This bitch’s defense tried to claim “The Castle Doctrine” which is a legal protection for a homeowner who uses deadly force inside their home against an intruder. The Defense for this racist bitch was crazy because how in hell can racist ass Guyger claim “The Castle Doctrine” when she was in somebody else’s home using deadly force against the lawful occupant? Botham Shem Jean could have used “The Castle Doctrine” against her racist ass, not the other way around!
Former officer convicted of murder in wrong-apartment killing of innocent man
A Texas jury rejected former Dallas police officer Amber Guyger’s self-defense claims and convicted her of murder on Tuesday in the fatal 2018 shooting of an innocent man eating ice cream in his own home after mistaking his apartment for her own.
The 12-member jury reached its verdict after deliberating for less than two days. Guyger stood as Dallas County District Court Judge Tammy Kemp read the decision.
“We the jury unanimously find the defendant Amber Guyger guilty of murder as charged in the indictment,” Kemp read.
So, the “Big Scary Black” man defense didn’t work….THIS time???!!! The “I feared for my worthless, racist ass life” defense didn’t work THIS time???!!! The man was sitting down eating a bowl of ice cream when this racist bitch broke into his apartment with guns a’blazin and shot that poor man to death and then promptly went on a cruise because I remember reading shortly after she murdered Botham Shem Jean that people on a cruise were shocked to see this racist bitch ON A CRUISE after she had murdered that innocent man!! They took that shit down, but my eyes did NOT deceive me! I know what the fuck I saw!
Even the coroner’s report states that Botham Shem Jean was sitting down when he was shot and so how was this racist bitch threatened by a man who was in his own home and was sitting down watching TV while eating a bowl of ice cream? She states in her testimony that Botham Shem Jean yelled, “Hey! Hey! Hey!” in a threatening manner and so she got to shooting. What was he supposed to do? An intruder breaks into his home and he is supposed to calmly and quietly ask, “Would you like me to get you a bowl of ice cream and you join me in watching TV?” Seriously??!!! I have seen some crazy shit in my time, living in this racist hellhole, and so, I never for a minute took for granted that, I am sure was an all white jury, would find this racist bitch, GUILTY AS HELL! Especially when there have been other innocent Black people shot by racist cops who were doing no more than sleeping as was the case of Aiyana Mo’Nay Stanley-Jones, who was a seven-year-old African-American girl from the Detroit’s East Side and who was shot and killed by a racist cop during a raid conducted by the Detroit Police Department’s Special Response Team on May 16, 2010. No one found the racist cop who murdered her, guilty as no one found the racist cop who murdered Tamir Rice, guilty as did no one find the racist cop who murdered Eric Garner, guilty. So to me, what should have been a slam dunk case for Capital murder, was never taken for granted by me. And even though, they have found this racist bitch, guilty as hell. I am not going to let up until I hear how many years she’ll get for murdering Botham Shem Jean.
None of her lies should have been believable to anyone with more than two brain cells connected and working. This bitch murdered that man and it was premeditated murder. This was no accident. There was no mistaken apartment bullshit! This was out and out Capital murder and this racist bitch should sit her ass on death row in Texas and get put to death. I still have not heard a plausible explanation for why this racist bitch was able to enter the man’s apartment because even Inside Edition documented the fact that the doors of those apartments automatically shut completely even if the tenants don’t close the door themselves. And the dumb as all hell Defense attorney had the audacity to state that he had interviewed dozens of tenants at the building Botham Shem Jean and this racist bitch lived at and they all said that they have mistaken the apartment of others for their own. Really???!! So tell me, how many other tenants are awaiting trial for murdering their neighbors over mistaken apartments? NONE GODDAMN IT! So for the dozens who the Defense counsel claims to have went to the wrong apartment, how did they manage NOT to shoot the lawful occupant and yet along comes racist ass cop Amber Guyger, who he claims does the same thing and yet she manages to shoot and kill the lawful occupant even as her other neighbors who allegedly made the same ‘mistake’, managed not to do so???!!! SERIOUSFUCKINGLY???!!!
