Lynchburg, Virginia City Council Candidate Says Police Need More Funding Because Lynchburg Has Had A Whopping SIX Homicides This Year!

Poor Baltimore, MD, Chicago, IL, New Orleans, LA, Detroit, MI, Portland, OR, Oakland, CA, Seattle, WA and numerous other cities all across this shithole would be most happy IF their homicide numbers were on par with Lynchburg’s, but pumpkin head, Martin Misjuns thinks that Lynchburg’s homicide numbers are pearl clutch worthy.

1. Citizens aren’t safe in Lynchburg, like they used to be – and Marty remembers years during his public safety career in the City of Lynchburg when our streets were much safer.

The number one responsibility of government is to protect the lives of those within our city limits and safeguard their property. Public safety is the cornerstone to all other priorities of local government. Education and economic development are important, but our citizens must be safe when they are attending schools or participating in the economy. That is no longer the case in our city. Homicides have risen drastically in the last two years (2021 and 2022 year to date) as referenced by VSP Data and LPD Public Information Releases.

When it comes to senseless violence, we are headed in the wrong direction.

What he means is that Lynchburg, Virginia is going through a GENTRIFICATION PROCESS and there should be MORE funding to get the homeless Black people off the streets when the process is complete. How else are those yuppies going to feel safe after taking over what was once Black neighborhoods? This is why I’m facing homelessness because the whites along with the house slaves doing massa’s bidding are pushing Black people out, hence why corporations have been encouraged to come in and pay any amount to private landlords to buy up ALL rental properties and immediately increase the rents thus pushing Black people out onto the streets and straight into jail cells and the Klan Kops here will be most happy to arrest us and beat the hell out of us inside those jails because whites are afraid of us on a one on one basis, but when we are sitting inside their damn jails, they get to gang up on us with the “goon squad” coming and delivering a severe ass whooping to any Black person they so choose. Lawsuits have been filed because of that shit taking place.

So pumpkin head Marjins here, is on some business as usual time because he completely understands the assignment. Make way for the locking up of the poor Black folks who will be pushed out of our few remaining homes, thus bringing in the yuppies which is why this burg has been tearing apart what once used to be Black sections of town and building new apartment buildings and lofts, raising the rents and hollering about a whopping SIX HOMICIDES as problematic when it is NOT!

For what? What is the purpose? Because it is crystal clear that there is no need for a mere SIX(6) homicides in Lynchburg. So, someone, anyone…please tell me why Pumpkin head Marjins intends to push legislation to pour money into the coffers of the Lynchburg Police Department aka Klan Headquarters over 6 homicides. In fact, ALL candidates for city council have that very same mindset/agenda as Pumpkin head Marjins; the Lynchburg Police Department aka Klan Headquarters, is in dire need of public funds over a whopping 6 homicides. We are just a bunch of flaming criminals here in Lynchburg. Crime is out-of-control because we are just killing each other off. Pretty soon, there won’t be a soul around to count the bodies piling up at the morgue, the homicide rate is so high.

People, this is the shit that the whites are about in this racist shithole called, Lynchburg, Virginia. 3. Public Safety

Throughout my eight years of service on City Council, I have been a staunch supporter of public safety. I believe having qualified, well-trained, and well-paid police officers, firefighters and emergency communications personnel are all important components of a vibrant and safe community. My record proves that I am willing to do what it takes to ensure that every citizen in the Lynchburg community, regardless of what neighborhood they live in, can feel safe and secure.

Police

  • Supported a $10,000 increase in the starting salary all sworn police officers, approximately $40,000 per year to $50,000 per year.

  • Voted to implement a pay plan that provides a progression system for annual increases in officer salary

  • Voted for new equipment including body worn cameras, an upgrade to Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, new safety equipment for vehicles

  • Funding for a new police headquarters on Odd Fellows Road. This new location rather than the original Kemper Street will result in an $8 million cost savings.

  • Benefits of the new police headquarters include:

    • Consolidating four locations into one location

    • Provides a modern police facility that includes secured parking for department employees, which significantly enhances safety

    • Includes meeting space that allows the department to invite the public in and build stronger relationships with our community

    • Provides room for growth of the department for many years to come

POLICE, POLICE, POLICE is all you’re going to see from this scum that’s not at all concerned about the poorest citizens of this dead ass burg, but are concerned in assuring the rich yuppies that the agenda of GENTRIFICATION will be pushed through no matter what and the Klan Keystone Kops are backed by every OREO as well as racist white candidate at their disposal. That bitch is on the board of directors of the Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority and yet I’m about to be homeless and she was once married to my cousin.

Not one candidate has said a word about poverty, skyrocketing rents, inflation, the high cost of food; not a word about that. It’s all about the POLICE! Lynchburg’s Black citizens get completely ignored as usual because the focus is on GENTRIFICATION and to successfully gentrify areas, there must be a police presence to make sure that those who have been priced out of their homes don’t get any ideas that they should be pissed off about that fact. Baltimore, MD Can’t Keep Its Water Clean For Having To Settle Lawsuits Over Bad Cops!

Water woes, water woes and more water woes! They just never seem to let up, at least not in majority Black cities in this shithole. First Flint, Michigan, then Jackson, Mississippi and now Baltimore, Maryland.

Baltimore Is Now Dealing With Its Own Water Crisis Because of E. Coli Contamination

Jackson, Mississippi is still dealing with the ramifications of a long-lingering breakdown in water treatment infrastructure. Yesterday, the city restored water pressure to normal levels, but a boil-water advisory is still in effect. Now, Baltimore, Maryland, a city with a 62 percent Black population, is trying to fight through their own water troubles. As ABC News notes, E. coli samples were found in some areas of West Baltimore, and a boil advisory was sent to more than 1,500 people.

There are some questions regarding when the Mayor found out about the contamination. As The Baltimore Banner notes, testing confirmed the contamination on Friday. But Mayor Scott said Monday that the city was first made aware of the problem on Saturday.

Scott’s spokesperson Monica Lewis says the mayor regrets not telling the public sooner.

Really? The mayor “regrets not telling the public sooner.” Well if that don’t beat all! Nope, let’s just let those poor miserable Black people who look like me continue to drink water loaded down with E.Coli! Don’t for a minute think of their children, the sick and elderly who really don’t need any new issues. Let’s just get around to telling them that their water is fucked up when we get around to it.

