The latest to seek her help is Monica who was the girlfriend of rapper, C-MURDER, who is in prison serving a life sentence because he was found guilty of committing murder. But Monica claims that witnesses have recanted their stories and that other DNA evidence clears rapper C-Murder.

Kim Kardashian West is trying to free C-Murder. The reality star and aspiring lawyer took to Twitter on Sunday to reveal that she’s putting her resources toward trying to the rapper, whose real name is Corey Miller, from his life sentence.

Miller — who is the brother of Master P and had a successful rap career of his own in the ’90s — was accused of fatally shooting a 16-year-old at a Louisiana club in 2002. However, Kardashian believes he’s innocent.

“On January 18, 2002 a tragedy occurred when a young man was killed. The next day Corey Miller was arrested for the murder. The jury convicted Corey 10-2 and he was sentenced him to life in prison. If his trial was today, the jury would have had to be unanimous for him to be convicted,” she wrote on Twitter.

“Since his trial, witnesses have recanted, new evidence of his potential innocence has come to light, and there are claims of jurors being pressured into voting to convict,” Kardashian concluded.

Well, that is all well and good, however, first find the guilty party, then get them to confess and I guess that should exonerate C-MURDER who will most likely get out of prison and go back to putting rap lyrics together like these.

His assessment was wrong and he knew it, but racists like Michael Bloomberg could care less about the fact that his ‘stop and frisk’ policing tactic was racist and only now that he is running for president as a Democrat has he issued a fake ass apology. When will we wake up and stop taking the shit that is slung at us every damn day? When will we stop allowing other groups to hone in on our struggles and tell them just where the fuck to go? When will we ever realize that no one can ever know what we go through but us? If something goes against your moral principles, make that fact well known because you are not obligated to like every goddamn body and their fucking shit that’s attached to them.

We are constantly being told that the ‘gay rights’ struggle is OUR struggle. Hell no! It ain’t! We’ve been struggling for rights long before those snakes crawled out of the closet and we continue to fight and now they want to co-opt our struggle and make it their own. Ain’t happening. Not on my motherfucking watch. It ain’t happening. Stand up for you! Don’t let anyone diminish what we are fighting for because goddamn it, we are not fighting over a CHOICE! That’s right, I said, “CHOICE” over whether or not we want to wear a dress today or a suit and tie. We are not fighting for the right to enter a bathroom just because we say that we’ve changed our sex. We were segregated because of the color of our skin and not because we were born with a dick and now, we want it chopped off and so everyone must recognize that we are now, ‘gender re-born’. Hell no! That shit ain’t us! We had no fucking say in coming over here and we damn sure had no say over how we have been treated by this shithole. But now, let some motherfucker with a big ass Adam’s apple claim that he is now spiritually, and cosmically, a woman and break out the federal lawsuits already to get his ass inside a woman’s restroom.

We have men and women who were jailed, hosed down, bitten by dogs, lynched and shot just because they were Black and speaking out against slavery, Jim Crow; the whole nine yards. They were not speaking out against being discriminated against for wearing a goddamn dress with a folded up dick underneath it. We cannot continue to let these creatures get away with suggesting that their perverted cause is our cause because, goddamn it, it ain’t! And don’t you give a good goddam who don’t like it. We don’t like what we have to deal with, but we deal with it every single day. If it don’t sit right with you, then don’t accept it! I’m not and that’s a fact!

#BLACKLIVESMATTER, A Diversionary Tactic!

Has anyone asked the question, “Has there been a noticeable decrease in police murders of Black people since #BLACKLIVESMATTER arrived on the scene?”

Without even bothering to add links, I can answer that. No! There has been no decrease, noticeable or otherwise, in police murders of Black people since #BLACKLIVESMATTER arrived on the scene. And if you need proof,’archive’ this blog to your heart’s content.

#BLACKLIVESMATTER is just a diversionary tactic used to divert Black people away from what we should be doing. It is the same tactic that was used during the Civil Rights Movement when Black unrest was at an all-time high and Black militant groups were gaining members by the hundreds. Along comes Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and his merry band of tireless protesters, complete with pictures of Black people getting hosed down, pictures of dogs sicced on them; the whole nine yards.

