…and yes I do understand that whites have been arrested for using PPP loans to buy multiple multi-million dollar homes, Lamborghini’s and other high end purchases, but I had high hopes that Black folk would know that this was a COMPLETE SET UP! PPP loan fraud schemes ran wild as government doled out billions; at least 120 charged

This week marks one year since David Adler Staveley faked his suicide before going on the run from the law for almost two months after he and a co-conspirator were the first in the nation to be charged with fraud in the Paycheck Protection Program in May 2020.

Last week, Staveley pleaded guilty in a federal court in Rhode Island to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and failure to appear in court.

Also last week, federal prosecutors in California and Texas secured convictions in PPP fraud cases where defendants tried to bilk taxpayers out of millions in forgivable loans meant to save jobs and keep businesses afloat during the COVID-19 pandemic. The major convictions within a span of two days underscore how the Justice Department is cracking down on fraud cases from COVID-19 relief.

The Justice Department has charged more than 120 defendants with fraud related to PPP loans. Some cases are substantial.

Read it again! It says, THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT has charged….. It does not say, the country sheriff’s office or the Columbus police department or Barney Fife and the Keystone Cops got anything to do with this, it is THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT which means that you are going to go to FEDERAL PRISON! So, is it going to be worth losing your children, your freedom and all over some superficial shit you purchased just to show off with?

I know that I am talking to myself because the reason you are going to go to prison is because you DON’T READ ANYTHING if it is not scrolling down your ‘smartphone’ which has taken the place of your brain. I have heard about so many people who lied on applications to get those loans, it should just be unbelievable. One Black woman, on her application, stated that she was a real estate agent/broker and the fact of the matter is she has been evicted multiple times, even when she was getting RAP(Rent Assistance Program)money, is a convicted felon several times over, forged her mother’s signature on a lease because she cannot rent an apartment in her name and so no realtor in their right mind would EVER hire her and yet, she applied for a loan for a business that she is going to be laughed out of court and straight into a prison van over. She, hurriedly, signed up for real estate courses as though that is going to be enough to keep her ass out of prison. Another Black woman claimed her daughter’s hair salon as her business and has been buying furniture, a new car, jewelry and taking trips. Someone told me the other day that Atlanta, GA is filled to the brim with Black folks, all of a sudden, driving brand spanking new cars and throwing money around, left and right.

Folks, if it sounds too good to be true, then it is!! What part of, if the federal government is locking up whites for PPP loan fraud, then they are most definitely going to come after your Black ass even for a $10,000 or $20,000 loan, don’t you get???!!!! When have Black people EVER gotten away with ANYTHING???!!! Name one thing!!!

Black people ALWAYS fall for the okie doke; the setup and what’s more, you’re never going to stop because you’ve got to front. You’ve got to buy, buy, buy wigs, nails, bundles of hair, designer shoes, designer clothing, new cars and all while owning nothing that is of any real value or that is making money for YOU. You are too busy handing money over to everyone else and even if you fraudulently obtain money, you still do some dumb shit with it.

And PPP loan fraud is so out of control that it has actually become a joke over on Twitter.

We’re not sure why people are not taking the government seriously.

Or why they think they can get away with lying about businesses and employees when there are so many ways to easily invalidate their loans such as:

payroll taxes and
previously filed business returns

You cannot claim to have a business that you don’t have because you have to pay taxes on that business and you have to have filed business tax returns. So where are YOUR previously filed tax returns for that business you claim to have when you applied to get a Paycheck Protection Program Loan? You are giving false information to various lenders in order to qualify for loans that you are really not qualified for and you believe that when the shit hits the fan, you’re ‘good’? You are so not good. And instead of listening to ‘Pookie’ tell you that he can get you the hook up, you need to tell ‘Pookie’ to take a hike and open a book and educate yourself or at the very least, read up on what qualifies a person to actually take out a PPP loan because actual businesses that needed that money are not going to get approved because the money will have been spent on non-existent businesses.

Black people, you make it too easy for the government to set you up, seriously!!! Why oh why must you always fall for the setup? When will you EVER learn?

Stop Banking At BANK OF AMERICA (BoA)!!!!! I Cannot Stress This Enough!!!!!

 

As many of you already know, I have not been blogging, but something happened that was so beyond the pale that I just had to share it with you!

STOP BANKING AT BANK OF AMERICA!!!!

If you have to, go to a credit union or any other financial entity, but close ALL accounts and any other financial ties that you have with Bank of America. And here’s why.