That’s how those shameless shits carry it; that’s exactly how they feel for if not, why did they not tell those people as soon as they found out that their water was contaminated with shit? And what is E.Coli contamination? Shit.

What is E. coli?

Escherichia coli (E. coli) is a bacteria that normally lives in the intestines of both healthy people and animals. In most cases, this bacteria is harmless. It helps digest the food you eat. However, certain strains of E. coli can cause symptoms including diarrhea, stomach pain and cramps and low-grade fever. Some E. coli infections can be dangerous.

How does E. coli make you sick?

The most familiar strains of E. coli that make you sick do so by producing a toxin called Shiga. This toxin damages the lining of your small intestine and causes your diarrhea. These strains of E. coli are also called Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC). The STEC that is most well-known in North America and most often referred to is E. coli O157:H7, or just E. coli O157

There are other types of STEC that are called non-O157 STEC. These strains cause similar illness to the O157 strain but are less likely to lead to serious complications.

Who can get infected with E. coli?

Anyone who comes into contact with a disease-causing strain of E. coli can become infected. People who are at greatest risk are:

  • The very young (newborns and children).
  • The elderly.
  • People who have weakened immune systems (for example, those with cancer, diabetes, HIV, and women who are pregnant).
  • People who travel to certain countries.

So, those folks water is contaminated with shit?!!!! And the mayor did NOT think that it was important to tell those people that their water was full of shit and so stop drinking it??!!! For the love of !!!! I guess the mayor had more important things to worry about like paying other Black people some lawsuit money over bad fucking dirty ass cops!

A Gang of Rogue Police in Baltimore Cost the City More Than $15 Million

The long-term cost of the Baltimore Police Department’s notorious and disgraced Gun Trace Task Force to taxpayers just jumped by more than half a million dollars, the result of a newly-approved settlement with one of the gang’s victims.

I’m using the word “gang” here intentionally, to denote that the task force wasn’t just a group of rogue officers, but a corrupt, violent and organized group that terrorized neighborhoods, made money by stealing and selling drugs and banded together under a common uniform and name. In any other setting, law enforcement would’ve labeled them a gang, clique or even a mafia—and since words matter, we’ll call them what they are.

WHAT???!!! The “heroes in blue” were just a stealing from people in the neighborhood, selling drugs, being corrupt, terrorizing folks in their neighborhoods and they’re the “good” guys??!! Get the fuck outta here!

This specific gang that operated within the Baltimore Police Department has now cost the city north of $15 million as officials there continue to dole out payments for their reign of terror. This morning, the Baltimore Sun reported, the city’s powerful Board of Estimates unanimously approved a $575,000 settlement with a man named Darnell Earl, who spent 18 months in jail as the result of an encounter with three members of the gang.

You can read more of the original article to find out what happened to Darnell Earl because what I really want to focus on is the fact that, once again, a city’s water is fucked up and loaded down with shit and the public is not made aware of that fact as soon as city officials were notified and on the other hand, the city, via the taxpayers, are paying out sums of money to settle numerous and ongoing lawsuits over cops gone rogue which is the entire Baltimore Police Department. I know. I have had to deal with them and I would never live in Baltimore, MD ever! I’ve said that before, but I certainly mean that shit now because when you have to deal with the likes of those thugs in blue, you get a clue. I’ve seen some bad cops before, but nothing that I’d ever seen of cops prepared me for the cops thugging out of the Baltimore Police Department, in ALL shades; doesn’t matter, Black, white, yellow, beige, tan, Hindu Indian looking, Pakistani looking or Mexican looking. They are ALL damn thugs, down to the very last one. The cops are SO bad, you’d be hard pressed to find ANYONE in the city of Baltimore, MD that hasn’t had some sort of interaction with those damn thugs. You can’t pass by someone on the streets that’s not been locked up. I cannot count how many people I have met in Lexington Market that didn’t have a story to tell about their experiences of being locked up in Central Booking. Oh, the horror stories. Some even told me that people have been “lost” inside jail. I’m sure their organs aren’t lost. Johns Hopkins knows where they are. Baltimore, MD is the organ trafficking capitol. I heard some shit when I was visiting someone at Johns Hopkins Hospital that I shall never forget. If anyone thinks that Johns Hopkins is some special sort of hospital with a stellar reputation, then be Black and take your ass up in there, you’ll come out feeling a whole lot different; that is, IF you come out.

And so once again, we have yet another majority Black populated city experiencing not only water woes, what with their water full of shit, but an added bonus of dirty, rampant, out-of-control thugged out cops who are more felonious and criminal than any drug dealer on the street. I’d rather run into a drug dealer than run into one of Baltimore’s dirty ass cops. Oh, the final collapse of this shithole cannot happen fast enough!

Protecting American jobs was a signature theme of President Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” campaign. A frequent target of candidate Trump was the H-1B visa program. The program, created more than 25 years ago, allows American companies to fill gaps in the workforce from overseas with highly skilled employees, who can’t be found in the U.S. Many businesses use the program as intended, but we discovered more and more are taking advantage of loopholes in the law to fire American workers and replace them with younger, cheaper, temporary foreign workers with H-1B visas. But before the American workers walk out the door they often face the humiliating prospect of having to train the people taking their jobs.

White folks, YOUR jobs have also been taken by those Hindus with H-1B visas and NO, those visas are NOT temporary because no one even checks the expiration date on those visas and those Hindus stay in America. They are never forced to go back to India. Why would they be when they have been trained by you to take over YOUR job?

 

And American descendants of slavery, I wouldn’t get to laughing if I were you, because they have taken OUR jobs as well. Look at poor Robert Harrison here. He had to train his Hindu replacement and then get the fuck out the door.

Below is the  question that Robert Harrison was asked when he was called to a meeting at the University of California San Francisco Medical Center. Mr. Harrison had been a senior telecom engineer along with about 80 of his IT co-workers.

Sara Blackwell was an organizer of a rally against the hiring of replacement workers from India holding H-1B visas because she believed that it was wrong that hundreds of Americans had lost their jobs to H-1B visa holders from India.

The rally was organized by this woman: Florida attorney Sara Blackwell.