“Be peaceful about it, Black folks! Don’t fuck shit up! Don’t burn shit down! Let’s sit down and talk calmly and quietly about that ‘whites only’ water fountain and that ‘whites only’ restaurant entrance and the ‘blacks only’ water fountain and the ‘blacks only’ restaurant entrance and so forth and so on. If you must protest, then go about it all peaceful like. Take this here Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., as an example. We have trained him well. He is all dressed up in a suit and tie, carrying a bible and giving eloquent speeches of his dreams. We don’t give a shit for his dreams, but hey! He is allowed to dream and that is all he is allowed to do. We have him in a jail cell right now, just a’dreaming and some more shit. But he is useful, see? He is the calm and that is what we want, not the storm!”

Fast forward to today and along comes the #BLACKLIVESMATTER movement right when Black folks are getting beyond fed the fuck up with the ever mounting statistics of Black people getting themselves murdered by racist ass KKKops and for no other reason than over the color of their skin. Yet again, Black people are stopped in their tracks from fucking shit up and burning shit down by the sight of protesters, AGAIN, marching with fifty year-old protest signs that have been dusted off and brought out into the light of day in the year of no lord 2015. #BLACKLIVESMATTER is being used as a diversion to deter Black people from going the fuck off by showing them that the way to go about effecting change is to continue with the same lame ass protesting and marching that Dr. King and his crew engaged in.

Let me ask you another question. What did Martin Luther King Jr., and crew accomplish back in the 1960s? Did not the Supreme Court just recently gut the hell out of the Voting Rights Act of 1965? Indeed it did. But you say, “There are no ‘whites’ or ‘Blacks’ only water fountains and restaurants anymore? Really? I’ll put it to you this way, those signs are no longer needed and here’s why. Check the price of lunch at an exclusive country club, restaurant or hotel, can you afford it? Here is a hint. The ‘official’ unemployment rate for Black men is 12.4%, but we all know THAT’S a lie! So, when you cannot afford to keep a roof over your head, you sure as hell cannot afford to pay for lunch in an upscale eating establishment. And ‘white’ folks, don’t even bother coming up in here exclaiming that you can’t either. Cry me a river! This ain’t about you! Maybe everything else is, but not this! It is certainly not MY fault that your own kind left some of you in the dust! Deal with it! You’ve still got less to deal with than we do!

But I digress! Back on topic. When the people started burning shit down in Baltimore during the Freddie Gray riots, the National Guard was called in, a curfew was enacted and the long arm of the KKKlaw nipped that shit in the bud with militarized armored vehicles that had been deployed in actual war zones in Afghanistan and Iraq. The sole purpose was to prevent a halt to capitalism; that which makes the world go round. When you halt capitalism, you fuck up the white man’s day. He can’t have that. The wheels of capitalism must grind because that is how he gets his huge ass bonus check; that is why the stockholders laugh all the way to the goddamn bank. Put a halt to that shit and nobody’s laughing. So, to put you in check, Black people, a new ‘movement’ was introduced, #BLACKLIVESMATTER! It is designed to make you think that you are doing something constructive about all of the shit that is flung at you. It is designed to make sure that you continue to ‘peacefully’ march down the goddamn street and do nothing to starve the beast called, “Capitalism!” It is to ensure your quiet quiescence to the continuation of slavery. Slaves are needed in prison to fill all the orders for capitalism’s expansion. Slaves are also necessary to be picked bone dry by debt collectors, payday loan companies, furniture rental stores and the like. You have only two purposes; one is to be a slave in every way and the other one is to die because it has been estimated that in the not too distant future, the white man will become the minority in AmeriKKKa. He cannot have that. The white man wants his cake and he wants to eat it too. This means that you must play by his rules and if you don’t, then you must die. But then, you must die anyway because the world contains more Black and Brown bodies than it does white ones. Why do you think that wars were started in the Middle East? Oh, in some respects, oil has something to do with it, but it is about much more than that. ISIS is just another diversionary tactic used by the white man to kill off even more of the Brown-skinned variety while enhancing capitalism in the form of weapons for those wars of naked aggression. I mean..uh.. those ‘humanitarian’ wars of naked aggression Oh he’s good! I’ll give him that. He is evil’s own spawn!

