Wednesday morning. The blaze, which sprang up in the wee hours of Christmas morning, grew into four alarms at full speed, Minneapolis fire officials said.

The fire started at around 4:00 a.m. EST Wednesday and grew enormous leaving the fire officials battle it until mid-afternoon.

Three people with minor injuries were transported to a hospital. One person among them suffered smoke inhalation and the other two sustained minor injuries while evacuating.

The building in Hennepin County was dedicated to the have-nots as a shelter. Minnesota Red Cross is currently trying to arrange temporary shelter for those evacuated.

And the governor of Minnesota had this to say.

This crisis of access to affordable housing is touching all corners of the state and a situation like this shows how precarious it is,” said Gov. Tim Walz.

“We just have to come to grips with, we are 50,000 units short in this state,” he added. “And we have to figure out a way.”

Seriously???!!! Why fly hundreds of thousands of Somalis over here, put them up in public housing high rises, hand them ALL of the housing choice vouchers while those who paid their dues here and who are descendants of slaves can just shelter, long term in a homeless shelter that they were referred into by Hennepin County Department of Social Services? If you know you don’t have an adequate number of affordable housing units and rents are skyrocketing and you have a homeless crisis, what sense does it make to head over to Somalia and fly those people here and give them the housing that those whom you had to fly over to get out of here are sitting up in a rundown hotel that’s now being used as a long term homeless shelter that’s now burned to the ground and because your goddamn state is in the news for looking like shit, you want to talk about an “affordable housing crisis?” You fucking racist ass bastard! You know exactly why there is an affordable housing crisis in Minnesota and it is ALL done by design.

That building houses, almost exclusively, Somali so-called, ‘refugees’ as does most of the public housing high rises and other types of apartments and townhomes in Minnesota. Ninety-nine percent of ALL affordable housing in Minneapolis is occupied by those from Somalia. This is why those of us who were born here and who paid taxes in this shithole cannot get up out of homelessness because all of the affordable housing units have been given to people who boarded a plane and were brought here to sit all up on our tax dollars while our people walk the streets, homeless.

While Somalis were being evacuated from a building that was on fire the day before ‘Thanksgiving’, that was PERMANENT housing, on Christmas Day, mostly American descendants of slaves were being evacuated from a long term homeless shelter. Three Minnesota Men Found Guilty Of Plotting To Join ISIS

A federal jury has found three men guilty of plotting to join the terror group ISIS and commit murder overseas.

Guled Omar, 21, and Mohamed Farah, 22, were found guilty on all charges. Abdirahman Daud, 22, was found guilty on all terror counts, but not guilty of lying to a grand jury.

Family members sobbed upon hearing the verdicts. Plotting to commit murder overseas is a charge that carries a maximum sentence of life in prison.

The three Somali-Americans were among nine young [Somali] Minnesota men arrested since 2014 for allegedly plotting to join ISIS in Syria. Six — Abdullahi Yusuf, Zacharia Abdurahman, Hanad Musse, Abdirizak Warsame, Adnan Farah and Hamza Ahmed — pleaded guilty to conspiring to travel to Syria to join ISIS.

California redwood tree falls, kills hiker at national park

A Minnesota man was killed during a Christmas Eve visit to a national park in California when an enormous redwood tree fell on him, authorities said Thursday.

Subhradeep Dutta, 28, of Edina, Minn., was walking on a marked trail just after 4:35 p.m. Tuesday at the Muir Woods National Monument Park, north of San Francisco, when he became pinned by the trunk of a 200-foot-tall tree.

A high rise apartment fire yesterday morning took the lives of 5 people, most of whom were ‘refugees’/immigrants from Somalia.

5 Killed After Fire Breaks Out In Minneapolis High-Rise Building In Cedar-Riverside

The Minneapolis Fire Department says five people are dead and another three are hospitalized after fire broke out at a 24-story high rise overnight in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood.

Fire crews extinguished the three-alarm fire, which happened on the 600 block of Cedar Avenue South, in approximately 30 minutes. It was reported at about 4 a.m. inside a public housing building owned by the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority. The fire broke out on the 14th floor of the 191-unit structure.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office released the names of four of the five victims early Wednesday evening, all cited as dying from smoke inhalation:

Nadifa Mohamud, 67
Jerome Stuart, 59

People working low wage jobs cannot afford those rents and many, many people in Minneapolis have to have roommates just to make ends meet. I have heard horror stories of roommates stealing everything not nailed down and leaving in the middle of the night. There are so many people who have had horrible experiences just trying to be housed, it is beyond ridiculous!

If this is the season of charity and some more shit, then charity begins at home. You cannot state that there is a homeless epidemic of monstrous proportions among natural born citizens of this shithole and then cross an ocean to drag others here and ‘house’ them while stepping over those who were born here and who are working, but who cannot afford the cost of skyrocketing rents. How does that make any goddamn sense at all?

While I was in Minnesota, I saw an Indian man try and board a city bus and the poor man was pushing a dilapidated walker up onto the bus and the walker was too short for him and at the same time, he was trying to keep his pants up, but the poor man’s pants fell down and his leg was almost completely covered in blood. He must have fallen, hurt himself and was trying to get to a hospital via a bus. Some guy was trying to help him get on the bus when from the back of the bus, a Latino yelled, “What’s the holdup?” Seriously? What’s the holdup? I yelled back at him, “The police station is right across the street, I’m going to call them and ask them to check your immigration papers, how’s that for a holdup?” He shut the fuck up!