In my town, there were only 3 Bank of America branches. Last year, one of them closed, two months ago, they ‘temporarily’PERMANENTLY closed a second branch. No reason or explanation was given. This month when I went to the last remaining Bank of America branch, there was a sign on the door, “TEMPORARILY CLOSED” ALL THREE ATMs at that location were inoperable. The ATM at the other ‘temporarily closed’ Bank of America branch was also, inoperable. The already, “permanently closed” branch’s ATM was inoperable. There was no way for ANY Bank of America customer to withdraw funds from their account.

When my cousin tried to use his Bank of America card at another bank’s ATM, he could not get any funds. He spoke with an employee at that bank and even the employee had no idea why my cousin’s ATM card would not work, especially when he was able to obtain a receipt from the ATM stating what the balance in his account was. He called the bank to inquire as to why he was unable to withdraw funds from another bank’s ATM since ALL Bank of America branches were closed and their ATMs were down, he was told that there was “suspicious activity involving his account.” The Bank of America customer service representative had my cousin on the phone trying to explain who his third cousin five times removed was, how many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and other siblings he had, where had he worked in the past and the list was endless. My cousin was becoming more and more flustered and I simply took the phone from him and hung up.

I called Bank of America and apprised a customer service representative of the problem and was told that all I had to do to solve the problem of branch closures was to “make use of ONLINE BANKING or use their MOBILE APP.” I went THEE fuck off! I said, “How in the hell can I fucking withdraw money via online banking or via your goddamn mobile app?” I further added that Bank of America was NOT going to force me to do everything via online or via a mobile app and that since hacking is occurring ALL over the goddamn place, why on earth would I sit somewhere and do ALL banking transactions online so that someone can hack my shit and I’m left sitting somewhere looking stupid? I told that bitch that one day, she’d wake up, log in to her account and find it wiped clean by a hacker and then she’d wish that there had been plenty more like me screeching and wailing before being dragged into a cashless society. Almost right after those words had cleared my mouth, I read about the hacking of the PIPELINE that resulted in gas shortages all up and down the East Coast and Southern portion of the country and the shit was being held for ransom.

According to cyberattack expert Jon Niccolls, “All the devices used to run a modern pipeline are controlled by computers, rather than being controlled physically by people. If they are connected to an organization’s internal network and it gets hit with a cyber-attack, then the pipeline itself is vulnerable to malicious attacks”.

Colonial even has a smart robot that is able to move through the pipes to check for anomalies. So if a hacker is able to get into the central system, he can essentially control all the sensors on all of the pipelines. They might have gained access when a gullible employee opened a malicious email while at work. Hackers don’t attack systems directly as they’re usually well protected. All hackers need is a weak link in the chain.

The group responsible for this attack has been identified by the FBI as DarkSide. The group is a new ransomware gang that is also thought to be based in Russia.

 

 

 

Yeah, I know, Russia gets the blame for everything that goes wrong in America. I guess Russia murdered George Floyd as well, but as usual I digress. The above link would be why I refuse to be pushed, pull, prodded and shoved into a cashless society even though those who are doing the pushing, pulling, prodding and shoving know what’s coming. People, you’d better wake the fuck up! I’m only putting this out here so that you won’t wind up experiencing the same damn thing my cousin and I experienced.

I had to call my congressman and explain the situation to him. The next day, we were on our way to open accounts at another institution and had to drive by the Bank of America branch that had had a “temporarily closed” sign on the door the day before. We pulled into the Bank of America parking lot, which was full, by the way, went in and I was told by a bank employee that due to “staffing issues, they were shorthanded and had to close the branch ‘temporarily’.” While I’m listening to that lie, I hear another Bank of America employee telling another customer that the “bank was closed due to a storm that had knocked the power out and thus rendered the bank unable to open.” Which lie should we have believed? Not only that, but when I inquired as to how long the bank that is supposedly “temporarily closed” would reopen, I was told that renovations were taking place and that it would reopen some time near the end of the year. I later found out, that’s a lie!

I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and was told that the company had a set period in which to respond to the complaint. I received a call from Bank of America last week, however, I was not available to take the call. I called back when I was available and left a message. I then received no return call from Bank of America. I then proceeded to contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau again and made them aware of what had transpired. The same day, I received a call from Bank of America and I laid into that bitch and then hung the phone up. Bank of America does not have to worry about me EVER!

Why Does Warren Buffett Always Pay In Cash?

If Warren Buffett ever walks into your store or restaurant, he’s likely to pay for his purchases in cash.

“I’ve got an American Express card which I got in 1964,” Buffett, who’s worth more than $88 billion, told Yahoo Finance last year. “But I pay cash 98 percent of the time. If I’m in a restaurant, I always pay cash.”