If you have fallen for the diversionary tactic that is #BLACKLIVESMATTER, then you can just stop. You can put down your protest sign. You can put away your marching shoes, they won’t do you any good. They are not supposed to. The only thing #BLACKLIVESMATTER is good for is to make you think that you are doing something constructive about police murder of Black people, racism, police brutality, a school-to-prison pipeline, income inequality, mass unemployment and underemployment otherwise known as ‘low-wage jobs, homelessness, addiction and mass incarceration. But you’re not doing a goddamn thing about any of that. You are only pissing in the wind. How does it taste?

“Black Lives Matter, Tamir Rice!”

#BLACKLIVESMATTER, tell that to Tamir Rice! Go to that child’s grave and stand over him and tell him that “BLACKLIVESMATTER!” If he could, he would rise up and slap the goddamn shit out of you! And if he didn’t, I would!

A Cleveland grand jury declined Monday to bring charges in the death of Tamir Rice, a black youth with a toy gun who was shot by a white police officer 13 months ago.

“The outcome will not cheer anyone, nor should it,” Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy McGinty said. He blamed the shooting on a “perfect storm” of human error and miscommunication.

Let me get this straight! Twelve-year old Tamir Rice was playing with a toy gun in a park and someone called the police and three seconds after the KKKops arrive, Tamir Rice was shot and killed. Now, the County Prosecutor is calling this a “perfect storm” of human error and MISCOMMUNICATION???!!!

First of all, the only human at the scene was Tamir Rice because that piece of Klan filth that murdered him was NOT human. How can it be called ‘human’ when it killed a child? Oh, that’s right! To the ‘whites’, Tamir Rice, being Black was only three-fifths human and so there you have it folks! Nothing to see here! Move it along! A thing was killed! A possession! A slave! The slave patrol was dispatched because a slave got out and was found playing. This was against the law and was punishable by death. So it was written hundreds of years ago and so the very same law remains in effect to this very day. What the fuck has changed?

Second, the County Prosecutor, ‘white assed’ Timothy McGinty goes on to say that there was also the problem of MISCOMMUNICATION! How in unholy hell could Tamir Rice have communicated a goddamn thing in the three seconds that it took for the KKKop to gun him down? What could a scared and bewildered child say to a bastard that is pointing a gun at him? Tamir Rice was given NO time to say a goddamn thing! My bad! His skin tone spoke FOR him! It told that Klan bastard that he was of no account because he was not lily-white assed. That was the only communication that filth in blue was concerned with and that is why Tamir Rice is dead and buried and no one shall be held accountable for his murder!

And now, here comes #BLACKLIVESMATTER to the rescue! That ‘movement’ is going to? To? To what? Continue marching up to the doors of Klan headquarters and demand that those racist ass shits inside, open the goddamn door and ‘communicate’ with them on how they are going to stop the mass murders of Black children, women and men ? #BLACKLIVESMATTER is going to do what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and all of the other protesters could NOT do fifty years ago. #BLACKLIVESMATTER is going to yell even louder, march even longer and protest more enthusiastically than ever before and that is going to stop what happened to Tamir Rice from happening to another Black twelve-year old child. Well, isn’t it? Has there been any murders of Black people since #BLACKLIVESMATTER came on the scene? Yes? No? Uh..yes, there have been many, many more murders of Black women, children and men since then. So what does that say for marching and protesting? To me it says, IT’S NOT WORKING! So, what next, #BLACKLIVESMATTER? Why don’t you come on up in here and tell us what your plans are since the protesting you’ve been doing has not put a dent in the murder rate of Black people by racist ass KKKops! Grand Juries all across this shithole are coming back with the same findings; “NOT GUILTY! NOT GUILTY! NOT GUILTY!” And what do you do about that, #BLACKLIVESMATTER? Your members pick up yet another protest sign and march through the streets, clogging up traffic and that is it! Meanwhile, another Tamir Rice travesty is about to unfold. Meanwhile, another Sandra Bland travesty is about to unfold. Meanwhile, another Michael Brown travesty is about to unfold. Meanwhile, another John Crawford travesty is about to unfold. Meanwhile, another Renisha McBride travesty is about to unfold. And there you stand #BLACKLIVESMATTER with your protest signs and your bullhorns, just a shouting to the enemy, begging them to stop killing us. Here is an idea. Stop walking and start crawling to the ‘whites’ and see if that will help. Supplicate yourselves even further and slither across the ground to the ‘whites’ and see if that will get them to change from the vile, filthy, depraved, barbaric and racist shits they are into kind, nice, benevolent, caring and concerned ‘humans’.