A Black man tried to help the Indian man up on the bus and the bus driver told the Indian man to pull his pants up and asked him where he was going. The Indian man stated that he was trying to get to the hospital. The bus driver told him that he was going in the wrong direction. And so the Indian man started to get off the bus and I just wanted to cry.

The Black man who had helped him stated that “he was just a bum.” I said, “Seriously? That man is a human being. He is someone’s father, son, brother, uncle and you sit there and say that when you know what we go through. Are you serious?” He then hemmed and hawed and shut the fuck up. But even still, when he got up to exit the bus, I thanked him for helping the Indian man off the bus and the bus driver did as well.

What the hell is wrong with us when we see nothing wrong with whites dragging others asses over here and put them above those whose land they stole in the first place, and will also put them over those whose ancestors were dragged over here, kicking and screaming?

If anyone should be housed by the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority, it should be the Indians and American descendants of slaves. If there are any available affordable housing units left, then the whites can drag whomever they want to drag over to this shithole, but you take care of your own first. You don’t grab someone from a foreign land, put them on a plane and then put them in public housing while passing by homeless Indians and American descendants of slaves. And believe me, the only people who are in homeless shelters are American descendants of slaves and a few poor whites who have been deemed worthless by other whites. That is all I saw in the homeless shelter I stayed in for one night.

So, if you think that those who burned to death in that high rise apartment fire were just, coincidentally, mostly Somali, think again. The majority of those housed by our tax dollars are Somali. American descendants of slaves and Indians need not apply. Last year, an Indian woman, Pamela Rivera died because she was in a homeless encampment in Minneapolis. Why wasn’t she in this fucking building? This land was hers. Why did Somalis take precedence over a woman whose land was stolen from her by whitey pasty-ass? Did you read that? Pamela Rivera, an Indian; an Indigenous woman died in a homeless encampment because no one could find housing for her and yet as you can see, whites dragged willing Somalis over here and put them in affordable housing high rises while Pamela Rivera, an INDIAN, was somewhere struggling to get through homelessness and she didn’t make it. What fucking sense does this make???? But you are sitting somewhere on your ass eating a dead bird and talking about how we should ALL be thankful???!!!! Fucking get the fuck outta here with THAT bullshit! Yeah! Tell that fucking shit to Pamela Rivera about how she should be thankful that this land that her people owned was stolen by the likes of you pasty-assed fuckers and how she should be so thankful that she is now six feet under thanks to said pasty-assed fuckers dragging goddamn Somalis over here and housing them while leaving the Pamela Riveras to make it or NOT and she did NOT!

And so no, I do not weep for those dead Somalis because they had no goddamn business over here when we have a homeless crisis of the magnitude that we have. But don’t take my word for who is homeless, just look at videos of interviews of the homeless and that will clue you in and newsflash, you will NEVER see someone interviewing one of those ‘refugees’ from Somalia. That would help to at least put a dent in the wait list for affordable housing units because refugees are given preferential treatment and so they get the affordable housing slots that are paid for by our tax dollars.

Again, it makes no sense to know that we have a homeless epidemic, but this country is dragging ‘refugees’ over here and giving them the few remaining affordable housing units while moaning and whining that they don’t know what to do about the issue of mass homelessness all across this country. Seriously? Stop dragging people from other countries over here, feeding them, housing them, clothing them, giving them access to free health care and free housing that’s paid for by those of us who are now homeless and some more shit. For starters, that’s what the fuck you can do!

And you can call me an insensitive asshole until the cows come home, go back out and come back home again, I don’t fucking care! Someone has to say what needs saying and I am damn well going to be that someone. I am tired of this shit! Those news reporters who reported on this story know the goddamn truth, but do they ever report the truth? Hell fucking no! Steve Frenz and Spiros Zorbalas teemed up to run a scam on the City of Minneapolis, MN when the City of Minneapolis, MN ran ‘The Slumlord of Minneapolis’, Spiros Zorbalas, out of Minneapolis by stripping him of his rental licenses on ALL rental properties in Minneapolis, MN.

Then along comes Steve Frenz who told the City of Minneapolis, MN that he had purchased ALL of the properties that had been previously owned by Spiros Zorbalas. The City of Minneapolis, MN then approved rental licenses for the properties that had been owned by Spiros Zorbalas. However, the fact of the matter is that Spiros Zorbalas still owned the rental properties that Steve Frenz claimed he now owned, thus making his rental licenses, null and void. Meanwhile, thousands of mostly low income minority tenants were paying rent to live in vermin and rodent infested buildings that were substandard to say the least in that many had no heat, no hot water, crumbling stairs, unsecured mailboxes, bedbugs and the list is endless.