Sara Blackwell: This is about the companies making the decision that you are worthless to them.

She represents hundreds of U.S. workers who were fired and replaced by foreign workers with H-1B visas.

Sara Blackwell: When you tell someone their real reason for getting rid of these jobs is for cheap foreign labor that should offend everyone.

Bill Whitaker: They have to train the worker who’s going to take their job?

Sara Blackwell: Right. They are told by their company: if you don’t train this person in a way that we approve of them being trained, then you don’t get your severance.

The UCSF Medical Center is a highly regarded state-run institution. Administrators say outsourcing the IT jobs could save $30 million taxpayer over the next five years. That’s a fraction of the university’s $5.8 billion annual budget, but to Robert Harrison, it’s his job.

And don’t believe the foolishness by some of the fake news media that’s telling you that those replacement workers from India are over here on temporary visas because that is a lie! Those workers are here permanently and they are taking jobs that TRUE Americans can do. The lamestream media makes up lies that there are no Americans who are smart enough to do the jobs that those Hindus take. It is about the fact that companies over here in America are not truly owned by Americans. They are owned by foreigners and so if it were true that American companies are paying those replacement workers from India, only peanuts, then explain this!

People are social creatures and wanted to be out and about. How long were people supposed to be quarantined in tiny apartments or even big houses without going nuts? People were already ignoring quarantine restrictions and were demanding to be released from that shit long before Trump even announced the reopening of America. Also, those Hindus, even as they are rich,  are living off of our tax dollars. When I lived in Baltimore, MD, the apartment building I lived in had two of those Hindu families living there. And they would always be going back and forth, up and down the stairs, visiting with one another and that is how I knew that two Hindu families lived there because one lived right beside my apartment and had so much shit, they left some of it in the tiny hallway and when coming in, they would bang my door. I would open my door and look at those pieces of shit like, “What the fuck?” The only time management made them move that shit was when inspection time for their apartment came around and I’m about to explain about THAT shit, next!

One day, there was a note placed under my door talking about, “The City of Baltimore inspectors will be coming on such and such a date to inspect your apartment.” I’m like, “What the fuck does the City of Baltimore have to do with MY fucking apartment?” Come to find out, this notice had to be sent to ALL tenants because due to regulations and shit, people who are on Section 8 are not to feel shamed for being on Section 8 and so they give this notice to everyone so as not to distinguish between who is on Section 8 and who is not.

I happen to have been home on the day the inspectors arrived since I made sure of that. I heard a knock on a door and guess whose door the inspector was knocking on, THE GODDAMN DOOR OF THOSE HINDUS. That Hindu motherfucker that lived there with his wife and two kids OWNED A CONVENIENCE STORE. How the hell did a CONVENIENCE STORE OWNER NEED SECTION 8? I went outside my apartment and I waited until the ‘inspector’ came out because I wanted to see if he was going to go to ALL apartments. Inspector dude went up the stairs and straight to the door of the only other HINDUS IN THE BUILDING. He knocked on the door, and when the door opened, VOILA, Hindu City was going on all up in that apartment. The inspector announced who he was and where he was from and then he entered the apartment. After he left the apartment, the ‘inspector’ LEFT THE GODDAMN BUILDING. No other apartments besides those two Hindu motherfuckers’ apartments were inspected. Call the Baltimore City Housing Authority and ask them to explain THAT shit! The apartment complex was managed by Southern Management and was in a nice section of Baltimore and believe me, it is hard to find a nice section of Baltimore.

Poor American descendants of slavery are walking the streets homeless and some more shit in Baltimore, MD while those rich ass Hindus are sitting up on Section 8. What type of shit is that???!!! Baltimore Officials Act Shocked And Appalled Because A Cop Got Kicked In His Ass, But Nothing Is Said When Those Same Cops Brutalize People. Double Standards, Much?

If I have said it once, I have said it a thousand times, every single time the whites think that they can make the Black Baltimoreans look bad, they will do so because they want to find a reason for the Feds to come in and take over Baltimore and further run the Black residents out! A Baltimore police sergeant was spat on and kicked during a check, authorities say

A group of people kicked a Baltimore police sergeant as he tried to arrest a man who’d spat in his face, authorities say.

The [Black] commissioner added he was outraged by the incident.

“We can not, and will not, allow any member of the public, or one of our officers, to be assaulted,” he said.

Baltimore Mayor Bernard “Jack” Young said one person has so far been arrested and authorities are looking for the people seen kicking the sergeant.

He said the video serves as a “reminder of the dangers our law enforcement officers face on the job.”

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan said he was “appalled and disgusted” by the incident and said authorities will pursue and prosecute those behind it.

Yeah! They are all “shocked and appalled” by some dirty cop getting his ass lightly kicked, but where is that “shocked and appalled” shit when the cops are the ones who do a damn sight more than kick Black folks in the ass?

St. Louis officer sues over beating by colleagues

ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis police officer is suing the city and the police department, claiming he was violently beaten by colleagues while working undercover during a protest.

Hall was working undercover on Sept. 17, 2017, during a protest that followed the acquittal of former officer Jason Stockley, who is white, in the fatal shooting of a black suspect.

The lawsuit says the other officers named in the suit did not know Hall was a colleague. The suit says he was slammed to the ground, kicked and beaten.

“Govenor Larry HOGan, what the fuck you gotta say about that??!!! A cop was kicked; violently beaten by other cops and can’t even return to his job. What say you about that shit, Governor HOGan??!!!” Yeah, I know! Mum’s the word! Fuck you too HOGan! Why Are Texas Billionaires Paying For A Surveillance Plane To Monitor Crime In Baltimore, MD?

I would love to know the answer to that question especially seeing as how those same Texas billionaires would do well to monitor skinhead groups and the Klan for their activities since it is usually disgruntled white male parasites that claim an affiliation with hate groups who go on a rampage and end up killing multiple people. Police surveillance planes to monitor Baltimore next year

“We will be the first American city to use this technology in an attempt to solve and deter violent crime,” Harrison said at a news conference. He said he believes they could prove to be “yet another tool” to fight the violence plaguing the city.

The city of Baltimore will be monitored by surveillance airplanes for up to six months next year under a pilot program announced Friday that is aimed at helping law enforcement investigate violent crime and that will effectively restart a tactic secretively used three years ago.