That’s right. Warren Buffett — one of the richest guys in the world — prefers to pay in cash. In fact, he says that he pretty much always carries around about $400 with him.

 

Not to mention, if you put in a search for “Why is Warren Buffet stockpiling cash?,” you will be inundated with articles explaining why. But suffice it to say, some serious shit is going down when a bank is taking it upon itself to say when there is suspicious activity on someone’s card. It is up to me to contact the bank and tell them that there is suspicious activity on my shit, not for the bank to tell me what’s suspicious. If I have not notified the bank that there is suspicious activity, then no action should be taken. It’s like saying that if I never had Netflix show up on my bank card and then Netflix shows up on my bank card,  that’s fucking suspicious? Because I finally decided to get a Netflix subscription? Seriously??!!!

But the thing is, there was never ANY suspicious activity on my cousin’s account. All he did was try to use another bank’s ATM to get some cash because Bank of America’s ATMs were down and ALL three branch locations of Bank of America were closed. Bank of America made my cousin sound all types of crazy trying to get them to unfreeze his account simply because they are up to some foul ass shit! My cousin did not have access to his funds and even when the branch reopened, the customer service representative had trouble getting my cousin’s account unfrozen. The customer service rep stated that he had been handling that same issue all day long; the fact that Bank of America’s customer accounts had been frozen simply because their customers had tried to get money from other banks ATMs because they could not withdraw any money from Bank of America’s ATMs, nor could they access any Bank of America branch.

If Warren Buffet is stockpiling cash and if Bank of America is denying people access to cash by closing ALL branch locations in multiple cities across this country, and you can look up that fact, then shit is hitting the fan. The powers that be want you to lose your shit because if we are forced into a cashless society, we are going to regret it and I for one, am NOT going willingly. And so this is why I came out of blog retirement, just to clue you in as to what the hell’s been going down and so act accordingly. This Is Why I Give Up On So Called ‘Humans’, ‘Humans’ Will Do Anything For Money

A fellow blogger that I follow had posted some beautiful poetry and I went to his blog and he had also posted a video and when I clicked on the video, the blogger and his wife were sitting down to engage in what they called, ‘mukbang’. Now, I had never heard of this mukbang before and so when I watched what it consists of, I found that mukbang is about sitting down, eating copious amounts of food and that this trend got its start in South Korea back in the early 2000s. When I clicked to stop the video from playing, videos just popped up on the screen with people who were already morbidly obese sitting somewhere shoveling garbage into their mouths with expressions of incredible rapture on their face as though they were enjoying the nectar of the gods. It has been stated that this phenomenon has caught on for many different reasons; some being that others watch people gorge themselves and it reduces their longing for unhealthy foods, others seem to get a kick out of encouraging people to ever more heights of gluttony to the point whereas they will send them money to continue to engage in gluttony. Youtube is shelling out big bucks to multiple mukbangers who have hundreds of thousands or even a million subscribers because of ad revenue on these mukbang sites and even other corporations are using these people to promote their ‘food’ on their Youtube channel by paying for the ‘food’ these people consume while sitting somewhere with expressions of intense rapture on their face as they overindulge.

Unfortunately, the vast number of mukbangers seem to be American descendants of slaves who have, once again, picked up something that should never have been touched, much less so enthusiastically embraced. Eating yourself to death when American descendants of slaves already have a higher prevalence of diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol and obesity than the general population is not something that should be embraced at all. Again I ask the question, what the hell is wrong with us that we will take up everything that we shouldn’t? I just don’t understand any of this.

Inside ‘mukbang’: How some professional binge-eaters earn thousands

In Korea, and now the U.S., people are watching strangers binge eat on YouTube. And many of the top stars are earning big bucks each monthFor years, people have been heading to YouTube to spend upwards of 60 minutes at a time to watch strangers consume 4,000 or more calories in one sitting. Not only that, many of these viewers are paying to indulge in this binge-viewing, binge-eating privilege. Today, this viral trend is only growing in the U.S.

It’s called mukbang (pronounced “mook-bong”), and it translates to “eating broadcast” in South Korea, where professional mukbangers can make up to $9,000 a month.

This is hard to watch, but I am posting this so that it may just get through to someone in that this is not something that you should take up and run with.

This woman, clearly, has no business starting this mukbang nonsense when she is as big as a whale. This is just gross and obscene. And with a small child in the house, she is setting  the worst possible example. Look at her arm. As big as she is, there is no way that this woman can wipe her own ass, much less bathe herself. She is the very last person who should be asking people to give her ideas on what foods they would like to see her stuff her face with also while stating that someone else will do the cooking, enabling her to kill herself.