The City of Minneapolis, MN ‘claimed’ to have no knowledge of the fraud being perpetrated by Spiros Zorbalas and Steve Frenz. Enter Attorney Michael F. Cockson, who was initially contacted by Inquilinxs Unidos, a renters’ union out of Minneapolis, MN that helps immigrants with housing and other issues they face. Attorney Michael F. Cockson, a partner at the law firm, FAEGRE BAKER DANIELS LLP 2200 Wells Fargo Center, 90 South Seventh Street, Minneapolis, MN 55402 agreed to take the case on behalf of Inquilinxs Unidos. However, after learning of the scope of tenants who were adversely impacted by unclean and unsafe building conditions, Judge Mary Vasaly upgraded the case to class action status and said that all former and current renters were to receive ALL rent payments that they had made to Steve Frenz, The Apartment Shop LLC and various other holding companies that Frenz had started up to hide the fact that Spiros Zorbalas still owned the properties that he was acting as front man for.

The case was eventually settled for $18.5 million which was relegated to the coffers of the Settlement Administrators, BrownGreerPLC, located in Richmond, VA, which was to get in excess of $300,000 to send mailings to class members and to mail out checks to class members. Commonbond and another company was named as recipients of checks that should have been relegated to class members and only to class members. See here for details.

However, Attorney Michael F. Cockson was not happy with 25% of the settlement funds awarded to him by Judge Mary Vasaly and so sued his own clients in the Court of Appeals for 32% of the class action settlement funds. Now originally, he would have received over $6 million dollars from a case that he took because he wanted to “Give a voice to those who could not speak for themselves” and to “compensate them for their living conditions” and yet as of today, the appeal for more in Attorney’s Fees for Michael F. Cockson’s greedy ass is still in ‘briefing’ status with the Court of Appeals.

After I blogged about this on June 14, 2019, four days later, the Settlement Administrators called and told my cousin that the settlement checks had been mailed out on June 17, 2019. Below is a copy of the settlement check that my cousin received as his share of the $18.5 million dollar class action lawsuit.

So, even though my cousin paid thousands upon thousands in rent to rent an apartment that had multiple safety issues and code violations and was not even licensed to be rented, he received $724.15 while Attorney Michael F. Cockson, a partner at the law firm, FAEGRE BAKER DANIELS LLP 2200 Wells Fargo Center, 90 South Seventh Street, Minneapolis, MN 55402 is suing my cousin and all other members of this class action lawsuit that he initiated on behalf of his clients for more in Attorney’s Fees than what Judge Vasaly approved for his greedy ass. Michael F. Cockson wants more than the over $6 million that has already been taken from his poor, misused and abused clients who had been shitted on by the likes of Spiros Zorbalas and Steve Frenz. This greedy bastard, Attorney Michael F. Cockson would sue a roach if it crawled across his shoe and demand even more in Attorney’s Fees if he knew he could get away with it and since it is quite obvious that in his opinion, his clients in this case are the equivalent of roaches, that is what he is doing.

People who were already shitted on by slumlords while living in slums are now to be shitted on by the attorney who agreed to take this case in an attempt to obtain compensation for those who had been wronged and instead of attempting to right those wrongs, Attorney Michael F. Cockson has joined with Steve Frenz and Spiros Zorbalas in doing more wrong to those who are likened to roaches.

The man is extremely wealthy and yet he is committing a grave injustice against people who still have no voice since they don’t have a voice they can use to push back against what their own sheisty attorney is doing to them. How this sheisty bastard sleeps at night is a complete and utter mystery to me, but then again, he is white and so that right there explains it. They don’t give a shit for making things right. They don’t give a shit for leveling the playing field for those who are poor and whose rights are trampled on, daily. Those like Michael F. This post is to inform anyone who is a member of the class action lawsuit involving Steve Frenz and Spiros Zorbalas that the reason why your settlement checks have not arrived, and they were due to be mailed out at the end of April and received by you no later than the first week of May, is because ‘pro bono’ Attorney, Michael Frederick Cockson, a partner at the law firm, FAEGRE BAKER DANIELS LLP located at 90 South Seventh in the Wells Fargo Building in downtown Minneapolis is appealing Judge Mary Vasaly’s ruling that he receive 25% of the class action settlement funds in Attorney’s Fees but since he is greedy as hell, he is appealing the Judge’s decision because he wants 32% in Attorney’s Fees out of the class action settlement; a settlement that is supposed to compensate, in some small way, poor folks who rented from slumlords who were not licensed to rent their slum properties in the city of Minneapolis, MN.

Attorney Michael Cockson heralds himself as the champion of the poor and downtrodden and the voiceless; a true defender of those who cannot fight for themselves. And yet, he is holding his own client’s money hostage due to his immense greed and yet here is the court record of the appeal that Attorney Michael F. Cockson has filed.

My cousin is a class member and he has been waiting on his settlement check to come through for quite some time now and thanks to my diligence in getting to the bottom of why he has not received his settlement check, we now know who is responsible for the checks not being mailed; Attorney Michael F. Cockson’s greedy ass!

Contact Attorney Michael F. Cockson and ask him to explain to you just why his white ass is too greedy for words since he took the case because he “wanted to fight for those who could not fight for themselves.” And now, those who could not fight for themselves are being left to hang out to dry thanks to Michael F. I spoke with Ana Lastra at channel KSTP-TV and that station also refused to do a story on the fact that Michael F. Cockson was appealing Judge Mary Vasaly’s decision to grant him 25% in Attorney’s Fees. And so again, we have that ‘corporations stick by other corporations and fuck the people’ shit! If you ever thought that any corporation would treat people fairly and actually DO the right thing, think again. Michael F. Cockson, who is already quite wealthy, is holding up settlement checks of people who live in abject poverty because he is just greedy as hell. The StarTribune refuses to report on the fact of his greed and likewise, channel KSTP-TV refused.