So, to the other REAL BAD BLACK FOLKS(I am one too), here in AmeriKKKa, plainly speaking, we are failing our children just as we failed Tamir Rice. The ‘whites’ are not going to stop killing us. They may march with us for a bit and talk the talk but when all is said and done, they will not be the ones to change things for us. We have got to do that for ourselves. How many more years are you going to continue marching and holding signs stating that your life matters? What is the point in that? If you feel the need to tell ‘whites’ that your life matters, then you must already know that to them, your life, does NOT matter! You will never matter to them! You still cannot grasp that? Well, time for another history lesson because you just don’t get it! These are the same worthless shits that stole this land and are still laying claim to it. These are the same worthless shits that massacred the Indians, stole you from your homeland, dragged you over here, chained you into slavery, threw you to the wolves, initiated Jim Crow, experimented on you, denied you the right to vote, still considers you to be only three-fifths human, is moving you out of your neighborhoods by the process of gentrification, better known as ‘making you homeless’ and since laws are being placed on the books in every city in this shithole to basically make it a crime to be homeless, well now, into a jail cell, you go! These ‘white shits’ are also dumbing you down and sending you from school straight into a prison cell.

The worthless ass ‘white’ shits that are marching beside you and who you are marching up to, expecting to get relief from, are the progeny of the same shits that set all of this in motion. What is wrong with you? Are you really that stupid, Black people? Your enemy is the very same government that so-called ‘founded’ this nation, but in reality, stole it, just as it stole YOU! Just as it fucked up the Indians, gave them small pox blankets, introduced them to alcohol, broke treaties, left and right and herded them onto reservations and then scooped up all of the choice land for themselves and they still have it to this day. And yet, there you sit, just wondering why the government does not step in and put an end to open season on Black people in this shithole. It is because the law of the land as pertaining to slaves is still the law of the land today! We are still slaves! Don’t reservations still exist? How are the Indians doing today? Don’t know? Go to an Indian Reservation. You will find out quick, fast and in a goddamn hurry. Don’t know how Black people are faring? Go to Detroit, MI. Go to Baltimore, MD. Go to New Orleans, LA. Go to Skid Row in CA. Go to any damn state in this fucked up shithole! Again, you’ll get a clue; quick, fast and in a goddamn hurry!

Do you still think that the next Tamir Rice will thank you for continuing to do nothing? Because that is exactly what you do when the only thing you continue to do is to pick up yet another protest sign and march and yell at the whites that “BLACK LIVES MATTER!” If that is the case, then why is Tamir Rice dead and no one is being held accountable for murdering him? Get real and cut the bullshit!

I don’t know what is wrong with Black people. We are getting fucked up daily and yet, we are THE most forgiving group of people. Why is that? What makes us so damn accepting and forgiving? Why do we simply bend over and continue taking a heaping helping of ass whooping? One thing I can say about me, I never knew how to dance. Never did. I always wondered about the fact that I am Black and yet, when I got up to dance, it was assumed that I had found a dozen roaches and was attempting to stomp ’em. I think that that is the main reason why I refuse to jive down the goddamn street to the white man’s tune, I can’t fucking dance anyway. And even if I could, by now, with all the shit that’s been going down, bullshit jiving would be the last thing that I would be doing right about now. When will we ever learn? Put those goddamn protest signs down and ask yourself, how many years have we been doing the same damn thing over and over again and expecting different results? What is the definition of insanity? Yeah! You know! Doing the same goddamn thing over and over again and expecting a different result. You tell yourself, “It’s gonna be different THIS time,” but it never is. #BlackLivesMatter is gonna save the day. Don’t kid yourself. That group is as powerless as you are. The next time you see a raging inferno, take a cup of water to it and see what it does to that inferno.