 

And if that is not bad enough,

 

She has her young daughter participating in this mess!

Her child is looking up to her for guidance and this is what she is learning. Where is child welfare?

 

This next one is even more sickening!

She actually sits there and eats a sandwich with three ‘meat’ patties on it, a huge helping of fries, a fish sandwich and washes it all down with lemonade. Meanwhile, her young daughter sits beside her with a container of fries during this mukbang. For the love of !!!!!

 

In my opinion, this is a clear case for the intervention of child services. Please go to her Youtube channel and you’ll find out all her business. Her channel is called, “Toya’s Goodies” and “Goodie” is her last name. This heifer sits down and does nothing but watches TV and eats all day and night.

And next up heifer number two and ‘biggie getting bigger’!

Here we have a married couple who lives with the wife’s mother in order to continue to eat copious amounts of food and travel America meeting up with others to post more videos of this mess together.

Look at all the animals that it took to feed these obese ‘humans’ who are doing this mess to get paid by one corporation to eat dead animals prepped in Supermarkets by yet another corporation while other ‘humans’ subscribe, like and even help pay for meals for these ‘humans’ to consume. This is just whacked!

Seriously???!!!!!!

 

Such as this is why I hardly blog anymore because what is the point? How can any sane person take up this disgusting display of gluttony? And for money! Everyone has gone crazy!

This man claims to have just completed his nursing training. Really??!!

 

His wife just completed her nursing training as well, or so she claims, and she also engages in this nonsense and the two have included their children in these mukbang videos as well. Child welfare, head on over to their channel and find out their specifics and take the children. Their channel is ‘Beastmode’ and ‘Queenbeast’. Yeah! They are certainly ‘beastly’ to their two children.

 

The next picture is a picture of this man’s wife and one of their children participating in this unhealthy mess!

If the adults want to act crazy, fine. But to include their children in this nonsense is just beyond the end of enough!

And this woman claims to have finished nursing school. She’ll more than likely drop dead over one of her patients. And I would certainly not want her as a nurse if she can happily feed her children such as this and see nothing wrong with it.

Here is a ‘mukbang’ with both husband, wife and their two kids. I am just outraged! They called this one their “MCDONALDS FAMILY MUKBANG!! “

 

While doing research for this, I discovered that the majority of mukbangers are American descendants of slaves. Now, those in the above picture are Haitian. But the rest are American descendants of slaves and why we would take up something from South Korea and run with it is beyond me. Those people are not prone to fat like many in our group are. And to promote grossly unhealthy eating habits is absolutely appalling and to include your children in this mess makes it even worse. As I always say, “I no longer despair FOR us. I despair OF us!

To those of you who are reading this, think long and hard about the choices you make because they can and will have a most lasting detrimental impact on you and your health and that of your children. If you don’t care about yourself, at least try and pretend to care about your children. Are Youtube dollars worth the health, well being and safety of your children? Is eating yourself to death while pursuing a nursing degree an act of sanity? Is encouraging your spouse to engage with you in unhealthy eating really a great way to grow old together in reasonably good health? What is wrong with you? Morbid obesity, heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, cancer and much more are not worth Youtube subscribers, likes and Youtube dollars. You can’t spend money when you are dead. No one on Youtube is going to give a shit when you are no longer posting mukbang videos due to the fact that the Fire Department in your area had to come in with a forklift and get your dead carcass out of the building and to the morgue. Something to think about because this shit’s not funny. I feel so sorry for the children of these people because they don’t know any better, but the parents should!

As if what they are about to eat is bad enough, in the next picture they include their child in this mess. Child Protective Services, where are you when children of parents like this need you??!!!

 

The child is going to grow up to be just like these two horrors!

Where are the ‘parenting skills’ because who told these two obese idiots that it was okay to include children in this gluttony?