He is fighting his own clients by trying to further reduce their class action settlement payments(and also by holding the checks up) by taking more in Attorney’s Fees. Well, in this case, it would seem that ‘pro bono’ is not to be the case since he is appealing his Attorney’s Fees. Go figure! And did you check out who the story is by, Randy Furst, and so it is no wonder he does not want to report on the fact that for this particular case, Attorney Michael F. Cockson, not only did not take this case, ‘pro bono’, but is actually appealing for more in Attorney’s Fees than Judge Mary Vasaly approved, even though Judge Mary Vasaly stated that what she approved was a fair amount for this case. Michael F. Cockson wants another judge to overrule what Judge Mary Vasaly approved and grant him what he is seeking which happens to be 32% of the class action settlement in Attorney’s Fees.

Ask Star Tribune reporter, Randy Furst why he is refusing to report on this and ask those at KSTP why they are refusing to report on this. Minneapolis officer charged in shooting of Australian woman

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A Minneapolis police officer who shot and killed an Australian woman in July turned himself in Tuesday after a warrant was issued for his arrest, his attorney said. A jail roster said he was held on third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter charges.

Officer Mohamed Noor shot Justine Ruszczyk Damond, a 40-year-old life coach on July 15 minutes after she called 911 to report a possible sexual assault in the alley behind her home. Damond’s death drew international attention, cost the police chief her job and forced major revisions to the department’s policy on body cameras.

African immigrant police officer shoots white Australian immigrant to death after she calls 911 to report a possible crime and since July, he has not been made to open his mouth about his actions and today, he is finally being charged with a crime. Because of the hoopla surrounding this and because other ‘white’ people who lived in this woman’s upscale south Minneapolis neighborhood demanded action, the police chief, Janee Harteau was forced to resign and there were also calls for the mayor, Betsy Hodges to resign over this and now, charges have been filed against African immigrant police officer, Mohamed Noor, who is from Somalia and no, that is not next door to Wakanda and so I do not believe that it is incumbent upon ‘Black Panther’ to send Officer Noor some ‘Vibranium’ to help get him out of jail.

I want to see if Officer Noor is going to go the route of the police officer who killed Philando Castile who was charged with second-degree manslaughter; two counts of dangerous discharge of a firearm and the verdict? NOT GUILTY! Officer Jeronimo Yanez, better known on the Minneapolis police force as ‘Mr. Guacamole’ was just the salt on margaritas of the earth seeing as how it was alleged that he volunteered, extensively, in the Latino community. But you see, he too, played on the old adage of “I feared for my life even though I pulled over the wrong man because there was a report of a robbery by a wide-nosed man and Philando Castile fit the profile and I pulled him over and asked him for his ID even as he informed me that he had a permit to carry a concealed weapon and whereupon hearing this, I shot him because, AGAIN, I feared for my life because a Black man had a gun, goddamn it! Everyone knows Black men are big scary men and they should not be allowed to carry guns and so there! No harm! No foul! And that is why I got off scot-free! Now, give me my badge back!”

Both of these cases are/were high profile cases and both victims had actually done no wrong, including Philando Castile, who, just as Justine Damond, had no rap sheet. And the cop that shot Philando Castile shot inside a vehicle where sat a woman and her 4-year old daughter and I am pretty sure that if either of those two had got shot dead, the verdict would have been the same.

But here lies Miss Australian Goldilocks, murdered by Minneapolis’s finest Somali cop and I will be dissecting this situation until the Fat Lady sings. And I am already pretty sure that glaring differences as to how these two cases are handled will be forthcoming. Count on it. If I was so inclined to eat popcorn and drink soda pop, I’d be getting me a big bowl of popcorn and a Big Gulp soda right about now as they bring in the clowns for this latest circus of horrors show.

And lest some have forgotten the handling of the Philando Castile case, here’s a reminder.

The case against Officer Yanez — believed to be the first time in Minnesota history that an officer was charged in an on-duty fatal shooting — hinged on one central question: Did the officer have reason to fear that Mr. Castile was reaching for a gun that he had acknowledged having with him when he was pulled over by the officer?

Officer Yanez testified that he feared Mr. Castile was grabbing for the gun, but Mr. Castile’s girlfriend, Diamond Reynolds, said he had merely been reaching for his identification to give the officer.

Though there was dashboard camera video of the events, as well as the live-stream video that Ms. Reynolds began taking after the shooting, there was no video clearly revealing the crucial moments in the front seat of Mr. Castile’s car — and how precisely he had moved his hands before the officer fired.

Valerie Castile, Philando Castile’s mother said, “The system in this country continues to fail black people and will continue to fail us.”

How right you are Mrs. Castile. How right you are. But now that Justine Damond, a white woman who also lived in an upper class neighborhood has been killed by an African, let us see if there will be any difference in how this plays out. Will Officer Noor get away with stating that he shot Justine Damond because he feared for his life and that of his partner’s who has stated that he was absolutely STUNNED when Officer Noor shot Justine Damond and so if that is the case, then where was the fear?