The laws in this murderous hellhole called AmeriKKKa weren’t made to protect us. That is why we don’t stand a chance when we are confronted by the white man’s law. The law that they apply to us does not apply to them. They don’t do any wrong. Just ask that Uncle Tom sell-out in the White House and that piece of shit, Eric Holder that just showed us the back of his heels after leaving the ‘Justice Department’. Which Wall Street banker went to jail on corruption charges? Money laundering? Fraud? Nada! Non! None! Not one! And yet Eric Garner was attempting to add to his coffers by engaging in a bit of selling of loose, untaxed cigarettes and he is now in a coffin. You see, he wanted to be a businessman, but he couldn’t play by the white man’s rules because you have to be white in order to do that. To be a businessman, you’ve got to have the proper credentials; you’ve got to have the proper pedigree; you’ve got to be a white, lying, cheating, conniving, worm. And Eric Garner could never aspire to that.

Now, Black folks, try to go to the bank and take out a small business loan and see what you get. First, they’re going to do a criminal background check, and if you’ve been pulled over and weed was smelled inside your vehicle; well, there goes the loan. If you somehow pass the criminal background check, they’re going to check your credit score. Now, if you’ve missed one goddamn electric bill payment, no loan for you. But I’ll stop you from even wasting your time, YOU AIN”T GONNA GET A LOAN! Simple as that! Why? Because you ain’t white! Why do you think credit scores and background checks were put into play? Think! Who do they adversely affect? Look in the mirror. There you go! And that is why, there you go, right out the goddamn door of the bank, just as empty-handed as when you went in. And of course, you’re thinking that it’s all your fault. It’s not. But they do their damndest to try and make you believe that somehow, you’re not worth a penny. Don’t buy it! It’s not you that’s worth nothing. It’s them because you see, they’ve put a price on everything and according to them, your life ain’t worth spit, but the reality is, if you could pull the face off a white man, beneath it, you’d find death. That is why it is so easy for them to kill. It is because they are already dead inside. They have no heart. They have no soul and therefore, cannot have compassion or any other feelings for that matter. That is why they can pull you out of a vehicle for nothing and hang you. That is why they can shoot you in the back and plant evidence against you. That is why they can shoot a twelve-year old boy and not blink. That is why they can beat a Black woman to death. That is why they promote perversion, homosexuality, sex changes, war, human experimentation; because when they look in the mirror, they see what you don’t see. They see exactly what I’ve told you they see. They see death and that is what they promote; your death and everybody else’s because if you look around, who is doing the dying and who is doing the killing? And who started it ALL? You better wake the fuck up to what you are dealing with because death stalks this earth in the form of the white man, killing everything in his path!

Still not sold? Who built nuclear weapons and used them? Who killed the Indians for their land? Who went to Africa, stole her people and enslaved them? Who initiated a war in Iraq over a lie? Who is behind the poppy production in Afghanistan that has found its way onto every street in this shithole called AmeriKKKa? Who infested Black communities with crack? Who is sending Black bodies to the morgue by the thousands? Who is putting poisons in your food, your water and in your medicines? Who is jailing you for crimes you did not commit? Who is making up laws just to send you into For Profit prisons? Who is dismantling the public education system? Who put Jim Crow laws into effect? Who decided that two men and two women could get married? Who decided that sodomy was not a crime? Who legalized alcohol; a mind altering drug, but puts you in jail for possession of weed, a plant? Who is gentrifying your neighborhoods? Who is throwing you the fuck out by making it too expensive for you to live where you’ve always lived? Who is turning off your human right to water? Who is pretending to be benevolent by operating a charity and then stealing the donations? Who is screaming the loudest about taxes while paying none? Who is accepting bribes and kickbacks for working against your interest? Who denied you the right to vote? Who told you that you were three-fifths of a person? Who bought and sold you like cattle? Who lynched you? Who should you fear the most? The answer to every one of these questions, that’s who! And yet, you continue to march right up to the door of this shit and expect relief! Get real and prepare your ass for what’s to come!

I refuse to pick up a weapon and fight for AmeriKKKa.