So basically what T.S.P. is saying is that white women who date Black men have a fetish about the Big, Black buck with the huge dick, who was off limits back in the picking cotton slavery days. Black men who date white women got, “White women are submissive and won’t give me no lip” syndrome and therefore, are quite the opposite of the “Angry Black Ghetto Queen.” Black women who date white men do so because the Black man is broke-assed thanks to slavery since folks who was owned, couldn’t own a damn thing. And white men date Black women because they’ve got “My sex slave in the slave quarters” syndrome, that also is thanks in part to white men heading for the slave quarters after having not been satisfied by their white wife, AGAIN….back in the picking cotton slavery days. And some whites just have “I want to piss off my relatives by dating Blacks” syndrome and those of us who are single ain’t down with none of that. We got ourselves a big ole case of needing all up and down on some counseling.
Let me break MY situation down. I don’t date because I was married to a broke ass Black man who spent all of his earnings on the lottery and on card games played for money while I had to take care of the bills, but the thing is see, I knew he was broke assed and I married him anyway. And now that I have been divorced for quite some time, there ain’t nothing white, Black, purple or blue that’s worth me even looking at because with all of the STDs out there, if anybody thinks that I am going to dive back into the dating pool, they have got another think coming. Not to mention that if anyone has heard of the show, “The Bachelor,” then you know that the number one reason contestants are eliminated is due to STDs, namely herpes, which is incurable and many did not even know they had an STD until they tried out for that show. So, they have been spreading herpes to all and sundry. Yeah! Think about that for a minute or two. Let it sink in.

Nor am I down with having to attend every doctor’s appointment that my significant other goes to because I need to know just what the hell he is doing when I am not around. And the Black men I see in my day to day activities ALL want to know if I know how to cook! “Hell no and I ain’t yo mama!” Those old ass bastards want someone to take care of their sick asses. As long as I can remember, some old ass man has always been looking up in my face wanting me to get with them, acting like they something because our first date would be at their ‘Senior Living’ facility. Seriously??!!
I do believe that some of us don’t date because we are perfectly fine with being single. I don’t think it has everything to do with racism and who is poor and who is rich or about a fetish and because we need counseling because we as Black people have been subjected to every vile and atrocious thing whites could throw at us and so we are mentally and physically tired of the shit. We are, but at the same time, being single has its perks. You don’t have to worry about STDs. You don’t have to worry about what your ‘partner’ is doing when you’re not around; that trust issue. You don’t have to fake orgasms or feel like you are obligated to have sex with someone when you don’t want to have sex and the peace of being alone has its own benefits. You pay your own bills and have no one to drag you down with their issues because we ALL know that everyone brings baggage to the table. Some of us have gotten to a point in our lives where we find enjoyment in being single, carefree and able to do as we please. Call us selfish if you will, but I prefer to call us, “content.” And so I say, “Each to his/her own.”

A Little Advice For The Negro In America!

Search for spy gear stores in your area and if you come up empty, there are plenty of online spy gear sites with some shit that James Bond007 never even heard of.  Since you were going to waste your money on Timberland boots, rims, bling and big flat screen TVs anyway, why not put some of that money into making money for you? Call it an investment on future gains because you will gain and gain big time!

Have you ever been on the job and some Caucasoid cocksucker called you a “Nigger?” Sure you have, but you didn’t have the motherfucker under surveillance and so it was your word against that Caucasoid cocksucker. But if you had been wired for sound, you would have been paid! Case settled! Case closed! Next! Because there is going to be a next time; you and I both know it. Limp ass protest signs don’t work. Marching down the goddamn street, decade after decade did not work. Hell! The motherfucking FBI had “I am all for peaceful protesting,” Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. under surveillance. Interrupting the lying politician Caucasoid cocksuckers will not get it done. Begging the bastards to stop discriminating against us has not worked. Attempting to assimilate hasn’t worked and so that is why we must up the ante.

Hey! Negro sell-outs! Yeah, you! You are still considered a “Nigger” by the Caucasoid cocksucker and so this is for you as well. Since you’ve most likely brown-nosed, kissed ass, sucked up to and sucked a white cock to get into your nice little window-less office in the basement of the police department, hospital records department, insurance claims files department and so forth and so on, you wanna get a promotion to paid? Purchase some spy gear and plant listening devices all over the place while making your rounds, delivering the mail, files or whatnot.

Texaco Settles Race Bias Suit for $176 Million

“In the glare of scandal, Texaco Inc. on Friday signed what may be the largest settlement of a racial discrimination lawsuit, agreeing to pay an immediate $115 million in damages plus pay raises of at least 10% to about 1,400 black employees.

An unusual aspect of the settlement, valued by plaintiffs’ lawyers at $176 million in all, calls for Texaco to form a seven-member “equality and tolerance task force” that will give the plaintiffs a say in hiring and promotion policy at the giant oil company.

“The era of the ‘good ol’ boy network’ at Texaco is coming to an end,” plaintiffs’ lawyer Cyrus Mehri said, adding: “It’s going to be a new Texaco.”

After dragging on for 2 1/2 years, the case was settled in 10 days of urgent negotiations that began Nov. 12, the day after the disclosure of secret recordings of senior Texaco executives denigrating black workers and plotting to destroy incriminating evidence in the lawsuit.