Welcome to OUR world, Justine Damond! Welcome to OUR world; the world of ‘death by a cop who feared for his life’! A more fearful bunch of murdering motherfuckers you’ll never find unless you add in the U.S. military. What I don’t get is why do the most cowardly shits join the police force? If you are that fucking scared, then get a job where you can work on a computer from your mama’s basement threatening people who don’t pay their bills. It’s called, ‘collections operators’. That’s the job for you scared shitless cops who always ‘fear for your lives’ to the point where you will kill first and don’t have to answer questions later since that was the case with this here Officer Mohamed Noor, who has yet to be made to speak on what he did to Justine Damond. Assholes such as this one here, are nothing more than a bunch of damn cowards hiding behind a badge and a gun. Take that gun away from those cowardly bastards and they’d all quit the police force in one fell swoop and wouldn’t we all be the better for it? Indeed we damn well would!

No Grand Jury Indictment For The Murder Of Justine Damond In Minneapolis, MN!

There! I’ve done their job for them. A grand jury has been convened to determine whether or not to hand down an indictment for murder against Minnesota Somali police officer, Mohamed Noor. Even though it was last July that the murder of Ms. Damond took place, I am sure that we all remember what happened, but just in case you cannot remember, maybe this will refresh your memory.

Justine Ruszczyk Damond, a 40-year-old life coach, was killed by Minneapolis Officer Mohamed Noor just minutes after she called police to report a possible sexual assault in the alley behind her home. Noor hasn’t been charged, and Freeman said weeks ago that more investigating was needed in the case. He also told activists in a recorded conversation that he didn’t have enough evidence and investigators “haven’t done their job.”

Now, let me get this straight, there is not enough evidence that Somali Officer Mohamed Noor killed Australian immigrant, Justine Damond, by shooting her in the stomach as she approached the patrol car after she initially called the police to report a possible crime in the alley near her home and she accidentally belched after having eaten her dinner which startled Officer Noor’s partner which they say resulted in Officer Noor fearing for his partner’s safety which then caused him to shoot Ms. Damond in the stomach which led to Ms. Damond’s death? And as I read that back, it doesn’t even make any sense; none whatsoever.

So, if I am a firm believer in ‘Neighborhood Watch’ and I hear a noise near my home sometime during the night, and it sounds like a crime in progress and I go outside to investigate and my neighbor comes up to me because she too is wondering what is going on and she farts and I am startled by the noise and I accidentally shoot her dead, am I guilty of a crime? Uh…that, apparently, would be a resounding, “NO!” according to Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman.

It has to be “NO” because according to Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman, “he didn’t have enough evidence” to charge Noor with a crime because “investigators haven’t done their job.” AND…”the officers didn’t turn on their body cameras until after the shooting, and there was no squad-car camera video of the incident,” which begs the question, “If the police have nothing to hide, why is it that more often than not, their body cameras are not turned on, and in many instances, even their squad-car camera video is turned off?” Taxpayers are paying out the wazoo for those body cameras and so why then are police not using them? What are they for? Decoration?

Ms. Damond got just what Philando Castile got, he got shot dead too, by a cop who was also acquitted by a jury and for the same reason, Officer Jeronimo Yanez stated that he “feared for his life” even though he had requested that Philando Castile produce his identification and upon doing so, Philando Castile was shot for it. Castile was initially pulled over because he had a ‘wide nose’ and apparently, someone who had committed a crime also had a ‘wide nose’. So, a man is dead because he had a wide nose???!! I cannot tell you how many people I have seen who have wide noses and they would all have been presumed guilty because of that? Seriously??? The man was a model citizen just as this Ms. Damond was said to be and yet, both are dead and the murderer of Philando Castile has already been acquitted and the murderer of Ms. Damond will be not be indicted or found guilty for killing her. Too bad Ms. Damond did not insist that her and her fiancee return to Australia, she would be alive today. Unfortunately, Philando Castile had no say in being here seeing as how his ancestors were dragged here and that’s his reason for residing in AmeriKKKa, but apparently, Justine Damond just assumed from reading all the reports of cops shooting Black people that it just could not happen to her. Well, it did! And the cop that shot her has not even been made to open his mouth about what he did to Ms. Damond since he shot her dead last July. Let me shoot someone dead and my Black ass would already be cooling my heels in prison and no States Attorney would be mouthing off that there was just no evidence to even compel me to talk, much less indict and prosecute me for murdering someone.

How is it right and just that there are two separate laws; one for the police who kill people and one for everyday citizens who kill people? Murder is murder and if a cop murders someone while in uniform or out of uniform, if the killing was unjustified, that cop should be charged with murder and sentenced, but nothing doing. Why are we allowing this to continue? By simply marching down the damn street, we do nothing about any of this. The entire ‘American justice system’ is a sham and that should be well understood by one and all by now. We can comply with the instructions from the police and still end up dead by police. We can be the ones who call for assistance because we think a crime is being committed against a fellow human being and end up getting shot dead ourselves and the cops aren’t responsible? Seriously? Yes, the upper middle class white folks in South Minneapolis were in an uproar for a bit and succeeded in forcing the police chief to resign, but has that actually solved the real problem which is that the entire system is dirty and full of nothing but corruption from one end of this country to the other? No, it hasn’t. White people were absolutely shocked, appalled and horrified when Ms. Damond was shot dead in her yard, because that just should not happen to whites; that which has been happening to Black people on a daily basis since forever. And even though the police killed a white woman who had no criminal record, there have been no sweeping changes and there will be none because we have just come to accept the fact that we live in a police state and so we deal with it and hope that we are not next.