So, THIS time, they are announcing that they will be using a surveillance plane to spy on people even though they had initially used a surveillance plane years ago while keeping everyone in the dark about it. The article also goes on to state this:

“Footage from the pilot program will not be used in cases of police misconduct.”

That bears repeating.

“FOOTAGE FROM THE PILOT PROGRAM WILL NOT BE USED IN CASES OF POLICE MISCONDUCT!”

Seriously???!!!! Why the hell not? If this footage is going to be used against the Black citizens of Baltimore, then why is it not to be used when the footage is of a KKKop committing a crime? Who in their right mind still thinks that kkkops don’t get special treatment when it comes to them getting away with murder and everything else especially when they are committing crimes against American descendants of slaves? Because make no mistake, this surveillance shit is being aimed at Baltimore for a reason. Everyone is raging mad at the Black folks in Baltimore, stating that they are still at it, killing their own. But remember this, Nipsey Hussle was trying to give back in Black communities and he was gunned down for his efforts and yet many of us were suspicious of the shit and knew who was behind it; whitey pasty-doughy ass! Whitey pasty-doughy ass is behind this shit too.

The claim is that 21-year old Destiny Harrison, the owner of “Madame D Beauty Bar” hair salon, was a victim of a break-in and was beaten by one of two suspects who then stole $3,000.00 in hair extensions. She went to the police and reported the crime and filed charges against the suspect that held her down and against the suspect who physically assaulted her. She even told the police that she feared for her life. What did the police do? NOTHING! They arrested NO ONE! Even though Destiny Harrison had given them ALL of the details of who had beaten her and took her hair extensions. Then this salon owner gets shot dead, twelve days later, ostensibly in her shop surrounded by clients and still the kkkops have no suspects? Of course Black folks are taking to Twitter and Youtube and are denouncing the Black residents of Baltimore just like the whites knew they would. You people are ALWAYS on some dumbass CP(colored people) time; always somewhere late to comprehend any damn thing. You’ve got to be a space man/woman to see what the whites are doing. Why is no one at the University of Maryland Medical System heading to prison for writing out a check for 40,000 ‘Healthy Holly’ books that had not even been produced? Kaiser Permanente made payments to Catherine Pugh for nonexistent books during the period it successfully sought a $48 million city contract. And so why is no one from Kaiser Permanente heading to prison along with Pugh for writing out a check from that institution since what they did was also a crime? You dead white filth deliberately ALLOWED Koreans to own and operate illegal liquor stores in damn near every neighborhood in Baltimore in the hopes that the shit would do the same to the people of Baltimore that it did to the Indians; kill them. That shit right there speaks volumes of your fucking desperate attempts to make sure that you lock as many of Baltimore’s Black residents up while making damn sure that the corrupt kkkops continue to get away with their crimes; crimes so bad that Baltimore entered into a consent decree with the Department of Justice in April 2017 after an investigation found the police department routinely violated residents’ civil rights, especially in the city’s poor and predominantly minority neighborhoods. City Solicitor Andre Davis on Friday said Baltimore’s law department is “entirely comfortable” with the planned test, whose cost Harrison said will be covered by philanthropic funds, not tax dollars. He said he has been in contact with the foundation of Texas billionaires Laura and John Arnold, who funded the 2016 tryout through a donation to the Baltimore Community Foundation, a nonprofit civic organization.

And so now, Baltimore’s mostly Black residents are to be monitored via surveillance planes for most of 2020 thanks to a so-called philanthropic donation from Texas billionaires. BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore has seen increasing violence with more than 600 non-fatal shootings since the beginning of the year — a number that has skyrocketed more than 20 percent compared to last year.

There have been 638 non-fatal shootings so far in 2019. Last year at this time, there were 524. The number of murders is up as well from 243 at this point in 2018 to 273 in 2019.

Baltimore has seen more murders to date than New York City, which has had 249. New York has almost 14 times the population. Chicago, with more than four times as many people as Baltimore, has had 413 killings.

This mess has been going down since before I ever stepped foot in Baltimore and that was in the mid 90s. What did Cummings do about this? Obviously nothing since this shit has been going down the entire time that he has represented Baltimore’s 7th district.

Over 23% of Baltimore’s residents live in poverty. And it should come as no surprise that Baltimore’s Black population is over-represented when it comes to having incomes that are below the poverty level.

What did Cummings do about Baltimore’s drug epidemic?

The opioid epidemic is increasingly killing black Americans. Baltimore is ground zero.

The white GMC truck, open four mornings a week and parked outside the city jail, is an attempt to close a gap in the city’s struggling addiction treatment system. But as the breakdown showed, even the attempts to plug holes in the system sometimes themselves have holes. With the van out of service, doctors and nurses took to their own cars to see patients, some of them already skeptical about getting treatment.

White Amerikkka’s emphasis is on opioid addiction of whites, especially rich whites while poor Black people who live in inner cities like Baltimore are being left to figure it out as best they can. My cousin watches a show titled “Intervention” and it is about intervening when people are killing themselves while on drugs and/or alcohol and he told me that he could count on one hand the number of Black people he has seen on that show. Whites don’t give a damn about Black people and our problems and yet Baltimore had a Black congressional representative that did fuck all about the many societal ills that afflict that city’s people who mostly look like him.

And don’t even get me started on what Cummings failed to do about rampant police corruption and police brutality in Baltimore. Remember the Freddie Gray riots? That was just the tip of the iceberg. Even after the riots, the chaos in Baltimore never really ceased and the corruption pouring from every office in Baltimore continues. Two mayors have had to resign in disgrace after having been embroiled in scandals. I have posted blog after blog highlighting the shit that I have seen and it just gets worse.

If I included the homeless epidemic in Baltimore and the child hunger problem in Baltimore and the off the charts prostitution and STD statistics in Baltimore and the problem of Asians operating liquor stores on damn near every corner in Baltimore, this blog would never end. I have even documented the urban blight here and here and yet, Elijah Cummings is being hailed as some sort of towering giant that stood up for Baltimore and improved the conditions of her citizens when nothing could be further from the truth. And it is almost poetic justice, that the same institution that violated Henrietta Lacks, was also the same institution whereas hundreds of Black women were violated by a Black gynecologist who filmed them without their knowledge during pelvic exams and who allegedly killed himself is also the same institution that Elijah Cummings breathed his last in; Johns Hopkins.