“Glued to the bottom of the bag was exactly how I felt,” Roberts said, alluding to a taped remark by one of her superiors who joked that “all of the black jelly beans seem to be glued to the bottom of the bag.”

The uproar resulting from the tapes forced Texaco to the negotiating table and led to threats by civil rights groups of a national boycott of Texaco products and a stock-divestiture movement.”

Dr. Dre Apologizes to the ‘Women I’ve Hurt’

N.W.A., topped the box office last week with a $56.1 million opening.. “Compton,” his first album in 16 years, debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard chart. Last year, the music company that Dr. Dre helped establish, Beats, was sold to Apple for $3 billion, making him the self-proclaimed “first billionaire in hip-hop.”

But critics charge that the movie, which was co-produced by Dr. Dre, glosses over N.W.A.’s record of misogyny and ignores Dr. Dre’s history of physically abusing women.

“I apologize to the women I’ve hurt. I deeply regret what I did and know that it has forever impacted all of our lives.”

“He{Dr. Dre} was often physically abusive, hitting her with a closed fist and leaving “black eyes, a cracked rib and scars.” said Michel’le, a former girlfriend of Dr. Dre.

So, it would appear that police brutality was addressed in the movie, but not the brutality unleashed by Dr. Dre towards women, until now that is in his decades late apology. But of course, he is reformed and all is forgiven; this moneymaker, because if Dr. Dre sold his music company, Beats, to Apple for $3billion, is anyone foolish enough to not get how much Apple has made from Beats purchase?

Who cares about some women that got busted up by him? No man’s closed fist punch hurts a mere woman, does it? There’s more money to be made off Dr. Dre, so hos accept what you asked for, deal with it, dude has apologized, is still making money for us and we are laughing all the way to the bank. Yeah! Like we give a shit about your black eyes, cracked ribs and scars. You know you asked for it or you wouldn’t have been dating him. Live and learn and sometimes, living hurts, don’t it?

All Hail, The Mighty Supremes!

 

 

The Supreme Court has blocked Obama administration rules designed to sharply limit the hazardous air pollutants that spew from the nation’s power plants.

The justices by a 5-4 vote agreed with the coal industry and Republican-led states that said the forced cutbacks were too costly and could lead to power outages.

Justice Antonin Scalia, speaking for the majority, said it was not reasonable for the Environmental Protection Agency to proceed with the new rules without weighing their cost, estimated to be about $9.6 billion a year.

 

So, let me get this straight, we can only have clean air, water and food if it is cost-effective to do so and if it is not cost-effective, then to hell with clean air, water and food. We are certainly in good hands thanks to those ever so environmental-friendly Supreme Court justices. The planet which sustains life is being destroyed as are we because it is not cost-effective to reduce the pollution that is killing the planet and all living things on it. This leads me to ask a question. When will someone figure out that the Supreme Court justices should be locked up in a psychiatric hospital? I ask this because it is extremely clear to me that they are insane and what is equally clear is that they are receiving bribes and kickbacks from the coal industry and every other polluting industry and that this in turn has rendered the Environmental Protection Agency, impotent. There is to be no protection of the environment because to hell with the environment, only bulging pockets should be protected. I suppose the Supreme Court justices all live in a bubble and do not breathe the same air that we do, they must not eat the same foods that we do, nor drink the same water that we do since it is quite apparent, that they are not at all concerned about what goes in their pie hole and up their goddamn nose. Let us all celebrate our imminent demise.

 

And speaking of imminent demise, the Supreme Court also decided that those who are on death row can just writhe in agony as they are put to death thanks to their support of a drug that has been known to have no efficacy in controlling pain during surgery and cannot be used, but this drug is acceptable to be used on those who are cooling their heels on death row when the time comes for them to be put to death because killing people always solves everything. It brings ‘closure’ to the victim’s family, I suppose. There is no ‘closure’ more final than death, but to take a life for a life could never make it right. State-sanctioned killing should be as unacceptable just as if I walked up and killed my neighbor.

The conservative majority ruled that to prohibit the use of midazolam, a sedative that has left some death row prisoners seemingly able to feel pain from the next two drugs in a three-drug cocktail, would have unfairly tied the states’ hands.

Justice Samuel Alito wrote the 5-4 decision for the argumentative court. All four liberal justices dissented vehemently; two said capital punishment is probably unconstitutional and urged the court to consider a broad challenge in the future.

WOW! Two Supreme Court justices stated that ‘capital punishment is probably unconstitutional’ but the law of the land still calls for capital punishment by means of a drug that doesn’t even work. The Supreme Court is on a roll, indeed.