Well, just you ask Ms. Justine Damond did she think in a million years that she would make headline news for being the victim of ‘death by cop’ and I am sure she would have laughed in your face because everyone knows, only Black people can count on making those headlines. And though she was an Australian citizen, even the Aussies have shut the fuck up since this went down. This murder occurred in July of last year and we are nearing the end of January and I’d not seen one article about this until yesterday, when it was announced that a ‘grand jury had finally been convened and for what? Ask Tamir Rice!

Finally, find out how many cops have served in the U.S. military, the numbers will astound you and we should also be aware that the U.S. military turns ‘humans’ into killing machines and so then, how could they let those killing machines loose on city streets in America when those killing machines have been programmed to kill? I guess same as how they’ve militarized the police force all across America with military equipment from war zones. I’m not saying that Noor or Yanez served in the military, but a great number of murderous cops have indeed, served in the military. What’s been deployed to war zones is the very last thing we need patrolling our streets!

When I lost my job because I was the last person to get hired and when the economy tanked, I was the first person to get laid off. You white motherfuckers stood in solidarity with me. You told the boss, “that ain’t hardly fair! She’s such a hard worker. If you fire her, you’ve got to fire me too. We’re standing in solidarity together!”

When my credit took a nosedive because I lost my job and couldn’t pay the rent and was homeless with my two kids, you white motherfuckers stood in solidarity with me. You spoke up and said, “those goddamn credit reports are hurting those who have lost their jobs. It ain’t hardly right and we’re standing in solidarity to protest the foulness of that shit because shit happens to good people. We’re standing in solidarity together!”

When I had to get on public assistance because I couldn’t find a job and my kids were failing in school because shelter life ain’t easy, you white motherfuckers stood in solidarity with me. You didn’t belittle me and call me a ‘freeloading, Cadillac driving welfare queen who couldn’t keep her legs closed.” You went to bat for me. You saw that I was just about broken and with your relentless reaching out on my behalf to city and state officials, I was able to pull myself up with the aid of the assistance that I had to take while trying to get back on my feet. You said, “We’re standing in solidarity together!”

When the police brutally beat my teenage son, put him in a wheelchair simply because they could, you white motherfuckers stood in solidarity with me. You didn’t turn your back when you saw the beatings and heard of the outright murders that were perpetrated against other young Black men by racist ass cops. You stood in solidarity with me because you knew that shit was wrong. “We’re standing in solidarity together!”

When you white motherfuckers saw that my nieces and nephews were not getting a decent education and the new catch phrase became, “the school to prison pipeline,” you weren’t okay with that. You loudly voiced your disgust at what was purposely being done to Black communities all across this country. You stood in solidarity with me because you know that shit just ain’t right. “We’re standing in solidarity together!”

When you saw the incarceration statistics for young Black men caught up in the ‘for profit prison industrial complex’ over selling some dime bags of weed, you raised such a hue and cry, they let ‘em go. You stood in solidarity with me. “We’re standing in solidarity together!”

When you saw the national unemployment rate inch down and yet the unemployment rate for Black people remained in the double digits, you decried the foulness of that shit. You said, “goddamn it! Crime is high in the Black neighborhoods because unemployment is so goddamn high! Something needs to be done!” You stood in solidarity with me. “We’re standing in solidarity together!”

When you saw the abject poverty in Black communities all across this country, you…uh…never mind, you’re scared to come into the ‘hood’, but I am sure that you stood in solidarity with me. “We’re standing in solidarity together!”

Now, let’s fast forward to 2008 when the economy was collapsing and people were losing their homes and the Wall Street criminals were bailed out and then we began to hear about the ‘middle class’ getting fucked up. I went to pick up the phone because you had stood in solidarity with me throughout all of my troubling times but when I tried to find a number to call in the ‘solidarity group’ that had stood beside me, there were only blank pages!

When did you stand in solidarity with me? When did you ever give a goddamn about the problems that have plagued Black communities and just why the fuck are there so many ‘Black’ communities and not just ‘communities’ if we stand in solidarity together? Surely, you live right beside me because we’ve been in this all along, haven’t we? We stood together, side by side against those who have been oppressing my ass all along. Uh…no, we haven’t stood together in solidarity because my problems were never made your problems until now and now, I’m to stand in solidarity with you? Hell if that’s so!

We’ve had our ass handed to us and then some and now you want me to stand in solidarity with you because you’re just now starting to feel the impact of some shit that’s been finally let loose on YOUR ass? Ain’t gonna happen! Over a million of our Black men are in prison. We are segregated just as we’ve always been. We’re still suffering from the effects of disenfranchisement, rampant unemployment, extreme poverty, drug addiction, racism, bigotry and hate, but now, you want some solidarity? Ha! That IS funny! You left me to make it or not on my own and that is exactly where YOU stand. Make it or get broken by it because it don’t hardly matter to me what happens to you! You’ll get from me as much ‘solidarity’ as you gave me, nada! I’ve figured out what I need to do and now it’s YOUR turn! Figure it out!