Johns Hopkins’ Disturbing “Hidden Camera” Gynecologist Lawsuit Is Finally Over

 

Dr. Nikita Levy worked as a gynecologist in the Johns Hopkins Community Medicine system for nearly 25 years. During that time, he secretly photographed and videotaped his patients’ gynecological exams, according to a class-action lawsuit filed in 2013. Now, more than 9,000 plaintiffs will get their due, as Johns Hopkins agreed to a $190 settlement over Dr. Levy on Tuesday, marking the largest class-action settlements of its kind.

The lawsuit was brought against America’s leading health system in October 2012, about seven months after Johns Hopkins terminated Levy’s position. The plaintiffs alleged that the hospital should have known about Levy’s pervasive illegal videotaping, but instead failed to act and protect their patients

 

Johns Hopkins had to have known about what was going down because I had the opportunity to speak with several of the women who were a part of this lawsuit and they told me that Dr. Levy’s office was set up like the set of a movie. There were lights resembling what you would see on the set of a movie and yet they did not believe that a doctor they trusted and a hospital with a reputation for being world renown would engage in such activity. They were wrong. And of course, Johns Hopkins settled the lawsuit, but the women received a mere pittance when all was said and done and Johns Hopkins maintained that it had no idea of the shenanigans of a doctor that worked for their hospital system and inside their very doors. Yeah! I’m believing that. Uh huh.

And yet, Elijah Cummings was as silent as the grave his dead body is headed for over all of this. And now, he seems to be yet another ‘victim’ of Johns Hopkins. Poetic justice, indeed.

I don’t know who will take Cummings place. No doubt it will be someone equally as dubious in character as Cummings and equally as unconcerned about the plight of Baltimore as Cummings. I can only hope that I am wrong, but with what has been leading Baltimore and representing Baltimore for decades, I am not overly optimistic. And so no, I will not be joining in with those who heap praises, accolades and tributes on Elijah Cummings’ dead carcass because they are as undeserved as they are unwarranted.

Trump Says Baltimore Maryland Residents Are In ‘Hell’! True! And Sell-outs, Cummings And Sharpton Know Why!

It has taken Donald Trump to shine a light on Baltimore, MD that should have long since been in the spotlight over corrupt Black misleadership. While Elijah Cummings has been going after the Trump Administration for everything from collusion with the Russians to corruption and tax evasion, Cummings coonhead ass has been looking the other way over the shenanigans that he and others in the political arena in Baltimore have been engaging in. Cummings has learned how to play the game well; distract, distract again and deflect. And right out-of-the-gate, here comes Al SharpCON and crew shooting “You’re racist!” arrows at Donald Trump for stating the obvious about Baltimore’s Black misleaders. I would wager that every single Black politician in Baltimore is corrupt. Every agency headed by a Black person in Baltimore is filled with corruption from the state’s attorney’s office headed by Marilyn Mosby to the mayor’s office headed by Mayor, Jack Young and we ALL know that the mayor’s office and city council is ‘corruption headquarters’.

Again, Trump is absolutely right; billions of federal dollars have been poured into Baltimore and yet, Baltimore schools are rat infested, lack heat and air conditioning, lack textbooks and computers and so where did the money go? Into the pockets of the Black misleaders in Baltimore, that’s where. And now those same jackals are loudly exclaiming that Trump is just picking on Baltimore because he is feeding the frenzy of his rabid racist supporter base. They are already in a frenzy and so he has no need to feed a frenzy that has taken them over since our ancestors were dragged to this shithole. Those like Cummings and SharpCON and Black misleaders in Baltimore are trying to distract and deflect from the truth of Trump’s accusations. They don’t want to own up to the fact that they have willfully looked the other way over Baltimore’s out-of-control homicide rates, other violent crimes rates, appalling drug addiction rates, abject poverty rates, deplorable unemployment rates and a homeless epidemic that is on par with Los Angeles. Not to mention, nothing has been said by Elijah Cummings or by Al SharpCON about the fact that the NAACP is headquartered on Mt. Hope Drive in Baltimore, MD doing not a goddamn thing to mitigate the serious issues that have plagued Baltimore for decades. The NAACP has done absolutely NOTHING. Because hosting awards shows for the Blacks to showcase their cooning for the whites is not helping Baltimore in any way, shape or form, nor is handing Lifetime Achievement Awards to racist NBA owners as it did with Donald Sterling for being a stomp down, flaming racist.

President Donald Trump resumed his criticism of a prominent black congressman from Baltimore, saying Tuesday that people there are living in “hell” and that it’s a “corrupt city.”

Trump said billions of dollars have been stolen and called on the lawmaker, Democratic Representative Elijah Cummings, to investigate the city. Cummings is chairman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, which has been focused on investigating Trump and his administration.

“It’s a corrupt city, there’s no question about it,” Trump said of Baltimore. He said Cummings has an “iron hand” on city.

On Monday, Trump said on Twitter: “Baltimore, under the leadership of Elijah Cummings, has the worst Crime Statistics in the Nation. 25 years of all talk, no action!”

What Trump said is SO true, it ain’t even funny. People in Baltimore are “living in hell!” And what has Al SharpCON’s sell-out ass done for Baltimore? Not a goddamn thing, but he sure knows how to turn a situation to his advantage. Pretend to decry Donald Trump’s racism over calling out the shit that goes down in Baltimore every day and get some ‘air time’ while trying to look like some sort of defender to Baltimore’s residents against racist Donald Trump. Al SharpCON sold out Black people, decades ago when he agreed to work for the FBI in its efforts to infiltrate the Civil Rights Movement in order to get dirt on the leaders of the Movement, namely Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Al SharpCON is no friend to Black people in Baltimore, Detroit, Los Angeles or any place else. His prime directive is to look out for his ass and only his ass and you have only to look around at what he has accomplished; being a snitch for the FBI and a coon for MSNBC.