And so we come to the greatest ruling of all, same-sex marriage; now the law of the land. Get out the banners, march in the parades and line up at city hall or whatever church will have you and join in ‘wholly’ matrimony. Those of you who are celebrating same-sex marriage, don’t breathe too heavily a sigh of relief because the air is filled with toxins, thanks in part to those same Supreme Court justices that granted you the right to marry also deemed it too expensive to keep you healthy, while allowing death row inmates to writhe in agony. Enjoy your time with each other while you can for death creeps ever closer and if by some chance, your love fades for your lover, try to desist from killing him/her, especially in a state that still allows for the death penalty because again, the same Supreme Court justices that granted you permission to marry also maintains that there does not have to be put in place, a way to send you off to your reward, humanely.

Mr. Robertson, Sell The Car And Keep Walking!

 

James Robertson, a Detroit resident was featured in a story about his supposed ‘plight’ of having to walk more than 20 miles a day to get to his job and has been doing this for 10 years. Since his story went ‘viral’, Mr. Robertson has been bombarded with media attention and well wishers have raised more than $310,000 to help him purchase a car. When trying to obtain insurance for Mr. Robertson, the quote for insurance was $15,000 a year in premiums, which is astronomical, but apparently, is considered to be the norm for insurance premiums in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Robertson earns $10.55 an hour and therefore, could not save for a vehicle and thus began his 20 mile hike to work for the past 10 years.

When all the hype is over and the cameras have been turned elsewhere, Mr. Robertson will be back at square one when the money runs out and his vehicle requires maintenance and the insurance premium comes due.

Mr. Robertson, you are probably far more healthy due to all the walking that enabled you to get to and from your job in Detroit, Michigan for ten years. Also, think of all the money that would have gone to paying vehicle taxes, gas, insurance, maintenance expenses and all of the other expenses related to owning a motor vehicle. In other words, corporate America has missed you, Mr. Robertson. Welcome back!

Since you have walked for ten years, your body is fit and in shape to continue and therefore, you would in all likely hood, live longer and I am pretty sure that you are not diabetic and you are certainly not obese, judging from your picture. But all of that is about to change once you get behind the wheel of what someone thinks is an improvement over your current situation. If we can, we all need to follow your example of walking as much as possible. It would go a long way in placing a lid on the number of pharmaceutical drugs that are inside our medicine cabinet.

What I would like to know is why this gift is perceived as a good thing when we are inundated with the horrors of co2 emissions or greenhouse gasses that aid and abet climate change all while the health benefits of walking, flew right out the window? This man should have been hailed as a shining example of what we should all strive for. He has put a damper on corporate profits for the past 10 years and now, he is being reeled in. He has reduced his carbon footprint and now, it is perceived as a really, really good thing to rev up his carbon footprint. Seriously? Will there ever be a general consensus that walking or taking mass transit is better for our planet as opposed to gassing up the vehicle and fouling up the atmosphere? People! For the love of the planet, figure out just what the hell you want! Corporate profits or less greenhouse gasses and healthier people and a healthier planet?

Oh and congratulations are in order, I guess, Mr. Robertson.

 

No One Gives A Damn About His Dream!

Yes, let us celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Day when we don’t give a damn about his dream. His children don’t even give a damn about his dream since they are too busy fighting over his Bible and his Nobel Peace Prize. So when did they ever listen to any one of their father’s speeches? When did they ever take just one to heart? It is quite obvious that they never did and neither do we. Oh we dutifully put his image up for all to see as if we are actually doing something and the truth is, we’re not doing a damn thing about realizing the dream that this man had. And quite frankly, he is not the only one to have a dream. Many, many Black people have been dreaming of a society where they will not be “judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character” and is that the case? If you are Black, you will forever be judged by the color of your skin because as far as whites are concerned, you have no ‘content of character’.

Just recently we marched and protested that #BlackLivesMatter and for all I know, some are still protesting, but do Black lives matter? Answer this. How many world leaders came to America and stood front and center in front of a million people to say “#Je suis Black?” How many world leaders went to Nigeria when Boko Haram killed over 2,000 Nigerians and said “#Je suis Nigeria?” Did Netanyahu? Did Angela Merkel? Did Francois Hollande? Of course they didn’t.