And now, we come to the latest victim of a police involved shooting, Justine Damond, who we all know was murdered by a cop who was spooked by a trash can lid hitting the ground or was he spooked by the sound of someone dropping a plate or by someone breaking wind or belching or sneezing, coughing or playing bongo drums in an upscale area of South Minneapolis?

All of a sudden, some white people are calling out Black Lives Matter and the NAACP for not coming to protest for Justine Damond. First of all, Black Lives Matter has been front and center in Minneapolis since this event went down and the NAACP has, as well. It is my opinion that neither group should stand up in protest over this police involved shooting because many whites have tried to get Black Lives Matter defined as a ‘hate group’. Apparently, stating that Black lives should matter is projecting hate towards others. Never mind the fact that the majority of police killings have directly impacted Black people for hundreds of years starting with the slave patrols. And if white America had ever stood up, en masse with us, would we still continue to see this play out in every city in every state in America in the year 2017? We know the answer to that!

Don’t sit on your pink ass now and point the finger at Black people and tell us that we should be standing in solidarity with you because of one incident that has happened to the likes of you. I feel nothing for your plight! Not a drop of sympathy do I have and there will be none. A gnat couldn’t wipe its ass on the amount of sympathy that I can drum up for you pink-assed motherfuckers. BULEEEDAT! So come on up in here and tell me that we are all in this shit together and like I always say, “I will be more than happy to mop the cyber floor with your pink ass!”

But so many Black men, women and children have been murdered by cops and you’ve not called for the heads of police departments on a platter, but now that Miss Australian Goldilocks has been murdered by cop, it is now time to fire the Minneapolis police chief, bring in a Black cop, who by the way, has experienced racism in the very department that he will now oversee, to the point whereas he had to file a lawsuit and received compensation. So that right there tells us just how far he will be allowed to go in attempting to rein in trigger happy cops or cops who are ‘spooked’ into killing people because of loud noises nearby. Seriously?!!!

We must all get out the purple crepe and black armbands and violins and take to the streets to protest over an ‘upper class immigrant from Australia getting herself murdered by those thugs in blue uniforms? Yeah! Right! Wait for me to don my marching shoes and dust off my lame ass, fifty year-old protest sign and git ta stepping and you will find yourselves turning just as blue as a cop’s uniform. Yeah! I’m going to git ta marching and shouting, “No justice! No peace!” for this here ‘white’ woman who chose to come on over here to America and live the good life until she got what millions of Black people have been getting for hundreds of years in AmeriKKKa! She’s got her Australian family to fight for justice for her and she’s got all the upper crust white folks in an uproar storming City Hall fighting for justice for her. But where were they at when Jamar Clark was shot dead by cops? Where were they when Philando Castile was shot dead by cop? They were certainly not storming the mayor’s office demanding that she resign just as she demanded the resignation of her police chief and received it, post haste.

Australians expressed dismay and a father pleaded for “the light of justice” Tuesday as investigators in Minneapolis tried to determine why a city police officer fatally shot an Australian woman who had called 911 to report a possible sexual assault.

Justine Damond, 40, was a meditation instructor who moved to the U.S. in 2015 to be with fiance Don Damond. She was shot just before midnight Saturday in an alley outside her home, unarmed and in her pajamas.

“We thought yesterday was our worst nightmare, but we awoke to the ugly truth and it hurt even more,” her father, John Ruszczyk said Tuesday local time in Sydney.

And add insult to injury and it looks like the ‘victim’ is the one who called the police in the first place and was actually speaking with them when she was shot dead and of course, there is no body cam footage, nor is there dash cam footage even though citizens fought hard for body cams and have been and are paying for them to be used, but for some strange reason, many are found to be turned off at the most inauspicious of times.

The Minneapolis cop who fatally shot an Australian woman during a police call was celebrated as one of the department’s few Somali-American officers, but had two open complaints and named in a recent lawsuit.

Mohamed Noor fired at Justine Damond on Saturday night while she was speaking to the officer’s partner.

Say it ain’t so! ‘Miss Pure White As Snow Australia’ was gunned down in ‘cold’ blood by a refugee from Somalia; a decorated Somali-American police officer, who has by the way, been praised most enthusiastically by Minneapolis Mayor, Betsy Hodges.

“I want to take a moment to recognize Officer Mohamed Noor, the newest Somali officer in the Minneapolis Police Department,” Mayor Betsy Hodges wrote in a Facebook post last year. “Officer Noor has been assigned to the 5th Precinct, where his arrival has been highly celebrated, particularly by the Somali community in and around Karmel Mall.”

And the article goes on to state that Noor’s partner in the patrol car was absolutely STUNNED when Noor opened fire on ‘Miss Pure White As Snow Australia’; just completely, devastatingly STUNNED, he was, to be sure!