And Elijah Cummings has not a goddamn thing to say for himself since what has he done FOR Baltimore? Not a damn thing. He used Baltimore to get where he is today and never once did he attempt to help even one Baltimorean out of poverty, drug addiction, homelessness, prostitution or gangs. He has done not a goddamn thing to reduce crime, homicides, child hunger and poverty, failing schools, a fucked up infrastructure that is failing daily what with streets blowing up or dissolving in sink holes. The light rail is out of commission more times than it isn’t. The metro transit system is a failed experiment. The subway stations are overrun with rats and yet Cummings is attempting to take Trump to task over his alleged crimes? Seriously??!! You fix up your own home before you attempt to get others to fix up theirs and Baltimore is the home that Cummings should to get to work on. But Baltimore has served its purpose and Cummings has no further use for Baltimore because it has already been the means to an end which is his exalted position as the chairman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee. Cummings loves to exclaim over how many years he has been in politics and that would be fine except for the fact that he has nothing to show for those years in Baltimore City.

Cummings has no moral leg to stand on when he gets to sermonizing over Trump speaking the truth about Baltimore. Those people in Baltimore ARE living in hell. They have been living in hell the entire twenty-three years that Cummings has represented them in the 7th district. There have been no improvements to the lives of Cummings constituents and so he most definitely needs to sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up because I’m with Trump on this one. How about we take a deeper look into what irons Cummings has in the fire? How about we shine a light on the shit that Cummings has been doing because there is certainly no reflection on what he has been doing for the good of those whom he represents in the 7th district and so who has benefited from his representation? Ask the people of Baltimore. Oh that’s right, they did!

Robert, a 33-year-old security guard from West Baltimore, says he thinks Elijah Cummings is failing at his job.

“I just want to ask Elijah Cummings one question: What in your twenty years in office have you done for this city? This city is decaying and crumbling,” Robert said.

And Devon Temorgan, a 26-year-old Baltimore resident, noted that on Monday he was on his way to a funeral for a friend who was shot because he was at the wrong place at the wrong time in Northwest Baltimore. He said the city’s youth lacks guidance and have grown “uncontrollable.”

“A lot of people don’t have their fathers because they’re dead or in jail,” Temorgan told Newsweek. “It’s a dangerous place. It’s a beautiful place, but at the same time it’s dangerous.”

Cummings, answer the man’s question. “What in your twenty years in office have you done for this city?” “A city that is decaying and crumbling?” I’ll tellya, not a goddamn thing and yet other Black misleaders are crawling out of the woodwork, coming to Cummings defense even when they know the score. Black-assed motherfuckers who have so-called ‘made it’ are not our friends. They don’t ‘represent’ us. They turn their backs on us the minute they are thrown the scraps from the white man’s table and they got there by cooning for the white man. Black folks, know who your friends are and just because he/she is sporting a ‘Black’ face, does not mean that he/she is your friend. Our own ‘kind’ will throw us under the bus for the white man’s table scraps and Al SharpCON is exactly what he looks like; a relaxed haired, bloated head coon that got his fill of the white man’s table scraps for selling us out; in other words, snitching on us for the white man. I Hate To Admit It, But Trump Is Right About Baltimore Being Rat Infested. He Should Know Because Jared Kushner Owns Hundreds Of Rental Properties That Have Failed Housing Code Standards, But Trump Is Also Right About Elijah Cummings

Now before you shoot the messenger, remember that I am quite often IN Baltimore and the shit that I have seen would curl your toes. In fact, this blog has more posts about Baltimore than I can shake a stick at. You can go here and here and here and here and here and read all about Baltimore. Now, what did Trump have to say about Baltimore, MD?

I was just in Baltimore last week. In fact, I put up a post about what I saw because what I saw made me mad as hell! And before anyone gets any bright ideas and gets to screeching and a hollering that I need to live in a place and not merely visit in order to write about it, I have lived in Baltimore, MD multiple times. The last time I lived in that city was September 2016 to August 2017 and I got out of there like the hounds of hell were chasing me; the crime is THAT bad.

When I used to go down to the subway station, big ass rats had practically overtaken the place. The so-called ‘World Famous Lexington Market’ has had to be shut down by the health department on at least two occasions for rat infestation. And the last one was recent. In fact, Lexington Market is so filthy, I refused to use the restrooms. But when I went back in April of this year, Lexington Market had been cleaned up and cleaned out. Most stalls were closed. The drug addicts had been sent packing as well as the Korean stall keepers. There were more Black stall keepers and I had not seen them since the mid 90s when the Koreans were running the Food Court at The Harbor Pavilions at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and Black people were operating the stalls in Lexington Market. The whites decided to run the Koreans out of the Inner Harbor and by doing so, they ran the Black stall keepers out of Lexington Market by increasing the rents so that the Koreans could afford to open the stalls vacated by the Black people. Whitey parasite ass knows how to move us around like chess pieces on a board and that shit continues to this day. But I digress.

Even though Donald Trump cannot take the high road since we have all heard that migrants in southern border facilities are drinking out of the toilet, he is right in that Cummings should take his tired old ass back to Baltimore and figure something out because Baltimore is in decay and in decline. When we were there last week, we could not take the light rail to BWI airport because of a sinkhole in downtown Baltimore on Pratt Street. When I lived there, that same area had a street blow up and spew asbestos everywhere. Homicide averages are 300+ yearly. Drug addiction is off the charts. Baltimore has been declared ‘The Heroin Capitol’ of the U.S. Homelessness is also off the charts as is prostitution, gang violence and high school drop-out rates. You cannot pass by a person who has not been shot up or who does not know of a person who has not been shot up. The Department of Justice had to issue a consent decree because of rampant police brutality against Baltimore’s citizens. We all remember the Freddie Gray riots. So, Trump was not off base. In fact, he is not the only politician to expound on the evils of Baltimore, MD. Bernie Sanders did as well. But what Trump failed to say was that his own Housing and Urban Development Secretary, Ben Carson, is not doing his job since Baltimore, MD has the worst public housing complexes in America. Yeah Trump, focus on that! Your failed leadership has something to do with what ails Baltimore and so look inside your own filthy, stinking closet and clean it out! And throw yourself out because you’re garbage as is your HUD Secretary, Ben ‘had a lobotomy’ Carson.

Conditions in Maryland Public Housing Worst in the Country

Almost a third of public housing inspections in Maryland have resulted in failing health and safety scores. According to an analysis of federal data by The Associated Press, that’s the worst performance in the country. Old, rundown complexes in Baltimore are the main culprit. Federal and city data show that 22 of 37 Baltimore sites failed their most recent inspections.