To those people, Black and Brown lives don’t matter. White lives do. It doesn’t matter how vile whites are and how much corruption they spread and how greedy they are. Their lives are the only lives that matter. It has always been this way and it will always be this way. These are the ‘people’ that you march and protest to and who you want to correct wrongs. Think about it. Why should they? They don’t care about you. Michael Jackson told you that but you believed all the lies put out on him by the whites. They tore that man’s reputation to shreds because he had a message and through his talent, he spoke. But he got silenced. Whitney Houston had the most beautiful voice that I have ever heard and yet, where is she? Dead and buried and some filthy slut named Beyoncé is strutting around in nothing, sounding like shit. And if it’s not her crooning to her piece of filth pimp, it’s Nicki Minaj doing much of the same. And what are the Black men of today doing besides rapping about bling and hoes or getting their bodies mucked up playing sports? Yes, we are realizing the dream, aren’t we?

Today we commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King’s accomplishments; the success of the Civil Rights Movement when in fact, the movement was not a success. It was an unmitigated failure. What has changed since Martin Luther King marched along with all the others who peacefully gathered to have their grievances heard? Not a goddamn thing. The same issues and problems that Dr. King’s marchers faced, we face today; only our tormenters have upped the ante. We’re now shot with rubber bullets and tear gassed, but we are still jailed. That’s a given and never will it be any different. And why are we still marching? We were marching in the 1960s and here we are in 2015, still marching for the same damn things. What’s the point? Who needs to become aware of what we are marching for? They already know. It’s not going to change, that’s what those of you who are still marching need to know. If you haven’t figured out that since the same shit is stil in play 50 years after the Selma to Montgomery march, then your marching ain’t gonna change a damn thing because since when have Black lives mattered?

The people that you want to change things are not going to change them. They like things just the way they are and that is why the police force has been militarized, that is why Black bodies are lying in morgues all across this shithole called America, that is why inner city schools have become a pipeline to prison for little Black children, that is why slavery in the form of the prison industrial complex is necessary, to house the slaves who ‘slave’ away for corporations, producing goods at a fraction of the cost. And those of us on the outside, head right inside a store and purchase what slaves have made. We are slaving away at stupid jobs to purchase what other slaves have produced. But we will continue to march and we will continue to protest and dream and hope and wish and pray and maybe someday, someday, someday, those who we want to see our marches will realize that this is all so wrong and they will then right the wrongs. Stop lying to yourself and stop dreaming. Dreams are for people who are asleep and don’t want to wake up because reality sucks. It stinks. No one is going to realize your dream for you but you.

The powerful that control all of us are not going to loosen their grip. They are not going to stop being corrupt, greedy, deceitful and instead are going to recognize that they should share in the wealth that they have acquired by the fact of your making it possible by your willingness to work for peanuts, by your willingness to indebt yourselves to them to purchase what slaves are producing, including you. We are all slaves. We are all enclosed in our own little cages. We have the illusion of freedom, some of us, but not many. We pretend that we have rights and freedom and that our lives are lived how we choose. No, it’s not. What you do with your life has been chosen for you. You are doing exactly what the powerful choose for you to do, no more and no less. Step out of line and see how fast you find your ass handed to you. You don’t think that all of this surveillance is for your own good, do you? It is to keep tabs on you. You need a passport to go anywhere. You need an ID to show everybody. You need a number assigned to you. You have a FICO score. Your medical records are digital. That means that every government agency knows where you shop, what you drive, where you go, who you talk to, what your medical conditions are and how much money you make, where you spend it and on what. Does that sound like freedom to you? Are you marching against that? If so, why? What do you hope to accomplish? I’ll tell you what you are going to accomplish by marching. Not a damn thing. You are owned. We all are. This is all an illusion. We are in the matrix, but the matrix that we are in, there is no Oracle and no savior. You’re on your own, just as all the rest of us are. We are here until we’re dead. Accept it.

So, remember Dr. King today. Thank him for all his sacrifices because you are where you are today because of Dr. King and all the others who marched and protested to get you where you are. And where would that be? You’ve just finished college and started a job. Good! Now, pay back that student loan. You are flipping burgers and you are sick and tired of it. Too bad! What else are you going to do? You are filing endless forms in an office and thinking about a vacation you’ll probably never get to take because you’ve got mouths to feed. I’m sorry. Keep dreaming. Dream on, fellow matrix dwellers, dream on!

Oh and Je suis Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.! Je suis Charlie got pretend solidarity from the world’s leaders in France, but damn it if they even bothered to pretend solidarity with the murdered Nigerians or the murdered young Black men in America, murdered by racist ass cops, or the drone-struck and bombed in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, Pakistan, Ukraine, Gaza ……” Never forget, it’s white bodies that matter and Dr. King’s dream will never be realized because Dr. King could not say “Je suis white!”