What police officer was stunned when Eric Garner was choked to death by another officer on video on a New York Street for selling loose, untaxed cigarettes? What police officer was stunned by his partner shooting and killing twelve-year old Tamir Rice only seconds after pulling up on that child while he was playing with a toy gun in a park? What officer was stunned when a fellow police officer shot and killed John Crawford in a Wal-Mart store for holding a toy gun? What police officer was reportedly stunned when witnessing the murder of 23-year old unarmed Amadou Diallo, an immigrant from New Guinea who was shot 41 times by four New York cops? But now, it is time for a fellow officer to be absolutely, appallingly STUNNED over the shooting and killing of an unarmed ‘white’ woman from Australia by his partner, a fellow cop. Cops are shooting citizens every single day and are killing them for no good reason and not one time have I heard that even one cop was STUNNED by the actions of another. All we hear is how the cops are always in the right because they “FEARED FOR THEIR LIVES!” To hell with our lives, they fear for theirs. So why the fuck did they sign up to be police officers in the first damn place if they were just going to be namby-pamby piss their pants mommas boys and girls every single damn time they shot somebody to death who happened either to be unarmed or to be legally armed as was the case with Philando Castile? If you lousy ass shit your pants wimps are so goddamn fearful for your lives, then don’t sign the fuck up to be cops! That’ll stop that shit right there! You can’t have it both ways; grab a gun, shoot some unarmed or lawfully armed, law abiding citizen and then claim “you feared for your life” to get yourself off the hook every single time you kill someone who is unarmed and who posed no goddamn threat to you whatsoever! Thus far, you have gotten clean away with this scenario because it’s been mostly Black people that you’ve dished this shit out to, but let’s see you slither your way out of this one. The ‘whites’ ain’t gonna take kindly to you filling their asses with lead. The world has got to stop turning because now, ‘Miss Pure White As Snow Australia’, who was soon to be married and who had only three years ago arrived on these shores and who was just a saint and all that comes with it, has been shot dead by those murderers in blue and brown. What’s the story gonna be, eh? What lies will come out? And how much will the other loathsome cops stick up for this Somali-born cop that shot ‘Miss Goldilocks’? We’ll soon see how thick that ‘blue wall’ is, won’t we? We’ll soon see at what lengths the Minneapolis police department will go to protect ‘one of their own’. Over 2.3 million men in America are in prison — about half for drug crimes. Seventy percent of all men imprisoned are black or Hispanic. Thirty years ago, before the “War on Drugs” was implemented, there were only 300,000 people in the American prison system.

Homelessness has become an especially serious problem in the African-American community, with Blacks making up half of the nation’s homeless community, according to a report by the U.S. Conference of Mayors.

According to the National Coalition for the Homeless, African-Americans disproportionately represent 47 percent of homeless people, although they make up only 12 percent of the general population.

A black driver is about 31 percent more likely to be pulled over than a white driver, or about 23 percent more likely than a Hispanic driver. “Driving while black” is, indeed, a measurable phenomenon.

The ACLU is committed to challenging the “school-to-prison pipeline,” a disturbing national trend wherein children are funneled out of public schools and into the juvenile and criminal justice systems. Many of these children have learning disabilities or histories of poverty, abuse, or neglect, and would benefit from additional educational and counseling services. Instead, they are isolated, punished, and pushed out.

“Zero-tolerance” policies criminalize minor infractions of school rules, while cops in schools lead to students being criminalized for behavior that should be handled inside the school. Students of color are especially vulnerable to push-out trends and the discriminatory application of discipline.

Minn. cop fatally shoots black man during traffic stop, aftermath broadcast on Facebook

A Minnesota traffic stop turned deadly Wednesday evening when a police officer opened fire on a black driver and killed him — less than 48 hours after another fatal police shooting in Louisiana.

Philando Castile, 32, died at a Minneapolis hospital.

Word is that he died because of a broken taillight, but the reality is he died because BLACKLIVESMATTER at the morgue! Just ask the coroner in every shitty ass city in this shithole!

Philando Castile is dead, not because his vehicle’s taillight was out, Philando Castile is dead because he was “driving while Black” and that is against the law as is every goddamn thing a Black person does in bloody ass racist AmeriKKKa!

Once AGAIN!, for the motherfuckers that are slow or otherwise, dumb as all hell, Black folks would not be in AmeriKKKa if your ancestors hadn’t been some lazy ass motherfuckers who had NO goddamn work ethic whatsoever who produced the very same in you because if you were any different from your slave owning ancestors, would we continue to see this shit play out? I refuse to get up off my ass and fuck shit up! I refuse to even attempt to make a difference in the lives of those who look like me that’s getting planted, daily! I refuse to do anything but pen some goddamn kindergarten poetry and then I get up and out the door to pursue my pleasure, I go. I am out shopping for clothes for road trips and shit! I am cussing and carrying on when someone parks their vehicle too close to mine but do I cuss and carry on out in the middle of the street over KKKop killings of those who look like me? Fuck no! I am apathetic and complacent over THAT shit! What’s that got to do with me? I ain’t been pulled over. Not yet! But I sure as hell expect someone to moan and wring their hands and gnash their teeth when I get pulled over and shot for having a broken taillight, but quite actually, I would have gotten pulled over for “driving while Black!”

Goddamn it! Ain’t we just having fun? Poor, poor Alton Sterling, he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. And poor, poor Philando Castile, same goes for him; wrong place, wrong time. And Freddie Gray? Same thing! Sandra Bland? Yep! Tamir Rice? Indeed! We had ALL better hope that we ain’t never at the wrong place at the wrong time, ’cause the party WILL be over! No fireworks, no movies, no shopping, no champagne brunches; none of that shit! Yeah! Life is good, ’til it ain’t!