And so that makes what Bernie Sanders said about Baltimore, all the more true as well.

But just a few years ago, Sen. Bernie Sanders — a candidate seeking the Democratic Party’s 2020 presidential nomination — took his own shots at Baltimore, a struggling Northeast city grappling with high rates of violent crime, drug abuse, poverty and political corruption.

“Anyone who took the walk that we took around this neighborhood would not think you’re in a wealthy nation,” Sanders said during a visit to the city’s West Baltimore section in December 2015, the Baltimore Sun reported. “You would think that you were in a Third World country.”

The independent U.S. senator from Vermont also referred to Baltimore as “a community in which half of the people don’t have jobs.”

“We’re talking about a community in which there are hundreds of buildings that are uninhabitable,” he added, according to the Sun.

I don’t recall hearing a blow up after Bernie Sanders made this statement because what he said is absolutely true and in fact the public housing inspection report backs Sanders up when he said, “hundreds of buildings are uninhabitable,” including public housing buildings. What is not being said is the fact that politicians like Cummings are NOT doing a damn thing to mitigate the many societal ills that are plaguing Baltimore or her citizens. Even the NAACP is headquartered on Mt. Hope Drive in Baltimore and is doing not a damn thing to help anyone in that city of mostly Black residents. In fact, I never heard of one positive thing that the NAACP has ever done FOR Baltimore. Add to that the fact that not one, but two of Baltimore’s Black mayors has had to step down amid scandals and so again, as much as I hate to admit it, Donald Trump is absolutely right in his depiction of Baltimore.

And just to show you exactly how accurate his assessment is, let’s get on with it.

There are two Baltimores; the one the tourists see and the one I see and so once again, despite the fact that I hate what Trump said about Baltimore, he did speak the truth as did Bernie Sanders. Elijah Cummings is too filled with a sense of political power and has long since gave up on improving the city where he got his start in politics. Baltimore’s Black politicians should be ashamed of themselves, but they’re not. The people of Baltimore deserve better than what they are getting and yet it took Donald Trump to point out the obvious in order for Baltimore’s politicians to spout useless rhetoric about what they are doing FOR Baltimore. They are not doing a goddamn thing FOR Baltimore. They have only used her to further advance their political careers and when she was of no further use to them, they discarded her like she was a worn out whore who has been on the streets for too goddamn long.

The whites want that city for themselves and they don’t care who they have to crawl over to get it. They don’t care who they have to move out of their way to get it. And make no mistake, even though the political face of Baltimore is Black, whites are ALL over that city like flies on shit! And as you can see from the pictures that I have posted, I have been ALL over Baltimore and so don’t fucking tell me that Trump is wrong because the proof is above. Baltimore is indeed, a tale of two cities and the neglect of one of those cities is appallingly shameful and you know which one I’m talking about!

So shut the fuck up Trump and Cummings unless you are going to help a city that is being allowed to die by design. Fuck both you motherfuckers!

Jared Kushner owns lots of apartments in the Baltimore area. Some were infested with mice.

In a now-viral tweetstorm on Saturday, President Trump characterized Rep. Elijah E. Cummings’s Baltimore-based congressional district as a “rodent infested mess” where “no human” would want to live.

His criticism rang with a particular irony in Baltimore County, where the president’s son-in-law Jared Kushner owns more than a dozen apartment complexes that have been cited with hundreds of code violations and, critics say, provide sub-standard housing to lower income tenants.

Kushner Companies, which started operating in Maryland in 2013, has owned almost 9,000 rental units across 17 complexes, many of them in Baltimore County, the Baltimore Sun reported earlier this year.

The properties generate at least $90 million in revenue annually. Kushner stepped down as CEO of the company in 2017, when he became a senior White House adviser.

In 2017, Baltimore County officials revealed that apartments owned by Kushner Cos. were responsible for more than 200 code violations, all accrued in the span of the calendar year. Repairs were made only after the county threatened fines, local officials said, and even after warnings, violations on nine propeties were not addressed, resulting in monetary sanctions.

That bastard’s properties were cited for mouse infestations, mold problems and maggots. And even though tenants tried to file a class action lawsuit, a ‘white’ judge denied their request. It wouldn’t have made any difference because my cousin was involved in a similar lawsuit and for his pains received $724.15 and this was considered a ‘windfall‘ by the attorney that is suing for more of the class action settlement in Attorney’s Fees. Poor people don’t stand a chance against these goddamn worthless ass racist vultures! And don’t even act like you don’t know who Jared Kushner is. He is Trump’s son-in-law; married to that bitch daughter of his named Ivanka and so he has not a goddamn leg to stand on when screeching or tweeting about the living conditions of people in Cummings district and Cummings has nothing to say for himself because he knew about this shit and yet said nothing! I am TOO fucking through!

The City That I Love And Hate, Baltimore, MD Is Back In The News For ALL The Wrong Reasons, AGAIN!

As many of you may know, I have a ‘love/hate’ relationship with Baltimore, MD. I have lived there numerous times and just recently lived there in 2016, but left in 2017 because of the crime. However, just recently, I had to return to Baltimore because my cousin was kicked out of the only health ‘care’ system in this fucked up Hillbilly Hellhole and so Baltimore was the obvious choice since he absolutely adored his doctor when he lived in Baltimore. In fact, I recently posted pictures of a little mini-vacation to Baltimore. And so now we come to this!

Baltimore Mayor Pugh resigns amid growing children’s book scandal

Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh resigned Thursday, apologizing for the harm she has caused to the city’s image amid a growing scandal over her sales of a self-published children’s book series.

It was the latest blow to the leadership of a city that’s seen two mayors resign in scandal in less than a decade and a third one decline to seek another term after a riot over police misconduct and a soaring murder rate.

From what I have read on this latest political scandal to come down the pike against yet another Baltimore City mayor, this one basically is about a self-published book by former Mayor Catherine Pugh, titled, “Healthy Holly” that touts eating healthy and exercising as a great way for children to stay healthy, and that would be great except for the fact that the purchase of this book was used as a payoff for certain favors the former mayor is alleged to have given to at least two entities; The University of Maryland Medical System and health insurer Kaiser Permanente. The University of Maryland Medical System actually paid Pugh for 40,000 books that had not even been produced and this was done for the express purpose of receiving a lucrative city contract in exchange. Likewise, Kaiser Permanente made payments to Catherine Pugh for non-existent books during the period it successfully sought a $48 million city contract. And this is just the tip of the iceberg since the FBI raided Pugh’s home and office and hauled away countless boxes that allegedly contain documents pertaining to other entities that have also engaged in the payment for books not yet produced in exchange for lucrative city contracts.

Interestingly enough, The Baltimore Sun, the very paper Catherine Pugh once worked for is responsible for digging up the aforementioned, when at the time of the publishing of these findings by The Baltimore Sun, then Mayor Pugh called what the Sun was doing, “a witch hunt.” And even though Catherine Pugh took off running when it came to attempting to get a handle on Baltimore’s high crime rate, nothing seemed to work from quickly implementing a federal consent decree to attempting to reform the Baltimore City Police Department, which I personally think is beyond reform, to changing police commissioners in an attempt to try any new approach from an outsider in getting the homicide rate down. And yet, nothing seemed to work. In fact, one of the police commissioners hired by then Mayor Pugh was himself charged with federal tax offenses and is behind bars serving a 10 month prison sentence.

Baltimore is a complicated mess! Her so-called leaders bring more baggage than they cart away and meanwhile, the city continues to bleed both in terms of homicide victims and people leaving the city out of fear, which is what I did. And yet that city still has a certain charm; a pull that gets inside you and makes you want to come back. You know she’s bad for you, but you just can’t help yourself. I hate to liken it to a drug, but that’s almost what Baltimore is to me; a drug. When I leave her, I long to return. In fact, I get an attitude when I’m not in Baltimore and that attitude instantly evaporates when I see her skyline. She’s got a hold on me and this is why it pains me that yet another one of Baltimore’s mayors has ended her reign abruptly in scandal and disgrace. The people of Baltimore deserve better than that, but it would seem that they are destined for history to keep repeating itself. The city has many problems, I grant that, but it also has many ‘charms’, hence the slogan “Charm City.”

But as usual, I digress. Catherine Pugh should not be the only one to take the fall for this. Some folks at the University of Maryland Medical System and at Kaiser Permanente and other entities involved in this scheme also need to be brought to justice for their role. It would appear that when Black people engage with whites in underhanded shenanigans, the only ones who suffer any consequences are the Black people. I don’t know why people like Catherine Pugh and Sheila Dixon failed to understand the system they were caught up in in that when you play with the white devil, you are the ONLY one who is going to get burned. The whites always have the upper hand. They write the laws and they don’t apply those laws to themselves because I would be shocked to hear that anyone from the UMMS or from Kaiser Permanente or any of those other entities that participated in this has had the FBI come in and raid their homes and offices. Catherine Pugh did not commit this alleged crime all by her lonesome. She had plenty of help and you’d best believe the help she had is of the pasty-assed variety. Black folks, when are you ever going to learn? You don’t stand a snowball’s chance in hell of getting away with a goddamn thing because some white piece of filth is always somewhere trying to dig up any dirt they can on you while ignoring the dirt that those who look like them are practically buried under. Their shit remains buried while yours is sifted through with a fine tooth comb and displayed for all the world to see as though you are the worst thing walking. Those at The University of Maryland Medical System who purchased books that had not even been produced knew that what they were doing was wrong; the same with those at Kaiser Permanente and so why is the focus seemingly only on Catherine Pugh? Because of who writes the laws and who enforces them. And one thing you’d better be clear on, though there are many Black faces standing front and center in the political arena in Baltimore, whitey-pasty ass runs that city because if not, then why are so many Black people doing so poorly in a so-called ‘majority Black city’? Because it is ALL done by design.

Rents in Baltimore are through the roof while the housing stock is deplorable at best, practically uninhabitable at worst. Poverty is off the chain. Drug addiction is an epidemic as is prostitution, school drop-out rates, crime as in ALL crime especially homicides and the fucked up list is endless and yet nothing concrete to resolve these serious issues is being done despite the rhetoric from politicians. Baltimore’s people are resilient even as they are fed up and tired. What they put up with should be too much for any one to deal with and remain sane. The shit that I have seen would curl your toes and that tired ass National Association for the Advancement of Colored People(NAACP) is headquartered in Baltimore and sitting on Mt. Hope Drive doing not a goddamn thing to bring ‘hope’ to ANY Baltimorean. That entity is as useless as a teaspoon of water on a raging inferno. That city is allowed to bleed. That city is allowed to deteriorate. That city is deliberately being used as a scapegoat for some whites agenda that if it is a predominately Black city, then just look at how those Black people live. That shit is going to get called out by me because I know the pain of Baltimore’s people and yes, they have had to harden themselves to the horrendous shit they endure so that the white motherfucker can sit back and gloat over all that he has set in motion.

But know this, Baltimore’s people are stronger than you think. They are not the type to give up so easily despite the white man’s shit shoved at them, daily. They are not like me who will turn tail and run when the going gets tough. They tough it out. Some give up and some turn to crime to survive and some walk the streets, homeless while hundreds of thousands of others grit and bear it and get up to face the hardship of suffering through another day in hell. This is happening in every major city in Amerikkka and it is being allowed to persist and get worse because pasty-assed parasites want every excuse to gentrify those cities just like what was done to Washington, DC. Go to DC now and take a look around. If you were there in the 90s, you will not recognize that city. It is no longer, “Chocolate City.” The whites have seen to that. And the reason Baltimore and her people are so neglected and pushed to the limit is because whitey parasite ass has got the same thing planned for Baltimore. But know this, white motherfuckers, the day you take over Baltimore is the day the last Black person in Baltimore is dead because they are not going to give it up without a fight and when you think that you are going to gentrify the area around Lexington Market, think again because when you bring in your preppy, yuppy, lah-dee-dah fancy-pants shit, those Black people are soon going to have your preppy, yuppy ass turned out. Your pale white ass is going to be some pimp’s whore and you’re going to be nodding on methadone and some more shit! And when you hear the news of that happening, come right on back here and tell me all about it because I know what’s going to happen. So continue to fuck with Baltimore. You’ll wish you hadn’t.
